Abstract:
In this paper, we extend the third evolution of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM3) to incorporate warm-glow with the aim of understanding the role this phenomenon plays on user adoption decisions. Warm-glow is the feeling of satisfaction or pleasure (or both) that is experienced by individuals after they do something “good” for their fellow human. Two constructs—perceived extrinsic warm-glow (PEWG) and perceived intrinsic warm-glow (PIWG)—were incorporated into the TAM3 model to measure the two dimensions of user-experienced warm-glow, forming what we refer to as the TAM3 + WG model. An experimental approach was taken to evaluate the suitability of the proposed model (i.e., TAM3 + WG). A vignette was created to present users with a hypothetical technology designed to evoke warm-glow in participants. Our TAM3 + WG model was found to be superior in terms of fit to the TAM3 model. Furthermore, the PEWG and PIWG constructs were confirmed to be unique within the original TAM3 model. The findings indicate that the factors that have the greatest influence on consumer decisions are (in decreasing order) perceived usefulness (PU), PIWG, subjective norm (SN), and PEWG. Additionally, a higher PEWG resulted in the technology being perceived as more useful. In other words, both extrinsic and intrinsic warm-glow play a prominent role in user decisions as to whether or not to adopt a particular technology.

Abstract:
The digitalization of the construction industry has immense potential for dramatically improving the industry’s practices. Concerning current measures in construction project management, the industry is still dependent on traditional construction methods. However, the application of fully automated techniques within the construction industry has not yet been a widespread practice. Thus, this may explain why there is a slow adaption of digital growth within the construction industry and specifically in developing countries. This study is aiming to investigate the acceptance of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Augmented Reality (AR) integration in the construction industry. To achieve this aim, Technology Acceptance Model 3 (TAM3) was utilized. The scope was narrowed down to four developing counties (Malaysia, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and Turkey) and a questionnaire survey was developed and distributed between construction professionals in those countries for data collection purposes. Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) was used to develop the TAM, and a regression analysis is used to validate it. The developed TAM3 showed that users control over BIM-AR and perception of easiness of use has the highest influence on their perception of the system usefulness, which would positively affect their intention to use the system. Additionally, unlike the findings of the original TAM3, three variables of Image, Perception of External Control, and Voluntariness illustrate new relations which can be considered as a novel outcome. The outcomes of this study can be used to evaluate the acceptance of BIM-AR Integration in the construction industry context, and the developed TAM3 can be used for the development of new BIM-AR applications in developing countries as it can predict the BIM and AR users’ acceptance.

Abstract:
This paper presents the evaluation of a Pervasive Intelligent Decision Support System in Intensive Medicine making use of Technology Acceptance Model 3 (TAM3). Two rounds of questionnaires were distributed and compared. The work is based on a discursive evaluation of a method employed to assess a new and innovative technology (INTCare) using the four constructs of TAM3 and statistical metrics. The paper crosses the TAM3 constructs with INTCare features to produce a questionnaire to provide a better comprehension of the users' intentions. The final results are essential to validate the system and understand the user sensitivity. The paper validates a method to access technologies in critical environments and shows an example of how a questionnaire can be developed based on TAM3. It also proves the viability of using this method and advises that two rounds of questionnaires should be performed if we want to have better evidence on user satisfaction.

Abstract:
The business case for diversity is really a technological one. Like the Hubble telescope uses multiple lenses to acquire an understanding of the universe that no one lens can achieve alone, the business case suggests that diversity (however defined) provides multiple perspectives that help organizations better understand an increasingly complex and heterogeneous marketplace. If the prevailing argument for diversity is indeed technology-driven, the present paper suggests that looking at diversity through the lens of the Technology Acceptance Model 3 (TAM3) might provide insights that could improve both the acceptance of diversity in the organization and its impact on organizational performance.

Abstract:
The development of learning management systems (LMS) has an integral role to the promotion of new alternatives in relation to improve teaching and learning for universities. This study proposes the determination of the constructs that influence learning management systems adoption and use. The conceptual framework has been developed on the basis of the expansion of Technology Acceptance Model 3 (TAM3) including the constructs Perceived Usefulness (PU), Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU), Subjective Norm (SN), Behavioral Intention (BI), Use Behavior (UB). The paper deals with the integration of the three approaches Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM), Analytic Hierarchic Process (AHP) and Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP). PLS-SEM have determined the reliability, the validity of the constructs, and tested the model’s hypotheses. These results have been integrated into the AHP and FAHP methods, to evaluate the importance of the constructs. These results will be especially useful to enhance the higher education policies.

Abstract:
Technology acceptance model (TAM) is arguably the most widely used intention theory that explains the individual’s acceptance of a certain technology. Since Davis introduced TAM in 1986, it has been applied and validated in a variety of disciplines, including educational sciences. However, scholars note that depending on a specific context, the original TAM needs to be extended, which has been done by introducing external variables and other theories. Despite the existent TAM2 and TAM3, numerous scholars still opt for the original TAM, extending it with the variables and theories that are relevant to the specific context of their study. The aim of the present paper is to provide an overview of validated TAM extensions, which might later help to further the understanding of educational technology acceptance, which is a prerequisite of its adoption. Since interdisciplinarity in various contexts is becoming more and more common, the overview presents TAM extensions that come from a number of different disciplines. The overview is based on 108 papers that were retrieved from the Web of Science (Clarivate Analytics) by searching for the keywords ‘extended Technology Acceptance Model’, ‘extended TAM’, and ‘TAM extension’.

This study aims to develop and implement a new Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) to verify and explain users’ acceptance of SAP software. The structural equation model (SEM) technique is used with the AMOS program for the adoption process. General structural model, which includes Experience, Voluntariness, Perceived Enjoyment, Perceptions of External Control, Computer Self Efficacy, Output Quality and Job Relevance, is developed with Analytical Hierarchy Method (AHP) and Pareto Analysis by deciding variables from previously original developed models which are called TAM1, TAM2 and TAM3. New TAM is tested to a sample of 384 SAP users in a company that serves in metal production. Results illustrates that new TAM is an appropriate tool to explain and understand users’ acceptance of SAP besides of being flexible and easily implemented. SAP users’ job relevance and their perceptions of external control are the most important variables that affect perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use in the model.

Abstract:
Purpose – The purpose of this paper is to provide a complete and chronological view of the evolution of the main acceptance and use of technology models, from the 1970s to the present day. Design/methodology/approach – A comparison of partial least squares (linear model) and WarpPLS (non-linear model) has been run for each acceptation of technology model: TRA, TAM0, TAM1, TAM2, TAM3, UTAUT, UTAUT2. The data set collects the information of mobile internet users. Findings – The authors have concluded that UTAUT2 model obtains a better explanation power than the rest of technology acceptance models (TAMs) in the sample of mobile internet users. Furthermore, all models have a better explanation power using non-linear relationships than the traditional linear approach. Originality/value – The vast majority of research published to date with regard to the Theory of Reasoned Action (TRA), the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), and the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) are based on structural equation models assuming linear relationships between variables. The originality of this study is that it incorporates non-linear relationships and compares the same models using both approaches.

The synergy of combining globalization with new technology has had dramatic learning impacts. Teachers and Students need to work together to successfully implement Moodle as one of learning technologies. Author needs to determine factors that are important to use Moodle. UTAUT was created based on the conceptual and empirical similarities across TAM, TAM2 and TAM3 models. UTAUT model attempts to explain how individual differences influence technology use. Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) is then used to assess the reliability and validity of the model measures. Exploratory Research is conducted in order to determine the nature of the problem and is not intended to provide conclusive evidence. With Uncontrolled Quota Sampling method, respondents filled Likert-scale questions. Analysis of a Moment Structures (AMOS) is used analyse the data using SEM. All hypotheses is verified through different set of experiments. UTAUT is acceptable of analysing respondents' acceptance in using Moodle. Each construct uniquely affects the output, therefore different strategies can be implemented based on respondents' characteristics. Performance Expectancy is important for Students.

Abstract:
This study intends to determine the acceptance of the technology in making ethical performance among auditors. We have reviewed current technology acceptance theories and formulates a unified model for the context of EPV application based on several constructs which is: performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, hedonic motivation, motivating and impeding factor and perceive risk. Hypothesis are generated and their validity is analyzed by using Pearson Correlation and Multiple Linear Regression and a model has been produces for findings of the study namely Technology Acceptance towards EPV application (TAEPV). From the model, hedonic motivation has been excluded because it shows no significant relationship towards technology acceptance which means it is not suitable to be a factor to determine technology acceptance of EPV application. The respondents are tertiary students that are undergoing study in accounting, as they are the future pool of talent for the workforce. The results show that TAEPV outperforms current technology acceptance model by significantly improving the R-squares. Thus, this study makes modest theoretical and empirical contributions to the professional sector to (1) analyse existing tools in measuring ethical performance of individuals, (2) propose a unified model of technology acceptance toward EPV application and (3) evaluate technology acceptance in implementing EPV application. As for recommendation, it is hoped that TAEPV theories can be then evaluated by the financial auditors to assess their acceptance and use behavior of EPV application, the pioneer of professional judgment system.

Abstract:
The COVID-19 pandemic has severely affected schools, with traditional in-person operation changing to remote online learning. The rapid, involuntary shift was met with resistance and acceptance in varying degrees by Generation Z students. This study seeks to develop an e-learning technology acceptance model for Generation Z students, with a focus on the environment created by the COVID-19 pandemic. A theoretical framework based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) was extended by 8 factors based on literature review and student input from a prior focus group study and survey (Motamedi et. al., 2021). The survey had 3 parts: 1) background information, 2) personality traits, 3) acceptance model factors. Twenty responses were collected and analyzed using Cronbach’s alphas. The results found the survey items to have good internal consistency. The outcome of this study provides a baseline for future studies to validate the model. The framework provides understanding of Generation Z acceptance of e-learning.

Abstract:
Nowadays, when the Internet is a regular part of people’s life in competitive conditions, it is essential to emphasize user feelings about the products, especially in the context of web pages. The study aims to clarify the significance of selected Technology Acceptance Model elements concerning user behavior in the web area. The study applied an exploratory method using an anonymous questionnaire in electronic form (Likert scale). This study’s respondents were website users, visitors, or internet users within the EU. Adequacy of the research sample was measured using Cronbach’s alpha and Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin (226 respondents). This paper proposed factors that impact user behavior. The quality of the website content factor contains two other variables: the quality of information (QI-Q5) and its availability (AI-A3). The design quality factor is composed of four elements: appearance (AP1-AP5), website findability (F1-F4), website navigation (N1-N3), and website access and usability (AU1-AU4). In addition, the paper selected the perceived usefulness factor (USEF1), the factor of perceived ease of use (EOU1-EOU3), and the attitude to use the website (ATT1). This study calculated the values of the Pearson correlation coefficients and used the lower triangle method to obtain the resulting coefficient values. The analysis results show that the simplicity of use and page orientation does not affect the actual use of the website. The study’s outcome is a model that identifies the impact of individual factors on user behavior in the context of user experience. Abstract:
Dompet Dhuafa Enterprise System (DESI) is a system created in 2015. Initially it was created to replace the Fundrising Administration System (SANDRA) because SANDRA is a desktop-based application. Nowadays DESI is only used for budgeting functions and “Tebar Hewan Kurban” (THK) its a sacrificial animal stocking functions. DESI which has daily functions such as budgeting and seasonal functions in THK. In its implementation, DESI which is a web-based system sometimes becomes difficult to access when the system has a problem. This certainly makes the budgeting function that is used in daily activities become not implemented. THK's function in DESI was also inseparable from problems, one of which was the presence of volunteers who did not directly enter the data of prospective victims into DESI during the THK implementation. New data entered into DESI on the first Tasyrik day, for example, will increase work in other divisions. It would be different if it had been done before the sacrificial feast. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the acceptance behavior of DESI users. In this quantitative study using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) model. Sampling in this study using purposive sampling and accidental sampling. This study uses PLS-SEM for data processing and uses the application of SmartPLS version 3. There are 6 variables examined in this study, namely perceived usefulness, perceived easy of use, format, attitude using, behavioral intention to use, and actual system usage. From 7 hypotheses proposed there is one hypothesis that is rejected, namely the path attitude toward using the behavioral intention to use.

Abstract:
The emergence and growth of social media today has changed the way that people communicate and interact with each other. Thus, social media has considered as an effective tool in the marketing campaign. In regard to event marketing, event planners and organizers use social media (e.g. social network sites) as an important marketing medium to increase the number of potential attendees to visit the events. However, the major challenge to event marketers is to fully understand the process of how social media marketing gain special event customers’ acceptance. This study chose Facebook event page as study context and applied the technology acceptance model (TAM) as theoretical foundation. In addition, this paper synthesizes the theoretical basis of the event marketing, emotional factors, perceived relevance and its application to social media (e.g., Facebook event page) from previous studies. The study aims to come out with a conceptual model (extended TAM) which explains fully inner-mechanism of the relationships among variables: (1) the emotions that online fansexpress on Facebook affect their acceptance of the Facebook event page as a legitimate marketing tool; (2) perceived relevance from user perspective influence their acceptance of the Facebook event page; (3) this “acceptance” mechanism has an impact on fans’ intentions to attend the event.

Abstract:
The process of deploy a technology in critical services need to be very careful planned and processed. As an example it is the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). In the ICU the patients are in critically ill conditions and there are not available time to make experiences or to develop incomplete systems. With the objective to improve the implementation process, the same should be accompanied in order to understand the environment and user behaviour. In this case and with the goal to evaluate the implementation process, an assessment model was applied to a real system called INTCare. INTCare is a Pervasive Intelligent Decision Support System (PIDSS). It was deployed in the ICU of Centro Hospitalar do Porto and was evaluated using the Technology Acceptance Model 3 (TAM). This assessment was made using the four constructs proposed by the TAM and a questionnaire-based approach guided by the Delphi Methodology. The results obtained so far show that although the users are satisfied with the offered information recognizing this importance, they demand for a faster system. This work present the main results achieved and suggest one way to follow when some technology is deployed in an environment like is ICU.

This variable consists of independent variables namely PEOU and PU, and the dependent variable is BITU. The respondents were 145 midwives from Grobogan District, Temanggung Regency and Salatiga City. Data analysis to conduct causal relationships between variables using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study statistically show that the 3 hypotheses of H1, H2, and H3 adopted from the TAM model have a positive and significant influence. This is indicated by the value of the regression coefficient is positive and the coefficient of P value is less than 0.005

Abstract:

Abstract:
The popularity of electronic commerce is growing rapidly. However, previous studies regarding shopping online are rather fragmented in nature, and do not integrate their work into a comprehensive research framework to consider simultaneously the issues of motivation, risk, and trust. We conducted a meta-analysis to integrate the findings of previous researchers and to provide a more complete framework of online shopping behavior, based on the models of personality traits, perceived risk, and technology acceptance. We investigated the mediating effects of attitude and trust, and the direct and indirect effects on the 3 models showed different outcomes. Structural equation modeling was used to establish the relationships among the influential factors of personality traits, perceived risk, and technology acceptance with regard to online shopping intention.

Abstract:
The purpose of this research is to know how the user acceptance to Garsupati system so that system development feasible executed. One approach to the theory of acceptance and use of a technology that is Unified Theory Of Acceptance And Use Of Technology (UTAUT). UTAUT is one of the technology acceptance models developed by Vankatesh, et al. (2003) by combining eight previous technology acceptance theories. UTAUT has four main constructs: 1) performance expectancy, 2) effort expectancy, 3) social influence, and 4) facilitating conditions. This research will further explain about the relation of factors influencing acceptance and usage of Garsupati system using UTAUT model. Data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to students and interviews with lecturers. The sample size in this study amounted to 394 Undiksha students, analyzed using multiple linear regression using SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that (1) performance expectation, business expectation, social factor have positive effect to interest of utilization of Garsupati system (2) facility factor and interest of utilization have positive effect to user behavior. Abstract:
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions are the most frequently used software tool in companies in all industries. Therefore, the labour market requires the knowledge and skills for usage of ERP solutions from graduates – future employees. The main objective of our paper is therefore the identification of important factors that contribute to the acceptance of ERP solutions by students in economics and business and that shape their intentions to use this knowledge in the future. The model of our research is based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), extended by identified important multidimensional external factors that refer to (1) students’ personal characteristics and information literacy, (2) perceived system and technological characteristics of ERP solutions and (3) perceived support within the study process. Research results revealed that several dimensions of the three multidimensonal factors play an important role in shaping the attitudes towards acceptance of ERP solutions by students.
