Abstract:
There can be no valorisation of the truffle system without a sufficient awareness of the chain that brings the truffle from the ground to the consumer. This in fact renders explicit the link between the product and the territory of origin, eliminating disparities at the level of information between the consumer and the gatherer/producer/transformer. In this case, the value of the product is increased to the extent that along with it we also acquire the quality of the environment that produces it. The research that is presented in this volume offers valid elements of orientation, both for those working in the sector and for the public sector, to which it offers knowledge useful for the defence of the local product and for guiding sector policies.

Abstract:
The textbook examines the basic concepts, theoretical and methodological approaches to the assessment of the status, functioning and human development and its individual organs and subsystems in the structure of life, the basic principles of course of organismal and behavioral processes that support human adaptation to the external environment and the effectiveness of the behavior in terms of specific activities. Discusses the meaning of "health" in its broadest sense: physical, social, spiritual — and the ways, methods and tests examination of functional state of human organism and various systems and organs. Given the characteristics of statistically valid norms of health and its individual components, the effect of various tools, techniques, methods and technologies of developing and improving orientation on the formation mechanism of adaptation to conditions of activity and environment. Offers tested in practice and selected according to the degree of effectiveness of the tools, techniques and technologies of correction of the functional systems of the organism, providing high performance, health and performance of behavioral reactions and the subject in General. Meets the requirements of Federal state educational standards of higher education of the last generation. Intended for graduate students and faculty whose interests are related to the problems of human adaptation to the environment and professional activity.

Shear phase transformations in metals — at the macroscopic and microscopic levels — become a clear process. Visualizing the advances is produced by program included in package delivered. Mathematical models developing, experimental design, optimal statistical estimation, simulation the system under study and evolution process on loading serves as instrumentation. To reduce advanced methods to research and studies problem-oriented software will promote when installed. Abstract:
Leadership is usually a mandatory component of business education. Here we used the model of transformational leadership, and operationalized leadership consistently with the Values in Action Leadership scale. Social dominance orientation is a hierarchical belief-system that attributes social rank, ranging from high to low. Business students have been found to have higher levels of Social Dominance Orientation (SDO. Accordingly, 371 working business students were sampled to establish the relationship between SDO and transformational leadership capacity. The mediational impact of compassion was assessed. This study found high levels of competitive and hierarchical world conceptualization was significantly and sometimes strongly negatively linked to these constructs (Martin et al., 2014). We also discuss preliminary results of an interpersonal compassion-based intervention. The research suggests the opportunity to broaden psychological well-being of employees with impactful interventions, since negative behaviors within an institution can raise healthcare costs and lower job performance.

Abstract:
Legal socialization is the process by which children and adolescents acquire their law-related values. Such values, in particular legitimacy, underlie the ability and willingness to consent to laws and defer to legal authorities and make legitimacy-based legal systems possible. In their absence people relate to the law as coercion and respond to rewards and punishments. By age eighteen a person’s orientation toward law is largely established, yet recent legal scholarship has largely ignored this early period in favor of studying adults and their relationship to the law. This volume focuses upon socialization and outlines what is known about legal socialization in the family, in schools, and through contacts with the juvenile justice system. Our review of the literature indicates that there are ways to socialize that build legitimacy. These are linked to three issues: how decisions are made, how people are treated, and whether authorities respect the boundaries of their authority. Despite evidence that legitimacy can be socialized, views about the best way to exercise authority are highly contested in America today in families, schools, and within the juvenile justice system. In each case pressures toward coercion are strong. This volume argues for the virtues of a consent-based approach and for utilizing socialization practices that promote such a model.

Abstract:
The world community clearly needs a moral orientation to assess and reshape the global health architecture; it needs a moral compass to determine the best way forward. It needs a comprehensive theory of global health and a governance structure to effectuate it. Such a theory would enable analysis and evaluation of the current global health system; it would ground proposals, ethically and empirically, to reform global health and align the global system more closely with moral values. This chapter sets out the foundational components of a global health justice theory, arguing for universal ethical norms with shared global and domestic responsibility for health. It offers a global minimalist view, provincial globalism, as a mean between nationalism and cosmopolitanism, in which a provincial consensus accompanies a global consensus on health morality.

Abstract:
The Institute of legislation and comparative law under the Government of the Russian Federation, as the organizer of The international Congress of comparative law in partnership with the European Commission for democracy through law (the Venice Commission of the Council of Europe), seeks to attract representatives of various legal systems, schools, and generations to cooperate. It is as a result of such cooperation that it is possible to get the most adequate picture of the modern legal world. The topic of the IX Congress was chosen as the problem of value orientations in various branches of law, since in the field of comparative legal research it is often the starting point of scientific research. The purpose of this publication is to enrich the methodology of comparative legal research, fill in theoretical developments and help in the implementation of practical tasks of jurisprudence, which are set by modern society. The materials of the collection convincingly show the importance of socially significant values for increasing the effectiveness of legal regulation in various areas of public and state life. For practicing lawyers, employees of public authorities, representatives of the scientific community, teachers, students and postgraduates of law schools and faculties, as well as for anyone interested in the value sources of law and legislation.
