Abstract:
The Study Program Digital Business is a new program at IIB Darmajaya which was formed to answer the challenges of industry 4.0 which is thick with digital technology. Based on the trend of the digital economy which is growing rapidly every time. This study seeks to find out what factors are significant in attracting high school students or equivalent so that they can choose to enroll in the Digital Business Program using the Cochran Q Test method. Based on the results of this study, it was found that 5 attributes truly describe the level that students consider the most in determining the decision to choose the Study Program. Based on the results of this factor analysis, the Marketing Bureau at IIB Darmajaya can create a specific marketing campaign on these 5 attributes and have successfully identified the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of the Program. Digital Business. This analysis, the Program Digital Business can continue to improve student competencies by increasing their flight hours in the field to produce new startups. While maintaining the quality of the curriculum, human resources, and infrastructure in accordance with the times.

Abstract:
The background of this research is the demand that students of class XI TPA have a better understanding of facing material so that it has an impact on better student learning outcomes. However, in reality the value of student learning outcomes for this face turning material is still low. The low value of student learning outcomes is inseparable from the method used in the learning process which is only carried out with mass simulations, making it difficult for students to understand this subject matter properly. The use of peer tutorial methods in this subject matter is believed to be able to improve student learning outcomes and learning skills. Because with the tutorial method, peers who already understand and can do face lathe students will more easily understand how to turn their faces so that they are finally able to practice. In addition, the peer tutorial method will also make students more interested in participating in learning and do not hesitate to ask questions. The peer tutorial method is proven to improve student learning outcomes and student learning skills. The level of completeness of student learning reached 95% of the 40 students of class XI TPA. In addition, the use of the peer tutorial method also increases student participation during learning in Bekasi Regency. ABSTRAKLatar belakang penelitian ini adalah adanya tuntutan agar siswa kelas XI TPA memiliki pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang materi membubut muka (facing) sehingga berdampak pada hasil belajar siswa yang lebih baik. Namun pada kenyataannya nilai hasil belajar siswa untuk materi membubut muka ini masih rendah. Rendahnya nilai hasil belajar siswa ini tidak terlepas dari metode yang digunakan pada proses pembelajaran yang hanya dilakukan dengan simulasi masal sehingga menyulitkan siswa untuk memahami materi pelajaran ini dengan baik. Penggunaan metode tutorial teman sebaya pada materi pelajaran ini diyakini dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar dan keterampilan belajar siswa. Karena dengan metode tutorial teman sebaya yang sudah memahami dan bisa melakukan bubut muka siswa akan lebih mudah memahami cara membubut muka sehingga pada akhirnya mampu mempraktikan. Selain itu dengan metode tutorial teman sebaya juga akan semakin membuat siswa lebih tertarik untuk mengikuti pembelajaran dan tidak merasa sungkan untuk bertanya. Dengan metode tutorial teman sebaya terbukti dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dan keterampilan belajar siswa. Tingkat ketuntasan belajar siswa mencapai 95% dari 40 siswa kelas XI TPA. Selain itu penggunaan metode tutorial teman sebaya juga meningkatkatkan partisipasi siswa selama pembelajaranKabupaten Bekasi.

Abstrak: Penelitian tindakan kelas ini bertujuan mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajara siswa dengan pembelajaran struktur pemberian tugas pada mata pelajaran dokumen-dokumen kantor dengan pemberian tugas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, bahwa: (1) Pembelajaran terstruktur dengan pemberian tugas memiliki dampak positif dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa yang ditandai dengan peningkatan ketuntasan belajar siswa dalam setiap siklus, yaitu siklus I (75,67 %), siklus II (76,50 %), siklus III (96,67 %); dan (2) Penerapan pembelajaran terstruktur dengan pemberian tugas mempunyai pengaruh positif, yaitu dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa yang ditunjukan dengan rata-rata jawaban siswa yang menyatakan bahwa siswa tertarik dan berminat terhadap pembelajaran terstruktur dengan pemberian tugas sehingga mereka menjadi termotivasi untuk belajar. The results showed that: (1) Learning structured by giving the task to have a positive impact in improving student achievement marked by increased mastery learning students in each cycle, the first cycle (75.67%), the second cycle (76.50% ), the third cycle (96.67%); and (2) The application of structured learning by giving the task has a positive effect, which can increase students' motivation shown by the average response of students stating that the students are interested and are interested in the structured learning by giving the task so they become motivated to learn. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk (1) menjelaskan implementasi teknik debat bahasa Inggris sebagai media pengajaran speaking pada siswa tingkat II ATKP Makassar untuk berbicara bahasa Inggris. (2) mengetahui apakah taruna tertarik untuk berbicara menggunakan bahasa Inggris melalui debat bahasa Inggris. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitative dan kuantitative. Data diambil menggunakan pengamatan, durasi berbicara, dan angket. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) taruna ATKP Makassar dapat berbicara bahasa Inggris lebih aktif melalui penggunaan debat, karena dalam hal ini teknik debat digunakan sebagai media pengajaran untuk pengajaran speaking. Taruna dapat menghasilkan jumlah kata yang lebih dari setiap pertemuan. Penggunaan debate ini perlu dilakukan, agar taruna dapat meningkatkan percaya diri mereka, mood, interest, antusias, dan mengurangi rasa gugup saat berbicara berbahasa Inggris. Dan pada akhirnya memberikan dampak pada durasi berbicara dan penggunaan kosakata dalam berbicara bahasa Inggris. (2) implementasi debat dirasa menarik untuk taruna karena menyenangkan, memotivasi mereka, dan menantang taruna untuk berbicara bahasa Inggris. Dari 24 sampel, 10 orang dikategorikan kedalam klasifikasi tertarik sangat tinggi yaitu 40%, 10 orang dikategorikan kedalam klasifiksi tertarik tinggi yaitu 40% dan 4 orang dikategorikan kedalam klasifikasi tingkat sedang.

Abstract: The aim of the research is to know the strenghts and weaknesses of using realia. The reseacher used classroom action research. The research was conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consisted of four steps. They are planning, acting, observation, and reflecting. In collecting the data, the researcher used test, interview, and observation. In analyzing the data, the researcher used statistic descriptive. The research implementations showed that there was an improvement in students’ speaking ability after Realia implemented in the teaching and learning process, and the students showed better achievement in speaking ability. The strengths were the students become active in classroom, enthusiastic, excited and motivated in the class. The students give more attention to the lesson and they were attracted to do the exercise during teaching learning process. The students more focused to the lesson during the activity in teaching learning process. The activities of Realia is attracted the students’ motivation and interested to the students. The researcher found that that Realia make the class becomes conducive. Meanwhile the weaknesses of using realia are the student had a difficulties to speak something caused of the limited vocabularies and confused how to pronounce the word in English and it spends much time to prepare the media. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari empat langkah yaitu perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Dalam mengumpulkan data, peneliti menggunakan tes, wawancara, dan observasi. Dalam menganalisis data, peneliti menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada peningkatan kemampuan berbicara siswa setelah Realia diimplementasikan dalam proses belajar mengajar, dan siswa menunjukkan prestasi yang lebih baik dalam kemampuan berbicara. Kekuatan menggunakan realia adalah siswa menjadi aktif di kelas, antusias, bersemangat dan termotivasi di kelas. Para siswa lebih memperhatikan pelajaran dan mereka tertarik untuk melakukan latihan selama proses belajar mengajar. Para siswa lebih fokus pada pelajaran selama kegiatan belajar mengajar. Kegiatan Realia menarik motivasi siswa dan tertarik kepada siswa. Peneliti menemukan bahwa Realia membuat kelas menjadi kondusif. Sementara itu, kelemahan menggunakan realia adalah siswa memiliki kosakata yang terbatas dan kesulitan dalam pengucapan bahasa Inggris dan menghabiskan banyak waktu untuk mempersiapkan media.Kata Kunci: Realia, Kemampuan Bahasa Inggris, Antusias

Abstract:
This research has been motivated by one study program or selection obtained in higher education which results in learning achievement and lack of understanding of students with courses so that researchers are interested in examining this phenomenon because continuing higher education requires maturity in determining the choice to choose a campus and study program that has been developed. If desired, each election has its own reasons, both internally and externally. This study aims (1) to determine the most dominant factor influencing students in choosing social studies education study programs (2) to determine the effect of learning achievement among social studies education students based on the influencing factors. The research method is a quantitative approach, the type of exploratory and correlational research is the 2019 2020, 2021 student sample batch of 188 students. Questionnaire and documentation instruments, data analysis using validity and reliability tests, classical assumption test, factor analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of the study (1) the most dominant factors influencing students in choosing Social Science education study programs, internal factors of interest with a percentage of 28%, (2) the influence of student achievement in choosing study programs based on internal factors did not affect student achievement, while based on external factors have an effect on student achievement. Abstrak Penelitian ini telah dilatarbelakangi salah progam studi atau pemilihan yang didapat dalam perguruan tinggi yang mengakibatkan pada prestasi belajar dan kurangnya pemahaman mahasiswa dengan mata kuliah sehingga peneliti tertarik untuk meneliti fenomena tersebut karena melanjutkan keperguruan tinggi memerlukan kematangan dalam menentukan pilihan untuk memilih kampus serta progam studi yang telah diinginkan maka setiap pemilihan tersebut mempunyai alasan tersendiri baik secara internal maupun eksternal. Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) untuk mengetahui faktor yang paling dominan mempengaruhi mahasiswa dalam memilih prodi pendidikan IPS (2) untuk mengetahui pengaruh prestasi belajar antara mahasiswa pendidikan IPS berdasarkan faktor yang mempengaruhi. Metode penelitian pendekatan kuantitatif jenis penelitian eksploratif dan korelasional sampel mahasiswa angkatan 2019, 2020, 2021 berjumlah 188 mahasiswa. Instrumen kuisoner dan dokumentasi, analisis data menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis faktor dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian (1) faktor-faktor yang paling domina mempengaruhi mahasiswa dalam memilih prodi pendidikan ilmu Pengatahuan Sosial faktor internal i minat dengan hasil persentase 28%, (2) pengaruh prestasi belajar mahasiswa memilih prodi berdasarkan faktor internal tidak berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa, sedangkan berdasarkan faktor eksternal telah berpengaruh pada prestasi mahasiswa.

Abstract. This classroom action research aimed to increase teacher activities, students’s activities and interests in science learning on Dynamic Electrical materials using Crocodile application program. The research was conducted in SMPN 1 Banjarmasin, academic year 2016-2017. The subjects of the study were Science Teachers and students of SMPN 1 Banjarmasin. The object of the research are teacher’s activities, students’ activities, and students’ interest in learning science on Dynamic Electric materials. This study consisted of 2 cycles, each cycle consists of two learning activities sections. The data was collected using an observation sheet, a questionnaire, and an achievement test. The data was analyzed using percentage and qualitatively descripted. The research showed that there are increasing in teacher and student activities which was marked by less time to prepare experiment. There was also an increasing in students’ interest showed by 28.57% of students are fun with the science learning and 22,73% of students are interested in learning science. Based on the result, it can be concluded that science learning on Dynamic Electrical material by using Crocodile application program can increase teacher activities, student activities, and student's interest in IX F grade SMP Negeri 1 Banjarmasin in 1st semester of academic year 2016-2017. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini bertujuan untuk meningkatan aktivitas guru, serta aktivitas dan minat peserta didik dalam pembelajaran IPA pada materi Listrik Dinamis menggunakan program aplikasi Crocodile. Penelitian dilakukan SMP Negeri 1 Banjarmasin, Tahun Pelajaran 2016-2017. Subjek penelitian adalah Guru IPA SMP Negeri 1 Banjarmasin dan ….orang peserta didik kelas IXF. Objek penelitian adalah aktivitas guru, aktivitas peserta didik, dan minat belajar peserta didik pada pembelajaran materi Listrik Dinamis. Penelitian terdiri dari 2 siklus, masing-masing terdiri atas dua kali tatap muka. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan lembar observas, angket dan tes hasil belajar. Data dianalisis menggunakan Teknik persentase dan dideskripsikan secara kualitatif. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan aktivitas guru dan peserta didik yang ditandai dengan berkurangnya waktu penyiapan praktikum. Terjadi juga peningkatan minat peserta didik di mana 28,57% peserta didik senang dengan pembelajaran IPA dan 22,73% peserta didik tertarik dengan pembelajaran IPA. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran IPA pada materi Listrik Dinamis dengan menggunakan program aplikasi Crocodile dapat meningkatkan aktivitas guru, aktivitas peserta didik, dan minat peserta didik di kelas IX F SMP Negeri 1 Banjarmasin. Abstract:
The competency of Online Business and Marketing skills requires students to be able to apply the basic skills to be a marketing and have the ability to practice sales. Class XII Product Arrangement Learning at SMKN 1 Kanor places more emphasis on developing student skills through practical materials, resulting in students becoming less interested in learning theoretical material which seems boring and less able to foster student creativity. In other words, the learning process experienced by students requires a creative passion rooted in students' natural curiosity and openness, namely by applying the SAVI (Somatic, Auditory, Visual, Intellectual) learning model to develop student learning creativity. Meanwhile, the Kahoot game media is used as a learning evaluation development to foster student interest so that it can encourage an increase in learning outcomes. This study is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) which consists of two cycles, with the research subject being 31 students of class XII BDP-1 at SMKN 1 Kanor in the odd semester of the 2021/2022 academic year. The results showed that the application of the SAVI learning model in Cycle 1 was 73.05% (good) and increased in Cycle 2 by 89.83% (very good), and the application of the Kahoot game media in Cycle 1 only reached 13 (41.94%). ) students who completed, experienced an increase in Cycle 2 as many as 28 (90.32%) students. Meanwhile, students' learning creativity showed an increase with the application of the SAVI learning model which was indicated by the novelty aspect (29.07%), flexibility aspect (35.49%), originality aspect (29.03%), elaboration aspect (35.49 %), and aspects of abstractness (38.71%). ABSTRAKKompetensi keahlian Bisnis Daring dan Pemasaran menuntut siswa untuk dapat menerapkan dasar-dasar keterampilan menjadi seorang marketing dan memiliki kemampuan praktik penjualan. Pembelajaraan Penataan Produk kelas XII di SMKN 1 Kanor lebih menekankan pada pengembangan keterampilan siswa melalui materi praktik sehingga mengakibatkan siswa menjadi kurang tertarik untuk mempelajari materi teori yang terkesan membosankan dan kurang mampu menumbuhkan kreativitas siswa. Dengan kata lain, proses pembelajaran yang dialami oleh siswa membutuhkan adanya gairah kreatif yang berakar pada rasa keingintahuan dan keterbukaan alamiah siswa, yakni dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran SAVI (Somatic, Auditory, Visual, Intelectual) untuk mengembangkan kreativitas belajar siswa. Sedangkan, media game Kahoot digunakan sebagai pengembangan evaluasi pembelajaran untuk memupuk ketertarikan siswa sehingga mampu mendorong terjadinya peningkatan hasil belajar. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang terdiri dari dua siklus, dengan subjek penelitian yakni siswa kelas XII BDP-1 di SMKN 1 Kanor pada semester ganjil tahun pelajaran 2021/2022 yang berjumlah sebanyak 31 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran SAVI pada Siklus 1 sebesar 73,05% (baik) dan meningkat pada Siklus 2 sebesar 89,83% (sangat baik), serta penerapan media game Kahoot pada Siklus 1 hanya mencapai 13 (41,94%) peserta didik yang tuntas, mengalami peningkatan pada Siklus 2 sebanyak 28 (90,32%) peserta didik. Sedangkan, kreativitas belajar peserta didik menunjukkan adanya peningkatan dengan penerapan model pembelajaran SAVI yang ditunjukkan oleh aspek novelty (29,07%), aspek flexibility (35,49%), aspek originality (29,03%), aspek elaboration (35,49%), dan aspek abstractness (38,71%).

Student perspective data were obtained through a questionnaire given, then the data were tabulated and analyzed. The results showed that 93.75% of students agreed with the use of games in learning mathematics. The reasons students agree with the use of games are students become interested in learning, learning becomes fun, students do not get bored, game technology needs to be utilized in learning activities, the topic is easy to understand, students can learn while playing, games can increase learning interest, learning becomes not monotonous, students become enthusiastic about learning, current learning must be more modern, students are not surfeited about learning, games are following the current digital era, can be a media of learning, effective in learning, increase students' creative thinking, reduce the negative effects of handphone, students become challenged, and students are more relaxed to learn. Abstrak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perspektif mahasiswa pendidikan matematika atau calon guru matematika terhadap penggunaan game edukasi pada pembelajaran matematika di sekolah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian merupakan mahasiswa pendidikan matematika yang berjumlah 48 mahasiswa. Data perspektif mahasiswa diperoleh melalui angket yang diberikan, kemudian data ditabulasi dan dianalisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 93,75% mahasiswa setuju dengan penggunaan game pada pembelajaran matematika. Alasan mahasiswa setuju dengan penggunaan game adalah siswa menjadi tertarik pada pembelajaran, pembelajaran menjadi menyenangkan, siswa tidak bosan belajar, teknologi game perlu dimanfaatkan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran, materi mudah dipahami, siswa dapat belajar sambil bermain, game meningkatkan minat belajar, pembelajaran menjadi tidak monoton, siswa menjadi semangat belajar, pembelajaran sekarang harus lebih modern, siswa tidak jenuh belajar, game sesuai dengan zaman digital sekarang, dapat menjadi media pembelajaran, efektif pada pembelajaran, meningkatkan pemikiran kreatif siswa, mengurangi efek negatif handphone, siswa menjadi tertantang, dan siswa lebih santai belajar.

The incidence of HIV/AIDS appears to be stabilizing in South Africa. However, it is stabilizing at an extremely high number. The South African youth are the most vulnerable to the virus with the main route of transmission being heterosexual intercourse. In South Africa KwaZulu-Natal is the epicenter for the virus, while in the Western Cape has the lowest HIV/AIDS prevalence. The aim of the study was to determine the knowledge, attitudes, beliefs, behaviours and sources of HIV/AIDS information among university students at two tertiary institutions in South Africa. Method: The study was a quantitative, cross - sectional, descriptive and comparative survey. Students from the University of the Western Cape and the University of KwaZulu Natal (Westville Campus) participated in the study. The study instrument was a questionnaire which was complied from other questionnaires based on literature. The questionnaire consisted of questions to gather information pertaining to the students’ knowledge, attitudes, beliefs, behaviours and sources of HIV/AIDS information. The questionnaires were then tested for validity and reliability for South African students.The response rate for the questionnaires was 66% (N = 663). The main findings from the study showed that university students had a good general knowledge on HIV/AIDS.However students scored poorly in modes of HIV transmission. UKZN students scored higher than UWC students in the knowledge questionnaire. Males scored lower than females and there was also a significant association noted between age and knowledge.Students from both universities had a positive attitude towards people living with HIV/AIDS. There was a significant association between age and gender in terms of attitudes. Students from UWC deemed themselves as having less of a chance of contracting the disease compared to students from UKZN. UWC on the other hand students participated in more riskier behaviours than UKZN students. The media was the main source of HIV/AIDS information for students (79.9%). In terms of religiosity many students stated that the attend places of worship infrequently (35%).Recommendations: campus health care facilities need to be more proactive in informing the students about HIV/AIDS; alcohol and substance abuse needs to be addressed along with HIV/AIDS; campuses should draw up a full course on HIV/AIDS, courses to empower female students need to be offered and ongoing research needs to be done in this area to evaluate the effectiveness of the programmes being run.
