Abstract:
This paper analyzes knowledge and theory development in the discipline of nursing. Nursing theory development is characterized by nursing’s unique perspective: a distinct focus of the discipline of nursing. In a recognized nursing theory, the nursing metaparadigm’s concepts of person, environment, health, and nursing are defined, and the interrelationships among those concepts are described. Knowledge development in the discipline of nursing has generated and continues to generate philosophical, theoretical, and scientific knowledge, which serve as a basis for further reflections, investigations, and refinement, and as a source of new knowledge. In addition, nursing theory development has been related to borrowed or shared theories from or with other disciplines such as anthropology, education, sociology, and psychology.

Abstract:
Rapid economic growth is a relatively recent phenomenon, which has been examined since the end of the 18th century. In the scientific literature researchers use the concept of “economic growth” and “economic development” when analyzing economic processes. “Economic growth”, as defined by Paul M. Romer occurs whenever people use resources and rearrange them in more valuable ways. Thus, economic growth means an increase in a real national income / national output. In contrast, economic development is an improvement of the quality of life and living standards, e.g. improvement of literacy, life expectancy, and approach to environmental issues. Economic development encircles a wider range of metrics than just gross Domestic Product (GDP) per capita, it is about actual standard of living, level of environmental standards, availability and quality of housing and other aspects. The article analyzes, compares and evaluates theories of economic growth and economic development in the context of sustainable development.

Abstract:
In the past 10,000 years, mankind was primarily engaged in agriculture and animal husbandry. Its economic development did not cause too much destruction of the Earth's environment. But in the recent 300 years, coal mining, oil extraction, land reclamation, mineral exploitation, lumbering, fishing, chemical and nuclear industries, etc., resulted in a variety of ecological disasters. The atmosphere and water resources, soil layers have been seriously polluted. The deteriorating environment reminds mankind that economic development can not sacrifice the environment. For the sake of sustainable development, this paper puts forward a new theory: Tenant Theory. This theory regards mankind as a tenant living in the big house, the biosphere. Its vertical distance is only about 20 kilometers. All the activities of the tenant could not destroy the house. But, this tenant has always been damaging the house unconsciously. In order to obtain an opportunity of sustainable development, mankind must adjust its values and patterns of behavior. This theory is first presented in this paper, it warns that mankind should recognize own place in the great nature, and know how to think and how to behave so as to obtain sustainable development.

Abstract:
While the literature on management theory has been growing in recent years, there are no publications regarding the evolution and mapping of this scientific field. This study dwells on the issues related to management theories in the context of today’s research by identifying the most important lines of research, researchers, and the concentration of research. To explore the trends in the development of management theory, this study used bibliometric analysis. The search in the Web of Science database provided 5,825 documents (including articles, books, reviews, etc.). Methods of trend analysis, clusterization, and comparative analysis were used. The results show that a new direction of responsible management research is being formed – the organization’s operations and objectives must be balanced, and their implementation must be responsible. This study enriches management literature by providing new ideas related to future research tendencies. Moreover, it fleshes out the direction for developing management theory and outlines the most-cited works and authors, the research concentration in different countries, and leading journals. For scholars and practitioners, such structured data are an important source of relevant information in published papers and allows for the definition of research guidelines.

Abstract:
Through consideration of the recent debate over the issue of convergence in career development theory and using their own research, the authors have developed a systems theory framework of career development. This paper locates the systems theory framework within the extant literature of both the fields of career development and counselling, and attempts to illustrate how a systems theory approach can address current criticisms of career development theory and add to and complement this literature. The influences and processes illustrated in the systems theory framework are also described.

Abstract:
Portfolio theory occupies an essential place in modern finance, while portfolio management grounded on its achievements has been recognized as one of the main tasks of financial experts worldwide. Taking into account the previous, the research aims to understand the development process of portfolio theory profoundly and to familiarize the investment community with the basic features of each of its phases: traditional, modern, and post-modern portfolio theory, with inevitable comparative analysis of these theories and presentation of their positive and negative aspects. The rationale of implementing an analysis of the evolutionary process of portfolio theory lies in the intention to provide a systematic overview of the development of theoretical thought within this area and grounded on the belief that accumulated knowledge in the field of portfolio theory and portfolio management is one of the most valuable knowledge assets of contemporary society.

Abstract:
Development is a focal point of human existence from the moment of birth. A magnitude of options is offered in which to choose a path of growth and expansion as we progress. The following is a review of one such choice, the integral theory; included are both an explanation of theory and ideology of human development. This understanding is applied to my personal experience as I participated in P.L. Lattuada’s experiential process of organismic constellation. Through a gradual evolution of meditative processes Lattuada’s organismic constellation method offers a chance to explore one’s egoic translations. The second portion of this paper explores my personal process, revealing some of my personal egoic translations of traumas, fixations, complexes, and shadows. Abstract:
As a dynamic developmental process, the older population further displays the capacity to resist change over time, improve resilience, and keep a basis for the continuity working and progress over positive management of detrimental consequences of life risks and difficulties. This study aims at developing a theory that endeavors to explore the process of developing aging-related resiliency in people’s later in life that can lead to a successful aging experience. In the development of a theory, this study utilized a deductive reasoning approach specifically, using the axiomatic approach. Aging-related Resiliency Theory was efficaciously developed by three propositions generated from four axioms that were derived after reviewing several sets of literature and studies. This developed theory implies that various deleterious events in life activate older persons to respond, adapt, and recover effectively. Acceptance emerges as they acknowledge the natural effects of aging while taking adaptive strategies and supportive resources to be resilient to one’s environment. In this sense, it impacts their optimistic outlook towards successful aging. Based on the extraction of axioms, such propositions denoted those older adults call to respond with their total capacity to accept, adapt, recover, and continuously resist deleterious life experiences while using enriched coping strategies and resources towards an optimistic outlook in achieving successful aging. Therefore, emphasizing to improve their capacity to respond to natural decline to essential processes could benefit them at promoting a healthier life span.
