Puig, Mailhol Vincent. "Le numérique et l'esprit. Prendre soin des technologies numériques de l'esprit à la lumière de Gilbert Simondon, Maurice Merleau-Ponty, Henri Bergson." Electronic Thesis or Diss., Poitiers, 2023. http://www.theses.fr/2023POIT5001.
Full textThis address to designers stems from an approach of anthropological decentering to think and take care of the digital as spiritual in the sense that Derrida designated the process of questioning but also the of technique in Heidegger. This route goes through a critique of the notion of information in Simondon to try to rethink "the soul of objects". It continues with an analysis of the question of the Flesh from Merleau-Ponty to propose the passage from a "digital suffering flesh" to an organology and a pharmacology of the digital gesture. Finally, it approaches what Bernard Stiegler called the technologies of the through the prism of Bergsonian intuition and Simondonian transduction to reintroduce analogical thought into the digital design of a dispositive benevolence, techno-estheú, cosmotechnic, ethical and political condiú)n for the development of the common good and of knowledge

Full textIn its contemporary conception, the hallucination is simply defined as a ‘perception without object to perceive’. It remains however complex to highlight it in clinical practice, in particular in pediatric population. The clinical interview, during which the clinician have to avoid stumbling blocks, such as psychic immaturity and potential existence of an imaginary companion, can be completed by methods allowing a more specific caracterisation of the phenomenon. This symptom has been a renewed interest in the last 30 years in scientific domain. It is now accepted that the hallucinations are not found exclusively in schizophrenic etiological context, but they can also occur during normal development and be spontaneous resolution. Despite this, few studies currently have a specific interest in its early and transdiagnostic character, and his treatment in children and adolescents.Nevertheless, differents strategies for actions are available to help us better understand this symptom, whether its evaluation or therapeutic. In this PhD work, we initially focused on cognitive aspects of hallucination. Based on the source monitoring framework, assuming that hallucinations are the result of a tendency to attribute more often self-generated events to an external subject, we standardized a task assessing this cognitive ability. We first highlight an age effect in our healthy subjects enrolled in the study of standardization, preferentially for the reality monitoring task (distinction between an external source and an internal source). We then compare these data with those obtained from patients suffering from schizophrenia, revealing loss performance for both tasks. Our goal is then to obtain normative data for a pediatric population. In a second step, we are interested in the psychometric assessment of early-onset hallucinations. Given the lack of tools, we have combined the playfulness of new technologies in a comprehensive and rigorous assessment of the symptom. We thus developed an application for touchpad associating the assessment of cognition, including the theory of mind, and symptom severity. Theory of mind developpement have recently been identified as prognostic marker in the resolution of hallucinations in children. The first objective of this work is to provide a reliable assessment or early-onset hallucinations, the underlying objective is to allow longitudinal assessment of this symptom in children and adolescents and to better adapt its therapeutic. Finally, we are interested in the development of an innovative therapy in children and adolescents, which is the repetitive trancranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS). This neuromodulation technique has the advantage to target a symptom, not a disease, and can therefore be applied to a number of hallucinated subjects. The objective of this work was to study early-onset hallucination through diverse approaches facilitating the trust of the child and both phenomenological and cognitive caracterisation of the symptom by the clinician. The results gathered in this PhD work demonstrate that it is possible to understand the early-onset hallucinatory symptoms through cognition and new technologies. These approaches allow us to adapt our daily practice, gives us a better understanding of the symptoms and associated cognitive mechanisms, thereby improving our therapeutic management
Sabetti, Leonard. "L'innovation et l'esprit d'entreprise : preuves empiriques à l'aide de microdonnées." Thesis, Université Clermont Auvergne (2017-2020), 2020. http://www.theses.fr/2020CLFAD017.
Full textThis thesis comprises four empirical essays on innovation and entrepreneurship using firm-level microdata. The proliferation of such data has led to greater understanding of the underlying drivers and dynamics of economic growth at the macro level, enabling enhanced and evidence-based public policy. The main contribution of the thesis resides in the use of new survey data across different contexts with enhanced questions on firm innovation activities. These questions were modeled on the Oslo Manual Guidelines published jointly by the OECD and Eurostat to foster an internationally recognized methodology for business innovation statistics. Micro-econometric and program evaluation methods guided the analysis. Chapter 1 examines the relationship between innovation and performance for a sample of over 30,000 firms in developing countries from recent surveys collected by the Enterprise Survey Unit of the World Bank. We find that returns to innovation are positive and large but vary substantially according to innovation type and degree of novelty. Moreover, R&D plays a more pronounced role for radical innovation. Utilizing the same dataset, chapter 2 investigates the relationship between innovation and employment. Our analysis highlights the role of product innovation as the main channel for employment creation. We also found a lack of negative impact from process innovation, potentially due to a skill composition effect. Chapter 3 concerns the effects of innovation and financing on both survival and growth for a sample of roughly 4,000 firms in the United States based on an 8-year survey launched in 2004 and overlapping with the Great Recession of 2008-2009. Firms in the high-tech sector are more likely to survive; they display an inverted U-shaped exit rate. While initial financing levels positively affect survival, the effects are reversed during the Great Recession, underlining the role of financial dependence and the business cycle. Startups that introduce new products to market display higher growth rates. We investigate a potential mechanism whereby innovative firms are more likely to obtain additional rounds of external financing. The results highlight the role of incorporating direct measures of innovation for firm heterogeneity. In the final chapter, we study a sample of manufacturing firms in Italy to uncover drivers of firm R&D expenditures. We estimate a crowding-in effect of roughly thirty percentage points for firms that report cooperation with the university sector on R&D projects and contrast these findings in terms of the impact from fiscal subsidies such as tax credits. Findings of the thesis have relevance for public policy around innovation and entrepreneurship and for maximizing public sector returns on investment
Graça, Orlanda Gisela. "La déconstruction du droit d'auteur sous prétexte de technologie numérique." Thesis, Poitiers, 2012. http://www.theses.fr/2012POIT3009.
Full textThe advent of digital technologies, including digital networks, served as a pretext to introduce author's right reforms that lead to a profound change in this right. A precedent was set with the inclusion of software and electronic databases in the field of protection as these are strictly functional creations that should not belong to the category of "oeuvre de l'esprit". This inclusion leads to a distortion of the criteria of originality as well as the need to change both the rules of ownership and the legal regime of author's rights. Consequently a special paradigm, similar to U.S. copyright, is born inside the classical author's right system. Focused on the investor and in the notion of fixation, this special right of sotware and database now contaminates the author's right system. We cannot ignore the important influence of American concept of copyright in the whole process of construction and expansion of this special paradigm as some of its concepts and principles are reflected in today's notion of author's rights. We are witnessing a movement of deconstruction of the author's rights personalist legacy of the French Revolution which culminated in the Act of 11 March 1957. We will highlight the various factors that have acted and act jointly at national, EU and international level to produce this result, while demonstrating that while the digital environment certainly poses difficulties for the use of works of authorship, the author's right, author-centered and based on the notion of communication to the public, would indeed be able to cope with digital environment without the need to undermine its foundations
