Abstract:
Transportasi merupakan salah satu hal yang penting dalam kehidupan saat ini. Kapal merupakan salah satu transportasi yang digunakan. Umumnya kapal masih menggunakan propulsi bertenaga diesel yang mana saat kecepatan meningkat akan membutuhkan konsumsi bahan bakar yang lebih banyak. Dengan menggunakan propulsi elektrik dapat mengurangi konsumsi bahan bakar, pengaturan kecepatan yang mudah melalui konverter frekuensi. Timbulnya harmonik distorsi pada sistem kelistrikan kapal mengakibatkan berkurangnya kualitas daya listrik pada kapal dan gangguan yang tidak diinginkan. Dalam penelitian ini untuk meredam besar harmonik menggunakan diode clamped multilevel inverter (DCMLI) tiga tingkat dengan fuzzy logic sebagi kontrol keseimbangan tegangan pada kapasitor DCMLI. Menunjukan kondisi THDi yang lebih baik setelah menggunakan kontrol fuzzy logic untuk keseimbangan tegangan kapasitor DCMLI. Analisa besar total harmonic distortion (THD) dilakukan dengan penggunaan propulsi elektrik Main propulsion dan Bow Thruster, dengan rata-rata besar THD pada Main propulsion 0.44% THDv dan 208.53% THDi sebelum dengan kontrol fuzzy logic, dan sesudah dengan kontrol fuzzy logic 7.86% THDv dan 92.55% THDi. Pada Bow Thruster rata-rata THD sebesar 0.90% THDv dan 208.68% THDi saat sebelum dengan kontrol fuzzy logic, dan sesudah dengan kontrol fuzzy logic 6.62% THDv dan 62.51% THDi.

Abstract:
The aim of this study is to analyze the influence of harmonic to power losses in transformator at Sedap Malam feeder by using the help of ETAP power station, so we can obtain how much the influence of harmonic in distribution system. By measuring THDv and THDI in DT0042, DT0048 and DT0319 transformator we got THDv value of 1.1% in DT0042, 1.56% in DT 48 and 1.23% in DT0319 from maximum margin of 5.0% in THDV according to IEEE 519–1992 standard. As for THDI we got the value of 9.36% in DT0042, 12.4% in DT0048 and 14.2% in DT0319 from maximum margin of 8.0% in THDI according to IEEE 519 – 1992 standard. On other side, the result by running ETAP power station we got THDI value of 1.59% in D00T42, 1.95% in DT0048 and 1.71% in DT0319. As for THDv we got running result of 12.22% in DT0042, 12.96% in DT0048 and 13.54% in DT0319. Based on the result of performed analisis of the influence of harmonic to power losses in transformator at Sedap Malam feeder, we obtained that the amount of power losses was 43,2 kW before having harmonic and 45,7 kW after having harmonic. The raise of 2,5 kW was caused by occurance of harmonic in DT0042, DT0048 and DT0319 transformator from total of 44 existed transformatorsPenelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh harmonisa terhadap rugi-rugi daya (losses) pada Transformator di peyulang sedap malam menggunakan bantuan ETAP power station, sehingga dapat diketahui hasil seberapa besar pengaruh harmonisa pada sistem distribusi. Hasil pengukuran THDv dan THDi pada Transformator DT0042, DT0048 dan DT0319 dari diperoleh hasil THDv sebesar 1,1% pada DT0042, 1,56% pada DT0048 dan 1,23% pada DT0319 dari batas maksimum THDV menurut standar IEEE 519–1992 adalah 5.0%. Untuk hasil pengukuran THDI didapatkan hasil pengukuran sebesar 9,36% pada DT0042. 12,4% pada DT0048 dan 14,2% pada DT0319 dari batas maksimum THDI menurut standar IEEE 519 – 1992 adalah 8.0 %. Sedangkan untuk hasil running ETAP power station hasil THDI yang didapatkan sebesar 1,59% pada DT0042. 1,95% pada DT0048 dan 1,71% pada DT0319 untuk hasil THDv di dapatkan hasil running sebesar 12,22% pada DT0042. 12,96% pada DT0048 dan 13,54% pada DT0319. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan pengaruh harmonisa terhadap rugi-rugi daya (losses) pada Transformator di penyulang Sedap Malam didapatkan hasil rugi-rugi daya sebesar 43,2 kW sebelum adanya harmonisa dan setelah adanya harmonisa menjadi 45,7 kW peningkatan sebesar 2,5 kW ini di dapatkan dengan masuknya harmonisa di Trasformator DT0042,DT0048 dan DT0319 dari total Transformator yang ada sebanyak 44 buah. Abstract:
Pengoperasian beban non linier merupakan penyebab timbulnya harmonisa. Tingkat distorsi atau disebut Total Harmonic Distortion (THD) yang tinggi berpotensi menurunkan kualitas energi listrik yang disalurkan. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan pengukuran THD pada tiap Sub Distribution Panel (SDP) di RSUD Klungkung. Hasil pengukuran awal menunjukkan nilai THDI tertinggi terdapat pada SDP P.AC sebesar 45,73% dan terendah pada SDP UGD sebesar 3,93%. Sedangkan nilai THDV hasil pengukuran awal rata-rata sebesar 5,3%. Standar yang dijadikan acuan adalah IEEE Standard 519-2014, dimana batas standar THDI adalah 8,0%, dan batas standar THDV adalah 8,0%. Nilai THD yang melewati standar dianalisis dan disimulasikan pada perangkat lunak ETAP dengan penambahan Damped Filter untuk mereduksi nilai THD yang melewati standar. Berdasarkan hasil simulasi setelah penambahan Damped Filter, nilai THDI mengalami penurunan di tiap-tiap SDP. Namun hanya beberapa SDP dengan kandungan THDI yang sesuai dengan standar. Penurunan THDI tertinggi terdapat pada SDP P.AC sebesar 10,63%, dan penurunan terendah terdapat pada SDP IPSRS sebesar 2%. Nilai THDV pada tiap-tiap SDP setelah penambahan Damped Filter juga mengalami penurunan dengan rata-rata penurunan sebesar 1.74%.

Abstract:
MI 0096 Distribution Transformer is one of the transformers supplied by Abianbase Feeders.The MI 0096 distribution transformer has a capacity of 100 kVA with a daytime load of 48,5 kVA and a nighttime load of 50,81 kVA. Unequal single-load loads on the transformer result in unbalanced loads on the transformer MI 0096 and the use of non-linear loads results in harmonic distortion on the transformer MI 0096. In this study, carried out a comparison of load imbalance and harmonics that occur during the day and night.The results of the analysis found that the percentage of load imbalance in the MI 0096Distribution Transformer is classified in poor condition that exceeds 25% with the percentage of load imbalances during the daytime at 28,74% and at noon 30,28%. THDv on the MI 0096 Transformer is within the allowable limit of below 5% with THDv at 1,7% during the day and 1,9% at night. THDi in the MI 0096 Distribution Transformer exceeds the allowable standard which exceeds 8%, with THDi during the day 17,5% and at night 24%. Losses caused by the THDi in the MI 0096 transformer have increased along with the increase in THDi in the transformer. Losses without THDi are 0,5 kW, whiletotal losses after being affected by THDi are 5,79 kW during the day and 11,01 kW at night.

Abstract:
Gedung Teknik PWK dan Teknik Arsitektur Universitas Diponegoro merupakan gedung perkuliahan yang mana di dalamnya terdapat beban non linier yang merupakan sumber utama harmonisa pada sistem kelistrikan berupa peralatan elektronik seperti komputer, AC, dan lighting. Berdasarkan IEEE Std. 519-2014, batas nilai THDv untuk tegangan di bawah 1 kV adalah 8%, dan batas nilai THDi disesuaikan dengan nilai ISC/IL. penulis melakukan kajian studi analisis harmonisa menggunakan pemodelan Single Line Diagram dengan software ETAP 12.6. Simulasi kondisi eksisting menunjukkan bus masing-masing SMDP memiliki nilai THDv dan THDi yang sudah sesuai dengan standar. Kemudian penulis melakukan simulasi harmonisa kembali setelah dilakukan redesain sistem penerangan dan sistem instalasi listrik, didapatkan nilai THDv tereduksi ±59,73% dan THDi tereduksi ±56,53% dari nilai eksistingnya. Dengan nilai THD yang menurun, sistem kelistrikan mengalami peningkatan kualitas daya, tegangan, dan efisiensi. Faktor daya bus trafo dapat mencapai 95,1%, arus menurun ±12 A, tegangan stabil 102-103%, daya reaktif turun hingga 109 kVAR, serta untuk daya aktif dan daya semu cenderung konstan.

Abstract In this paper, an Unified Active Power Filter (UAPF) is proposed for controlling the current Total Harmonic Distortion (THD) in low voltage distribution networks. The UAPF implements photovoltaic (PV) generation as its source, together with a boost converter. The IEEE 13-bar system is the test-bench, and a non-linear load is in the 7th bus-bar. Thus, discusing the results of the voltage, current and THD in the system. The results were decreasing current (THDi) and voltage (THDv) harmonics, the THDi and THDv reduce to 6 percentage, and 3 percentage, respectively. The results are within the allowed limits in IEEE 1159 standards and ARCERNNR -017/2020 resolution.

Abstract Harmonic distortion is a phenomenon arising due to the use of a non linear load on the power system. This phenomenon can cause problems on quality in terms of power will eventually cause various losses and even damage to several electrical appliances. The purpose of this research is to know the value of the harmonic distortion of current/Total Harmonic Distortion (THDi) and voltage/Total Harmonic Distortion (THDv) of electrical installation system Pusdiklat (KEBTKE) Ciracas using by Power Quality Analyzer and load mappings for each floor. This research was carried out at the main building of Pusdiklat KEBTKE on Jl. Poncol Raya No. 39, Ciracas, East Jakarta. Time research was done at 12:15 pm to 7:15 pm, from June 11 until June 15, 2016. The methods used in this research is descriptive analysis methods with quantitative approach, namely the research results which are then processed and analyzed to be taken to summarize. The content of the current harmonic distortion (THDi) on building Pusdiklat KEBTKE in general is above the permitted standard. Measurement data at 12:15 am – 7:15 pm who performed on June 10 to June 14, total harmonics distortion (THDI%) exceeded 15% except at certain times at the moment at least the use of other electronic or computers equipment in each floor of the building. The content of the current harmonic distortion (THDI) generally do not experience interference voltage harmonization. Based on measurement data at 12:15 am – 7:15 pm who performed on June 10 to June 14, total harmonic distortion of voltage distortion (THDV) does not exceed 5%. Abstrak Harmonisa merupakan suatu fenomena yang timbul akibat adanya penggunaan beban non linier pada sistem tenaga listrik. Fenomena ini dapat menimbulkan masalah pada segi kualitas daya yang akhirnya akan menyebabkan berbagai kerugian dan bahkan kerusakan pada bebarapa peralatan listrik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui nilai harmonisa arus/Total Harmonic Distortion (THDI) dan tegangan/Total Harmonic Distortion (THDV) sistem instalasi listrik ketenagalistrikan energi baru terbarukan dan konservasi energi (KEBTKE). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada gedung utama Pusdiklat ketenagalistrikan energi baru terbarukan dan konservasi energi (KEBTKE) Jl.Poncol Raya No.39,Ciracas, Jakarta Timur. Waktu penelitian dilakukan pada pukul 12:15 WIB hingga 19:15 WIB, dari tanggal 11 Juni sampai 15 Juni 2016. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif analisis dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Kandungan harmonisa arus (THDI) pada gedung Pusdiklat ketenagalistrikan energi baru terbarukan dan konservasi energi (KEBTKE) secara umum berada di atas standar yang diiziinkan. Data pengukuran pukul 12:15 WIB – 19:15 WIB yang dilakukan pada tanggal 10 Juni 2016 hingga 14 Juni 2016 distorsi total harmonisa (%THDI) melebihi batas 15% Kecuali pada waktu- waktu tertentu pada saat sedikitnya penggunaan komputer atau peralatan elektronik lain di tiap lantai gedung tersebut. Abstract:
Gedung Pascasarjana Poltekkes Kemenkes Semarang merupakan gedung perkuliahan yang terdiri dari 6 lantai dimana di dalamnya terdapat beban non linear yang merupakan sumber utama harmonik pada sistem, misalnya peralatan elektronik seperti lighting, komputer dan alat pendingin ruangan. Menurut standar IEEE 519-2014, nilai batas pada THDv ialah 8% untuk tegangan di bawah 1 kV dan nilai batas pada THDi disesuaikan dengan perhitungan nilai Isc/IL. Software ETAP 12.6 digunakan dalam pemodelan dan simulasi di Gedung Pascasarjana Poltekkes Kemenkes Semarang. Simulasi kondisi existing menunjukkan beberapa SDP belum memenuhi standar harmonik arus IEEE 519-2014 dimana THDi mencapai 39,22% sementara masing-masing SDP sudah memenuhi standar harmonik tegangan IEEE 519-2014. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut, dilakukan perancangan filter pasif single tuned. Sesudah pemasangan filter, didapatkan nilai THDi tereduksi hingga 25,61% dan THDv ikut tereduksi hingga 1,44% dari kondisi existing. Selain itu, faktor daya bus trafo mencapai 98,9%, arus turun hingga ±11 A, nilai tegangan 97% - 99%, serta daya reaktif turun sampai 32 kVAR, daya semu turun hingga 8 kVA dengan daya aktif konstan.

Abstract:
A non-linear load operation on a power system will generate harmonics. Operating non-linear loads on the simulated electrical system at the Bene Hotel Kuta created a harmonic current which resulted in power losses. In this study, the simulation used ETAP software, and determined the standard of THD (Total Harmonic Distortion) according to IEEE 519-2014, the standard maximum THDI value 5.0% and THDV maximum 5,0%. Compared the simulation results with the specified standards, installation of a high pass active filter, as well as power loss analysis before and after filter installation. THDI value of simulation result did not still meet the standard, with the average being 9.7%. The installation of a high pass active filter could reduce harmonic distortion with an average THDI value of 1.5% and a THDV value of 0.31%. The total power loss prior to installation of active filter was 153,119.8 Watt and after the installation it became 1,511.2 Watt. The decrease in filter values used 70% of the filter's maximum capability to obtain a more efficient filter, but it still met the specified THD standard. Total loss of power on electrical system was 11,885.5W.

ABSTRAK Harmonisa merupakan komponen sinusoidal dari sebuah gelombang periodis yang memiliki frekuensi kelipatan bulat dari fundamental frekuensi gelombang periodis tersebut. Bila terjadi superposisi antara gelombang frekuensi dasar dengan gelombang frekuensi harmonisa maka terbentuklah gelombang yang terdistorsi sehingga bentuk gelombang tidak lagi sinusoidal. Adapun penyebab timbulnya harmonisa adalah beban non linier, salah satunya dari penggunaan Variable Speed Drive (VSD) yang berfungsi sebagai penggerak motor Electrical Submersible Pump (ESP) tiga phasa. Untuk mengurangi Total Hamonic Distortion (THD) arus dan tegangan yang dihasilkan oleh VSD maka digunakanlah filter pasif salah satunya filter pasif LC yang hasilnya sesuai dengan batasan harmonisa arus dan tegangan berdasarkan IEEE standar 519-2014. Dari hasil penelitian menggunakan menggunakan filter pasif LC bahwa THDI dan THDV yang dihasilkan oleh VSD 6 pulsa untuk menggerakkan motor ESP tiga phasa di lapangan sumur minyak PT. Chevron Pasific Indonesia yang masih produksi dengan hasil pengukuran pada input filter LC diperoleh THDI sebesar 93,03% dan THDV sebesar 37,6% selanjutnya pada output filter pasif LC diperoleh THDI sebesar 5,93% dan THDV sebesar 4,03%. Untuk desain Filter pasif LC dari perhitungan pada orde ke 36 diperoleh nilai induktor (L) sebesar 0,000054 mH dan kapasitor (C) sebesar 0,0424 μF, selanjutnya pada orde ke 40 diperoleh nilai indukor (L) sebesar 0,000054 mH dan kapasitor (C) sebesar 0,424 μF. Partant de sa propriete de polyvalence categorielle, l'element thi: a ete etudie, d'abord dans ses differentes valeurs et fonctions, et ensuite dans ses fonctions en tant que marqueurs de trois types de subordonnees, dont la relative, la completive et la conjonctive. L'etude de thi: marqueur de la relative, ainsi que celle des deux autres marqueurs: sin et an, ont revele la propriete combinatoire limitee uniquement aux antecedents-gn du premier: les relatives du thai ayant aussi les antecedents-gv et structures phrastiques. Dans les constructions completives, le marqueur thi: fonctionne en correlation avec les deux autres marqueurs, dont haj et wa: ,en introduisant les subordonnees ayant les valeurs syntaxiques et semantiques differentes dans les memes types de verbes-introducteurs. Il forme, en plus, un autre marqueur compose avec ca?: auxiliaire modal du thai. Nous avons aussi confirme la fonction de thi:- marqueur de la relative dont le gn-antecedent est en ellipse. L'etude des conjonctives atteste finalement que le phenomene d'ellipse du gn-sujet de la subordonnee est dominant dans la subordination du thai. D'autant plus que la reduction obligatoire du sujet de la subordonnee, identique a celui de la principale, devient un des processus linguistiques determinant la valeur nominale du gv de la subordonnee, faute du changement morphologique verbal en thai. Enfin, le niveau de l'interpretation semantique se revele aussi important que celui de la structure syntaxique en ce qui concerne le controle du fonctionnement des marqueurs de la subordination dans le thai
From its proprety of being able to occupy more than one linguistic function in thai, the thi:- element has been studied, first in its different values and functionning, and then in its marker's functions for three types of subordinate clauses: the relative clause, the complement clause and the adverbial clause. The study of the relative marker-thi:, as well as the two others: sin and an, revealed that the thi:'s capacity of combination is limited only to the noun antecedent while the thai relative clauses can have the verbal and the structural antecedents too. In the complement clauses, the marker-thi: functions in the correlation with the two others: haj and wa:, according to the fact that it sets in the same types of the matrix verbs the syntactic and the semantic different structures. The other marker: thi: ca? is made up by the combination between the marker-thi: and the modal auxiliary: ca?. We also confirmed the relative marker- thi: 's function in the case of the noun antecedent deletion. The subordinate subject deletion, when this one is identical to the matrix subject, is then certified as a general phenomena in the thai subordination. Moreover, the obligatory reduc- tion of the subordinate subject has become one of the linguistic process displaying the nominal value of the subordinate verb in the absence of morphological systems of the inflective type in thai. This research is a text-based study of the grammar of standard Thai, based on systemic functional linguistics. It is the first attempt to explore Thai in systemic functional terms, that is with the account of the grammar of Thai being interpreted as resource for making meaning that is part of language as a higher-order semiotic system. This account utilizes a corpus-based methodology and explores extensive evidence from natural narrative texts, specifically fourteen Thai folk tales. This systemic functional interpretation of Thai is also supported by an investigation of other text types (See Chapter 2). The research has both intermediate and long term implications. The description itself will be a resource for the Thai community and it will also contribute to the growing area of linguistic typology based on systemic descriptions. The long term implication of the research is that the description will be used as a model for text-based research into minority languages in Thailand. -- There are two introductory chapters to the study. The first chapter discusses some general issues concerned with systemic functional theory and data used in the development of the description of the grammar of Thai. The second chapter is a preview chapter which provides an overview of the grammar of Thai in terms of three strands of meaning: textual, interpersonal, and the experiential mode of ideational meanings. The systemic functional interpretation is based on an exploration of a number of texts with a wide generic spread (e.g. news reports, topographic texts, encyclopedia, and television interview). -- Chapter 3 to Chapter 7 constitute the main body of the thesis. Chapter 3 deals with the textual metafunction: it explores the THEME system as the enabling resource for the clause grammar for presenting interpersonal and experiential meanings as a flow of information in context. Chapter 4 is concerned with the interpersonal metafunction. It is focused on exploring the MOOD system, that is, the resource of clause grammar for enacting social roles and relationships in an exchange. Chapter 5 is concerned with the experiential mode of the ideational metafunction: it investigates the TRANSITIVITY system, which is the resource of the clause grammar for construing our experience of the world around and inside us. As this thesis is based mainly on narrative discourse, Chapter 6 profiles Thai narratives in terms of context, semantics, and lexicogrammar. Firstly, at the context stratum, the chapter describes the generic structure potential of Thai folk tales. Secondly, the chapter describes the realization of this generic structure by semantic properties. Finally, the chapter is concerned with quantitatively exploring the narratives on the basis of clause-rank systems, at the stratum of lexicogrammar, across the metafunctional spectrum midway up the cline of instantiation. In the final chapter, the study concludes by summarizing the preceding chapters, pointing out research implications and limitations, and suggesting some areas for further studies.

Post test calculations with the accident codes COCOSYS-AIM and ASTEC-IODE were performed on the iodine multi-compartment tests of the German ThAI program (Thermal hydraulics, Aerosols, Iodine). In the tests transport and adsorption/desorption behavior of gaseous I2 were measured in the 60 m3 vessel with a five-compartment configuration under severe accident conditions. The thermal hydraulic modules in COCOSYS and in the containment part of ASTEC (CPA) are nearly identical but not the iodine modules AIM and IODE. The adsorption/desorption model in AIM is based on ThAI data whereas in IODE correlations derived from laboratory-scale tests are used. A 50-zone nodalisation of the ThAI vessel was used with both codes. COCOSYS-AIM and ASTEC-IODE describe qualitatively correctly the I2 concentration differences of several orders of magnitude in periods with stratified atmosphere and the slow homogenization in a convective mixed atmosphere. However, both codes overestimate the gaseous I2 concentration at high relative humidity. The most likely reason is a slow reaction of deposited I2 to the non-volatile FeI2 on the steel surfaces, which has not been modeled sufficiently yet. Further experimental investigations in the ThAI facility are envisaged. A considering of the ThAI data in the I2 adsorption/desorption correlations may improve future ASTEC-IODE results. Nevertheless, the analyses of the large-scale ThAI iodine tests have been an important validation step for COCOSYS-AIM and ASTEC-IODE demonstrating the capability of multi-compartment I2 treatment.

The choice of appropriate names is based on old rules of Thai astrology according to weekday of birth, and the rules of available letters can influence the destiny of the individuals as is described in Thai astrology, since it uses the day of birth as an input. Thais can change their own given names as often as they want in order to achieve a good fortune. The current web based systems for Thai names are static web pages and cannot deal with the problem of helping change a name to a good name with similar sound.
