Abstract:
In the conditions of current trends of the development of national and world economy, as well as the main directions of the national business development, the issues related to the branding of goods and organizations in the markets become especially important and relevant. The most successful brands today are built not only on quality and reliability. The presence of the necessary attributes of the brand is not a condition for a stable position of the company in the market and direct leadership of the brand among competitors. It is generally accepted that the most effective way to ensure stable demand for a product, especially in the presence of many competing products with similar characteristics, is to create a brand. Although the brand has a special impact on customers, it must constantly adapt to changing external conditions to maintain its competitiveness. The aim of this article is to theoretically substantiate and develop practical recommendations for rebranding the organization. The approaches of various scientists to the interpretation of the brand are studied, the essence of branding and rebranding is revealed, the stages of rebranding are analyzed. The organization was rebranded on the example of the Badminton Federation of Kharkiv region (FBKhR). The existing brand of the organization was analyzed according to the model "Wheel of the Brand", benchmarking was performed and the advantages and disadvantages of the organization in comparison with the main competitors were highlighted. The conclusion was made about the need to reposition the brand and change its visual component. The conducted marketing research allowed us to specify the target audience of FBKhR, define the basic motives of playing badminton, expectations from this kind of sport, define clusters of consumers and characterize them. Based on the obtained results, the positioning strategy of FBKhR was specified and the logo of the organization was updated. The recommendations are the basis for the development of a landing page, an Instagram page and a content plan for promoting FBKhR on the Internet.

Abstract:
Quality management can be considered to have four main components: quality planning, quality control, quality assurance and quality improvement. Quality planning is the key factor since it set up quality level which is the company target. Or in the other words using the definition: level where customer expectations are met. In practice, quality planning is quite often ignored although it should be strategic decision, one of the most important taken by company. Actually, quality planning is out of Quality Department responsibility due to historical reason. Quality management is not the right name for them, more proper one should be Quality assurance. The right quality management means establishing quality level (not necessarily the highest one from technical point of view) with participating of Quality representative as a member of top management.

This article deals with peculiarities of formation of ecological competence as an important part of ecological education. The basis of environmental competence, the basis for its formation as an integral quality is the corresponding knowledge and skills. Ecological competence includes the ability to apply the acquired knowledge, practical activities and behavior for their use and is almost identical to the “ecological culture of the individual”.

Abstract:
As academics who interact with senior and mid-level business managers on a regular basis, both informally and as consultants, the authors often note that ideas of theory and practice are not well developed among people outside of academia. It is posited that this deficit offers the prospect of less than optimal approaches to matters such as solving business problems, understanding the role of management education and nurturing useful interaction between businesses and business schools. This paper attempts to explain the role of theory and its relationship to practice in a business setting so that it can act as a standing reminder for business practitioners.

Abstract:
The relationship between social work practice and attachment theory has been longstanding across decades. While much attention has been paid to the use of attachment theory within specific social work practice settings, less attention has been focused on the use of attachment theory to guide the social worker in their practice based reflections. This article explores the potential relevance of attachment theory for use within a reflective practice setting. This exploration is based on key findings from a recent study conducted in Aotearoa New Zealand. A proposed beginning framework of attachment theory informed reflective practice is offered for practitioners to explore in their reflective practice.

Abstract:

The relationship between theory and practice is central to science and technology studies - in many ways the field was started in an attempt to dispute representations of this relationship that were too fixed, too neatly delineated, too self-satisfied. Too often, accounts of scientific and technological developments rested on a description of the process as a linear movement from theoretical insight, through experimental testing and to final implementation. The claim of STS was that there is more going on here than a simple movement from theory to practice, from laboratory to invention, from idea to execution. Rather, more can be gained from paying attention to the actual movement back and forth between our ideas of the world and how the world operates – things may be more complex than they seem. This issue of NJSTS features three articles which, while topically different, offer an illustration of the knotty relationship between theory and practice.
