Abstract:
: In the recent scenario, nanotechnology-based therapeutics intervention has gained tremendous impetus all across the globe. Nano-based pharmacological intervention of various bioactive compounds has been explored on an increasing scale. Sesquiterpenes are major constituents of essential oils (EOs) present in various plant species which possess intriguing therapeutic potentials. However, owing to their poor physicochemical properties; they have pharmacological limitations. Recent advances in nano-based therapeutic interventions offer various avenues to improve their therapeutic applicability. Reckoning with these, the present review collates various nano-based therapeutic intervention of sesquiterpenes with prospective potential against various debilitating diseases especially cancer. In our viewpoint, considering the burgeoning advancement in the field of nanomedicine; in the near future, the clinical applicability of these nano-formulated sesquiterpenes can be foreseen with great enthusiasm.

Abstract:
AbstractOver the last several decades, the volume and range of therapeutic musculoskeletal (MSK) interventions that radiologists can offer their patients has dramatically increased. With new materials and improving imaging modalities, as well as significant investment in research, the field of MSK interventional radiologic intervention will likely continue to expand. In this article, we summarize the range of interventions currently available to the MSK radiologist. We also seek to explore new and emerging techniques that may become commonplace in the near future while considering the challenges that may lie ahead in the field of MSK radiology.

Abstract:
Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is a pervasive condition affecting persons across all age groups, although it is primarily diagnosed in children. This neurological condition affects behavior, learning, and social adjustment and requires specific symptomatic criteria to be fulfilled for diagnosis. ADHD may be treated with a combination of psychological or psychiatric therapeutic interventions, but it often goes unattended. People with ADHD face societal bias challenges that impact how they manage the disorder and how they view themselves. This paper summarizes the present state of understanding of this disorder, with particular attention to early diagnosis and innovative therapeutic intervention. Contemporary understanding of the mind–brain duality allows for innovative therapeutic interventions based on neurological stimulation. This paper introduces the concept of neurostimulation as a therapeutic intervention for ADHD and poses the question of the relationship between patient adherence to self-administered therapy and the aesthetic design features of the neurostimulation device. By fabricating devices that go beyond safety and efficacy to embrace the aesthetic preferences of the patient, it is proposed that there will be improvements in patient adherence to a device intended to address ADHD.

Abstract:
Huntington's disease [HD] is a progressive neurodegenerative condition characterized by movement disorder, cognitive impairment, and behavioral symptoms. It is inherited as an autosomal-dominant trait and normally manifests in mid-adulthood. HD is common in India and parts of Central Asia, with a prevalence rate of 4–8 per 100 000 in most European populations. Juvenile onset affects around 5–10% of cases, with signs appearing before the age of 20. Patients may show more parkinsonian symptoms such as bradykinesia, dystonia, tremors and a cognitive deficit in place of chorea. There is no therapy that can completely stop the condition from progressing. There are medications that can help to regulate chorea, dystonia, mental, and psychiatric disturbances. The study covers the disease's pathophysiology, as well as plants and phytochemicals that have been shown to be beneficial.

Abstract:
ABSTRACTBackground:Dementia is a significant public health problem. One non-pharmacological therapy that has shown its effectiveness is reminiscence, which is a psychological intervention designed to address issues of particular relevance to older adults. The aim of this study was to examine the benefits of an integrative reminiscence program in elderly people with dementia. Methods:A quasi-experimental design and purposeful sampling were conducted at two retirement homes. Forty-two elderly adults with dementia were studied to measure the effect of the therapy (23 in the experimental group and 19 in the control group). The treatment group activity was held in 10 sessions. Results:The treatment group significantly improved their depressive symptoms and self-acceptance, positive relations with others, autonomy, and environmental mastery. Conclusions:This study provides support for the effectiveness of integrative reminiscence therapy (RT) as an intervention in people with dementia, especially in reducing depressive symptoms and improving psychological well-being, with the therapy being effective on personal and emotional variables.
