Abstract:
This contribution tentatively outlines the presumed conceptual duality between the issues of incompleteness and incomprehensibility—The first being more formal in nature and able to be declined in various ways until specified in the literature as theoretical incompleteness. This is theoretical and not temporary, which is admissible and the completion prosecutable. As considered in the literature, theoretical incompleteness refers to uncertainty principles in physics, incompleteness in mathematics, oracles for the Turing Machine, logical openness as the multiplicity of models focusing on coherence more than the optimum selections, fuzziness, quasiness, e.g., quasi-crystals, quasi-systems, and quasi-periodicity, which are intended as the space of equivalences that allow for coherent processes of emergence. The issue of incomprehensibility cannot be considered without reference to an agent endowed with cognitive abilities. In this article, we consider incomprehensibility as understood here as not generally scientifically explicable, i.e., with the available knowledge, as such incomprehensibility may be temporary, pending theoretical and technological advances, or deemed to be absolute as coincident with eventual definitive, theoretical non-explicability, and incomprehensibility. We considered the theoretically incomprehensibility mostly in three main ways: as the inexhaustibility of the multiplicity of constructivist reality as given by the theoretically incomprehensible endless loop of incomprehensible–comprehensible, and by existential questions. Moreover, theoretical incomprehensibility is intended as evidence of the logical openness of both the world and of understanding itself. The role of theoretical incomprehensibility is intended as a source of theoretical research issues such as paradoxes and paradigm shifts, where it is a matter of having cognitive strategies and approaches to look for, cohabit, combine, and use comprehensibility and (theoretical) incomprehensibility. The usefulness of imaginary numbers comes to mind. Can we support such research for local, temporary, and theoretical incomprehensibility with suitable approaches such as software tools, for instance, that simulate the logical frameworks of incomprehensibility? Is this a step toward a kind of artificial creativity leading to paradigm shifts? The most significant novelty of the article lies in the focus on the concept of theoretical incomprehensibility and distinguishing it from incomprehensibility and considering different forms of understanding. It is a matter of identifying strategies to act and coexist with the theoretically incomprehensible, to represent and use it, for example when dealing with imaginary numbers and quantum contexts where classical comprehensibility is theoretically impossible. Can we think of forms of non-classical understanding? In this article, these topics are developed in conceptual and philosophical ways.

Abstract:
Drawing upon sociolinguistic issues inherent to language variation and registers (BIBER at al., 1999), this paper, fundamentally theoretical, sought to discuss theoretical and methodological issues related to informal (colloquial) English. Besides the fact that this type of register is fundamental to one’s linguistic proficiency, the literature on the topic is substantially scarce both in theoretical and didactic-pedagogical terms (SENEFONTE, 2018). Thus, this article can contribute to the literature by possibly promoting critical thinking about the conscious use and approach to such type of language in the classroom, aiming at understanding language as a social practice and at critical language awareness.

Abstract:
The article explores different approaches to the definition of “e-business”. It was determined that e-business is a set of basic business processes that are formed using Internet technologies. E-business is one of the types of economic activity, which is implemented using information and communication technologies in the management of business processes, in order to obtain maximum profits. The main task of e-business is the use of modern information technology to replace old business models with new ones in order to improve the quality of the organization. Due to the modernization of old processes, the development of competition is intensified and that is why the management of any organization must respond as soon as possible to the constantly changing market situation and adapt to it accordingly or find a way out. Rapid adaptation and the ability to implement new ideas in their business processes help to improve many performance indicators of the enterprise. E-business is the common name of many of its types, so it is divided into e-commerce, e-education services, e-financial services, e-payment services, e-marketing and consulting, e-business in the field of employment and information. All these species are already formed at the moment and are developing. The article introduces the concept of e-commerce and emphasizes the difference between it and e-business. The main differences between these two concepts are given. The article also explores the means of providing business processes and the principles of forming an e-business infrastructure. Its advantages and disadvantages, strengths and weaknesses are identified using SWOT-analysis. They learned what factors hinder the development of e-business in Ukraine and suggested measures to grow this area.

Abstract:
So far, the fundamental laws of nature can only be obtained experimentally. Among them is Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction in mathema-tical representation as Maxwell's second law of the elec-tric field. Theoretically, it is impossible to obtain it on the basis of the laws of electrodynamics. Therefore, in the work, a bold attempt is made to theoretically obtain its analogue in the gravitational field, and then, on the basis of electromechanical analogies, to return to the electric field. What has been successfully done. But before that, there was a need to mathematically rehabili-tate the electromechanical analogies themselves, the reputation of which had suffered in the process of the reverse extension of the law from electricity to gravity under the name of gravito(electro)magnetism. Such immersion in the world of two disciplines - electricity and mechanics − is fundamental for a deeper understanding of physical processes, and at the same time for their quantitative detection.

Abstract:
The article is devoted to the study of the theoretical foundations of international tourism research. It is noted that foreign experience can help the tourism industry of other countries to attract foreign investments, create new jobs and improve the quality of tourist services. The essence of the concept of “international tourism” has been defined. The socio-economic prerequisites for the development of international tourism have been studied. It is noted that tourism is one of the most dynamically developing branches of the world economy, which makes a significant contribution to the social, cultural and economic development of countries. Ukraine, as a large Eastern European country, has a powerful tourism potential, but it is not yet fully utilized. The relevance of the study of the development of tourism in Ukraine based on the European experience is the need to evaluate and adapt the best practices of the tourism industry, which are successfully applied in the European Union and other countries. The introduction of European experience can contribute to the effective development of tourism in Ukraine, attracting more foreign tourists, increasing the amount of foreign exchange earnings and raising the standard of living of the population. In this diploma work, we propose to conduct a detailed analysis of the European experience in the field of tourism and explore the possibilities of its implementation in Ukraine. The research is aimed at identifying advanced strategies and tools for tourism development that could be successfully adapted to Ukrainian conditions. The object of research is international tourism. The subject of the study is the experience of the development of international tourism. Consequently, the consequences of globalization and growing international cooperation have become essential for the development of international tourism in EU countries. Socio-economic preconditions play an important role in stimulating and supporting this sector, which has become a key driver of economic growth and cultural exchange in the EU.

Abstract:
The topic of this article is very important and relevant today due to a rapid process of the revival of neo-paganism not only in Russia but in other countries as well. While in Western countries the problem of neo-paganism worsened sharply in the 50-60s of the twentieth century, in the Soviet Union such organizations started to appear en masse since the end of the 80s of the last century. And in 90s there were people who wrote in the genre of folk history. This study is relevant as it considers the problem of the activity of prolofic writers belonging to neo-paganism of the relatively recent past and present. This article focuses on the people who do not belong to any pagan community, even treating them negatively, but share a pagan worldview and devote many books to it. These books are very popular and can be found in most conventional bookstores. The article analyzes the genre of folk history. The biographies are described briefly with reference to scientific regalia. It is mentioned that the scientists are engaged in research which is not in their field of competence. Pseudoscientific theories about history and language are discussed in detail. In conclusion, it is emphasized that modern pagans are usually busy not reconstructing ancient beliefs and finding the lost heritage of their ancestors, but inventing illiterate hoaxes in order to create a name for themselves.

The author gives a brief summary of the development of theoretical geography as a science on the boundary between geography and science of science. Geography is still mostly an idiographic science, but theoretical geography is pure nomothetic science dealing with the laws governing the geography as a science. The importance of "quantitative revolution" for the development of the geography is discussed. The author underlines the importance of development of theoretical geography for further development of geography.
