When bonds between copper and printed circuit board laminates are subjected to impulsive forces, the need arises to characterize fracture energies corresponding to related, high-speed failure events. Work (or energy) is required to create new surface area—with associated dissipation events—during fracture, and this energy (for a given material system) is dependent on the speed of crack propagation, the locus of failure, and the temperature of the bond when it is broken. This phenomenon is related to the denaturalization of the collagen protein that conforms the hide and is known as leather shrinkage. Due to the reduction of component size will induces highly concentrated on circuit and dimension, it also incurs a lots problem, such as electromagnetic interference, high temperature and thermal stress, which will decrease the product reliability. The most common damage in the semiconductor product is thermal fatigue, which is caused by thermal stress concentrated under repeatedly temperature va

In the market, temperature control sensor usually connect with the terminal target-and it used for check-out. For example, the target is that toaster or water thermostat system. No matter how, it can not used for anther product, just in ready target. If employs this system, can simulate the setting except others. There are tow function which are detect environment and simulate. The temperature of setting is measured by temperature sensor. Anther point is that it employs the ability which

碩士
國立交通大學
機械工程系所
106
Nowadays, electronic components are widely used in a variety of systems in automobile. In automobile systems, most electronic components are often working in harsh environments with temperatures ranging from -40 °C to 155 °C. As a consequence, thermal stresses resulted from the difference of coefficients of thermal expansion in different component materials are usually responsible for mechanical failure of the electronic components. In the present study, the finite element software ABAQUS was employed to establish the three-dimensional numerical model for the

Therefore, the reduction of NOx emissions and the improvement of pollution control technology are important in EPA's future air pollution control works. Among the NOx control technologies, Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) is the best method. V/W/TiO2 is a commonly used SCR catalyst, but it often faces the problem of poor catalytic performance resulted from insufficie
