Abstract:

Tera is the Hausa and English name for the Nyimatli [nimaáli] people as they call themselves, and their language. Their communities lie principally in the north and east of present-day Gombe State and in the adjoining area of Borno State in north-eastern Nigeria. There are approximately 100,000 people who speak the language as their mother tongue (Gordon & Grimes 2005: 175), many of whom also use Hausa as the local lingua franca; increasing numbers are trilingual as the result of the growing importance of English in commerce and education.

Abstract:

The government has accountability as a condition and the ability to provide answers to consumer protection, namely the wider community in maximizing the role and function of ethics, professional standards as public service providers or public administrators. This type of research study is descriptive using a survey method. The data collection technique in this descriptive research study uses observation techniques using a checklist observation sheet research instrument. The results of the research study, namely the assessment of the pre-test, obtained an average value of 49 and after being given education regarding the importance of doing calibration/re-calibration then given a post-test, it was obtained that the average value increased to 93 and it can be concluded that with the presence of education about the importance of calibration/calibration By re-calibrating the scales through infographics, business actors find it very helpful to access information related to calibrating/recalibrating the scales and feeling satisfied and becoming more aware of the importance of re-calibrating the scales. ABSTRAKPemerintah mempunyai akuntabilitas sebagai suatu keadaan dan kemampuan memberi jawaban terhadap perlindungan konsumen yaitu masyarakat luas dalam memaksimalkan peran dan fungsi etika, profesional standards sebagai pemberi pelayanan publik atau administrator publik. Jenis study penelitian ini adalah deskriptif menggunakan metode survei. Teknik pengumpulan data pada study penelitian deskriptif ini menggunakan teknik observasi dengan menggunakan instrumen penelitian lembar observasi checklist. Hasil study penelitian yaitu penilaian dari pre test didapatkan nilai rata – rata sebesar 49 dan setelah diberikan edukasi terkait pentingnya melakukan tera/tera ulang kemudian diberikan post test diperolehlah peningkatan nilai rata – rata menjadi 93 dan dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan hadirnya edukasi tentang pentingnya tera/tera ulang timbangan melalui infografis maka pelaku usaha merasa sangat terbantu dalam mengakses informasi terkait tera/tera ulang timbangan dan merasa puas serta menjadi lebih paham tentang pentingnya melakukan tera/tera ulang timbangan.

Abstract:

Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji validitas media pembelajaran tera-tera untuk meningkatkan minat belajar siswa pada materi larutan penyangga. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian pengembangan atau Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE. Adapun tahap tersebut yaitu: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation dan Evaluasi. Namun, dalam penelitian ini hanya sampai tahap development. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan lembar validasi penilaian kelayakan media pembelajaran tera-tera. Kelayakan media tera-tera dinilai oleh 4 orang validator ahli yaitu 3 orang dosen kimia UNG dan 1 orang guru SMA. Hasil validasi pengembangan media pembelajaran tera-tera diperoleh persentase rata-rata 90,00% dengan kriteria sangat valid untuk digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang didapatkan bahwa media pembelajaran tera-tera yang dikembangkan sangat layak digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran materi larutan penyangga.

Dengan adanya pelimpahan kewenangan urusan kemetrologian dari pemerintah provinsi ke pemerintah kabupaten/kota berdasarkan UU No. 23 Tahun 2014, maka banyak bidang atau unit pelaksana kemetrologian yang berdiri di daerah. Tidak terdapat perubahan terhadap pelaksanaan teknis kegiatan tera/tera ulang alat ukur, takar, timbang, dan perlengkapannya (UTTP), namun setiap pemerintah daerah memiliki regulasi administrasi dan pelaporan keuangan tersendiri. Oleh karena itu sistem administrasi dan pelaporan keuangan lingkup kemetrologian juga perlu untuk dilakukan penyesuaian. Sejak tahun 2017, UPT Metrologi Legal Kota Bandung telah mengadopsi dan melakukan inovasi pelayanan administrasi tera/tera ulang dari pemerintah provinsi. Beberapa prosedur pengadministrasian dokumen yang masih manual telah dikomputerisasi dengan menggunakan Ms.Excel, namun hal tersebut masih dirasa belum cukup. Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi menuntut sistem pelayanan administrasi dan keuangan untuk lebih cepat pula, sehingga perlu adanya sebuah sistem informasi untuk mendukungnya. Sistem integrasi administrasi dan keuangan berbasis data internet dirancang untuk membantu meningkatkan kecepatan dan kualitas pelayanan adminitrasi dan keuangan tera/tera ulang timbangan di kantor UPT Metrologi Legal Kota Bandung. Dari hasil analisis dapat diketahui bahwa dengan adanya sistem informasi ini dapat mempermudah rekapitulasi administrasi dan sinkronasi pelaporan keuangan. Sehingga dengan adanya sistem informasi ini dapat disusun rekomendasi SOP kegiatan pelayanan administrasi dan keuangan tera/tera ulang yang lebih efektif dan efisien.

Retribusi pelayanan tera/tera ulang penting bagi peningkatan keuangan dan pendapatan asli daerah (PAD). Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah yaitu pemungutan retribusi pelayanan pasar. Dilakukannya pemungutan retribusi pelayanan pasar, maka diharapkan supaya penerimaan retribusi pelayanan pasar dapat lebih optimal serta juga mencapai target yang ditetapkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini merupakan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pemungutan retribusi pelayanan pasar, kontribusi dan laju pertumbuhan. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, studi kepustakaan dan juga dokumentasi. Lokasi penelitian yaitu pada Dinas Perdagangan Kota Medan. Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas pemungutan retribusi pelayanan tera/tera ulang dalam meningkatkan pendapatan asli daerah di Kota Medan.

ABSTRACT This study revealed the terms of pragmatics in the poem Boedjang long way off (1927), daughters of Boerdah Poems (1931), and Poems Koerban Boeroe (tt). As a work laden with ethical values-moral, the three poems that express mandate of each will bebeneficial for the human spirit. Ethics-mandated moral is: SBJ encourage mankind to be forgiven, SPB contains the suggestionthat humans do not do treason, and LCS suggested that applicable human patient. As a work of narrative, the poem presents all three conflicts caused by overly ambitious leaders in getting the treasure, throne, and women. As the substance of the story, the three elements have filled in beautifully for the flow calibration of each story. Key words: theory of pragmatic, ethical values; tera avail; and tera lovely ABSTRAK Penelitian ini mengungkapkan segi pragmatik dalam Syair Boedjang Djaoeh (1927), Syair Poeteri Boerdah (1931), danSyair Koerban Boeroe (t.t.). Sebagai karya yang sarat dengan nilai-nilai etika-moral, ketiga syair tersebut masing-masing mengungkapkan amanat yang akan berfaedah bagi rohani manusia. Etika-moral yang diamanatkan yaitu: SBJ menganjurkan manusia supaya bersikap memaafkan, SPB berisi anjuran supaya manusia tidak berbuat berkhianat, dan SKB menganjurkan supaya manusia berlaku sabar. Abstract:

Introduction: The most common mental problem in the elderly is anxiety. The elderly is anxious due to lack of activity and rest. Elderly need activities that diverse, interesting, and easy to practice. Tera gymnastics therapy is type of exercise, easy to apply and does not require a lot of time. Tera gymnastics can be applied to the elderly as an interesting and easy alternative to exercise. The purpose of this study was to explain the effect of tera exercise on reducing anxiety in the elderly. Method: This study uses pre-experimental design with one group pre-post-test model. The study population was 43 elderly people who were in Boladangko Village, Central Sulawesi. The sample was 40 respondents with purposive sampling technique. The inclusions are 1) the elderly do not experience physical limitations 2) aged more than 60 years. Data collection using Depression Anxiety Stress Scale (DASS). The data analyzed by Wilcoxon test. Result: The results showed that most of the 37(92.5%) respondents stated that their anxiety was reduced. The results showed that 29(78.37%) respondents decreased 1 level of anxiety level, while the rest decreased 2 levels of anxiety level. The results of Wilcoxon test obtained Pvalue=0.009 indicating significant effect of giving tera exercise to the anxiety of the elderly. Conclusion: There is an influence between tera gymnastics and elderly anxiety, indicating that tera gymnastics can be applied to elderly as alternative to increasing elderly activities. Future research is expected to increase duration and combined with other methods to support better training.

Pelayanan tera dan tera ulang dilakukan untuk menjamin kepastian nilai pengukuran Alat Ukur, Takar, Timbang dan Perlengkapannya (UTTP) dalam rangka memperkuat daya saing produk di Kabupaten Semarang. Pelayanan tera/tera ulang dilakukan oleh Unit Pelayanan Teknis Daerah Metrologi Legal yang didirikan pada tahun 2018. Namun, hingga saat ini belum terdapat parameter untuk mengukur perkembangan pelayanan tera/tera ulang UPTD Metrologi Legal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menginterpretasikan tingkat efektivitas, efisiensi dan capaian UPTD Metrologi Legal Kabupaten Semarang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis komparatif dengan perhitungan CPI (Charge Performance Index) dan CCER (Cost of Collection Efficiency Ratio). Nilai rasio efektivitas pada tahun 2019 sebesar 240,47 % yang berarti pelayanan tera/tera ulang pada tahun tersebut sangat efektif. Nilai efisiensi pada tahun 2018 dan 2019 berturut-turut adalah 1.882,82 % dan 713,66 % yang menunjukkan pelayanan tidak efisien karena realisasi penerimaan lebih kecil dari biaya operasional. UTTP yang telah ditera pada tahun 2018 mencapai 2559 unit, sedangkan tahun 2019 mengalami peningkatan sebanyak 10.578 unit. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pelayanan tera/tera ulang di UPTD Metrologi Legal sudah efektif namun belum efisien. Capaian pelayanan UTTP meningkat secara pesat, namun belum dapat mencakup keseluruhan potensi UTTP Kabupaten Semarang.

Retribusi ini merupakan penerimaan kas daerah dari uji timbangan pada alat-alat Ukur, Takar, Timbang, dan Perlengkapannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sistem dan prosedur penerimaan kas atas retribusi tera atau tera ulang pada bidang metrologi Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Blitar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Sedangkan analisis terhadap sistem dan prosedurnya dilakukan dengan membandingkan teori dan peraturan-peraturan dalam pelaksanaan sistem dan prosedur penerimaan retribusi tera atau tera ulang khususnya dengan ketentuan Perbup Blitar Nomor 31 Tahun 2017 dan Peraturan Menteri Perdagangan Nomor 68 tahun 2018. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan sistem dan prosedur penerimaan kas atas retribusi tera atau tera ulang belum sesuai dengan peraturan-peraturan yang ada, karena adanya tugas rangkap pada fungsi bendahara penerimaan.

Abstract:

The tourism sector is one of the most vital sectors for economic development. Hotels consumed a bulk amount of energy to satisfy the guest needs. This study to development of energy mix concept in the hotels sector to minimize the crisis of energy in the future determine electrical and thermal energy consumption patterns of a hotel. The low Emission Analysis Platform (LEAP) model was used to analyze energy demand and greenhouse gas emission under different scenarios. The base year for the study was 2019 and the end year up to 2040. It has been estimated that the base year electrical and thermal consumptions were 16.3 Tera joule and 9 tera joule respectively. Energy consumption is expected to be increased from 25.3 tera joule to 65.9 tera joule in 2040 under the business as usual scenario (BAU). In efficient lighting scenario, energy consumption will be 2 tera joule in 2040. In efficient heating ventilation and air conditioning scenario, efficient cooking scenario and steam generation scenario, energy consumption will be 12 tera joule, 6.5 tera joule and 4.2 tera joule in 2040. In the combined policy scenario, energy consumption will be 37.76 tera joule in 2040. Which result saving of 28.14 tera joule as compared to BAU scenario. This study also show the greenhouse gas emission will be 1100 metric tons of carbon dioxide equivalent in 2040 under business as usual scenario. After the implementation of the efficient system, greenhouse gas emissions will gradually reduce and reach zero in 2035 to 2040. Similarly, per capita greenhouse gases emissions will gradually reduce and reach zero in 2035 to 2040. Thus a large amount of energy can be saved and the large quantity of greenhouse gas emissions can be stopped by applying the combined policy scenario.

Abstrak: Pada proses menua terjadi perubahan fisik, mental, psikososial maupun spritual yang cenderung mengalami kemunduran. Setelah umur 30 tahun terjadi penurunan kebugaran jantung paru 1% setiap umur bertambah satu tahun yang merupakan indikator pemakaian oksigen oleh jantung dan paru-paru, sehingga pada usia 60 tahun kebugaran jantung paru akan berkurang 35%. Untuk membantu meningkatkan kebugaran jantung paru lansia adalah melalui latihan fisik berupa Senam Tera Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis perbedaan rata-rata kebugaran jantung paru pada lansia sebelum maupun setelah latihan Senam Tera Indonesia. Desain penelitian adalah one group pretest dan postest design. Pengambilan sampel secara purposive sampling pada 15 lansia yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Pengukuran kebugaran jantung paru menggunakan metode Rockport. Variabel bebas adalah Senam Tera Indonesia dan variabel tergantungnya kebugaran jantung paru. Pengumpulan data dengan formulir pengukuran kebugaran jantung paru dan Senam Tera Indonesia diberikan tiga kali seminggu selama delapan minggu. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji t berpasangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebugaran jantung paru sebelum Senam Tera Indonesia adalah 21 ml/kg/menit dan setelah Senam Tera Indonesia menjadi 21,87 ml/kg/menit, sehingga terjadi peningkatan sebesar 0,87 ml/kg/menit [p=0,0001]. Diperlukan upaya untuk memrogramkan Senam Tera Indonesia sebagai metode latihan kesehatan untuk meningkatkan kebugaran jantung paru pada lansia.

This study aims to determine the most dominant factor affecting the purchasing decision of Indocafe powder coffee at PT. Sari Tanjung Tera Cipta in Bengkulu. Samples in this study were 37 outlets that purchased Indocafe powder coffee products at PT. Sari Tanjung Tera Cipta in Bengkulu City, especially the Bengkulu route. The data collection method used a questionnaire and the analytical method used was rating scale analysis. The results of this study indicate the average value of respondents' responses to the factors that affect purchasing decisions at PT. Sari Tanjung Tera Cipta in Bengkulu City is 1,474 with the assessment criteria agree. This means that respondents have an agreed assessment of the factors that affect purchasing decisions at PT. Sari Tanjung Tera Cipta in Bengkulu City is affected by cultural, social, personal and psychological factors. Personal factors are the highest factors influencing purchasing decisions online at PT. Sari Tanjung Tera Cipta in Bengkulu City with a score of 1,573. This illustrates that customers shop at PT. Sari Tanjung Tera Cipta in Bengkulu City because because they choose to shop on the basis of their own wishes, PT. Sari Tanjung Tera Cipta in Bengkulu City provides maximum service therefore customers feel satisfied. The lowest factor is the cultural factor with a total score of 1.342 with the assessment criteria agreed. This illustrates that cultural factors have a low affect on purchasing decisions at PT. Sari Tanjung Tera Cipta in Bengkulu City because shopping is a desire not because it is affected by the environment, culture or other people.

Abstract:

N-TERA-2 cl/D1 (NT2) cells, a human embryonal cell line with characteristics of central nervous system precursor cells, were utilised to study thyroid hormone action during early neuronal growth and differentiation. Undifferentiated NT2 cells expressed mRNAs encoding thyroid hormone receptors (TRs) alpha1, alpha2 and beta1, iodothyronine deiodinases types 2 (D2) and 3 (D3) (which act as the pre-receptor regulators), and the thyroid hormone-responsive genes myelin basic protein (MBP) and neuroendocrine specific protein A (NSP-A). When terminally differentiated into post-mitotic neurons (hNT), TRalpha1 and TRbeta1 mRNA expression was decreased by 74% (P=0.05) and 95% (P<0.0001) respectively, while NSP-A mRNA increased 7-fold (P<0.05). However, mRNAs encoding TRalpha2, D2, D3 and MBP did not alter significantly upon neuronal differentiation and neither did activities of D2 and D3. With increasing 3,5,3'-triiodothyronine (T(3)) concentrations, TRbeta1 mRNA expression in cultured NT2 cells increased 2-fold at 10 nM T(3) and 1.3-fold at 100 nM T(3) (P<0.05) compared with that in T(3)-free media but no change was seen with T(3) treatment of hNT cells. D3 mRNA expression in NT2 cells also increased 3-fold at 10 nM T(3) (P=0.01) and 2.4-fold at 100 nM T(3) (P<0.05) compared with control, but there was no change in D3 enzyme activity. In contrast there was a 20% reduction in D3 mRNA expression in hNT cells at 10 nM T(3) (P<0.05) compared with control, with accompanying reductions in D3 activity with increasing T(3) concentrations (P<0.05). There was no significant change in the expression of the TRalpha isoforms, D2, MBP and NSP-A with increasing T(3) concentrations in either NT2 or hNT cells. Undifferentiated NT2 and differentiated hNT cells show differing patterns of T(3)-responsiveness, suggesting that there are different regulatory factors operating within these cell types.

AbstractAs we move ever closer to the Square Kilometre Array era, support for real-time, interactive visualisation and analysis of tera-scale (and beyond) data cubes will be crucial for on-going knowledge discovery. However, the data-on-the-desktop approach to analysis and visualisation that most astronomers are comfortable with will no longer be feasible: tera-scale data volumes exceed the memory and processing capabilities of standard desktop computing environments. Instead, there will be an increasing need for astronomers to utilise remote high performance computing (HPC) resources. In recent years, the graphics processing unit (GPU) has emerged as a credible, low cost option for HPC. A growing number of supercomputing centres are now investing heavily in GPU technologies to provide O(100) Teraflop/s processing. I describe how a GPU-powered computing cluster allows us to overcome the analysis and visualisation challenges of tera-scale data. With a GPU-based architecture, we have moved the bottleneck from processing-limited to bandwidth-limited, achieving exceptional real-time performance for common visualisation and data analysis tasks.

Kesalahan massa konvensional hasil pengujian anak timbangan yang digunakan sebagai standar untuk pelayanan tera/tera harus berada pada rentang Batas Kesalahan yang Diizinkan (BKD) sesuai rekomendasi internasional OIML R111-1 Tahun 2004, sementara ketidakpastian yang diperluas tidak boleh bernilai lebih besar dari 1/3 dari BKD nominal anak timbangan tersebut. Analisis hasil verifikasi mandiri anak timbangan uji kelas M1 meliputi parameter massa konvensional serta ketidakpastian, sehingga dapat digunakan untuk pelayanan tera/tera ulang. Metode yang digunakan dalam verifikasi anak timbangan kelas M1 adalah perbandingan langsung. Metode perbandingan langsung bertujuan membandingkan massa anak timbangan uji (UUT) dengan massa anak timbangan standar (ATS) yang memiliki akurasi satu tingkat lebih tinggi. Pada penelitian ini digunakan anak timbangan kelas M1 muatan 1 g – 1000 g sebagai UUT dan anak timbangan kelas F2 sebagai ATS. Proses pengujian dalam verifikasi anak timbangan kelas M1 menggunakan skema ABBA, di mana A merupakan anak timbangan standar dan B merupakan anak timbangan uji. Dari proses verifikasi, diketahui bahwa kontribusi nilai ketidakpastian terbesar berasal dari standar massa yang digunakan. Hasil verifikasi menyatakan bahwa kesalahan dan ketidakpastian seluruh unit muatan berada dalam rentang Batas Kesalahan yang Diizinkan oleh OIML dan Syarat Teknis. Hal tersebut menunjukkan anak timbangan uji memiliki kondisi baik dan dapat digunakan untuk pelayanan tera/tera ulang.
