Abstract:
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the frequency of restless legs syndrome (RLS) in patients with chronic renal failure (CRF) in Petrópolis, Brazil, and investigate associations between the syndrome and: demographic characteristics, biochemical variables and comorbidities. METHOD: A cross-sectional study in which we interviewed 176 patients on dialytic therapy based on criteria elaborated by the International Restless Legs Syndrome Study Group, and compared data of patients with and without RLS. RESULTS: The frequency was 14.8 %. There were no significant differences between the two groups in demographic and biochemical variables investigated (iron, creatinine, intact parathyroid hormone, hemoglobin, calcium, phosphate). We found no association between RLS and the most common comorbidities, except for chronic glomerulonephritis (CGN) (OR = 3.84, p < 0.01). CONCLUSION: In the studied population RLS is a common disorder, and is not associated with the investigated biochemical abnormalities. A higher frequency of RLS in subjects with CGN is a finding that needs further investigation.

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE: To assess the occurrence of bruxism in deciduous dentition and a potential association between the habit and the presence or absence of posterior crossbite. METHODS: A total of 940 patient files were assessed. They were gathered from the archives of University of São Paulo City - UNICID; however, 67 patient files were dismissed for not meeting the inclusion criteria. Therefore, 873 children, males and females, comprised the study sample. They were aged between 2-6 years old and came from six different public primary schools from the east of the city of São Paulo. Data were collected through questionnaires answered by parents/guardians and by clinical examinations carried out in the school environment in order to obtain the occlusal characteristics in the transverse direction. First, a descriptive statistical analysis of all variables was performed (age, sex, race, posterior crossbite, bruxism, headache and restless sleep); then, the samples were tested by means of chi-square test with significance level set at 0.05%. A logistic regression model was applied to identify the presence of bruxism. RESULTS: The prevalence of this parafunctional habit was of 28.8%, with 84.5% of patients showing no posterior crossbite. Regarding the association of bruxism with crossbite, significant results were not found. Children with restless sleep have 2.1 times more chances of developing bruxism, whereas children with headache have 1.5 more chances. CONCLUSION: Transverse plane of occlusion was not associated with the habit of bruxism.

Victor Turner briefly mentions the liminality of “holy beggars” and “simpletons” (1969: 110) but this point has received little attention in existing literature on either liminality or holy fools. The seventh-century saint’s life The Life of Symeon the Fool is often described as presenting Symeon as someone who challenges and inverts norms while ultimately remaining a “loyal, albeit restless, member” of Emesa’s Christian community (Saward, 2000: 28). This paper will argue that Symeon’s prolonged liminality in the narrative allows him to play both of these roles by blurring the lines between desert and city, compassion and aggression, and critic and caretaker.

Abstract:
<p>The proliferation of franchises in Padangsidimpuan City has made traditional traders restless, there has also been conflict from the community due to the proliferation of these franchises in Padangsidimpuan City. So what is the role of local governments to overcome conflicts that occur, and what solutions are given by local governments to overcome these problems. The method used is qualitative through a case study approach. Contextual investigation is an exploratory technique including a very close assessment of a particular case. In addition, data collection techniques are carried out by looking for primary data and theoretical references that are relevant to the problems found. The theoretical references and documents related to the topic obtained through library research are used as the basic foundation and main tool for research practice in the middle of the field in this research. To limit the proliferation of franchise businesses in Padangsidimpuan City, initially the Padangsidimpuan city government only issued an appeal letter, but it did not have much effect on franchises, so the Padangsidimpuan City local government issued Padangsidimpuan Mayor Regulation No. 6 of 2021 concerning Structuring and Fostering People's Markets, Shopping Centers and Shops Supermarkets in Padangsidimpuan City, indeed there is no article specifically discussing sharia but from the regulations issued there are no articles that contradict sharia principles.</p>

Abstract:
This paper focuses on Ponte City, a high rise residential tower within the inner city of Johannesburg, South Africa - the highest of its kind in the southern hemisphere. This equally visually and socially notorious cylindrical building has since its erection in the 1970's become an icon and simulacrum of Johannesburg city life. It is located on the border of the suburb of Hillbrow, a restless transcendental suburb, known for its well mixed population of locals and migrant non South Africans, especially from other African countries. The inner city suburbs of Hillbrow and surround is furthermore notorious for being overcrowded and dangerous, with crime and xenophobia reaching peak statistics within the country. Famous for its peculiar shape and size, and somehow the epitome of what has and is happening in these areas, are Ponte City. It has become the first point of arrival for thousands of migrants from the rest of Africa and functions as a beehive of tangible and non-tangible systems and myths. Although it primarily provides a big concentration of homes for many, its purpose and influence has always been about something bigger - a reference to visual and structural feat, to social elitism, to African migration, and to urban legend of both horror and delight. The paper investigates the significance of Ponte as built form within this milieu of fear and transition. The building is seen as an urban body that has moved beyond the borders of its physical existence. It is described how it functions and exercises influence in the collective imaginations of its users and spectators. It also looks into how it asserts traditional definition and the significance of volatility in such inner-city environments. Experimental theories of homelessness, concept cities and cities with people as infrastructure are investigated and utilized in order to grasp a new understanding of the building within this unique milieu.

Abstract:
Abstract Background Sleep disorders such as obstructive sleep apnea and restless legs syndrome are prevalent in the general population and patients with chronic diseases such as multiple sclerosis (MS). Objectives This study compared the prevalence of sleep disorders complaints, fatigue, depression, and chronotype of adult patients with multiple sclerosis (PwMS) to a representative sample of São Paulo city residents. Methods A comparative study was made between PwMS and volunteers from the São Paulo Epidemiologic Sleep Study (Episono) study. We compared the scores of sleep questionnaires using the multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA) test to evaluate the effects and analysis of variance (ANOVA) as a follow-up test. Covariates were age, sex, and physical activity. The Pearson correlation test was performed to measure the correlation between Expanded Disability Status Scale (EDSS) and the scores of the sleep questionnaires. Finally, we applied propensity score matching to reduce bias in estimating differences between the two groups. Analyses were performed using Stata 14 (StataCorp, College Station, TX, USA) and IBM SPSS Statistics for Windows version 22.0 (IBM Corp., Armonk, NY, USA). Results The Episono group had worse sleep quality, and more excessive daytime sleepiness than PwMS. Obstructive sleep apnea and restless legs syndrome were more frequent in the Episono group. There was no difference in chronotype between the two groups, with morning and intermediate preference. There was no correlation between EDSS and sleep complaints. Fatigue was intensively present among PwMS. Conclusions Disease Modifying Drug (DMD)-treated PwMS had a lower frequency of sleep complaints, no difference in chronotype, and a higher prevalence of fatigue than a sample of São Paulo city residents. The immunomodulatory drugs commonly used to treat MS may have contributed to these findings.

Abstract The argument of this essay is that Lefebvre’s writings contain relevant contributions to understand the contemporary phenomenon of neoliberal urbanism and, at the same time, his politics of the possible can contribute to explain the restless urban struggles and spatial practices of social movements. We value the author’s contribution from a comprehensive perspective, avoiding the usual fragmented way it has been used in the fields of public administration, organization and urban studies. Our reading follows Gadamer’s notion of “the horizon of the question”, which indicates that “we can understand a text only when we have understood the question to which it is an answer”. Accordingly, the question posed asks for the contribution of Lefebvre’s oeuvre to understand contemporary urban processes and to make visible possible futures objectively implied in processes of social struggles.

Abstract:
Restless global urbanization needs to monitor in order to design a stable and sustainable urban habitat. In this regard, remote sensing and GIS are considered as an efficient monitoring and decision-support tool in sustainable urban planning and practices. In this paper we accumulate the results of a research undertaken to measure the urban sprawl and land use dynamics of the Dehradun city, Uttarakhand using vast sixteen years data and spatially explicit cellular automata CA-Markov model. Furthermore, future scenario of the city and land use was also examined. To achieve the desired goal, sixteen years large temporal images of Landsat were used to analyze the spatial decoration of land use change in the study area. The outcome of this study was clearly reviled that there was a substantial change was take place in the Dehradun city and its surroundings in last sixteen years. Modeling proposed a clear trend of various land use classes’ transformation in the area of urban built up expansions and urban encroachment whereas agricultural lands and forest covers are reduced at an alarming rate over the time. Dynamically increasing population of the city can be approximated by the predicted future scenarios. In order to promote a balance in between urban growth and environmental protection towards a sustainable urban habitat and environmental, local community involvement and capacity building program can be an efficient drive in this regard.

Abstract:
The discovery and recent publication of the third volume of the Afḍal al-tawārīkh (The Most Excellent of Histories) by Fazli Beg Khuzani Isfahani (d. after 1640), with its rich layers of new details on the reign of Shah ʿAbbas I (1587–1629), has made possible a search for fresh information on the shah’s architectural patronage and development of the Safavid capital at Isfahan in the early seventeenth century. Apart from several details not recorded elsewhere, Fazli Beg’s chronicle provides a more continuous account of the development of the city than other contemporary sources, which tend instead to concentrate and group the details of the construction of different buildings into the record of a few specific dates, so that it is not always clear when they were initiated or completed. Fazli Beg gives the impression of a city under constant construction, and of the shah’s restless impatience to propel the work forward. The paper also attempts to address the chronological disparities found in the main sources for the period.

Abstract:
The Versailles Park is a synthesis of the utopian fantasies of Tommaso Campanella and the urban baroque transformations of Rome, expressed through landscape architecture. Imbued with Campanella’s “mystical imperialism,” Louis XIV relegates the care of the palace to the background, building first and foremost a man-made landscape as a metaphor for the representation of absolute power. If the Baroque transformations of Rome are projections of private manorial spatial structures onto the layout of the city, the Park of Versailles is the opposite phase of this process initiated by the Roman pontiffs, that is, the projection of Roman Baroque urban structures onto the only truly private property in France at the time. The layouts of Versailles are an essence of Baroque, which could not be obtained either in Rome itself or in Paris with their dense buildings. Louis XIV contrasts Versailles with the capital of the Catholic world and the restless capital of his own kingdom. The park is saturated with didactic symbolism, expressing his concern for the education of worthy successors. The king himself draws up guidebooks and orders the publication of plans of Versailles in which the south is at the top, so that no one dares to look at his residence from the side of the sun he has appropriated. The appearance and semantics of the bosquets and fountains allegorically represent the spheres of interest without which power can be neither enlightened nor universal. However, the grandiose planning structures are only the skeleton; the flesh of the Versailles Park is the walls of trembling foliage, the marble and gilding of statues and decorations, the sparkling and hissing of fountain jets, bursts of sunlight in shadow, the contrasts of cosmic and obscure spaces that are playfully comfortable. The Park of Versailles is a center of sensual pleasures, reaching the peak of ingenuity in the extravagant day-and-night revelries. Through a sophisticated and unconventional stage direction, earth, air, fire and water — all four elements — stir the imagination, memory and thought in the Baroque Gesamtkunstwerk, which glorifies the Sun King.

Abstract:
Land is the most important and inseparable part of human life, especially for the community. On land that is occupied by the community, the community can take the results, utilize and also build buildings/buildings according to their designation. For land rights holders, the issue of compensation is the most complicated central issue to deal with in land acquisition efforts. It is often forgotten that interpretation as a social function also implies that land rights must be used according to their nature and purpose, so that they can benefit the land rights owners and the community. One of the land acquisitions that have been carried out by the Regional Government of Palu City, namely the Construction of Bridge V or also called the Lalove Bridge which for the people of the city of Palu in addition to being a public facility for the community in terms of transportation, the construction of the Lalove bridge is also a magnet for community tourism. Like exercising, gathering with family to enjoy the afternoon. Based on the reality that exists in the community, there are still incidents of land rights holders, late and or not replacing losses that make the community restless. So this can cause problems regarding land acquisition, especially the construction of the Lalove bridge in Palu City.

Abstract:
Sleep deprivation is one of the primary work-related health issues facing professional firefighters which can decrease their executive functioning and contribute to an array of health problems in them. The aim of this exploratory, quantitative research study is to gather preliminary data regarding the health of Ukrainian rescuers, with a focus on sleep. Sleep-deprived participants in our research study were identified using such questionnaires as PSQI, ISI, ESS, SSS, FSS, and BQSA. The obtained results confirm the presence of certain regularities. Typical for the firefighting profession sleep disorders were detected among firefighters of the city of Kropyvnitskiy and the region, including insomnia, apnea, restless leg syndrome (RLS), daytime sleepiness and low alertness, daytime fatigue, low sleep quality. Individuals suffering from sleep deprivation are at a higher risk for developing certain cardiovascular and metabolic issues, depressive disorders. Also, we found out that the aforementioned sleep disturbances contributed to a higher level of impulsivity and overall lack of executive functioning in firefighters. In our study we outline the importance of early detection and treatment for sleep disorders as a protective measure against the development of professional diseases. Sleep hygiene education should be provided to Ukrainian firefighters. It could influence them to make better choices related to their sleep, which would subsequently impact other areas of their health and wellbeing. Annual research studies concerning firefighters' sleep quality should be conducted on a regular basis with the aim to accumulate relevant statistics on the topic under consideration.

Abstract:
Mental disorders are health conditions in which the individual experiences changes in thought patterns, emotions, or behavior or a combination of these three changes (American Psychological Association. 2015). Keliat (2012), states that violent behavior is a person who is ambiguous, always anxious, has a negative assessment of himself and others, is unable to solve problems well, so that violent behavior is one of the methods used by patients to solve problems. Violent behavior is a situation where a person carries out actions that can cause physical harm, both to himself and others, characterized by uncontrolled rage and restless noise (Dermawan, 2018). The method used by the author in this case study is the interview technique. The sample taken in this case study was one person with a mental disorder at risk of violent behavior in the Bengkulu City area. The results of research that has been carried out show that teaching deep breathing relaxation techniques can reduce violent behavior towards ODGJ patients.

Abstract:
BACKGROUND: Movement disorders are not rare in patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) on hemodialysis (HD). The prevalence and the exact mechanism of these disorders are unknown. Iron deficiency and dopamine dysregulation are implicated from one perspective, whereas chronic inflammation and calcium dysmetabolism may be involved from another perspective. AIM: We studied the prevalence, delay in the diagnosis and the role of iron deficiency, inflammation, and bone abnormalities on some movement disorders in patients with CKD on HD. METHODS: A cross-sectional study examined the prevalence, among patients with CKD on HD in Mosul city, of restless leg syndrome (RLS), periodic limb movement syndrome (PLMS), Parkinsonism, asterixis, and myoclonus. Delay in diagnosis of these disorders was also studied. Validated questionnaires and specified neurological examination were applied to define patients with these disorders. Using IBM® SPSS® v. 23 statistical software, we compared between the different groups of patients by different parameters (case–control design). RESULTS: Among 281 enrolled CKD patients on HD in Mosul city, the prevalence of RLS, PLMS, Parkinsonism, asterixis, and myoclonus was 28.72%, 17.02%, 2.84%, 20.92%, and 24.11% respectively. Average delay in diagnoses was 2.6 (±3.09) years, 3.02 (±3.13) years, 1 (±0.78) year, 1.23 (±1.51) years, and 2.28 (±2.34) years, respectively. Median duration of dialysis in patients with PLMS and Parkinsonism tended to be higher than in those without PLMS or Parkinsonism. Neither inflammation, ferritin level nor bone dysmetabolism discriminated patients with CKD on HD with and without these movement disorders. CONCLUSIONS: Movement disorders are prevalent in patients with CKD on HD. In Mosul city, there would be still delay in diagnosis and treatment of these movement disorders. The longer the duration on HD, the more frequent the PLMS and Parkinsonism cases.

Abstract:
The analysis of urban bioethics in the article is carried out through urban practices. In turn, through such life practices there is an awareness of bioethics in general. Three main characteristics of urban bioethics are being revealed – Inclusion, Integration and Transdisciplinarity. Inclusion is a restless screenwriter of “inclusion” of citizens, where urban bioethics explores the experience of using the principles of bioethics in everyday life. Integration reveals integrative mechanisms for uniting communities to develop a strategy for the development of a city and society as a whole. Transdisciplinarity explains the mechanism of the transcendent space, combining the diversity of languages, specialties, cultures and the like. The urban bioethics plan aims at discussing civic thought in solving problems including both a bioethical nature and an urban context. Which forum is better for such discussions? We offer InplatBio - an integrative bioethics platform that has online and offline life in the city. The most promising theories for debates on bioethics are the ones that call upon citizens or officials to justify any requirements for collective action, giving reasons that may be acceptable to those who are connected by action. This concept has become known as deliberative democracy. InplatBio is an involvement of conscious citizens to work together in the community, for an ongoing, general, thoughtful and competent discussion of problems and their joint solution.

Abstract:
Our aim was to estimate the prevalence of nocturnal awakening with headache (NAH) in the population of São Paulo City according to gender, age (20–80 years old) and socioeconomic classes and its relationship to sleep disorders, sleep parameters, anxiety, depression, fatigue, life quality and obesity. We used a population-based survey with a representative three-stage cluster sample. Questionnaires and scales were applied face-to-face, and polysomnography was performed in 1101 volunteers, aged 42 ± 14 years, 55% women. The complaint of NAH occurring at least once a week had a prevalence of 8.4%, mostly in women, obese subjects and those aged 50–59 years-old. We observed associations of NAH with insomnia, restless leg syndrome (RLS), nightmares and bruxism, but not obstructive sleep apnea syndrome. In a logistics regression model, risk factors for NAH were female gender, odds ratio (OR) (95% confidence interval [CI]) 4.5 (2.8–7.3); obesity, OR 1.9 (1.1–3.3); age between 50 and 59 years, OR 2.4 (1.2–4.7); severe anxiety, OR 8.1 (3.6–18.1); RLS, 2.7 (1.2–5.6); and nightmares, 2.2 (1.3–3.7). Our study shows that NAH was highly prevalent in the population of São Paulo and suggests that this phenomenon has specific characteristics with specific risk factors: obesity, RLS and nightmares.

Abstract:
Abstract The title should not sound too iconoclastic to jurists’ ears. At least not to expert procedural lawyers, mindful of the scholarly debate on the notion of justice and the goal of process (especially of civil process) arose in Germany and Italy, at the end of the nineteenth century. As the raising demand for jurisdictional performance posed new challenges to the judicial administration of those States, scholars were confronted with issues such as “unjust” decisions, the perpetuation of judicial mistakes in res judicata judgments, and the principle of party disposition in the choice of appealing wrong decisions. Such a profound and introspective debate, came to put into question even centuries old dogmas, such as the olden maxim “res judicata pro veritate habetur.” Following that foundational juridical debate, the conventional “tools” the female figure of Justice is often displayed with, be they depicted in a XV century engraving or in a XX century sculpture outside a courthouse, A remarkable, though too partial attempt to collect images of Justice from law books printed between 1497 and 1788, may be found in Judith Resnik, Dennis Curtis, Representing Justice: Invention, Controversy and Rights in City-States and Democratic Courtrooms (Yale: Yale University Press, 2011). The authors rather focus on a “political” detail – whether Justice is shown as blindfolded or not – which, at different times, was meant either as a critique of arbitrary justice or as a symbol of Justice’s impartiality. do appear to modern observers as nothing but misleading attributes of Justice. In this article, we propose to enquire into the origins of the conceptual trompe l’oeuil attached to the iconographic imagery of Justice; to demonstrate how the widespread representation of Justice in figurative arts is ultimately flawed by political overtones and distant from the truly essence of the jurisdictional phenomenon; and to show how a few exceptions of artworks and famous literary trials come much closer to grasping the essence of Justice through due process, and are way more instructive than its deified and standardized allegory.

Abstract:
Pregnancy and physiological and psychological variations can impact mental and emotional changes and thereby trigger depression and anxiety in expectant mothers. Being overly concerned about an individual’s financial, social, and health issues can promote depression and anxiety among pregnant women. Managing those associated factors during and after pregnancy is crucial. Although several studies reported depression and anxiety disorder in pregnant women, there are limited studies available in Saudi Arabia. Thus, this study measured the prevalence of both depression and anxiety among pregnant women in Al-Madinah Al-Muawarah, Saudi Arabia. A total of 250 surveys were conducted from five primary care centers randomly. A simple stratified sampling technique was used. General Anxiety Disorder-7 (GAD-7) and Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ-9) were used as research instruments for data collection. Of the seven items from GAD-7, the higher rate related to the response “not at all” for the following items; “Being so restless that it is hard to sit still” by 165 (66.5%) was obtained followed by “Becoming easily annoyed or irritated” 118 (47.2%). Similarly, from the nine items from the PHQ-9, the higher rate response was obtained with “not at all” for the following items; “Thoughts that you would be better off dead, or hurting yourself” by 243 (98.0%), followed the second-highest rate was obtained regarding “Several Days” for the following items; “Trouble falling or staying asleep, or sleeping too much” by 116 (46.8%). The current study is consistent with previous studies.

Abstract Background Blepharospasm is a focal dystonia that affects the orbicularis oculi muscles. The interest in nonmotor symptoms is due to their impact on quality of life. Objective We evaluated the frequency of sleep disorders and circadian rhythm in a sample of Brazilian blepharospasm patients. Methods A total of 51 patients, who met the clinical criteria for blepharospasm, evaluated by 2 specialists in movement disorders, were recruited from the outpatient clinic for movement disorders of two reference centers in the city of São Paulo: Universidade Federal de São Paulo and Hospital do Servidor Público do Estado de São Paulo. The selected 13 patients were evaluated from 13 days before to 13 days after using botulinum toxin. They were interviewed, underwent physical examination and actigraphy, and completed sleep diaries. Results After using botulinum toxin, the group that reported sleep improvement exhibited a 50% decrease in sleep latency. There was no change in restless leg syndrome or circadian rhythm. Patients who reported no sleep improvement after using botulinum toxin presented poorer synchronization of the light-dark cycle. Conclusion Blepharospasm patients have poor sleep quality. About 50% of the patients had sleep improvement after using botulinum toxin. The synchronization of the light-dark cycle should be influenced by this finding.

Abstract:
Background: The corona virus (covid-19) pandemic in Indonesia is still growing. Every week the number of infections of Covid-19 was 2,273 cases. Where as, 198 of them died and 164 people were treated. In fact, among them are healthy workers who help treat corona virus patients and become infected afterward. There was a shortage of personal protective equipment (PPE) for health workers in Southeast Sulawesi province, especially at Kendari City, Health Center Kandai. This makes health workers have to take turns wearing PPE if they want to do their job. Therefore, many health workers feel restless and do not want to carry out their duties if they are not provided with adequate PPE, because they will examine people or patients whose health status is not yet known. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between the providing of self-protective equipment and occupational stress events of health officers in the handling of Covid-19 at Kandai health center. Methods: This type of research is an analytic study with a cross-sectional approach. The sample in this study amounted to 58 people using the total sampling method. Results: The results showed that there was a relationship between the provision of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) with the incidence of work stress for health workers in handling covid-19 at Kandai Health CenterKendari City, with the statistical test results being 18,322. Conclusion: It is hoped that policy makers, especially the head of the Kandai Health Center, pay more attention to the safety and health of their employees, such as in the provision of PPE, and for health workers, especially at Kandai Health Center, to further improve the Covid-19 protocol that is applied to themselves and patients.

Objective. The article analyzes the clinical features of sleep in preschoolers aged 3-7 years in the city of Perm on the basis of a continuous questionnaire method. Materials and methods. The presence of complaints related to sleep at the time of the survey was substantiated in 45 % of children of the younger age group (from 3 to 5 years) and 41 % of children in the older age group (from 5 to 7 years). Results. Sexual dimorphism manifested itself in a significant dominance of intrasomnic disturbances with frequent awakenings and increased motor activity during sleep in older boys. Nocturnal pains and / or cramps in the leg muscles prevailed in girls of the older age group. In the structure of parasomnias in Perm preschool children, there predominated nightmares (16.5 %), night fears (13.3 %), bruxism (14.8 %), sleepwalking (12.8 %), enuresis (8.2 %). Every fifth child of preschool age had sleep with an open mouth, snoring or puffing, hyperhidrosis during sleep and chronic adenotonsillar pathology, which does not exclude the presence of obstructive sleep apnea / hypopnea syndrome in this category of children. Conclusions. Sleep disorders were noted in a quarter of children under one year of age, manifested by difficult falling asleep, restless sleep and sleep inversion, which can be a marker of both disorders of maturation of chronobiological mechanisms and a high percentage of childhood behavioral insomnia.

T.F., about 30 years old, a peasant from the Chistopol district of the Kazan province, entered the Kazan District Medical Clinic on December 25, 1894). From the scanty preliminary information, it is only clear that on December 4 of the same year she gave birth in a city shelter for women in labor.During the admission to the hospital, F. was extremely restless, clung to others, sat on the floor, and screamed furiously. Carried in her arms to the compartment, she continued to make noise and resist, so she had to be forcefully stripped and put into the bath. She refused food, first tried to knock a mug of milk out of the nurse's hands, and then, typing it in her mouth, sprinkled it on the sick, shouted that she had not received communion, she should soon die; she baptized all corners, was baptized herself. In view of the excited state, she was placed in the isolation ward. Here she spent the whole day in tireless movement, running from corner to corner, then baptizing the door, then stripping naked, she danced and shouted: Lord have mercy, let me retire, oh, oh! She was afraid for some reason on the mattress. She turned to the doctor who entered with a question, will she die soon? All day I did not eat or drink anything. Unkempt. Abstract:
This paper examines the Megg, Mogg and Owl stories of Simon Hanselmann, an Australian artist whose serialized comics both depict acts of contemporary roguery committed by a group of friends in an inner city sharehouse and test the generic limits of its own storytelling conventions, thereby becoming contemporary instances of “rogue texts.” The paper positions the adventures of Megg, a witch, Mogg, her familiar, Owl, their housemate, and associated characters including Booger and Werewolf Jones as contemporary variations of both the Australian genre of grunge fiction and the broad international tradition of rogue literature. It shows how Megg, Mogg, Owl and their friends use the structure of the sharehouse to make their own rules, undertake illegal behaviour, and respond to the strictures of mainstream society, which alongside legal restrictions include normative restrictions on gender and behaviour. It shows the sharehouse as a response to their economic, as well as cultural and social conditions. The paper then shows how Megg and particularly Owl come up against the limitations of the permissiveness and apparent security of their “rogue” society, and respond by beginning to “go rogue” from the group. Meanwhile, the text itself, rather than advancing through time, goes over the same chronology and reinscribes it from new angles, becoming revisionist and re-creative, perhaps behaving roguishly against the affordances of episodic, vignette form. The paper argues that Simon Hanselmann’s Megg, Mogg and Owl comics can be understood as contemporary rogue texts, showing characters responding to social and generic limits and expressing them through a restless and innovative comics text.

Abstract:
Born in Alexandria, Egypt, in 1930, Ahmed Morsi is a multitalented artist who seamlessly moves between different genres and modes of creative expression. A brilliant painter, an eloquent poet, and a sharp art and literary critic whose career has spanned more than seven decades, his work has been enriched by the experience of living in three continents. While Morsi’s oeuvre is the embodiment of polyphony, a unifying force that defies any singular reading is the surrealist spirit that permeates his work across different mediums. The retrospective Ahmed Morsi: A Dialogic Imagination, held at the Sharjah Art Museum in 2017, captured the artist’s restless artistic spirit with a display of the intertextuality and multiplicity of voices through which Morsi expresses his creative talent and endless experimentation. This article references the Sharjah show and offers a survey of Morsi’s career, accompanied by a select number of images of his oeuvre from his early days in his native Alexandria to his sojourns in Baghdad and Cairo, and his current practice in New York City, where he has been living since 1974. It also offers a glimpse, in image and in text, of his diverse corpus of literary works, theater set designs, book covers, as well as rare photographs. In tandem with the Sharjah exhibition and the soon-to-be-published catalogue, the author offers a historical assessment and critical appraisal of Morsi’s accomplishments that will enable readers to appreciate the artist’s remarkable endeavors and experimentations over more than six decades of commitment to creativity in art and literature.

People with Multiple Sclerosis (PwMS) and a community population from So Paulo, Brazil, were compared for issues with sleep, depression, fatigue, and the chronotype. Participants in the PwMS trial were not the same as those in the So Paulo Epidemiologic Sleep (SPES) study. Analysis of variance (ANOVA) and multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA) tests were used to investigate the sleep questionnaire responses to determine the impact of various factors. Covariates are factors that include age, sex, and activity. The results of the sleep surveys with the Expanded Disability Status Scale (EDSS) have been analyzed utilizing the Pearson correlation test (PCT). Propensity score matching additionally decreased predict bias for differences between the two groups. The tools for the analysis were Stata 14 with IBM SPSS Statistics for Windows, version 22.0. By comparing the PwMS, the Episono group (EG) slept less soundly and felt more sleepy when they woke up. In the Episono group, OSA and RLS were more common. The two groups' choices for the morning and the middle did not differ according to chronotype. The EDSS and sleep problems did not correlate. PwMS described being completely worn out. Sleep issues were less common, although disease-modifying drug-treated weariness was more common in PwMS than in a sample of So Paulo city residents. There was no difference in chronotype. The immunomodulatory medications often used for MS may have affected these results.

Abstract:
A school head is a restless leader that has full of ideas and plans that challenge everybody in a school organization to achieve the goals and objectives of the school. The study attempted to determine the relationship between leadership styles and the efficiency of teachers in Bayugan North and Northwest District, Division of Bayugan City for the school year 2018-2019. The study used a descriptive research design. The study involved 125 respondents. Based on the findings, democratic and authoritative leadership styles since support from the subordinate teachers through cooperation understanding and teamwork enable them to attain the goals and objectives of the school organization when applied alternatively as the need arises. Moreover, the school heads are not so convinced to adopt autocratic and laissez fair leadership styles since it creates a gap between the school heads and the subordinate teachers in school. The said leadership styles may delay works assigned by the school heads since the subordinates will be divided in their likes and dislikes because the school head does not mind whatever the subordinate teachers do in the classroom. It discharges teamwork and cooperation in work. It was recommended that the school heads should maintain to adopt democratic style of leadership in dealing with the subordinates. They should sometimes integrate authoritative and autocratic leadership styles to achieve the goals and objectives of the school as early as possible. Abstract:
Sleep deprivation is one of the main professionally determined factors for firefighters which can decrease their executive functioning and contribute to an array of health problems in them, including cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and depression mood disorders. The aim of this research is to gather preliminary data regarding the health of Ukrainian, with a focus on sleep quality indicators. Sleep-deprived participants in our research study were identified using such questionnaires as PSQI, ISI, ESS, SSS, FSS, and BQSA. Statistical processing of the data was carried out with the aid of Fisher's exact test, a statistical tool which is widely used in medical researches when the expected numbers are small. The obtained results confirm the presence of certain regularities. First, typical for the firefighting profession sleep disorders were detected among workers of operatively rescue service of Kropyvnitskiy city: including daytime fatigue, low sleep quality, insomnia, apnea, restless leg syndrome, low alertness, daytime sleepiness. Secondly, individuals suffering from sleep deprivation are at a higher risk for developing certain cardiovascular and metabolic diseases, depressive disorders, including increased impulsivity and overall lack of executive functioning. Thirdly, the importance of early detection and treatment for sleep disorders as a protective measure against the development of the aforementioned diseases has been stressed in our study. Sleep hygiene education should be provided to Ukrainian firefighters. It could influence them to make better choices related to their sleep, which would subsequently impact other areas of their health and wellbeing. Annual research studies concerning firefighters' sleep quality should be conducted in Ukraine on a regular basis with the aim to accumulate relevant statistics on the topic under consideration.

Abstract:
This article narrates the life journey, theological ideas, and pastoral practices of one of the eminent Orthodox ascetics in the history of the Russian Orthodox Church — Hegumen Nikon (Vorobyov) (1894–1963). In his youth, influenced by the spirit of the time, he was initially an atheist, fervently studied various sciences and philosophy. However, not finding what he sought in philosophy, he ardently turned to faith. In the “borderline state”, his soul experienced a somersault, and God revealed Himself to the one who sought Him with all the strength of his soul. In Minsk in 1930, Nikolai took monastic vows. He was given the name in honor of Hegumen Nikon of Radonezh, and later was ordained as a hieromonk. At that time of persecutions, this step was a true renunciation of the world and a direct path to Golgotha. In 1944, he was appointed the abbot of the Annunciation Cathedral in the city of Kozelsk. Here, he lived in an apartment held bynuns and kept a truly ascetic lifestyle. In a small room, he spent all his free time in prayer. His sermons made a strong impression on the believers, as he explained the Gospel, taught how to pray correctly, what humility and repentance meant as the foundations of spiritual life. In 1948, Father Nikon began to be driven from one parish to another: initially transferred to Belyov, then to Efremov, and further to Smolensk. His excellent sermons made many people restless, including, quite often, his fellow brethren. In 1948, from Smolensk, he was sent to the city of Gzhatsk (now Gagarin) — according to the father, in exile. Father Nikon led a strict monastic life. He had the gift of unceasing prayer, which was discovered accidentally. Hegumen Nikon’s constant readings included patristic writings, the Fathers of the Philokalia, the lives of saints, sermons, expoundings, and rarely — scientific, theological and philosophical works. Especially diligently and constantly he re-read and studied the works of St. Ignatius (Bryanchaninov), whom, being a truly spiritual father, he strongly recommended to all his spiritually close ones. The essence of his instructing was beautifully expressed in his letters, which were repeatedly published under various titles: “Repentance Is Left to Us”, “Letters on Spiritual Life”, “Give Heed to Yourself”, and others. He spoke and wrote about the essence of the Savior’s preaching, calling for spiritual and moral self-change through recognizing the damaged nature of humanity and its inability to heal itself from passions, primarily from the most foolish one — pride. Through this self-awareness, true repentance could be accomplished, turned to Christ the Savior, Who heals us.

Abstract:
The Pangkalan Jati area is located in the north of the city of Depok and borders the province of DKI Jakarta and is included in one of the Cinere districts, the hustle and bustle of Depok city life has an impact especially on people's lives. youth, population density will affect people's lives, with the high activity of the emergence of problems in society, including youth activities in association, the vulnerability of youth in promiscuity today, not a few young people are affected by negative associations. , associations that lead to the use of illegal drugs, namely narcotics, especially in and around the Depok City area. Community Service Activities (PKM) are carried out using methods, counseling and face-to-face interactive dialogue with the theme "Youth groups in anticipating the dangers of narcotics through a holistic approach in Pangkalan Jati Baru Village, Cinere District, Depok". From the implementation of PKM, the focus is on young people because they are targeted by criminals by traffickers and are a threat to the life of the nation and state. So that of course it can make every parent very concerned about the spread of narcotics which is so uncontrolled, the government is overwhelmed by suppressing the circulation of narcotics to its roots, so the government firmly declares war on narcotics, the government through the National Narcotics Agency (BNN) is trying as much as possible, maybe the eradication of drugs is being intensively carried out, but there are still many difficulties in eradicating the network, so that the important and awaited role is the role of youth and society. . Until now, the most effective drug prevention and control for teenagers is family education. It is hoped that parents can supervise and educate their children to stay away from illegal drugs. The most important thing is that drugs interfere with the health and even the tissues of the addict's own body, which causes him to be careless in his activities, restless, unfocused, so that the performance of the addict will decrease, even the most terrible one will lead to death. . The results achieved through this service are the level of community knowledge, especially teenagers and other communities about the dangers of narcotics.

Abstract:
Abstract. By its very nature Earth is unsettled and in continual motion. Earthquakes and volcanoes are an expression of the convective motions of the planet, and our existence on Earth is a consequence of this tectonic activity. Yet, as humans, we often struggle to understand our role in relation to such unpredictable natural phenomena and use different methods to attempt to find order in nature's chaos. In dwelling on the surface of our “unsettled planet”, we adapt and live with a range of ground vibrations, both natural and anthropogenic in origin. Our project, funded by the University of Bristol's Brigstow Institute, seeks to explore how we perceive and understand the shaky ground we live on, using an interdisciplinary approach that brings together the Earth sciences, the history of art and literature, and performance art. Inspired by historical commentary in the aftermath of large earthquakes, which frequently notes the unscheduled ringing of church bells excited by the shaking around them, we reflect on how these purported unscheduled bell-ringing events were caused not only by near earthquakes but also by distant incidents. To investigate this phenomenon, we installed a state-of-the-art broadband seismometer in the Wills Memorial Building tower to record how Great George (the tower bell) responds to the restless world around him. The installed seismometer has been recording activity around and within the tower on a near-continuous basis between late-March 2018 and January 2019. Here, we present the signals recorded by the seismometer as Great George overlooks the hustle and bustle of the city around him and investigate how connected we are to our unsettled planet, even from our tectonically quiet setting in Bristol. We find that the seismometer not only shows the ebb and flow of activity in and around Bristol but also registers earthquakes from as nearby as Lincolnshire, UK, or as far away as Fiji, halfway around the world. In order to contextualize our findings, our project also considers what determines how people have responded to earth-shaking events, drawing on both historical and recent examples, and looks to contemporary art practice to consider how an awareness of our unsettled planet can be communicated in new ways. The project has led to a number of art installations and performances, and feedback from artists and audiences shows how making art can be used to both investigate our connections with the Earth and to articulate (and even accept) the uncertainties inherent in encountering unstable ground.

ABSTRACT We present a case of a 10 years old child who swallowed a live fish, which resulted in severe upper airway obstruction. The child presented to the casuality with severe airway obstruction with a history of accidental slippage of a live Koi fish into the throat. He was restless, dysphasic, dyspneic, typically placing his hands in front of his neck. On physical examination, there was suprasternal retraction and bilateral decreased breath sound. Direct laryngoscopy was done and fish was removed from hypopharynx as an emergency procedure. We outline our emergency airway management strategies and focus our discussion on the technique used to remove the impacted fish from the upper airway, which was paramount for the successful outcome of this case. Abstract:
Since the Evangelical Revival triggered a new wave of British millenarian expectations and aroused religiously motivated interest in Jews, various religious bodies and individuals envisioned the necessity of Jews' conversion, stimulating countless and restless efforts to evangelize “God's chosen people.” These efforts, organized within the framework of the vast British missionary enterprise, soon became “nothing short of a national project,” to cite Michael Ragussis. This project, dubbed by its critics as “the English madness,” expressed itself in activity of various societies, and missions, in a wide flow of literature and in constantly recurring public debates. The London Society for Promoting Christianity among Jews (abbreviated from here to the London Society or the Society), was probably its most important outcome. Established as a separate missionary enterprise in 1809, it was the oldest and the largest society in field of nineteenth-century British “Jewish missions.” It sent missionaries not only to the Jewish communities in British colonial spaces, but also far beyond. The efforts of the Society to convert Jews are well reflected in its numerous missionary periodicals whose function, form, and language I wish to discuss here.

Objective: To determine the prevalence of sleep disorders in a patient with Parkinson's disease (PD) and to identify the risk factors that might develop anxiety among the patients with Parkinson’s disease. Study Design: A cross sectional study.Place and Duration of Study: The study was conducted from 16th June to 16th November 2020 at cardiology department of Ch.Pervaiz Elahi Institute of cardiology, Multan.Materials and Methods: A total of 200 participants were part of the study, out of which 100 were diagnosed with Parkinson's disease while the other half were healthy subjects. Prior diagnosis of Parkinson's disease was reconfirmed through standard criteria of movement disorders and disease staging was done through Hoehn Yahr staging. All the participants were inquired of understudy variables through one-to-one interviews and a structured questionnaire was administered. Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale was utilized to evaluate the existence of anxious tendencies. SPSS 20.0 was used for statistical analyses. T-test was used for comparison of sleeping disorders between control subjects and patients. Risk factors for anxiety were measured as odd ratios. A P-value less than 0.05 was considered statistically significant.Result: Among patients with PD sleep initiation problems (37%), nocturia (66%), and body movement problems (50%) were found to be significant. Moreover, a majority of patients, 75%, were on sleeping pills. The data was suggestive of significant occurrence of Obstructive Sleep Apnea Syndrome (OSAS), restless leg syndrome (RLS), and Rapid eye Movement (REM) REM Sleep Behaviour Disorder (RSBD). Further, anxiety was significantly correlated with disease duration, severity, and age of the patient. Conclusion: Parkinson's disease not only presents with motor symptoms but has severe non-motor manifestations. Similar to the external world, sleeping disorders are also prevalent among PD patients of Pakistan. Moreover, several factors play role in the development of anxiety in these patients which require critical management. How to cite this: Aslam A, Amjad N, Buzdar MW, Mazhar N, Haq I, Ahmed M. Abstract:
Bonino di Jacopo da Milano occupies a significant place in Dalmatian sculpture of the first half of the fifteenth century. In a relatively short period of time during which he was active – less than twenty years – this master managed to create numerous carvings and sculptures in almost every major Dalmatian town. Despite the fact that in the last ten years or so, a number of new and rather important works have been attributed to Bonino, while the works of a lesser quality have been identified as being produced by his collaborators, the assessment of this Lombard sculptor as an artist has remained the same and is based on the arguments put forward by Milan Prelog (1961) which portray him as having a backward looking, essentially Romanesque, understanding of the human figure and limited creative abilities. Because of this, he tends to be considered responsible for the works of a lesser quality with the major exception of a high relief depicting an angel bearing the coat of arms of the de Judicibus family from the bell tower of Split Cathedral (Fig. 1). The relief, now at the Museum of the City of Split, comes from the ground floor of the Cathedral bell tower where it stood on its south side. It replaced by a replica during the restorations works in the late nineteenth and early twentieth century. The first scholar who identified it as part of Bonino’s oeuvre or, more specifically, as a work of one of his assistants, was Cvito Fisković (1950). In contrast to this, earlier researchers such as A. Venturi (1908), H. Folnescis (1914), and Ljubo Karaman (1936) considered the relief to be more stylistically advanced and connected it to the mid-fifteenth century artistic activity of Juraj Dalmatinac. Since Ljubo Karaman (1954) maintained his initial opinion even after C. Fisković’s attribution and softened his estimation only slightly, C. Fisković went on to attribute the angel from the bell tower to Bonino himself in a later, somewhat more detailed, discussion of the works this sculptor produced in Split (1969). He pointed out that the angel may well have been produced around 1426-1427 when the ground floor of the bell tower was being consolidated and when, as we learn from the sources, Bonino was working on the ciborium of St Domnius for the local Cathedral. Even a superficial comparison between the angel from the bell tower and the angels on Bonino’s ciborium (Fig. 2) reveals not only significant differences in the modelling technique, but, even more importantly, a completely different feeling for sculptural form. The angel with the de Judicibus coat of arms comes across as being dynamic in the available pictorial space and as having a far livelier facial expression as well as physical impostation all of which demonstrate that the noted discrepancies in style, chronology, and attribution are not accidental. The figure of the de Judicibus angel gentler, slimmer and more graceful than those made by Bonino and was brought to life by a slight turn of his small round head featuring full cheeks and resting on a thin, slightly elongated neck which is not found on Bonino’s angels. Significant differences are also evident in the angels’ hair: the hair on the de Judicibus angel is lush and somewhat unnaturally pulled up from the face so that it resembles a wig. Particularly lively are his large drilled eyes and a faint smile which hovers at the corners of his mouth – a feature absent from Bonino’s figures. Almost identical features as on this serene and lovely face can be found in the sepia preparatory sketch of St Matthew on the vault of the ciborium of St Domnius (Fig. 4) which is why it is logical to assume that the masters responsible for its completion or painting in 1429 – Dujam Vučković and Giovanni di Pietro da Milano – also made the preparatory drawing which served as a model for the de Judicibus angel from the bell tower. Close analogies with the angels on Bonino’s ciborium, another obvious source of inspiration, point to the fact that the artist responsible for the angel holing the de Judicibus coat of arms should be sought among Bonino’s close assistants as C. Fisković had initially suggested. A different role of the angels, that is, the predominantly religious one in the case of the angels on the ciborium above the altar of the local patron saint, and the mostly secular location of the angel on the bell tower sheds more light on the circumstances in which the de Judicibus angel may have been produced. One of the members of the de Judicibus family, a local noble family, was the Archbishop of Split Domnius II (1415-1420) who began raising funds for the completion of the bell tower in 1416 and who appointed a certain master Tvrdoj as the foreman but he never started the job. Dissatisfied with the passing of Split into Venetian hands in 1420, Archbishop Domnius left for Hungary where he stayed at the court of King Sigismund until his death in 1435. This information was used by Lj. Karaman to disprove the argument that the angel was made during Bonino’s sojourn at Split because he thought that the new Venetian government would not have allowed the installing of the coat of arms belonging to this self-exiled archbishop. Given that the coat of arms does not feature the episcopal mitre and cross, as noted by C. Fisković, it cannot be interpreted as belonging to him. In addition, the fact that this bishop is mentioned on the sarcophagus of his mother which was placed in the peripter of the Cathedral in 1429 clearly demonstrates that political reasons did not prevent the family connection with this bishop from being displayed. Moreover, the angel relief was carved on a large stone block which was organically linked to the masonry meaning that it was made during the consolidation of the ground floor of the bell tower carried out by Bonino’s workshop. Although the issue of authorship does not depend on the exact date of the angel relief, conspicuous similarities with the figure of St Matthew on the vault of the ciborium of St Domnius open up the possibility that the angel may have been produced during 1428, after Bonino went to Šibenik to work on the portal of the future Cathedral of St James. This might help explain a certain freedom of expression which is evident in the de Judicibus angel and which is absent from other works produced by Bonino’s workshop. Regardless of these circumstances surrounding what might be called hidden, political and subversive artistic freedom, perhaps acquired at a later date, evident in the de Judicibus angel, the main reasons for the angel’s lively movement and dynamism within the pictorial space lie in the fact that this relief expresses a completely different visual aesthetics and sculptural poetics when compared to the angels on the Cathedral ciborium. This is also corroborated by the capital above the angel’s head (Fig. 5). The capital’s intensely curling leaves distance it from Bonino’s variations of the ‘northern’ vegetal ornaments which can be seen on the capitals of the ciborium of St Domnius and bring it closer to the Venetian capitals with lush and curling leaves which appeared a decade or two later. The strong movement and the restless, somewhat extroverted, artistic hand apparent on this capital – not on display but the replica can be seen on the Cathedral bell tower – is also present in the de Judicibus angel which leaves no doubt that the two were made by the same sculptor. The aforementioned stylistic characteristics enable us to attribute another work to this unnamed master, that is, the statue of St Michael in the atrium of the Episcopal Palace at Šibenik (Fig. 6). If we take a closer look at the head of St Michael and his full round cheeks but also at the way his thick and pulled-up hair is depicted, we can easily recognize the hand of the same sculptor who made the de Judicibus angel. St Michael’s thin waist and his tense limbs which are bent as if made of rubber together with the tautened smooth surface of his armour have resulted in the unusual appearance of a body which seems to be hovering. The impression that the limbs are not in harmony with each other and that they were mechanically attached to the torso is achieved mostly by the right leg which is bent at the knee and depicted in profile. It is obvious that the unnamed master wanted to depict the traditional iconographic type of St Michael as a frontally placed heavenly soldier, which he could have seen in the monumental relief of St Michael set in the town walls next to the land gate, in a new, livelier and more dynamic, way. However, the execution clearly demonstrates that this ambition to achieve a more convincing and dramatic representation of the battle greatly exceeded the sculptor’s creative abilities. Despite everything, his clumsy attempt displays the same youthful and confident passion, unspoiled by routine and seen in the de Judicibus angel, for a more modern approach to the pictorial expression and for bringing a breath of fresh air into conventional iconographic schemes. Based on all the above, I believe that we can agree with the suggestion that, apart from the already identified Master of St Peter, the circle of Bonino di Jacopo da Milano nurtured another unnamed master. Although his oeuvre is not large, the works of this master are nevertheless significant and symptomatic of a new moment in the local sculpture of the early fifteenth century. This moment corresponds to the time when, at the very end of the 1430s, Dalmatian sculpture finally attempted to break free from the visual patterns and aesthetic formulae which were deeply rooted in the Trecento and which were transmitted by Bonino da Milano throughout the Dalmatian coast. Nevertheless, because he was limited by and tied to the old models as well as being dependent on his teacher, this young and ambitious assistant of Bonino marks the end of the old era rather than the beginning of the new one which would be announced in around ten years’ time by the arrival of yet another sculptor from Lombardy – Pietro di Martino da Milano.
