La dépression est un phénomène très fréquent dans le monde occidental. Deux types de théories évolutionnistes peuvent être distinguées : 1 : les théories utilitaristes psychologiques pour lesquelles la dépression est une adaptation psycho-sociale qui ne remplit plus son rôle dans notre monde moderne ; 2 : les théories utilitaristes biologiques pour lesquelles la dépression accompagne notre lutte contre des agents pathogènes en vue de concentrer nos efforts sur cette lutte.1. Théories utilitaristes psychologiques [1,2] : la dépression pourrait être un signal utile pour amener l’individu atteint à réorienter ses buts de vie, afin d’économiser de l’énergie et des ressources allouées à des objectifs inatteignables. Elle pourrait aussi servir de signalisation sociale, soit en vue de diminuer une agression dans le cadre d’une compétition hiérarchique, en donnant une information d’absence de menace, soit en appuyant une demande d’aide par l’entourage. Les conditions de vie moderne pourraient expliquer pourquoi un mécanisme utile s’est transformé en pathologie chronique : impossibilité de réorienter ses investissements faute d’opportunité alternative, difficulté à quitter des milieux dans lesquels on occupe une place hiérarchique défavorable et rétrécissement des cercles sociaux qui font que l’appel à l’aide résonne dans le vide.2. Théories utilitaristes biologiques [3,4] : la dépression pourrait être utile pour réorienter les ressources de l’individu en vue de combattre une infection. Cependant, le stress psycho-social, l’obésité, le changement de diète, la diminution du temps de sommeil et l’isolement social pourraient avoir contribué à modifier l’équilibre de notre flore intestinale. La diminution de la coopération issue d’une co-évolution avec certains micro-organismes intestinaux (« les vieux amis ») serait responsable d’une activité inflammatoire chronique, indépendamment de toute lutte contre un agent infectieux pathogène, ce qui favoriserait les allergies, les maladies auto-immunitaires, la dépression et la fatigue chronique.

This study seeks to devlop the psychological approach by taking advantage of other théories in psychoanalysis, the latter which is not only Freud but there are several theories that can say its word in literary criticism, as an effective tool that explores the depths of the text and offers new output, especially in the literature of biography, which I tried to stand by analyzing two models in my novel "Flower of Age, Imprisonment of Age" through the human theory of Karl Rogers, the study also aims to encourage creativity in this color of self-writing, which is a therapeutic writing that the book benefits from in their personal lives, and in this regard can reach important results in adopting carl rogers' theory; Psychoanalyst. ‎

Le Valle Central (zone centrale) du Mexique est un espace prioritaire pour la conservation de la biodiversité du fait du haut degré d'endémisme des espèces de faune et de flore présentes. Dans cette zone où se situent plusieurs aires naturelles protégées, les autorités fédérales du Mexique envisagent la création d'un corridor biologique allant du parc Mariposa Monarca à à celui du Popocatepelt. Or, le Valle Central fait l'objet de pressions anthropiques fortes qui sont dues aux activités minières et agricoles et à l'étalement urbain des grandes conurbations. Dans cet espace, ces pressions entraînent la fragmentation du couvert forestier et la diminution de la connectivité des écosystèmes naturels. L'étude présente une analyse à l'échelle régionale de la réalité du corridor biologique du Valle Central qui permettrait de relier les aires naturelles protégées. Dans un premier temps, la fragmentation du couvert forestier et arbustif a été quantifiée par des indices morphologiques issus de la théorie de l'écologie du paysage. Ensuite, un modèle de percolation est utilisé pour estimer la connectivité de ces espaces naturels et proposer une délimitation objective du corridor biologique. L'intérêt particulier de cette étude résulte de l'intégration de différents indices d'analyse du paysage révélant l'état réel du corridor biologique du Valle central du Mexique. L'étude met en évidence les espaces les plus sensibles pour la mise en oeuvre et la durabilité de ce corridor, ce qui exigera des politiques publiques volontaristes et bien ciblées.

Dans le cadre de l’université d’été du réseau OFFRES, consacrée en 2023 au thème de l’adaptation, notre atelier abordait l’adaptation à l’anthropocène et au changement climatique. Nous explorons ici les théories de B. Morizot, V. Despret ainsi que certains travaux de C. Stépanoff et N. Martin. Il existe une synergie entre ces jeunes chercheurs que nous avons tenté de mettre au jour. Il sera question dans cet article de la remise en question de concepts comme celui de Nature pour appréhender d’autres manières de penser en interdépendance avec le vivant, afin de le prendre au sérieux. Cela signifie aussi changer de perspective et décentrer nos intérêts anthropiques pour intégrer d’autres intérêts, ceux des non-humains. Ce faisant, il est alors possible d’attribuer une agentivité, une puissance d’agir aux représentants de la faune et de la flore et donc de négocier avec les non-humains, de faire oeuvre de « diplomatie » pour créer une cosmologie à l’intérieur de laquelle tous ces existants seront considérés comme des cohabitants ou des voisins. Un peu à la manière des Icha, un peuple animiste du Kamtchatka. Cette conversion du regard et de l’attention ne suffit cependant pas au vu des catastrophes écologiques en cours et nécessite de politiser nos relations à la « nature ».

Abstract: In Vietnamese legal science today, legal liability is approached in a negative way that is linked to the violation of law. This approach causes difficulties in acquiring specialized legal knowledge. This paper analyzes the limitations of the traditional approach and proposes a new approach to legal liability. Cette thèse porte sur deux aspects de la théorie de Morse: théorie de Morse discrète de Forman (cas de la dimension finie) et homologie de Heegaard-Floer (cas de la dimension infinie).
Dans une première partie, on s'intéresse au problème de relèvement de signe pour l'homologie de Heegaard-Floer combinatoire. On montre que la construction originale faite par Manolescu, Ozsváth, Szabó et D. Thurston peut être refaite de manière plus conceptuelle. On donne ensuite le lien entre ces deux constructions puis finalement on décrit un algorithme qui permet de calculer les signes.
La seconde partie porte sur la théorie de Morse discrète définie par Forman. Après avoir fait le lien entre l'algèbre sur les complexes de chaînes et la théorie de Morse discrète, on montre que le complexe de Thom-Smale donné par une fonction de Morse lisse sur variété lisse close peut être réalisé par une triangulation et une fonction de Morse discrète sur celle-ci. On utilise cela pour obtenir une représentation particulière sous forme de couplage complet de toute structure d'Euler sur une variété de dimension 3 close orientée.

La catégorification d'un invariant polynomial d'entrelacs I est un invariant de type homologique dont la caractéristique d'Euler gradue est égale à I. On pourra citer la catégorification originelle du polynôme de Jones par M. Khovanov ou celle du polynôme d'Alexander par P. Ozsvath et Z. Szabo. Outre leur capacité accrue à distinguer les noeuds, ces nouveaux invariants de type homologique semblent drainer beaucoup d'informations d'ordre géométrique. D'autre part, suite aux travaux de I. Vassiliev dans les années 90, un invariant polynomial d'entrelacs peut être étudié à l'aune de certaines propriétés, dites de type fini, de son extension naturelle aux entrelacs singuliers, c'est-à-dire aux entrelacs possédant un nombre fini de points doubles transverses. La première partie de cette thèse s'intéresse aux liens éventuels entre ces deux procédés, dans le cas particulier du polynôme d'Alexander. Dans cette optique, nous donnons d'abord une description des entrelacs singuliers par diagrammes en grilles. Nous l'utilisons ensuite pour généraliser l'homologie de Ozsvath et Szabo aux entrelacs singuliers. Outre la cohérence de sa définition, nous montrons que cet invariant devient acyclique sous certaines conditions annulant naturellement sa caractéristique d'Euler. Ce travail s'insère dans un programme plus vaste de catégorification des théories de Vassiliev. Dans une seconde partie, nous nous proposons de raffiner l'homologie de Khovanov aux entrelacs restreints. Ces derniers correspondent aux diagrammes d'entrelacs quotientés par un nombre restreint de mouvements de Reidemeister. Les tresses fermées apparaissent notamment comme sous-ensemble de ces entrelacs restreints. Un tel raffinement de l'homologie de Khovanov offre donc un nouvel outil pour une étude plus ciblée des noeuds et de leurs déformations
A categorification of a polynomial link invariant is an homological invariant which contains the polynomial one as its graded Euler characteristic. This field has been initiated by Khovanov categorification of the Jones polynomial. Later, P. Ozsvath and Z. Szabo gave a categorification of Alexander polynomial. Besides their increased abilities for distinguishing knots, this new invariants seem to carry many geometrical informations. On the other hand, Vassiliev works gives another way to study link invariant, by generalizing them to singular links i. E. Links with a finite number of rigid transverse double points. The first part of this thesis deals with a possible relation between these two approaches in the case of the Alexander polynomial. To this purpose, we extend grid presentation for links to singular links. Then we use it to generalize Ozsvath and Szabo invariant to singular links. Besides the consistency of its definition, we prove that this invariant is acyclic under some conditions which naturally make its Euler characteristic vanish. This work can be considered as a first step toward a categorification of Vassiliev theory. In a second part, we give a refinement of Khovanov homology to restricted links. .

Dans cette thèse nous étudions les systèmes hamiltoniens en nous appuyant sur la topologie de leurs orbites fermées. Les résultats présentés portent, d'un côté, sur des propriétés des fonctions génératrices associées à un difféomorphisme hamiltonien particulier, et de l'autre sur la distance d'Hofer entre deux difféomorphismes qui réalisent des tresses de types différents.Dans le premier contexte, on s'appuiera sur des résultats de Patrice Le Calvez pour montrer que toute fonction génératrice d'un difféomorphisme hamiltonien à support compact du plan (à stabilisation près) admet une filtration en enlacements dans la deuxième puissance tensorielle du complexe de Morse. Par "filtration en enlacements" nous entendons une filtration qui a toute paire de points critiques associe un nombre entier, et telle que lorsque les deux points sont distincts la valeur associée est exactement le nombre d'enlacement des deux orbites correspondantes aux points critiques. Il est possible de définir une telle filtration aussi dans le cadre de la théorie de Floer hamiltonienne, et d'étudier son comportement par rapport au produit en homologie. Les résultats de l'auteur dans cette direction n'ont pas encore été publiés.De l'autre côté, on considère l'ensemble de difféomorphismes hamiltoniens à support compact d'une surface à bord qui préservent une configuration de cercles prédéterminée. Nous donnons des estimations de l'énergie d'Hofer d'un tel difféomorphisme qui se basent sur la complexité d'un type de tresse que nous pouvons lui attribuer. L'outil utilisé ici est la théorie d'Heegaard Floer quantitative, récemment développée par Cristofaro-Gardiner, Humilière, Mak, Seyfaddini et Smith. Les résultat dans cette direction sont déjà contenus dans un travail de l'auteur, et dans une collaboration avec Ibrahim Trifa
In this thesis we study Hamiltonian systems using the topology of their closed orbits. The results we present deal, on the one hand, with properties of the generating functions associated with a particular Hamiltonian diffeomorphism, and on the other hand, with the Hofer distance between two diffeomorphisms that realise braids of different types. In the first context, we will rely on results by Patrice Le Calvez to show that any (up to stabilisation) generating function of a Hamiltonian diffeomorphism with compact support in the plane admits a filtration into the second tensor power of the Morse complex. By “linking filtration” we mean a filtration which associates an integer with any pair of critical points, and such when the two points are distinct the associatedvalue is exactly the linking number of the two orbits corresponding to the critical points. It is possible to define such filtration in the context of Hamiltonian Floer theory as well, and to study its behaviour with respect to the product in homology. The author’s results in this direction are still unpublished. On the other hand, we consider the set of Hamiltonian diffeomorphisms with compact support of a surface with boundary which preserves a predetermined configuration of circles. We give estimates of the Hofer energy of such a diffeomorphism based on the complexity of a type of braid that we assign to each diffeomorphism in this class. The tool we use here is quantitative Heegaard-Floer theory, recently developed by Cristofaro-Gardiner, Humilière, Mak, Seyfaddini andSmith. The results in this direction are already contained in a work by the author, and in one in collaboration with Ibrahim Trifa

Cette thèse établit l'existence d'une variante de l'homologie de Floer de type Morse-Bott. Étant donnés une variété torique (W²ⁿ, ω, µ) et un hamiltonien H : W × S ¹ → ℝ invariant par l’action du tore de dimension n Tⁿ, , les orbites de H sont stables par l’action torique. Cette dernière admettant des points fixes dans W, elle n’est pas libre, pareillement pour celle induit sur les lacets de W et il est, a priori, impossible de construire une théorie de Morse-Bott équivariante au niveau de C∞(S¹, W)/Tⁿ. Nous remédions à ce problème en adoptant la construction de Borel : nous choisissons un espace E contractile muni d’une action libre du tore regardons l’homologie de Morse-Bott en dimension infinie de l’espace (C∞(S¹, W) × E)/Tⁿ où Tⁿ agit cette fois de manière diagonale sur le produit.L’homologie obtenue est un invariant pour les variétés symplectiques toriques et nous le calculons dans le cas d’une variété fermée
This thesis establishes the existence of a version of Floer homology in a Morse-Bottcontext. Given a toric manifold (Wⁿ, ω, µ) and a hamiltonian H : W × S¹ → ℝ invariant bythe action of the torus Tⁿ, the periodical orbits of H are stable by the toric action.The latter admits fix points in W and hence it not free, neither one induced on the spaceof the loops of W and it is, a priori, impossible to establish a equivariant infinite-dimensionalMorse-Bott theory on C∞(S¹, W)/Tⁿ. We deal with this problem using Borel’s construction : we choose a space contractible E witha free action from the torus and look at the infinite-dimensional Morse-Bott homology of thespace (C∞(S¹, W) × E)/Tⁿ where Tⁿ act in a diagonal way on the product.We obtain an invariant for symplectic toric manifold and computes it for a closed manifold

Soit (Y; α) une 3-variété de contact et HF(Y ), ECH(Y; α ) respectivement les homologies de Heegaard Floer et de contact plongée associées. Dans une serie d’articles, Colin, Ghiggini et Honda prouvent qu’il existe un morphisme de chaînes qui induit un isomorphisme Φ* : HF(Y ) → ECH(Y;α) en homologie. Étant donné un noeud K dans Y , une version chapeau ECK(K; Y; α) de l’homologie de contact plongée pour les noeuds est définie dans [13] et un isomorphisme avec l’homologie de Heegaard Floer HFK(K; Y ) est conjecturé. Ces deux homologies peuvent être définies comme la première page de suites spectrales déterminées par des filtrations induites par K sur des complexes de chaînes pour ECH (Y; α) et HF(Y ). Le but de cette thèse est de fournir des indices sur la véracité de cette conjecture. On définie une version complète ECK de l’homologie\ECK et on généralise les définitions de ECK et ECK aux entrelacs. On calcule ensuite les caractéristiques d’Euler de ces homologies pour les noeuds et entrelacs dans les trois-sphères d’homologie (munies d’une forme de contact convenable) et on prouve que, dans S3, l’homologie ECK est une catégorification du polynôme d’Alexander à multivariables. Ce fait, associé à un résultat bien connu analogue en HFK, implique que la conjecture est vraie au niveau de caractéristiques d’Euler en S3. Finalement, nous montrons que, à homotopies de chaînes près, le morphisme Φ préserve les filtrations du noeud. Ceci peut être considéré comme la première étape d’une preuve de la conjecture pour les noeuds fibrés
Given a contact 3-manifold (Y; α), let HF(Y ) and \ECH(Y; ) be the associated Heegaard Floer and, respectively, embedded contact homologies. In a series of papers Colin, Ghiggini and Honda proved that there exists a chain map that induces an isomorphism : HF(Y ) → ECH(Y; α) in homology. Given a knot K in Y , in [13] a hat embedded contact knot homology ECK(K; Y; α) is defined and an isomorphism with the hat Heegaard Floer knot homology HFK(K; Y ) is conjectured. These two homologies can be defined as first pages of spectral sequences arising from filtrations induced by K on chain complexes for ECH(Y; α) and HF(Y ). The aim of this thesis is to provide some evidences about the veracity of this conjecture. We define a full ECK homology and we generalize the definitions of ECK and ECK to any link. We compute then the Euler characteristics of these homologies for knots and links in homology three-spheres (endowed with a suitable contact form) and we prove that in S3 the ECK homology is a categorification of the multivariable Alexander polynomial. This fact, together with a well known analogous result in HFK, implies that the conjecture is true at the level of Euler characteristics in S3. Finally we show that, up to chain homotopies, the chain map Φ preserves the knot filtrations. This can be considered as a first step of a proof of the conjecture for fibered knots

Dans une première partie, nous développerons la théorie de l'homogénéisation symplectique ainsi que ses applications à la théorie de Mather et à la rigidité symplectique. Les invariants spectraux lagrangiens seront l'outil de base de ce travail. Dans une seconde partie, nous rappelerons les toutes nouvelles applications de la théorie des faisceaux aux problèmes de non déplaçabilité. Nous formulerons ce que nous pensons être l'équivalent de l'homologie de Floer dans ce cas là et les invariants spectraux. Puis, à l'aide de ces outils nous prouverons la non-déplaçabilité de sous-variétés lagrangiennes non exactes du cotangent. Ensuite, nous parlerons des applications à la topologie symplectique $C^0$ et à l'optimisation non lisse.

L'homologie instanton-symplectique est un invariant associé à une variété de dimension trois close orientée, qui a été dé?ni par Manolescu et Woodward, et qui correspond conjecturalement à une version symplectique d'une homologie des instantons de Floer. Dans cette thèse nous étudions le comportement de cet invariant sous l'effet d'une somme connexe, d'une chirurgie de Dehn, et d'un cobordisme de dimension quatre. Nous établissons une formule de Künneth pour la somme connexe : si Y et Y' désignent deux variétés closes orientées de dimension trois, l'homologie instanton-symplectique associée à leur somme connexe est isomorphe à la somme directe du produit tensoriel de leurs groupes d'homologie instantonsymplectique respectifs, et de leur produit de torsion (après décalage des degrés). Nous définissons des versions tordues de cette homologie, et prouvons un analogue de la suite exacte de Floer, reliant les groupes associés à une triade de chirurgie. Cette suite exacte nous permet de calculer le rang des groupes associés à des familles de variétés, notamment les revêtements doubles ramifiés d'entrelacs quasi-alternés, des chirurgies entières de grande pente le long de certains noeuds, ainsi que certaines variétés obtenues par plombage de fibrés en disques au-dessus de sphères. Nous définissons enfin des invariants pour des cobordismes de dimension 4 prenant la forme d'applications entre groupes d'homologie instantonsymplectique des bords, et prouvons que deux des morphismes intervenant dans la suite exacte de chirurgie s'interprètent comme de telles applications, associées aux cobordismes d'attachement d'anses. Nous donnons également un critère d'annulation pour de telles applications associées à des éclatements
Symplectic instanton homology is an invariant for closed oriented three-manifolds, defined by Manolescu and Woodward, which conjecturally corresponds to a symplectic version of a variant of Floer's instanton homology. In this thesis we study the behaviour of this invariant under connected sum, Dehn surgery, and four-dimensional cobordisms. We prove a Künneth-type formula for the connected sum: let Y and Y' be two closed oriented three-manifolds, we show that the symplectic instanton homology of their connected sum is isomorphic to the direct sum of the tensor product of their symplectic instanton homology, and a shift of their torsion product. We define twisted versions of this homology, and then prove an analog of the Floer exact sequence, relating the invariants of a Dehn surgery triad. We use this exact sequence to compute the rank of the groups associated to branched double covers of quasi-alternating links, some plumbings of disc bundles over spheres, and some integral Dehn surgeries along certain knots. We then define invariants for four dimensional cobordisms as maps between the symplectic instanton homology of the two boundaries. We show that among the three morphisms in the surgery exact sequence, two are such maps, associated to the handle-attachment cobordisms. We also give a vanishing criteria for such maps associated to blow-ups

Le processus d’urbanisation conduit à un ensemble de transformations et perturbations qui peuvent avoir des conséquences sur la flore spontanée. Ce travail de thèse porte sur les communautés végétales des espaces herbacés ordinaires distribués au sein 3 aires urbaines de l’ouest de la France : Angers, Nantes et la Roche-sur-Yon. A travers deux approches, taxonomique et fonctionnelle, l’objectif est d’analyser les variations de diversités et de composition floristiques le long de gradients paysagers (notamment d’urbanisation et de connectivité des habitats). Ces milieux apparaissent diversifiés, tout en ne présentant qu’un faible nombre d’espèces exotiques. Le gradient urbain-rural structure les communautés, établissant notamment de fortes distinctions dans leurs compositions spécifiques, et ce, malgré l’absence de variations en terme de richesse et d’homogénéisation. Ces distinctions sont en lien avec des traits relatifs à leurs exigences écologiques (habitat, pH, humidité, lumière)et au niveau de perturbation plus élevé en ville. Ces relations varient malgré tout selon que l’on considère l’abondance locale ou régionale des espèces suggérant que d’autres mécanismes viennent s’ajouter à ces processus de filtre. La mesure in situ de trois traits fonctionnels (hauteur, SLA et phénologie) montre également l’importance de ce processus de filtre sur les espèces à un niveau intraspécifique. L’ensemble des résultats montre la façon dont ces espèces communes s’assemblent au regard des processus écologiques à l’oeuvre dans des environnements urbains, et permet d’ouvrir des perspect
The process of urbanisation leads to a series of transformations and disturbances that may have consequences for wild plant communities. This thesis presents a study of the plant communities of ordinary grasslands distributed among three cities of western France: Angers, Nantes and La Roche-sur-Yon. Using both taxonomical and functional approaches, the aim is to analyse the variation in plant diversity and composition along landscape gradients, in particular those of urbanisation and habitat connectivity. Such grassland habitats appear to be diverse, despite a low number of exotic species. The urban-rural gradient structures such communities, in particular by strongly modifying species composition; and this despite an absence of variation in species richness or of homogenisation. These modifications in community structure are linked to traits for ecological requirements (for habitat, pH, humidity or light)or for adaptation to higher levels of disturbance in towns. These relationships vary according to species’ local or regional abundance, suggesting that other mecanisms accompany the filtering process. Taking into account three functional traits (height, SLA and phenology) measured in situ shows that the filtering process also has consequences at intraspecific level. Taken together, the results show how common species are assembled in response to ecological processes operating in urban environments and open up new perspectives and applications for the integration of grassland plant communities into biodiversity conservation objectives in urban areas

Nous étudions un problème de chirurgie de Dehn, à savoir la caractérisation des nœuds dans les espaces lenticulaires qui admettent des chirurgies intégrales homéomorphes à S1 x S2. Nous montrons que ces nœuds sont fibrés et qu'ils bordent des surfaces de Seifert planaires. De façon équivalente, les nœuds induits dans S1 x S2 sont isotopes à des tresses. Le principal outil que nous avons utilisé est l'homologie de Heegaard-Floer, un ensemble d'invariants de type théorie de jauge développés par Ozsváth-Szabó à partir de 2000. En outre, nous montrons que ces nœuds sont simples au sens de Floer, donc conjecturalement simples. Compte tenu de cette dernière conjecture, nous avons initié une étude de nœuds simples dans les espaces lenticulaires appropriés et nous avons donné une liste potentiellement complète de tous les nœuds simples avec des chirurgies intégrales S1 x S2. Ces nœuds se révèlent être les nœuds induits dans les espaces lenticulaires obtenues en effectuant une chirurgie de Dehn sur certains nœuds doublement primitifs dans S1 x S2, exactement ceux construits par Baker. ______________________________________________________________________________ MOTS-CLÉS DE L’AUTEUR : chirurgie de Dehn, espace lenticulaire, homologie de Heegaard-Floer, nœud fibré.
