Abstract:
Advances in information technology have led to the proliferation of data in the fields of finance, energy, and economics. Unforeseen elements can cause data to be contaminated by noise and outliers. In this study, a robust online support vector regression algorithm based on a non-convex asymmetric loss function is developed to handle the regression of noisy dynamic data streams. Inspired by pinball loss, a truncated ε-insensitive pinball loss (TIPL) is proposed to solve the problems caused by heavy noise and outliers. A TIPL-based online support vector regression algorithm (TIPOSVR) is constructed under the regularization framework, and the online gradient descent algorithm is implemented to execute it. Experiments are performed using synthetic datasets, UCI datasets, and real datasets. The results of the investigation show that in the majority of cases, the proposed algorithm is comparable, or even superior, to the comparison algorithms in terms of accuracy and robustness on datasets with different types of noise.

Abstract:
There is scarce information about bovine platelet-rich plasma/platelet-rich gel (PRP/PRG) and related hemocomponents (HCs), such as platelet lysates (PLs), including growth factor (GF) and cytokine concentrations, and how the stability of these biomolecules could be affected by time and temperature. This study aimed to evaluate the release and stability of transforming growth factor beta 1 (TGF-β1), interleukin 4 (IL-4), and tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α) contained in bovine pure PRP (P-PRP) and temperature-induced PL (TIPL) coming from a similar platelet concentrate (PC) at 4 and 37°C at 3 and 96 h. Platelet concentrates (PCs) presented a 1.7-fold concentration of platelets (PLTs) with negligible counts of white blood cells (WBCs) when compared to the counts for these cells in whole blood. TGF-β1 concentrations were significantly lowest in plasma followed by TIPL, chemical-induced PL (CIPL), and P-PRP. IL-4 and TNF-α concentrations did not differ between HCs. TGF-β1 concentrations were negatively affected in P-PRPs stored at 4°C at 3 and 96 h, whereas those from P-PRP maintained at 37°C presented similar concentrations to TIPL stored at both temperatures over time. IL-4 and TNF-α concentrations were not affected by time or temperature in any of the HCs evaluated. Pure PRGs released additional quantities of GF and cytokines over time when compared with HCs stored over 96 h at 4 and 37°C. The method, either chemical or physical, used for platelet activation or damage produces a different GF and cytokine release pattern, which makes to each evaluated HCs different despite they come from a similar bovine PC. P-PRP activated with calcium gluconate and maintained at 37°C, which polymerizes in P-PRG, showed the best GF and cytokine release/denature profile compared with the rest of the HCs evaluated.

Abstract:
Abstract Mutations within the signal sequence of cytochrome f (cytf) in Chlamydomonas inhibit thylakoid membrane protein translocation and render cells nonphotosynthetic. Twenty-seven suppressors of the mutant signal sequences were selected for their ability to restore photoautotrophic growth and these describe six nuclear loci named tip1 through 6 for thylakoid insertion protein. The tip mutations restore the translocation of cytf and are not allele specific, as they suppress a number of different cytf signal sequence mutations. Tip5 and 2 may act early in cytf translocation, while Tip1, 3, 4, and 6 are engaged later. The tip mutations have no phenotype in the absence of a signal sequence mutation and there is genetic interaction between tip4, and tip5 suggesting an interaction of their encoded proteins. As there is overlap in the energetic, biochemical and genetic requirements for the translocation of nuclear and chloroplast-encoded thylakoid proteins, the tip mutations likely identify components of a general thylakoid protein translocation apparatus.

Abstract:
In this paper high-temperature shape memory alloys based on TiPd and TiPt are reviewed. The effect of the alloying elements in ternary TiPd and TiPt alloys on phase transformation and strain recovery is also discussed. Generally, the addition of alloying elements decreases the martensitic transformation temperature and improves the strength of the martensite and austenite phases. Additionally, it also decreases irrecoverable strain, but without perfect recovery due to plastic deformation. With the aim to improve the strength of high-temperature shape memory alloys, multi-component alloys, including medium- and high-entropy alloys, have been investigated and proposed as new structural materials. Notably, it was discovered that the martensitic transformation temperature could be controlled through a combination of the constituent elements and alloys with high austenite finish temperatures above 500 °C. The irrecoverable strain decreased in the multi-component alloys compared with the ternary alloys. The repeated thermal cyclic test was effective toward obtaining perfect strain recoveries in multi-component alloys, which could be good candidates for high-temperature shape memory alloys.

Abstract:
The cucumber mosaic virus (CMV) replication complex has previously been shown to associate with cellular membranes. However, it remains unknown whether any host factors participate in this process. In this study, five groups of Arabidopsis tonoplast intrinsic protein (TIP) genes were isolated and the proteins they encoded were evaluated with regard to their interactions with CMV proteins. TIP1 and TIP2 were found to interact with the CMV 1a protein in the Sos recruitment system, whereas no interactions with the other three TIP subgroups were observed in this assay. The interaction of CMV 1a with the TIP1 and TIP2 proteins was confirmed via co-immunoprecipitation assays. Additionally, CMV 1a co-localized with TIP1 and TIP2 in transfected Arabidopsis protoplasts. The findings of this study suggest that members of two TIP subfamilies might affect CMV replication via interaction with CMV 1a in the tonoplasts.

Abstract:
The cell-to-cell movement of Potato virus X (PVX) requires four virus-encoded proteins, the triple gene block (TGB) proteins (TGB25K, TGB12K, and TGB8K) and the coat protein. TGB12K increases the plasmodesmal size exclusion limit (SEL) and may, therefore, interact directly with components of the cell wall or with plant proteins associated with bringing about this change. A yeast two-hybrid screen using TGB12K as bait identified three TGB12K-interacting proteins (TIP1, TIP2, and TIP3). All three TIPs interacted specifically with TGB12K but not with TGB25K or TGB8K. Similarly, all three TIPs interacted with β-1,3-glucanase, the enzyme that may regulate plasmodesmal SEL through callose degradation. Sequence analyses revealed that the TIPs encode very similar proteins and that TIP1 corresponds to the tobacco ankyrin repeat-containing protein HBP1. A TIP1::GFP fusion protein localized to the cytoplasm. Coexpression of this fusion protein with TGB12K induced cellular changes manifested as deposits of additional cytoplasm at the cell periphery. This work reports a direct link between a viral movement protein required to increase plasmodesmal SEL and a host factor that has been implicated as a key regulator of plasmodesmal SEL. We propose that the TIPs are susceptibility factors that modulate the plasmodesmal SEL.

The first year I was given a lesson-plan book to use for teaching, I was bewildered. My plans could not possibly fit into those two-inch-by-three-inch rectangles. Besides, we were also required to submit weekly lesson plans, which included a list of performance objectives, activities, materials, and assignments. I decided to use the plan book as a type of appointment calendar in which I would note changes in the school day, special assemblies, fire drills, meetings with counselors, and conferences with parents. To keep my materials organized, I stored my weekly lesson plans in the back of the lesson-plan book. But extra space still remained. Then I discovered what, for me, became a very effective tool in classroom management.

Abstract:
This study aims to analyze the type of parenting in the family education of SD 1 Gulang students, Mejobo District, Kudus Regency. This research is a qualitative descriptive study conducted in Gulang Village, Mejobo District, Kudus Regency. The research subjects were grade 4 students of SD 1 Gulang. The data collection techniques used include direct observation, interviews, research documentation, and note taking. Interviews were conducted with parents of students who implemented parenting, students, and teachers who were the main informants. In analyzing the data, the Milles Huberman model was used, namely the analysis was carried out including data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that SD 1 Gulang students received family education from parents who applied various types of parenting styles. The following shows several types of parenting that are found (1) democratic patterns, democratic parenting is a form of parenting that is cooperative for children, but there are certain limitations, this pattern is able to provide maximum education in the family so that children have good character and social attitudes. (2) neglect, this form of parenting has a tendency for parents not to be involved at all in the child's life, (3) authoritarian, the family provides strict supervision to the child so that the parents are quite dominant in the child's life and (4) permissive, the parents In providing assistance, only providing needs without providing good family education to children. Of the four types of parenting found, it is known that democratic patterns are parenting styles that have a positive role for children. The three other parenting styles do not have a positive role. As a result, students become passive and cannot socialize well, so that family education is important for a child's life, especially SD 1 Gulang.
