Abstract:
How to model reconfigurable resources, how to make manufacturing resources to rapidly form into new production functions and capability is an unsolved problem. Based on current manufacturing resource knowledge representation, in the paper, manufacturing resource ontology modeling method is presented which has considered characteristics of reconfigurable manufacturing system (RMS), configuration changeable and system adjustable. Furthermore, resource description ontology is defined and example model is also presented; after formalize the concepts, attributes and relations of ontology, the knowledge base including ontology base, attribute base and relation base are constructed. The method proposed can provide strong support for reconfiguration and deformation of RMS.

Abstract:
The object of the study is the fruits of melon. The problem is the crop that remains in the fields. The article provides an overview of technologies for the processing of melons, and studies of the authors are given. On the basis of these studies, technological schemes for the production and formulation of such products as jam, jam, confiture, blended juices, vegetable oil from melon seeds were proposed and justified. Optimal additives and ways of introducing pectin into them are determined. The presence in finished products of vitamins of group B, vitamin C, β-carotene, almost all essential amino acids, micro- and macroelements, the content of which does not noticeably decrease during storage under the optimal conditions established by us. Studies have been carried out on the selection of an extractant and the determination of the optimal parameters for extraction, isolation, neutralization and drying of pectin from melon peel. As a result, pectin was obtained with a degree of esterification of 67...69 %, a jelly-forming ability of more than 170 degrees of Tarr Baker, and a jelly strength of about 460 mm Hg

This paper studies resource allocation and security performance. Aiming at the problem of privacy disclosure caused by eavesdropping during task unloading in single cell and multi user scenarios, the physical layer security technology is used to formulate corresponding confidentiality measures. Facing the dynamic change of the wireless channel state of the system and the computing power required by users, taking reducing the average processing delay of tasks as the optimization goal, the multi-user task partial migration problem is modeled as a joint optimization problem of computing resources and power resources under the constraints of security set-tings and energy constraints, and the system is established as a Markov decision process model, and proposes a resource allocation algorithm based on physical layer security and depth deterministic policy gradient. Simulation results show that the algorithm can approach the optimal performance, has adaptability and lower computational complexity, can make better unloading strategy and resource allocation scheme in trusted environment, effectively reduce the average task processing delay and improve the robustness of the system.

This study tested the Human Resource Management System model in 2612 small and medium scale companies in Malaysia by selecting the sample by random sampling method using an online interview system. We examine four aspects of management, namely income, human capital investment, technology investment, investment in operational aids using the quantitative descriptive method of the ordinary least square model. We find that there is a positive relationship between investment in human capital, technology and operational aids and income.

Considering the impact of science and technology resource allocation on regional innovation output, based on the inter-provincial panel data of 30 provinces in China from 1998 to 2017, this paper establishes a regional innovation output growth model, including science and technology resource input and science and technology resource allocation, and investigates the spatial relationship between regional innovation output and the allocation of science and technology resources, the effect of the inter-subjective configuration structure and inter-regional space re-allocation on regional innovation output. The research results show that there are obvious spatial autocorrelation agglomeration characteristics of China’s regional innovation output and science and technology resource input. The efficiency of the allocation of science and technology resources in the region is relatively low. The application-oriented research subjects with enterprise-oriented research are more efficient in investing in science and technology resources, and the promotion of regional innovation output is more significant. The investment in science and technology resources in neighboring provinces will have a significant inhibitory effect on the province’s innovation output. The regional mobility of science and technology resources has a significant role in promoting regional innovation output growth. The effect of science and technology personnel mobility on regional innovation output is better than that of technology capital flows.

Abstract To obtain environmentally friendly early production of potatoes, the use of a technological method in the cultivation technology - light germination was studied. The cultivation technology is standard, except for the studied technique. There is a varietal reaction to reception, responds well to germination of the Luck and Bullfinch varieties. In the variant with germination, the total costs increase, but in the cost structure there is a decrease in the costs of expensive fertilizers and seeds. The cost of machinery and agricultural production does not rise much. implements in connection with additional work related to the light germination, where it is necessary to take out the planting material from the storage. These costs are not significant and the reception provides a high net energy income, high coefficients, as well as a low energy cost, which allows you to save energy resources when growing early potatoes and get maximum income. There is an increase in net energy income by 5.9 … 31.9%, energy cost coefficients by 6.3 … 32.8%, as well as a decrease in cost by 0.09 … 0.33 GJ•t−1 of tubers.

Therefore, 6G technology will surely replace the current technology as the main means of future communication technology. This paper combines 6G technology to study the smart system resource coordination algorithm and analyzes the calculation process and actual effect of the algorithm. Moreover, this paper analyzes the coordination of smart system resources and verifies the effect of 6G technology in the coordination of smart system resources through experimental research. The results of experimental research show that the smart system resource coordination algorithm based on 6G technology can effectively improve the resource coordination effect of smart systems and has certain anti-interference, which will promote the construction of smart systems in the future.

In order to improve the effect of land resource management, this paper combines the Internet of Things technology and GIS technology to build an intelligent management system for gradient resources to improve the efficiency of land resource management. Aiming at the hybrid intelligent model of wetland resource remote sensing monitoring technology, this paper analyzes and studies the remote sensing image processing theory. Moreover, this paper studies in detail remote sensing image restoration, TM image reflectivity simulation imaging, image enhancement technology, optimal band selection based on the characteristics of wetland resources, expert decision analysis, deep mining of image data, knowledge reasoning, and decision tree analysis to form a theoretical support system for a hybrid intelligent classification model for wetland resources. The research shows that the intelligent management system of land resources based on the Internet of Things and GIS technology has a good effect in the collection and processing of land resource information and can effectively improve the management efficiency of land resources.

Abstract To avoid the waste of power grid data resources, under the condition of ensuring data security, the design of power grid resource information data-sharing is carried out. Firstly, the security problems that may be encountered in the process of resource sharing are analyzed, and the data resources are encrypted. Then, when that data carries out information interaction between the terminal equipment and the resource sharing cent, the transfer engine is utilized to process the transferred data and transfer the transfer data. Finally, the sharing of data resources is realized by building a calculation model. The experimental results show that the designed information and data-sharing technology consumes less energy on the terminal equipment, and reduces the workload of the terminal equipment for data transmission. It is hoped that the research of this paper can further promote the research of power grid information resource data-sharing.
