Abstract:
Community Partnership Program in small home industry of making fish floss brand "Savitri" and "Tiaras" inKupang city in the form of application of electric centrifugation filter model has been implemented. One of the problemsin the production of Savitri and Tiaras fish floss is that there is still a lot of oil in the frying product which is only drainedon a simple sieve and then placed for some time on traditional tools of filter and paper that can cause low quality and lowquality, so it is necessary to reduce the oil yield frying fish floss product. In order to increase the added value and sellingvalue of the products, it is necessary synergy between Universities and Partners in the form of application of the results ofscience and technology to the public. The main components of the composer of the versatile filter are the cylindrical plateas the bucket of the filter, the cylinder filter, the electric dynamo as the centrifuge system rotator and the load-bearingconstruction. The method of this program is the provision of materials, design and manufacture of tools, demonstrationtools and the provision of a versatile filter cylinder system centrifuge model by the team, simulation tools, specialcounseling at the location of partners and suggestions as a follow-up in the endurance of production. The output of thisprogram can provide added value in the form of the use of this tool can improve labor efficiency, increase productivitypartners by producing 40 kg to 50 kg raw material, raw fish marlin, fish meat after cleaning, processed, fried, in andpacked into 80-100 packs of fish floss with the price of Rp. 40,000.00 per package weighing 250 grams. With estimatedpartners will earn a profit of Rp 3,200,000 - 4,000,000.00 per production or 12,800,000.00 - 16,000,000.00 per month incash and consumptions, as well as the abundance of non-greasy, clean and hybrid fish products

Abstract:
Objective - The purpose of this research is to discover the ways to implement aspects of interior branding in the interior of commercial and retail spaces. It seeks to articulate how space as an interior branding medium can convey the message of retail owners to visitors through retail interior design. Methodology/Technique - This study uses the descriptive qualitative method with the Tiara Handycraft Store as a case study. Data collection was achieved by conducting interviews with retail managers and visitors, and field observations. The data were analyzed descriptively to elaborate on how to apply every aspect of interior branding in the interior design of the Tiara Handicraft Store. Data analysis in this study was performed based on Kim Kuthteubl's aspects of interior branding, namely: clear vision, unique story, and energy. Findings - The results of this study indicate that the interior design of the Tiara Handicraft Store has implemented the interior branding aspects of clear vision, unique story, and energy. The combination of these three aspects in the interior design of this store has supported the construction of the identity or brand of the store through the media of its interior space. This application can be seen in the selection of shapes, colors, materials for interior elements, organization of space, and arrangement of furniture and displays. An ambiance of cheerfulness, fun, and comfort has been formed with the play of bright color compositions, patterns, and materials of the interior spatial elements. In this design, space as an interior branding medium conveyed stories, messages from shop owners to visitors through the ambiance, logos, signage, and other interior elements such as the decorative Tiara Handicraft's wall of fame. Through this wall, visitors were entertained with the idea that every item created has its own story, that there is a creative process behind every artwork, and that there are job opportunities for people with disabilities, encouraging a call for social awareness. It is this story or message that uniquely distinguishes Tiara Handicraft Store from other stores in general. Novelty - This study provides insight and is expected to bring awareness to interior designers about the importance of implementing holistic interior branding in retail interior design to increase the value of their designs. Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to provide suggestions regarding the design of cash sales accounting information systems in accordance with the company's activities. Because based on the results of observations, interviews, and documentation data that has been obtained, the accounting information system for cash sales of Dapur Kue Tiara Sari still uses a manual calculation process by adding up the sales results and goods sold into the book. In addition, the company does not have a flowchart or SOP that is used as a reference material to ensure the quality of the data obtained. The research method used is a qualitative case study method. Methods of data collection in this study through interviews, documentation, and observation. The result of this research is the design of manual and computerized cash sales accounting information system. The design manual system consists of the implementation procedure, the document design used, and the internal control system that is created to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the company's performance in carrying out daily activities. For a computerized system, the design consists of implementation procedures, and detailed system design in the form of table designs and input output designs.

Abstract:
Tiara Brand is a self-produced clothing business. The process of selling products at Tiara Brand is done by promoting their products through social media. This process is considered less effective, because customers have to order through another application, namely WhatsApp. Business owners also find it difficult to promote their products widely. Based on these problems, this study will discuss the design and creation of a website-based e-commerce application using the CodeIgniter framework, so that it is easier for customers to buy products from Tiara Brand, because it can be done on the same website. In addition, business owners can also more easily manage each transaction and can promote their products to customers without regional restrictions. the steps of this research are made in the form of a flowchart and go through stages consisting of; 1) Data collection, 2) Literature study, 3) Design, 4) Program code preparation, and 5) Application testing and using the String Matching Algorithm as an implementation of the application being built. The results of the research are the construction of a website that not only displays the products being sold, but can also be used for transactions and has the potential to develop Tiara Brand selling online.

PT. Bangun Tiara Teknik is a company engaged in the field of building materials. Sales system that exists today of PT. Bangun Tiara Teknik is still done manually, where starting from the process of supply of goods, the ordering of merchandise, the deals, the creation of shipping documents, to reporting, so it takes a lot of time and in create a document and are still often goes wrong in terms of record keeping and input data by the sales section. The results of the design of this web-based information system is the best solution to solve the problem. Error logging orders can be minimized and reporting can be done appropriately. Therefore, the authors are interested in making the design of information system of sales with web-based at PT Bangun Tiara Teknik. With web-based computerized system allows the addition of a number of consumers to purchase the desired product, consumer satisfaction against the speed and accuracy of orders as well as reporting.

Tujuan Penelitian : Menganalisa efektivitas Rolling Massage Punggung dan Endhorphin massage terhadap produksi ASI pada ibu nifas di Klinik Pratama Tiara Gubug Grobogan.Metode Penelitian : jenis Penelitian Quasy Experiment dengan desain two group pre test dan postest. Populasi ibu nifas pada bulan Oktober 2019 di klinik tiara Gubug Grobogan sebanyak 20 responden. Hasil Penelitian Produksi ASI pada ibu nifas sebelum dan sesudah diberikan rolling massage punggung pada kelompok intervensi mempunyai mean 57.49, sesudah 147.84. sebelum diberikan Endhorphin massage mempunyai mean 50.135, sesudah 107.071. Ada Perbedaan rolling massage punggung terhadap produksi ASI dan Endhorphin massage terhadap produksi ASI pada kelompok intervensi di Klinik Pratama Tiara Gubug Kabupaten Grobogan p value 0,000 dan Ada perbedaan rolling massage punggung dan Endhorphin massage terhadap produksi ASI pada ibu nifas di Klinik Pratama Tiara Gubug Kabupaten Grobogan p value 0,000. Research Objectives: To analyze the effectiveness of the Back Rolling Massage and Endhorphin Massage on the production of breast milk for postpartum mothers at Tiara Gubug Grobogan Clinic Research. Methods: Quasy Experiment Research type with two group pre-test and post-test designs. The population of postpartum mothers in Oktober 2019 at the Grobogan Gubug tiara clinic was 20 respondents.The results of the study ASI production in postpartum mothers before and after given back massage in the intervention group had a mean of 57.49, after 147.84. before being given Endhorphin massage has a mean of 50,135, after 107,071. Hasil belajar matematika yang rendah diindikasikan karena siswa kurang aktif dan pembelajaran yang hanya berpusat pada guru. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas model pembelajaran TGT menggunakan media ludo terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa SMK Kolese Tiara Bangsa Batam dan untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar model pembelajaran TGT menggunakan media ludo dan konvensional. Jenis penelitian adalah Quasi Experimental Design. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu seluruh siswa kelas XI SMK Kolese Tiara Bangsa Batam tahun ajaran 2019/2020, dengan sampel penelitian menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling dengan banyak sampel 52 orang. Data yang diambil didapat dari soal tes uraian sebanyak 10 soal. Tes yang sudah valid dan reliabel. Teknik analisa data untuk hipotesis 1 dan 2 menggunakan uji t satu pihak (one sample t-test). Sedangkan hipotesis 3 menggunakan T-test Independent. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat efektifitas model pembelajaran TGT dengan menggunakan media ludo karena ( thitung 4,101 > tabel 1,729) dan dengan terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar siswa antarasiswa kelas XI SMK Kolese Tiara Bangsa yang diberi perlakuan model pembelajaran TGT dengan media ludo dan model pembelajaran konvensional pada.( thitung 3,223 > ttabel 1,676). Kata Kunci: TGT, Media ludo, Hasil Belajar.

Abstract:
Grande parte das moradias brasileiras apresenta coberturas inadequadas, conforme indicação de pesquisa sobre o deficit habitacional. A carpintaria dessas coberturas necessita de mão de obra qualificada e materiais de custos elevados, porém, na maioria dos casos ainda hoje utiliza processo construtivo artesanal. O objetivo deste trabalho é identificar quais as condições necessárias para viabilizar a produção de sistemas de cobertura adotando o processo de préfabricação com madeiras de florestas plantadas, em contextos com precariedades, como nos casos dos assentamentos rurais. Os estudos se concentraram em dois assentamentos rurais; no primeiro, Assentamento Rural Pirituba II no município de Itapeva - SP, foi desenvolvido o sistema de cobertura VLP (vigas laminadas pregadas) e empregado em 35 moradias; no segundo, Assentamento Rural Sepé Tiaraju localizado no município de Serra Azul - SP, foi desenvolvido o sistema de cobertura Painéis pré-fabricados e empregado em 67 moradias. A estratégia adotada para a coleta de dados do produto e do processo aconteceu ao longo da cadeia de produção dos sistemas de cobertura, começando pelo desenvolvimento do projeto, passando pela realidade social do assentamento até a aplicação das propostas em cada assentamento. O desenvolvimento e escolha da proposta elaborada utilizam o processo participativo com envolvimento direto das famílias em todo o processo. Os resultados obtidos permitem concluir que ambos os sistemas de cobertura pré-fabricados atendem às condições necessárias na redução de custos com materais e mão de obra melhorando a qualidade de acabamento dos sistemas de cobertura mesmo trabalhando em situações com precariedade de infraestrutura. A relevância da pesquisa está no fato de agregar valores não comuns às coberturas das habitações rurais possibilitando a replicação dos princípios adotados em situações semelhantes, mesmo que em contextos diferentes, demonstrando que a pré-fabricação com o processo participativo podem ser alternativas viáveis para comunidades organizadas.
There are many Brazilian houses with inadequate roofs, as indicated by research on the housing deficit. The traditional build-up roofs require skilled labor and expensive materials, made in a handmade construction process. The objective of this research is to identify the necessary conditions to enable the production of roof systems by adopting the pre-fabrication with soft-wood from reforestations, to be applied in precarious situations, such as are found in rural settlements. The studies focused on two rural settlements. At the first, in the Pirituba II (Itapeva SP, Brazil), it was designed the roof system NLB (nailed laminated beams) which covered 35 houses. In another context, the Sepé Tiaraju, located in the municipality of Serra Azul SP (Brazil), it was designed the roof system in prefabricated wood panels, applied in 67 houses. The strategy for collecting data about the product and the process occurred throughout the production chain of roofing systems, starting with the participatory design, through the found social reality, to implementation of proposals in each rural settlement. The development and selection of the proposed solutions counted with the direct involvement of the families throughout the process. With the results it is concluded that both prefabricated roof systems meet the conditions of cost reductions of materials and labor, improving the quality of the finish of the roof system, even when working in situations with precarious infrastructure. The relevance of this research is to add not common value to the roof of rural housing, enabling the replication of the principles in similar situations and demonstrating that the prefabrication and participatory design can be viable alternatives to organized communities.

Abstract:
Maria Gripe’s shadow-series consists of four novels written in the 1980s and feature a character who present themselves as both as a girl and a boy. Carolin, also known as Carl has got a mysterious and captivating aura that leaves everybody fascinated and most people enamoured with him/her. Carolin shares many similarities with the 19th century author Carl Jonas Love Almqvist’s character Tintomara from the novel The Queen’s Tiara (Drottningens juvelsmycke). This essay examines the desire that is aimed at Carolin and explores the queer situations that arises as consequences of his/her cross dressing. I comparatively analyse the desire expressed in the shadow-series and The Queen’s Tiara to find similarities in who is affected by it and where the queer situations occur. The damaging effect of the desire is explored as well. The essay concludes that while most situations can be viewed as both heterosexual and homosexual Gripe uses genres and metaphors that amplify the queerness. Both Carolin and Tintomara are greatly affected by the desire toward them and get hurt because of it. Gripe and Almqvists charismatic androgynous characters bring desire and despair wherever they go, at least as long as they do not conform to society’s norm of gender dichotomy.

AbstractPurpose: This study investigated the periprocedural complication rates, long-term outcome, and restenosis of endovascular treatment for intracranial atherosclerotic stenosis (ICS) at our hospital.Methods: We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 217 patients comprising 256 endovascular treatments for high-grade symptomatic ICS. The lesion was located in the internal carotid artery in 77, the middle cerebral artery in 111, the basilar artery in 29, and the vertebral artery in 39. Patients were divided into two groups, before (early-phase group, 1999–2013) and after approval of Wingspan (late-phase group, 2014–2017).Results: In the early-phase group (n = 163), 157 lesions were treated by balloon angioplasty and 31 (17%) by coronary stenting. In the late-phase group (n = 54), 33 lesions were treated by balloon angioplasty and 35 (52%) by Wingspan stenting. Overall technical success rates were 96% in the balloon angioplasty and 100% in stenting groups. The 30-day rate of stroke, TIA, and death were 4.8% in the early-phase group and 4.4% in the late-phase group. There was one minor stroke and two TIAs during the follow-up period in the late-phase group.Conclusions: Endovascular treatment for symptomatic ICS in this study appeared to be safe and effective if patients are properly selected. However, future well-designed randomized trials with different techniques and modified patients selection criteria are certainly warranted.

Abstract:
The transient ischemic attack is a neurological emergency which is a clinical view of focal cerebral, retinal, or spinal dysfunction that lasts less than an hour, without any detectable acute infarction in neurological imaging methods. TIA is a serious warning for ischemic stroke, and this risk is particularly high in the first 48 hours. Following TIAs, approximately 10-15% of patients undergo stroke in 90 days and about half of these patients suffer a stroke in the first two days. Neuroimaging and laboratory studies should be performed quickly to reveal the etiology and to reduce the risk of stroke that may develop in patients present with TIA. Therapeutic and preventive interventions should be started as soon as possible. With early diagnosis and treatment, the risk of a 90-day stroke in these patients can be reduced by 80%. In addition to antiplatelet and anticoagulant treatments, aggressive control of blood pressure, regulation of blood sugar, statin, dietary recommendations, exercise, and managing the other underlying specific conditions should be started quickly.

Abstract The paper focuses on the TIARA Hexapod — a parallel kinematic machine tool that is being developed at McMaster University. The design uses fixed length struts, and an inclined layout for the motion axes that results in the mechanism resembling a ‘tiara’. In addition to the novelty of the design, these characteristics have several advantages from both a performance and economic perspective. The paper presents an overview of the development program for this machine tool, discussing issues related to design, modelling, inverse and forward kinematics, workspace, and dynamics analysis. Later sections of the paper detail the kinematic and dynamic models developed for the TIARA machine tool, and demonstrate their use for workspace analysis and the specification of actuator requirements.

<p>The research focuses on the use of Titanium Alloy Bars (TiABs) in concrete cap beams. TiABs offer good ductility, high strength, lightweight, superior corrosion resistance, lower overstrength, and better fatigue performance. TiABs have recently been used in several existing bridges in Oregon and Texas in the United States to increase shear and flexural capacities of concrete beams. While TiABs have been implemented in retrofitting of existing bridges in the United States, their application in new structures have not been tested and compared against conventional steel rebars. Idaho State University (ISU) has been investigating application of TiABs in new concrete structures through large-scale testing. Past research at ISU has shown that the use of titanium alloy (Ti-6Al-4V) in new bridges can reduce rebar congestion and residual drift after an earthquake by 50% while providing adequate ductility and strength compared to cast-in-place construction. The research in this paper proposes concept for an innovative cap beam reinforced with longitudinal TiABs. The cap beam integrates both structural performance and durability. Flexural and shear design procedures for the cap beam in accordance with the AASHTO LRFD Design are discussed. To investigate structural performance, a large-scale cap beam reinforced with longitudinal grade 5 titanium alloy (Ti-6Al-4V) is tested under three-point bending test protocol. The results are compared against a benchmark cast-in-place beam with normal rebars under the same testing arrangement and loading protocol.</p>
