Abstract:
The balanced distribution of multimedia wireless network modular teaching resources is improved by optimizing and adjusting the balanced distribution of multimedia wireless network modular teaching resources. Based on block grid balanced scheduling and resource spectrum fusion, a balanced distribution method of multimedia wireless network modular teaching resources is proposed. A blockchain Internet of Things accesses control network architecture system for the balanced allocation of multimedia wireless network modular teaching resources established using the priority business scheduling method. Modular resource allocation of multimedia wireless networks and adaptive forwarding are adjusted to control the data packets. The bandwidth guarantee mechanism is used for the equitable allocation of multimedia wireless network modular teaching resources information flow. Multi-service hierarchical management of multimedia wireless network modular teaching resources spectrum is controlled by block grid balanced scheduling and resource spectrum fusion. The high-energy physical computing system structure is used to allocate the resource spectrum balance of the modular teaching resources of the multimedia wireless networks, ensuring the bandwidth requirements of various services. The classified management and balanced allocation of the multimedia wireless networks’ teaching storage, system, and teaching spectrum resources are made possible. The results of the tests show that this method effectively reduces the delay in the allocation of modular multimedia wireless network teaching resources, improves the utilization rate of modular multimedia wireless network teaching resources, and significantly improves their reading and writing performance.

<p>Aiming at the problems of poor balance of recommended resources in the recommendation of traditional physical education network teaching resources and low trust degree of recommended physical education network teaching resources, this paper proposes a balanced recommendation algorithm for physical education network teaching resources based on trust relationship. By SVM algorithm, the teaching resources of physical education network are classified, and then the invalid data of teaching resources of physical education network are deleted, and the remaining teaching resources of physical education network are taken as the extraction object to complete the extraction of teaching resources of physical education network. Through Kalman filtering method, the data of sports network teaching resources with noise are reduced, and then the data with high similarity are fused to complete the preprocessing of physical education network teaching resources data. By constructing the trust relationship model, the relationship attribute between the recommended physical education network teaching resources data is determined. The experimental results show that the highest degree of resource equilibrium recommended by the proposed method is about 96 and the recommended resource trust is high.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>

Sports network teaching management greatly improves the efficiency and efficiency of school sports teaching, which is a great change of the traditional mode., it provides a solid foundation for the establishment of Sports Network Teaching in Colleges and universities(CAU). This paper mainly studies the application of computer management system(CMS) in physical education teaching(PET). This paper studies and analyzes the method of university teaching computer management resources integration, studies the architecture of sports teaching CMS from four aspects of computing resources, storage resources, backup resources and network system, and uses ant colony algorithm to design and use sports teaching CMS. This paper also uses charts to analyze students’ attitude towards the use of CMS in PET, and the proportion of CMS in PET. The experimental results show that in the CMS of PET, the computing resources account for 38.33%, the storage resources account for 31.76%, the backup resources account for 14.62%, and the network system account for 15.29%.

In order to improve the retrieval ability of multiview attribute coded image network teaching resources, a retrieval algorithm of image network teaching resources based on depth hash algorithm is proposed. The pixel big data detection model of the multiview attribute coding image network teaching resources is constructed, the pixel information collected by the multiview attribute coding image network teaching resources is reconstructed, the fuzzy information feature components of the multiview attribute coding image are extracted, and the edge contour distribution image is combined. The distributed fusion result of the edge contour of the view image of the network teaching resources realizes the construction of the view feature parameter set. The gray moment invariant feature analysis method is used to realize information coding, the depth hash algorithm is used to realize the retrieval of multiview attribute coded image network teaching resources, and the information recombination is realized according to the hash coding result of multiview attribute coded image network teaching resources, thus improving the fusion. The simulation results show that this method has higher precision, better retrieval precision, and higher level of resource fusion for multiview coded image network teaching resource retrieval.

With the continuous development of modern multimedia technology, the integration of computer technology into the teaching of various subjects has become a trend of the times. The application of computer media and network technology in mathematics teaching improves the integration of mathematics teaching and the integration of resources. A mathematics teaching network media fusion technology is proposed based on big data mining and information fusion, which combines the characteristics of multimedia and network technology in opening, creativity, subjectivity, and so on, and the database model of mathematics teaching is constructed. The multithread integrated scheduling method is used to design the mathematics teaching database model, the fuzzy control method is used to control the multimedia in mathematics teaching, and the big data association rule mining method is used to realize the information fusion of mathematics teaching resources. The optimization and integration of mathematics teaching resources and adaptive scheduling are realized under the technology of computer media and network, and the level of mathematics teaching is improved. The test results show that using this method to design the computer network media of mathematics teaching has a better ability of integrating and dispatching mathematics teaching resources, and the integration of mathematics teaching resources is stronger, which promotes the improvement of mathematics teaching level.

The main purpose of the integration of network media and middle school ideological and political course is to better realize the moral education function of middle school ideological and political development. The use of resource integration technology to manage distributed teaching resources is conducive to improving the level of information construction in colleges and universities, and so on. This paper puts forward the integration system of ideological and political multimedia network teaching resources based on wireless network. Firstly, it presents an overview of the Radio Resource Management (RRM) problem and projected strategies within wireless network framework, where several Radio Access Technologies (RATs) are collectively controlled and identify the different activities relating to the CRRM issues. Secondly, this paper targets providing a summary of the RRM problem and projected solutions within wireless network. Thirdly, the theoretical elements of the design and the teaching resource management assessment process are clarified by using XML as the data exchange carrier to realize the automatic integration of teaching resources. Fourthly, we have used dSPACE platform, by calling its API function, which then call the subscribe function of dSPACE framework and store the subscription information in the database. Whenever new teaching resources enter the subscribed field, the dSPACE framework will automatically send e-mail to the subscribers. Finally, during the operation of the system, all functions operate normally and have strong security, so as to avoid the illegal theft or leakage of the data about the education system.

Along with the rapid development of informational techniques, educational techniques are becoming increasingly important in the field of education, encouraging the reform and innovation of traditional educational concepts and teaching methods. Various music teaching aids have also become widely available. However, there is a scarcity of assistive software that is truly appropriate for music classroom instruction. A neural network is an artificial model that models and connects neurons, which are the basic units of the animal or human brain, to stimulate the nervous system’s learning, association, memory, and pattern recognition functions. We propose a recurrent neural network (RNN)-based music teaching resource construction, method, and application in this paper, focusing on the needs of music distance learning, analysing the user role needs of teachers, students, and system administrators involved in teaching and learning, and designing a mobile teaching platform in line with music teaching based on the characteristics of music teaching. The experimental results show that the system’s accuracy increases steadily with the number of iterations, and the accuracy fluctuation is stable, with an average accuracy of 72 percent and good system stability. As a result, research into this topic has significant implications for improving the quality and efficiency of music education in China, reforming the current school music education model, developing social music education, and realising music education for all and lifelong music education.

The new educational media platforms were introduced to address the problems related to sharing teaching content and promoting students’ learning abilities. However, there are several issues with distributing educational resources on new media platforms, both globally and domestically. In terms of resources, teaching resources are scarce and individual and lack systematization, which affects the implementation and development of our orchestral education and teaching in new media. Regarding technology, there are currently vacancies in data linkage and exchange between different databases when the resource sharing platform is used and the existing system is in operation. The packet loss rate created by the existing technology is far too high. To address this problem, this paper designs a new platform as well as an algorithm, applies to online teaching resource distribution based on a new media platform, plans the teaching resource attributes of orchestral music majors, and studies the optimal solution for the resource sharing game model regarding load balancing and honesty allocation principles in a distributed scenario of heterogeneous networks. Experiments show that our strategy reduces network demand by a significant amount. The results made the designed algorithm applicable to be created, developed, and deployed practically.

The integration of multimedia teaching refers to a novel teaching mode that combines multimedia, information resources, and information methods with content and teaching process in the teaching process with the guidance of contemporary educational ideas and organically unifies them on a spatial and temporal platform, so as to better accomplish the teaching tasks. However, with the deepening of network teaching and school connotation construction, various resources such as media materials, courseware, network courses, and teaching cases generated by education and teaching, as well as academic works, papers, patents, project results, and lectures of experts and professors gathered by scientific research, are increasing. In this situation, how to integrate teaching resources and courses to provide students with an independent learning platform and an information-based learning environment has become an urgent issue. For this problem, data mining has shown a strong vitality, and data mining can find out the potential connection between datasets. Association rule mining is the most researched and widely used data mining method. In this paper, we propose a multimedia network-assisted English integration of educational resources method based on association rule algorithm to give full play to the role of “multimedia technology” and realize the integration of traditional English teaching and information network culture, so as to achieve the purpose of optimizing English teaching. The experimental results show that with the increase of data volume, the average testing time of Apriori is reduced by 56.49 s compared with MapReduce, so the advantage of Apriori algorithm is more obvious. Therefore, this research can effectively provide students with rich and colorful personalized resources, realize high-performance interactive learning, and help students cultivate their independent learning ability as well as their lifelong learning habits.

To solve the problem of invalid resource recommendation data and poor recommendation effect in basketball teaching network course resource recommendation, a basketball teaching network course resource recommendation method based on a deep learning algorithm is proposed. The objective function is applied to eliminate the noise in the basketball teaching network course resource data. The prominent characteristics of basketball teaching network curriculum resources are extracted using a kernel function and combined into a feature set. A convolution neural network (CNN) was employed to realize the basketball teaching network curriculum resources recommendation model. The model was assessed in terms of computation time and recognition error. To validate the performance, the proposed model was compared with two well-known recommendation models such as the learning resource recommendation method based on transfer learning and the personalized learning resource recommendation method based on three-dimensional feature collaborative domination. Experimental results show that the proposed model achieved the lowest computation time of 15 s and recommendation error less than 0.4% as compared with the existing model.

Abstract:
The traditional English teaching system has certain problems in the acquisition of teaching resources and the innovation of teaching models. In order to improve the effect of subsequent English online teaching, this paper improves the machine learning algorithm to make it a core algorithm that can be used by artificial intelligence systems. Moreover, this paper combines the WBIETS system to expand the system function, analyzes the needs of the English network teaching system, and constructs the system function modules and logical structure. The data layer, logic layer, and presentation layer in the system constructed in this paper are independent of each other and can be effectively expanded when subsequent requirements change. In addition, this paper solves the problem of acquiring English teaching resources through the WBIETS system. To evaluate the performance of the English network teaching system, this paper performs comprehensive mathematical and experimental analysis. The experimental results show that the system constructed in this paper basically meets the actual teaching requirements.

With the increase of teaching resources in universities, allocation for teaching resources has gradually attracted people’s attention. How to optimize and reorganize the numerous teaching resources so as to maximize the teaching efficiency and achieve the best teaching effect is a question that the majority of college management workers must think deeply. Due to the development of computer science, artificial neural networks and wireless networks have made considerable progress. This article optimizes the resources of colleges and universities from these two aspects. First, this work proposes an improved artificial neural network to optimize school resources. The algorithm pointed out that the adaptive genetic algorithm itself has problems such as slow evolution speed and poor individual diversity of the population. After that an improved adaptive genetic algorithm is proposed to optimize BP network training process. By introducing individual evolutionary trend adjustment parameters, a new calculation formula for crossover probability as well as mutation probability is constructed. Improved BP algorithm can effectively avoid the shortcomings of local minima. Second, additional momentum and adaptive learning rate strategies are used to optimize BP network to promote the efficiency for network training. Third, the artificial intelligence network is deployed in the wireless network, and the wireless network will complete the work of data collection, processing, and transmission, so as to optimize the resources of colleges and universities.

In order to realize students’ in-depth understanding of music teaching content, it is necessary to reasonably allocate teaching materials according to the teaching content. Therefore, this paper puts forward the application of the concept of the Iot network and deep learning in music teaching. After the teaching resources are vectorized, the distinguishing local registration method of the DLA model is used to extract their features. Based on the dimension of the teaching content, the features of the teaching content are output in the DLA model, the music teaching resources are allocated according to the minimum matching error criterion, the hyperbolic tangent function is taken as the activation function, and the feature error is filtered by maximum aggregation. The experimental results show that the design method can, according to the music teaching content, have more than 80% accuracy in the shallow distribution and deep distribution of teaching materials, and play a positive role in promoting students’ in-depth learning.

The characteristics of the Android system platform and its hierarchical structure are analyzed, and the overall structure of the network-assisted teaching system was designed based on it and through the construction of the system user login module, learning resources module, operation management module, unit test module, and teaching interface display module, so as to achieve the effect of network assisted ideological and political course teaching. The preferences of students were fully considered, the needs of students with different resource spaces were matched, and the genetic algorithm is used to share the information of network teaching resources to meet the needs of ideological and political teaching. According to the experimental results, the system designed in this paper has high accuracy in the recommended content of ideological and political education resources and the coverage of resource recommendation is relatively high, indicating that the application effect of the system is better.

Motivating students to learn Wi-Fi (wireless fidelity) wireless networking to undergraduate students is often difficult because many students find the subject rather technical and abstract when presented in traditional lecture format. This paper focuses on the teaching and learning aspects of Wi-Fi networking using limited hardware resources. It provides a walk-through tutorial on setting up Wi-Fi networks using wireless laptops and access points. Students can easily set up and configure Wi-Fi networks using relatively few computing resources to learn networking concepts more effectively. By measuring the key performance metrics such as network throughput and response times, students are able to gain a deeper understanding of Wi-Fi network performance and related issues. The effectiveness of these Wi-Fi practical learning activities has been evaluated both formally by students and informally in discussion within the teaching team. This paper describes the overall effectiveness of teaching and learning Wi-Fi network fundamentals using limited resources.

The sharing of English teaching resources has always been a concern. In order to further improve the value of different English teaching resources, this paper proposes a resource management system based on an improved collaborative recommendation algorithm. The proposed model can predict user behavior based on deep learning models of graph neural network (GNN) and recurrent neural network (RNN). The graph neural network can capture the hidden state of local user behavior and be used as a preprocessing step. Recurrent neural networks can capture time series information. Therefore, the model is constructed by combining GNN and RNN to obtain the advantages of both. In order to prove the effectiveness of the model, we used CNGrid’s real user behavior dataset in the experiment and finally compared the results with other methods. The different deep learning-based models achieved a precision of up to 88% and outperformed other traditional models. The experimental results show that this new deep learning model has good sharing value.

Embedded design refers to the design of embedded application systems with real-time, specificity, and limited resources through different methods. This article primarily presents the investigation of the PBL showing method of inserted plan courses in light of the organization showing stage and means to give a few thoughts and headings to the examination of the organization showing stage under the PBL mode. This study proposes an exploration method for the PBL teaching mode of embedded design courses based on the network teaching platform, including literature research method, survey research method, experience summary method, and embedded system-related algorithms, which are used to carry out the embedded design course PBL based on the network teaching platform teaching mode exploration experiment. The use of computer multimedia software for piano teaching has become a feasible way to alleviate the contradiction. This paper discusses the implementation method of piano teaching software, the issues of computer piano teaching, the computer teaching as one-way knowledge, and the lack of interaction. The neural network (NN) model is used to evaluate the piano performance and simulate teachers to guide students through their exercise. The performance of the proposed system is tested for the piano music of “Ode to Joy,” which is different from the collection of NN training samples, and is delivered ten times by another piano teacher, student A (piano level 6), and student B (piano level 5).

Interactive teaching is a new teaching mode under the network environment. However, traditional interactive teaching cannot meet the flexibility and dynamics of resource allocation in the network environment. In the daily Japanese teaching process, the contradiction between the students’ growing need for learning resources and the unbalanced and insufficient distribution of resources is becoming more and more acute. High-performance computing is a model of swarm computing, which can solve the contradiction between complex student needs and resource allocation. Based on this, this paper proposes a Japanese interactive teaching method based on a high-performance computing platform. Experiments show that the interactive Japanese teaching method based on HPC can effectively improve students’ Japanese performance. Among them, the scores of high-level students increased by 23.3%, and the proportion of middle-level students accounted for more than 70.9%.

This paper proposes a research plan for CET blended teaching strategies under the Internet background, including literature research method, questionnaire survey method, analytic hierarchy process, expert interview method, teaching evaluation sentiment classification algorithm based on feature-weighted Stacking algorithm, and analytic hierarchy process of the teaching effect evaluation algorithm. The experimental results of this article show that the average value of the questionnaire Cronbach’s α coefficient is 0.915, demonstrating that the study's information is both extremely plausible and reasonably real.

When confronted with a plethora of resources, many students struggle to quickly filter out the content that is relevant to them. Because there are many English teaching resources and it is difficult to accurately recommend suitable teaching resources for students. Therefore, in this paper we suggest a personalized recommendation system for English teaching resources, which is founded on learning behavior detection. To begin with, a spatiotemporal convolutional network is introduced to effectively identify students’ online classroom behavior, and a global attention module is added to increase the model’s ability to learn global feature information. Furthermore, the identified characteristics of student behavior are incorporated into the recommendation module. Similarly, the differential evolution (DE) algorithm is implemented to the smoothing factor and kernel function center of a generalized regression neural network (CRNN) for resource recommendation mode, while taking into account the strong dependence of the GRNN training effect on the smoothing factor and the kernel function center. The smoothing factor and offset factor are optimized and solved, and the optimized smoothing factor and offset factor are used to recommend GRNN resources. Experiments show that the approach described in this work first has a high precision (i.e., 90.98%) in behavior recognition, and second, the recommendation performance is superior to both of the comparison algorithms (i.e., 85.23% and 78.33%), resulting in better resource recommendation accuracy. The fundamental goal of this work is to deliver several important guidelines for the informatization and intelligence of the English educational resources and services.

A teacher’s effectiveness as a teacher is examined using numerous variables utilizing the suggested BP neural network assessment model for measuring teaching quality. In addition, the specific implementation of the improved BP neural network algorithm includes the determination of the number of BP neural network layers, the input data preparation method, and the number of neurons per layer. Finally, the simulation experiment evaluates the teacher’s teaching quality using the upgraded BP neural network.

Purpose – Aboriginal communities in Australia must have mapping information and technology to effectively and independently administer their land holdings and to define, evidence and thus protect their community and cultural identity. The purpose of this paper is to report on a pilot project that developed a customisable education programme to support Indigenous communities in the uptake of spatial mapping technologies to protect and manage cultural heritage in Victoria, Australia. Design/methodology/approach – A training programme to support Wadawurrung capabilities in spatial mapping technologies was developed, delivered and evaluated. Concurrently, the system's database was indigenised by Wadawurrung cultural heritage workers. Types and numbers of culturally significant sites mapped using the technologies were collated. The impact of the training and technologies for students and the Wadawurrung community was gauged through participation levels and evaluations. The approach to indigenous spatial mapping projects is informed by postcolonial theories interrogating neo-colonialist cartographic practices. Findings – Indigenous communities need to be resourced in the uptake of spatial mapping technologies and if universities are going to be involved in co-developing positive learning experiences that encourage the uptake of the technologies, they must have appropriate and respectful relationships with Aboriginal communities. Training programmes need to accommodate learners with diverse educational experiences and technological wherewithal. Research limitations/implications – Findings from the training evaluations are based on a small number of participants; however, they seem to be supported by literature. Practical implications – The education model developed is customisable for any Indigenous community in Australia. Social implications – The social and political importance of spatial mapping technologies for Indigenous Australians is evident as is the need for educational providers to have appropriate and respectful relationships with Aboriginal communities to co-develop positive learning experiences that encourage the uptake of the technologies. Originality/value – The Wadawurrung Dya Baap Ngobeeyt Cultural Heritage Mapping and Management Project developed practical strategies to build community capacity in Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Management and Protection. The educational programme developed supported learners to use technologies in cultural heritage management. Data were collected using community-developed fields for inclusion and culturally appropriate encryption of data.

Abstract:
In recent years, with the improvement of economic level, music art has become a major focus of extracurricular teaching. Students of all ages are included. However, the high cost of piano teaching and the unique one-to-one teaching method of teachers and students lead to the lack of piano education resources. Learning piano has become a luxury activity. Therefore, using computer multimedia software to teach piano has become a feasible way to alleviate the current contradiction. For piano teaching, the main difficulties are the differences between teachers and students (i.e., the data change at both ends due to the network), the instability of the network system, and the neural network algorithm can solve these difficulties. Based on this point, this work aims to introduce neural network algorithm into piano teaching intelligent system. This paper first introduces the theoretical basis of the neural network algorithm, then expounds the algorithm flow and general framework of the algorithm in speech recognition, and explains the split explanation in combination with five aspects: preprocessing, character extraction, acoustic model, linguistic model, and decoding. Then, it introduces the system design of intelligent piano teaching and describes the general system requirements and product architecture. Finally, the intelligent piano teaching system is tested and applied to prove the effectiveness of the system. I hope this intelligent piano teaching system can provide more convenience for piano teaching.

Abstract:
The purpose is to solve the problems that the traditional teaching methods limit the openness and extension of the music classroom, the interaction between teachers and students, the environment of students’ autonomous learning, and the music teaching situation. Wireless local area networks, Bluetooth, and intelligent transmission channels based on specific frequency can replace wired audio transmission and are widely used in the digital music classroom. Moodle system is used to build a music teaching network system based on the analysis of previous studies and the existing music teaching network platform. The system combines with Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) structure based on cloud computing to effectively identify and create music scores. The system effectiveness is further proved by analyzing the learning effect of the students and teaching effect of teachers in the conservatory of music. The results show that the system makes the experience of teachers and students in the teaching system different from before, and students can freely choose the time and place of class. In addition, the teaching method is flexible, and the teaching methods and resources are real-time. Therefore, in the music teaching network course, it overcomes some shortcomings of the traditional teaching mode. The music class is open and flexible. Teachers and students can have more interactive behavior and realize the students’ self-study and music teaching environment. This exploration can provide a theoretical basis and practical experience for music-related teaching.
