Sociologie musí v principu odpovědět na Simmelovu otázku: „Jak je společnost vůbec možná“. Kazdou sociologickou – empirickou či teoretickou - výpověď je možno považovat za jeden z elementu možné odpovědi. Sociologické teorie nabízejí modely, kterými empirická zjištění získávají systematickou souvislost. Tyto modely musí ovšem zohlednit fakt, ze jimi prezentované souvislosti nejsou pouze vědeckými konstrukty, nýbrž i konstrukcemi každodenních aktérů, tedy konstrukty řídícími společnost již před vstupem vědy do ní. Sociologická teorie, jakož i sociologie v celku, si tedy musí být vědoma toho, ze vždy zůstává částí svého předmětu. To představuje jeden z jejích hlavních metodologických problémů. Sociologické teorie musí tedy odpovídat na základní otázky, týkající se konstrukce/konstituce sociálního řádu: 1. jak se orientuje sociální jednání; 2. v jakých procesech tato orientace vznikla, 3. jakými institucemi je tato orientace stabilizována a reprodukována; 4. co jsou faktory změny těchto struktur. To, kterou z těchto otázek sociologické teorie považují za výchozí, představuje jejich základní teoretické rozhodnutí, ovlivňující jejich další výstavbu a modelování společenských souvislostí. To, zdali sociologické výpovědi vůbec odpovídají na některé z těchto otázek s úmyslem ukázat jejich vzájemné propojeni a systematickou souvislost, pak odlišuje teorie od ostatních sociologických narativů.

Tématem příspěvku je participace žáků na životě školy. Jedná se o aktuální téma české i zahraniční pedagogiky, o němž se s různou mírou intenzity diskutuje i píše v kontextu měnících se společenských podmínek a s nimi souvisejícími proměnami současné školy, pojetí výuky a pozice žáka v těchto procesech. Zabývat se budeme změnami v uvažování o participaci žáků v posledních letech, v jejichž důsledku vznikly v zahraničí nové modely participace žáků. Studie nabízí konkrétně přehled těch modelů participace žáků, v nichž jejich autoři kladou důraz na naslouchání žákům dospělými ve škole. Další část textu je věnována vymezení konceptu označovaného v zahraničí jako student voice (hlas žáků), který se objevuje v souvislosti s představenými modely. Součástí pokusu vymezit hlas žáků jsou také úvahy o vhodnosti používání spojení hlas žáků. V závěru předkládáme klíčové otázky týkající se participace žáků, jejichž teoretické i empirické uchopení u nás zatím absentuje. Studie je orientována především na výzkumníky zabývající se tímto tématem, avšak svým zaměřením přináší podněty a inspiraci i dalším odborníkům a pro školní praxi.

Článek se věnuje otázce, jaký vliv má složení senátu Ústavního soudu na rozhodnutí o ústavní stížnosti, konkrétně nakolik výsledek rozhodnutí závisí na míře vstřícnosti soudce zpravodaje a nakolik na míře vstřícnosti ostatních členů senátu. Tuto otázku nejprve zasazuje do kontextu obecné teorie senátního rozhodování a následně empiricky zkoumá v rozhodnutích Ústavního soudu. Na teoretické úrovni jsou formulovány tři základní účely senátního rozhodování: posílení legitimity rozhodnutí, eliminace chyb a dosažení promyšlenějšího rozhodnutí, a čtyři modely senátního rozhodování: konfliktní senát, strategický senát, kolegiální senát a formální senát. Objasněn je pojem a možné příčiny tzv. panelového efektu v senátním rozhodování. V rámci vlastního výzkumu je pak analyzováno, nakolik jsou uvedené funkce naplňovány v rozhodování Ústavního soudu, kterému z modelů se senáty Ústavního soudu nejvíce blíží a zda se v senátním rozhodování projevuje panelový efekt. Výzkum dospívá k závěru, že výsledek řízení o ústavních stížnostech závisí primárně na osobě soudce zpravodaje a jen minimálně na osobách dalších členů senátu. Senáty Ústavního soudu se proto nejvíce blíží formálnímu modelu fungování senátu a panelový efekt se v nich projevuje jen minimálně.

Článek pojednává o teoretických a praktických aspektech spojených se správou justice. Po nastínění teoretických modelů správy soudnictví je podrobněji rozebrána podoba ministerského modelu fungujícího v Spolkové republice Německo a je poukázáno na negativní zkušenosti s fungováním soudních rad na Slovensku a v Maďarsku. Další část příspěvku analyzuje jednotlivé aspekty správy justice v České republice a v souvislosti s tím upozorňuje na nedostatky a úskalí současného modelu. Přestože absence Nejvyšší rady soudnictví nemusí představovat strukturální nedostatek systému, orgán typu Nejvyšší rady soudnictví podílející se na správě soudnictví, jehož působnost, odpovídající struktura a způsob ustavení jsou přesně vymezeny, může být vhodným aktérem k řešení nedostatků české justice. V závěru se článek zaměřuje na aspekty vytvoření a uspořádání nejvyšší rady soudnictví v České republice.

Individualistická a holistická linie sociologického výkladu jsou dvě základní tendence v sociálněteoretickém myšlení, ze kterých vyrůstá linie třetí, jež se snaží obě předchozí – jako dvě určité krajnosti – propojit dohromady v rámci jednoho výkladového modelu. Dějiny sociologie 20. století ukazují, že obě výkladové linie představují životaschopné badatelské strategie, která se přetransformovaly do mnoha konkrétních podob, do řady různých sociologických škol a směrů. Pro dosavadní snahy o překonání rozporu mezi individualismem a holismem, které lze v sociologii zaznamenat, je charakteristické nejčastěji to, že jejich proponenti volí strategii, umožňující během teoretického výkladu střídavě měnit „pozorovatelské stanoviště“ a sledované otázky nahlížet a vysvětlovat střídavě z obou pozic – individualistické i holistické. Proporce, v níž jsou obě perspektivy ve výkladech takových autorů zastoupeny, bývají rozdílné; někdy může mít výklad blíže k holismu (Boudrieu), jindy k individualismu (Berger a Luckmann). Jeden z nejambicoznějších pokusů o vyrovnání se s tímto letitým problémem představuje Giddensova teorie strukturace a paralelně vedle ní formulovaná a jí příbuzná koncepce sociálního realismu Roye Bhaskara a Margaret Archerové. Autor navrhované stati se pokusí v článku nastínit vlastní řešení této teoretické otázky, které je od uvedených koncepcí odlišné.

Rozsáhlé reformy v zemích EU jsou reakcí na nové trendy objevující se ve světě po pádu komunismu, s nimiž je minulý vývoj "státu blahobytu" v západní Evropě často v konfliktu. Těmi trendy jsou: globalizace ekonomiky, politiky a kultury, koexistence transnacionální oligopolizace korporátního sektoru bezprecedentní vlnou fúzí a akvizicí se současnou revitalizací významu malých a středních podniků lokálního významu, divergence mezi postavením mezinárodně obchodovaných a neobchodovaných statků v národní ekonomice, rostoucí napětí mezi zastánci sociálně-politického internacionalismu a zastánci nacionalismu a lokálního izolacionismu, rostoucí váha občanské společnosti ve vztahu ke státu, změny v náhledech na správu veřejných statků, nutnost revize jak struktury, tak způsobu řízení veřejných financí. Odlišnosti ve výchozích stavech společností v EU a široká škála alternativ při volbě sociálně-ekonomických cílů reforem způsobují, že reformy nemohou mít uniformní charakter a ladění jejich detailů je konfrontováno se střety v zájmech různých aktérů.

The methodology of the design of experimnet has become an integral part of the optimisation of manufacturing processes in recent decades. Problems regarding designs of experiments are still up to date, especially because of a variety of approaches to collecting and evaluating data. Scientists in different research and development areas often do not take into account possible shortcommings or even essential assumptions of selected design and/or its evaluation methods. This disertation thesis summarizes theoretical bases of selected designs of experiments. Describes several applications of central composite design on responses regarding wire electrical discharge machining process. And compares different designs of experiment for response surfaces of five parameters with regards to algoritmic selection of statistically signifficant parameters.

För att på ett bättre och smidigare sätt kunna hantera distributions- och produktionsplaner installerade Bic år 2001 en centraliserad mjukvara för styrning av lager. En inparameter till denna är säkerhetslagernivån. För närvarande sker beräkningarna av säkerhetslagernivåerna på ett mycket grundläggande sätt vilket tar mycket tid och arbete i anspråk då uträkningarna till största delen görs för hand. Generella teorier med anknytning till beräkning av säkerhetslager undersöks för att senare sättas i relation till Bics specifika situation. Den ursprungliga modellen utökas med sådana parametrar som har en inverkan på säkerhetslagernivån men för vilka hänsyn ej är tagen i dagens läge. Tillexempel studeras hur avvikelser mellan prognoser och efterfrågan, varianser i ledtid, och A,B,C klassificering av produkter kan få inflytande på säkerhetslagernivån. Många produkter saknar, eller har bristfällig underlagsinformation för uträkningarna. Ett system med olika default-värden föreslås som en lösning till detta problem. Ytterligare ett problem är beroendet mellan sampaketerade produkter och dess komponentprodukter då varorna lagras på ett och samma ställe. För att minska osäkerheten i efterfrågan används senareläggningsteorier och förflyttning av lager mellan sampaketerade produkter och dess komponentprodukter kan ske med hänsyn tagen till produktnomenklaturen. Den föreslagna modellen utgörs av en serie Macros i Excel, vilka automatiskt samlar data från redan existerande datafiler. I den slutgiltiga applikationen där lagernivåerna räknas ut ges användaren frihet att välja och påverka många av inparametrarna innan programmet körs.<br>To better and more easily manage the distribution- and production plans at Bic centralized inventory management software was installed in 2001. One of its input parameters is the security stock level. The existing way of calculating the security stock level is basic and demands a lot of time and work since it is principally done by hand. General theories linked to safety stock calculations is examined and put into relation to the particular case of Bic. The actual model is expanded with parameters influencing the safety stock level but none existing in the earlier model. For instance is studied how variability in lead time, biases between actual forecast and demand and the A,B,C-classification of the products can have influence on the safety stock level. Many products have no, or poor information on which the calculations can be based on. A system with different default values is proposed to solve this matter. Another problem is the dependence between co packaged- and factory products in the same inventory. To diminish the uncertainty in demand the theory of postponement is used and a stock transfer is possible between final products and their component products depending on their bill of materials. The proposed model takes form as a series of Macros in excels, automatically gathering information from existing data files. In the final application where the stock calculations are done the user is given freedom to choose or influence on many of the input parameters before running the program.

The dissertation thesis deals with discounts and premiums in business valuation, especially lack of marketability discount and control premium (minority discount). There are no complex theoretical publications concerning these topics in the Czech Republic. Abroad, the publications are mostly descriptions and results of empirical studies originated in U.S. markets. These empirical studies usually deal with a single or a few aspects of a discount or premium. There are still some blank areas in the discounts and premiums theory even abroad, such as the sources of control premium, relationship between the levels of value and standards of value, the relation between the value of a company as a whole and the value at the level of shareholders. I develop a theoretical model of control premium, in the dissertation, which is trying to fill-in these blank areas and thus help practitioners to deal with the control premium or minority discount in a correct way. Moreover the model shows how protection of minority shareholders in general and especially during acquisitions influences the magnitude of control premium. It also shows that the magnitude of control premium depends on the market competition structure. If the competition is perfect (as we can suppose it would be at financial markets for minority interests) or there is a strong oligopsonistic competition the subjects of transaction are not able to influence the price, whereas for monopsonic structure (as it usually is in the M&A market in the Czech Republic) the subjects can influence the price. For monopsonic structure at the M&A market I conclude it is impossible to estimate the value of transaction as a point estimate since it will depend on nonfinancial factors what the price of transaction will be. We can only estimate the upper and lower boundary of interval the final price of transaction will lie within. The boundaries are the maximum price for the acquirer and minimum price for the seller in the sense of German Köln School. The dissertation also tests the possibility and theoretical correctness of using the results of foreign empirical studies of discounts and premiums for valuing businesses in the CR. We analyze the methodology and synthetize the problems connected with application of results of various studies. I conclude that it is impossible to use the results directly in the conditions of the CR. I suggest there should be a deeper analysis done and factors that influence the magnitude analyzed and considered. We should not rely just on averages. The thesis also contains an empirical part testing the magnitude of the lack of marketability discount in the Czech Republic.

Under 1990-talet populariserades fenomenet lärande organisationer för att bemöta den konkurrens som globaliseringen medförde. Det finns både nya och mer klassiska forskningsstudier inom fenomenet lärande organisationer. Nyare studier inom fältet har försökt att skapa en heltäckande bild om lärande organisationer. Dessa studier tenderar dock att vara för smala och leder därmed till en alltför ytlig bild. Syftet med denna studie är därför att generera kunskaper om hur ett företag kan ses som en lärande organisationer genom en hybridmodell. Denna hybridmodell kombinerar Senges (2006) organisatoriska strukturer för innovativt lärande, tillsammans med Argyris och Schöns (1996) teori om olika nivåer av lärande. Studien har därmed en deduktiv ansats och den metod som studien använder är kvalitativa intervjuer. Resultaten visar att samtliga organisatoriska strukturer för innovativt lärande går att återfinna samt att dessa tillsammans leder till en djupare nivå av lärande. Slutsatsen av denna studie är därmed att denna hybridmodell kan ses som ett komplement till framtida studier inom området och att resultaten av denna studie tycks gå i linje med befintlig forskning inom området.

Mitt arbete handlar om idrottsdidaktik och om idrottsdidaktiska modeller för att främja elevers inlärning. Med min erfarenhet som idrottslärare och utvecklingschef inom föreningsidrotten har jag med hjälp av en noggrann litteraturstudie tagit fram en idrottsdidaktisk modell. Modellen utgår ifrån bildningsteoretiska didaktiken (Annerstedt, 1995) och är baserad utifrån ett samhällsperspektiv (Schenker, 2011). Som arbetsmetod, där pedagogiken har integrerats, har jag haft en egen utvecklad arbetsmetod som utgångspunkt. Arbetsmetoden är en modell som består av förklara-visa-instruera-pröva- öva-diskutera. Modellen är sammanställd utifrån den utbildningen som jag har genomgått hos den svenska fotbollsförbundet. Utifrån olika intervjuer med sex olika lärare har tre laborationer genomförts. Två av laborationerna är genomförda på en skola där majoriteten av eleverna inte når upp till fullständiga betyg i slutet av årskurs nio. Den tredje laborationen är gjord på en skola där majoriteten av eleverna uppnår fullständiga betyg i slutet av årskurs nio (AF, 2010). Laborationerna bestod i att arbeta med ett delmoment inom huvudrubriken rörelse och basketboll (Lgr,11), och att dessutom arbeta parallellt med en teoretisk uppgift. Förutom laborationerna har två observationer utförts. Jag har sedan jämfört resultaten mellan laborationerna och mellan skolorna. Resultatet av intervjuerna visar att majoriteten av lärarna inte arbetar tillräckligt konsekvent, efter Lgr11, med teoridelen i ämnet idrott och hälsa. Visa lärare påpekar att det är en generationsfråga medan andra lärare påpekar att ämnet idrott och hälsa är ett praktiskt ämne där eleverna endast är intresserade av att röra på sig. Laborationerna visar att majoriteten av eleverna som deltog i laborationerna lämnade in den skriftliga uppgiften med relevanta svar i förhållande till kunskapskraven i ämnet idrott och hälsa (Lgr,11). Det hittades dessutom tendenser till kunskapsutveckling mellan första och andra lektionstillfället då eleverna visade större förståelse för spelet. Detta uppfattar jag som att eleverna har reflekterat över sitt utförande och utvecklat nya färdigheter samt att undersökningens didaktiska modell visade sig verka produktiv.

Lättelement AB designs and manufactures building elements in the form of ceilings, walls and floor tiles for the Nordic market. The majority are roof elements and the main market is Sweden. Each element has 4 lifting points. Lifting points are used for lifting elements, pulling together elements as well as attachment for fall protection equipment. Lättelement AB has designed a new model of lifting point that they want tested and intend to replace the current lifting point if the new model has the same or better capacity. The purpose of this work is to investigate if the new model of lifting point manages the forces that arise during its applications. This new model would facilitate the manufacture and assembly of lifting points. According to the theoretical calculations, the new model of lifting point would have better capacity than the current one. During tensile testing, unforeseen material failure were shown and the practical values were significantly lower than expected. After tensile testing, the load capacity was calculated based on the current material failure and it was found that the calculations and test results are relatively well matched. Based on the requirements set for the new model of lifting point, the desired strength values are not achieved to replace the current model. However, this work is a good basis for further development of the lifting point. Now it is known what happens at the material failure for this kind of lifting point. It provides an opportunity to construct a lifting point that will handle the desired capacity while at the same time being flexible from a production engineering perspective.<br>Lättelement AB projekterar och tillverkar byggelement i form av tak, vägg och bjälklag till den Nordiska marknaden. Merparten är takelement och huvudmarknaden är Sverige. I varje element sitter 4 stycken lyftpunkter. Lyftpunkterna används för att lyfta element, dra ihop element samt som infästning för fallskyddsutrustning. Lättelement AB har konstruerat en ny modell av lyftpunkt som de önskade få testad och hade för avsikt att ersätta den nuvarande lyftpunkten med den nya modellen om den har samma eller bättre lastkapacitet. Denna nya modell skulle underlätta vid tillverkning och montering av lyftpunkter. Det här arbetets syfte var att utreda ifall den nya lyftpunktsmodellen klarar de krafter som uppstår vid lyft och ihopdragning av element. Enligt de teoretiska beräkningarna skulle den nya modellen av lyftpunkt ha bättre kapacitet än den nuvarande. Under dragprovning visades oförutsedda brott och de praktiska värdena blev betydligt lägre än beräknat. Efter dragprovning beräknades bärförmågan utifrån den aktuella brottbilden och det kunde konstateras att beräkningarna och testresultaten stämmer relativt bra överens. Utifrån kraven som ställs på den nya modellen av lyftpunkt uppnås inte de önskade hållfasthetsvärdena för att kunna ersätta den nuvarande modellen. Det här arbetet är dock ett bra underlag för vidareutveckling av lyftpunkten. Nu är det känt vad som sker vid brott för den här typen av lyftpunkt. Det ger en möjlighet att konstruera en lyftpunkt som skall klara den önskade bärförmågan och samtidigt kan vara smidig ur ett produktionstekniskt perspektiv.

Diploma thesis deals with the stimulation tools in a big manufacturing company with which it’s possible effectively influence the work force. The first part is focused on theoretical and methodical area; it describes the importance of personal management and human resource management, influence employees in the procedure and effective communication. The second section represents the current situation of personal management, motivation and communication tools in the company. In the third part founds own analysis which was carried out by interview, it presents results of research. The fourth part shows possible solutions for problems of stimulation and communication with the staff.

Koncept Průmysl 4.0 dostal svůj název podle čtvrté průmyslové revoluce, která právě probíhá. Vznikl před pár lety v Německu a jeho posláním je řešit situaci, kterou způsobila čtvrtá průmyslová revoluce, kterou zcela evidentně vyvolal internet a digitalizace. Zatímco předchozí etapa digitalizace přinesla do průmyslu počítače a roboty, čtvrtá průmyslová revoluce je mezi sebou propojila a naučila je komunikovat. Podniky na tento vývoj musí být připraveny a jejich připravenost a zralost hodnotí modely připravenosti. Nalezené modely jsou analyzovány a porovnávány a jsou hlavním předmětem teoretické části článku. Právě nový model připravenosti je hlavní náplní tohoto článku a záměrem je představit nástroj pro komplexní hodnocení interní logistiky, která obsahuje klíčové procesy jako je interní manipulace, skladování nebo balení. Interní logistika má tedy v rámci tohoto konceptu velký potenciál a představuje pro logistiku příležitosti pro růst a rozvoj. Nicméně důležité je znát současnou úroveň na základě diagnostiky a k tomu slouží právě navržený model.
