Abstract:
Adhesive bonding is one of many materials connecting methods. In the last ten years periods the bonding technology noted a boom almost in all industrial branches. The use of bonding technology in the engineering and repairing industry brings considerable savings. Saving in costs, in critical metallic materials and in time are reached and the decrease of the joint weight, too. Therefore the bonding technology pertains to the modern jointing methods even though it is a very old technique. The adhesive bonding technology is influenced by a number of factors which affect the adhesive bond strength. Correcting coefficients have to be considered in construction calculations too. The correcting coefficients correct the strength deviations caused by particular factors. In the paper there are published laboratory experiments results.

Abstract:
The authors of the article reflect on the processes of technical modernization of modern culture and on the modern reflection on the increasingly active introduction of new technologies in the field of art and art researches. There is an increasingly widespread nature of creativity and the inevitability of a long-term adaptation of a person to the results of his own creativity — which is another round of the eternal conflict between the creator and the creation. The article also examines the era of the 1920s, when art was intensively turning to the motives of machine, technical, and automatic world, giving rise to various interpretations of the interaction of man and machine, man and automaton. The theme continues with an appeal to the images of the robot child in American cinema of the second half of the 20th — beginning of the 21th century and to the vast field of modern science fiction art, which analyzes the current problems of civilization and, above all, communication systems — including the possibility of mass infections, the phenomenon of parasitic organisms, dystopian patterns of social relations. The scientific and artistic discourses are in close interaction.

The decisive role of globalization processes and development tendencies has many positive and negative effects in economic (foreign-trade), environmental, and (bio) technological areas. From the evolution point of view still very successful human adaptation strategy hit the basic limit given by the capacity of the Earth biosphere. The evolution determinants of human society and their economic or technological activities manifesting themselves by global problems can find way out of sustainable development. The application of the so-called preventive principle represents a great dilemma.

Abstract:
In the present study we examined the impact of technology on the development of world energy in the world, as well as on the development of international energy relations. The important role of international cooperation in the field of energy technologies as a key factor in the development and global deployment of energy technologies in the industry. The most effective technology in the world of multilateral cooperation under the auspices of the International Energy Agency (IEA) and other international organizations. It allows the joint efforts of the countries concerned to develop new technologies, test them and implement in production. For Russia, it is very important, because at the moment our country is not only a leading exporter of energy resources, but also has a significant impact on global energy security. At the same time Russia's FEC requires urgent and serious modernization through the development and introduction of innovative technologies on the basis of the study of international experience. Therefore the question of modernization of Russian fuel and energy complex has an international character. One way to accelerate the process of modernization of the organization is a public-private partnership that will largely depend on the nature and possibilities of Russian energy diplomacy, given the geopolitical and economic realities in connection with the sanctions imposed by Western countries against our country.

Abstract:
Abstract Soy polysaccharides represent a multipurpose class of chemicals that include both therapeutical and technological properties. Since they have been first time introduced in the pharmaceutical field, Soy polysaccharides were used in two different pharmaceutical formulations; sublingual tablets and in colon drug delivery. For the sublingual tablets, Soy polysaccharides under the brand name of Emcosoy© - were used as a superdisintegrant in concentrations between 4-8% showing comparable results with the artificial superdisintegrants (sodium starch glycolate, sodium croscarmellose, and polyvinylpyrrolidone). The second technological field where Soy polysaccharides were used is represented by colon drug delivery where it was used in combination with ethylcellulose showing a prolonged lag time compared to the results found in the literature. The medicinal effect of these polysaccharides consists of treating diarrhea. As it will be presented in the article, these chemical compounds tend to decrease the aqueous stool time in patients with diarrhea and to conduct to a softer stool in healthy patients. In conclusion, these polysaccharides present multiple purposes possessing a medicinal effect and also the possibility of being used as a double-faceted pharmaceutical excipient.

Abstract:
Resveratrol is a natural polyphenolic phytoalexin found in grapes, berry skins, roots of Japanese knotweed and is reputed as an excellent antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, neuro- and cardio- protective agent. Resveratrol has also beneficial effects in therapy of different skin conditions such as acne, exfoliative eczema, psoriasis and is known to provide a protection against ultraviolet radiation-mediated oxidative stress. However, its low oral bioavailability and short biological half- life compromise its beneficial therapeutic effects; therefore, its topical application is a practical approach in the treatment of various cutaneous disorders. Challenges associated with the development of topical resveratrol drug delivery systems and dosage forms include its low aqueous solubility as well as its poor UV-, pH- and temperature-dependent stability. The purpose of this article is to discuss the mechanism of action, therapeutic effect and physicochemical properties of resveratrol and to present recent technological approaches designed to improve its stability, bioavailability and therapeutic efficiency.

Abstract:
Personalized neoantigen vaccines are a group of individually designed cancer vaccines that enhance patients’ own antigen-specific immune responses. These include vaccines based on dendritic cells, DNA, mRNA and synthetic peptides. An analysis of 98 clinical trials of neoantigenic vaccines from the ClinicalTrials.gov database found that peptide vaccines are one of the most popular cancer vaccines, accounting for about 50 % of clinical trials. They usually consist of a mixture of long or short peptides, dissolved depending on their properties in an appropriate solvent, and an adjuvant that stabilizes and increases their effectiveness. The most used immunoadjuvants in the formulation of neopeptide vaccines are Toll-like receptor agonists (poly-ICLC) and granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor. The development of neoantigenic vaccines presents a number of distinctive challenges compared to other types of vaccines. The process should cover and validate the various steps in the development, production and administration processes in order to maximize the efficacy and safety of vaccines. In the technology for the production of peptide vaccines, 3 main stages can be distinguished: 1) screening and identification of neoepitopes using the approaches of computer prediction, co-immunoprecipitation, mass spectrometry and cytotoxic experiments; 2) synthesis of peptides by methods of standard solid-phase synthetic peptide chemistry; 3) actually obtaining a vaccine preparation suitable for storage, transportation and administration to the patient. Taking into account the specificity of the drug, the manufacturing process must be carried out strictly according to the Good Manufacturing Practice standard with mandatory quality control of intermediate and finished products

Abstract:
Modern challenges of global economy increasingly require focusing on the state of livestock farming in Russia. As one of key areas of raw material resource of food industry, livestock farming, including pig farming, is undergoing significant difficulties in the struggle for environmental friendliness and competitiveness of the industry. The main difficulties arise in the production of by-products such as liquid manure. The processing of this product requires significant costs according to environmental requirements, and there is a need to search for and optimize technologies for its processing. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the optimization of manure wastewater treatment technology. During the research, an option for a technological line for treating manure wastewater with an optimal set of technological equipment is being considered. The last stage of purification is represented by clarification of the working fluid after separation of wastewater in a pressure flotation unit. The problem with using a pressure flotation unit for clarification of manure waste is the low availability of data for calculating its design parameters in accordance with the characteristics of the new clarified product.

Abstract:
The relevance of the research is due to the low entrepreneurial activity both at the country and the region level. This makes it necessary to solve the problem of the factors contributing to and hindering the entrepreneurship development. The article deals with the "technological entrepreneurship" concept and the factors determining it. The study is aimed at identifying the role of educational and institutional factors in the entrepreneurial activity implementation and technological entrepreneurship. The results of the study are related to the technological entrepreneurship consideration, on the one hand, as a phenomenon that has the features of entrepreneurship as such, on the other hand, as a phenomenon that has specific features, which consist in the orientation on the design activity, the technological solutions implementation. The parameters influencing entrepreneurship are distinguished by spheres - economic, social and cultural, by the influence nature - positive and negative. The paper draws attention to the debatable nature of the individual parameters influence on entrepreneurship. It is shown that the need for in-depth research on the institutional factors impact (public policy, support measures for universities, innovation and entrepreneurship systems, etc.) on the creation and subsequent development of new technological enterprises is relevant.

Abstract:
Abstract The strategic goal of modern food technology is to create complete and safe products enriched with biologically active components that ensure the maintenance and activation of vital human functions, and increase the body’s general resistance to aggressive living conditions. The development of functional food products, including bioproducts, is one of the most affordable and effective ways to correct the nutrition and health of modern people. The scientific understanding of a positive effect of functional food products on the human body, on its physiological functions is the most important task of researchers, since this not only makes it possible to clarify the mechanism of favorable action of functional food products on the body, but also to purposefully design new products of this type. One representative of functional food products is probiotics. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), probiotics are living microorganisms or products fermented by them that have a beneficial effect on human health mainly revealed in the gastrointestinal tract [1]. The greatest interest in probiotics arose in the early 70s, when the excessive use of antibiotics, the deterioration of the environmental situation led to violations of human microbiocenosis, as well as the phenomena of antibiotic resistance. In this regard, the strategic task of dairy specialists is to create fermented dairy products with high probiotic properties, which have a diverse positive effect on human health. Currently, various researchers have proposed new methods for the production of kefir using microorganisms with a pronounced probiotic effect. Kefir fungi as a representative of protosymbiotic microbial associations, as well as propionic bacteria, are considered as promising probiotics which positive impact on human health is generally recognized. A biological feature of classical propionic bacteria (compared, for example, with lactic bacteria) is the ability to produce a number of metabolites, including B vitamins, including folic acid, vitamin B12 and bifidogenic factors, the flux of propionic acid (propionates) and polypeptides with antimicrobial and antimutagenic properties, the presence of antioxidant enzymes in cells. The relevant direction of this study is the creation of fermented milk bioproducts based on a consortium of propionic and lactic bacteria of kefir fungal starter enriched with a high number of viable microorganism cells, vitamin B12 having antimutagenic and antioxidant properties. A new microbial consortium based on lactic and propionic bacteria was experimentally created. This paper presents the experimental data on technological features of new milk-based bioproducts taking into account the biochemical activity of a combined starter. The effect of inulin prebiotic on biochemical and rheological properties of bioproducts was studied. The study also shows the characteristics of finished bioproducts, and justifies their high biological value.

Abstract:
Introduction. In today's market conditions, due to the emergence of new private small and large enterprises, evaluation, forecasting and planning of activities become extremely necessary, especially in markets with high competition. To do this, the company must have formed a relevant system for evaluating the effectiveness of its activities. The purpose of this paper is to study the technological aspects of evaluation of enterprise efficiency. Results. The system of evaluating the effectiveness of the enterprise, starting with planning and strategy development is considered. The indicator "economic and technological level of technology" is characterized and the key indicators of efficiency are marked. Among the indicators and indexes are: technological productivity, value added, number of employees, annual capital expenditures on technology, levels of production and commercial development of the enterprise, labor productivity index, indicators of actual economic and financial efficiency of economic activity of enterprises. Important aspects of the activity of controlling structures at the enterprise, which ensure the diagnostics of processes, coordination and control of the implementation of approved plans, as well as evaluation of the efficiency of the enterprise, are highlighted. The role of the controlling system for improving the quality of management processes is noted. Features of resource flow management are highlighted. Conclusion. Thus, the scheme of implementation of the diagnostics technology and, accordingly, evaluation of the enterprise efficiency is considered, which is combined with general scheme of the management cycle. The results of the implementation of this technology are used for the choice of decisions about initiation of organizational changes and modification of management models, used for the adjustment of purposes and planning the enterprise activities. The system of indicators and key indexes, and the cause-and-effect relationships between them, is developed and adjusted in accordance with the established purposes and requirements for diagnostics and, accordingly, evaluation of effectiveness of the main and auxiliary processes at the enterprise. Common problematic situations in enterprise management are situations of resource deficit and surplus due to the asynchronous nature of their flows. The resource flow management process is focused on the timely execution of the portfolio of consumer orders. When creating a controlling system at the enterprise, technologies and diagnostic tools and, accordingly, evaluating the effectiveness of its activities and managing the resource flows should be interconnected with the methods of coordination and regulation.

Abstract:
Large scale projects tasked with designing infrastructures and urban networks resilient to disasters face a common challenge, i.e. the need to address concomitant technological issues and social problems. What is more, conflicting technologies and the diverse philosophical underpinnings of distinct academic disciplines pose difficulties in the collaboration among experts of different fields. These difficulties and possible ways to tackle them have been highlighted by a questionnaire developed in the framework of an EU project named ANDRDD (Academic Network for Disaster Resilience to optimize Educational development). More specifically, the project investigated the level of interdisciplinary work in current research and educational projects within the field of disaster resilience. findings illustrate the number and types of disciplines involved in disaster resilience projects and suggest that a higher degree of integration between different disciplines in tertiary education could promote a transdisciplinary approach to disaster resilience, resulting in design efficiency and innovation.

Abstract:
Abstract The paper discusses the reasons for the current trend of substituting ductile iron castings by aluminum alloys castings. However, it has been shown that ductile iron is superior to aluminum alloys in many applications. In particular it has been demonstrated that is possible to produce thin wall wheel rim made of ductile iron without the development of chills, cold laps or misruns. In addition it has been shown that thin wall wheel rim made of ductile iron can have the same weight, and better mechanical properties, than their substitutes made of aluminum alloys.
