Abstract:
In today's turbulent world, ethnic contradictions naturally intensify. They are nourished both by the just desire of ethnic groups for self-determination and ethnic egocentrism. When analyzing the influence of the ethnic factor on the world of federations, it is necessary to take into account both the traditional tools: the theories of primordialism, instrumentalism, constructivism, and the innovative ones proposed by the author's team: ethnolinguistic architecture and the cultural and religious structure of the federation. The publication is intended for students, undergraduates and teachers of legal, political science and historical fields of study, as well as for specialists in the field of public administration and anyone interested in the problems of state studies.

Full text
Abstract:
The monograph is devoted to the problem of recreating the linguistic-ethnic unity of the Old Russian anthroponymic and toponymic systems, the discovery of direct connections between the proper name and mental landmarks. The monograph provides a comprehensive description of the onomasticon of ancient Russian monuments of writing in line with comparative historical linguistics, taking into account the encyclopedic, ethnolinguistic and etymological characteristics of proper names. The system and structure of the onomastic space of monuments of ecclesiastical and secular content of the XI-XIII centuries are investigated, conceptual approaches to their description are proposed. The study of the functions of proper names, their morphemics and semantics allowed us to establish the national and cultural specifics of the Old Russian onomastic vocabulary, to determine the prospects for its evolution, as well as the formation of the modern Russian anthroponymic system. Modeling of the Old Russian onomastic space both in the field of anthroponymy and toponymy takes into account the connection of proper names with contextual usage. The participation of nominal signs in the formation of the space of written and artistic texts of the era of the Kievan state is based on the attachment of certain proper names to texts of a religious and secular nature. It is addressed to specialists in historical lexicology and onomastics, language history, teachers of literature, local historians.

Full text
Abstract:
The monograph is devoted to the study of the problem of determining the permissible limits of copyright restrictions on works of science, literature and art. Limitations of exclusive rights to copyright objects, as well as their protection, have a serious impact on the formation of the general cultural context of the intellectual space and the socio-economic development of society as a whole. The free use of copyright objects acts as one of the key creative incentives and is of fundamental importance for balancing the interests of participants in legal relations arising in connection with the creation and use of works. An attempt has been made to carry out a comprehensive analysis of international, foreign and domestic experience of legal regulation in the field under consideration, covering both theoretical and practical aspects, in the context of historical retrospect and taking into account current trends in the development of modern copyright. A wide range of issues related to the functioning of the mechanism for limiting exclusive copyrights, modeling the system of criteria used to assess the permissibility of restrictions within the Romano-Germanic and Anglo-American legal traditions are considered. Special attention is paid to the development of new approaches to understanding possible ways to adjust the current legal regulation (many proposals for improving civil legislation are reflected). Based on the study of the limits of limitation of exclusive copyrights, the conceptual foundations for the formation of a restrictive mechanism have been developed, as well as a system of factors of fundamental importance for determining the nature of its functioning has been formulated. For a wide range of readers interested in copyright issues. It can be useful for students, postgraduates and teachers of law schools.

Abstract:
The material presented in the monograph shows the possibilities of continuous teaching of mathematics at school, namely, the significant potential of modern information and communication technologies, with the help of which it is possible to form elements of stochastic culture among students. Continuity in learning is considered from two positions: procedural and educational-cognitive. In addition, a distinctive feature of the book is the presentation of the digital transformation of general education as a way to overcome the "new digital divide". Methodological features of promising digital technologies (within the framework of teaching students the elements of the probabilistic and statistical line) that contribute to overcoming the "new digital divide": artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, additive manufacturing, machine learning, blockchain, virtual and augmented reality are described. The solution of the main questions of probability theory and statistics in the 9th grade mathematics course is proposed to be carried out using a distance learning course built in the Moodle distance learning system. The content, structure and methodological features of the implementation of the stochastics course for students of grades 10-11 of a secondary school are based on the use of such tools in the educational process as an online calculator for plotting functions, the Wolfram Alpha service, Google Docs and Google Tables services, the Yaklass remote training, the Banktest website.<url>", interactive module "Galton Board", educational website "Mathematics at school". Abstract:
The main purpose of the monograph is to reveal the deep and complex interrelation of the religious and mystical paradigm of the original "Occitan civilization" of the South of France and the Catholic Church, which won the bloody Albigensian wars, with the artistic practice of the builders of the cult Gothic structures of the South of France. In addition to the literary sources previously used in scientific circulation, materials of little-known foreign publications, archival documents (courtesy of the Augustin Museum, the University of Toulouse and the Catholic Institute of Toulouse, the Center for Qatari Studies in Carcassonne), as well as materials of the author's direct research of natural objects of the studied region were involved. The analysis of all these data made it possible to see and evaluate the cultural and historical background in a new way, which became fertile ground for the emergence and spread of Gothic art, the subsequent formation and spread of the peculiar Gothic architecture of the South of France. For the first time, a number of new hypotheses are introduced into scientific circulation, allowing a more objective look at the features of the cult Gothic of Southern France. Based on the above, for the first time in Russian medieval studies, it became possible to propose a reasonable, in the author's opinion, classification of cult Gothic structures in the South of France, which naturally correlates with the data of scientific publications. For a wide range of readers interested in Gothic art. It can be useful for students, postgraduates and teachers of art history universities and faculties.

Abstract:
The monograph presents the most interesting events, trends in the social development of Virginia mainly of the XVIII century, the brightest period in the early history of America. Virginia is called the birthplace of presidents, its spiritual and intellectual atmosphere contributed to the formation of Thomas Jefferson, George Washington, James Madison, James Monroe and other prominent political figures. The state of Virginia has a special type of culture, which is characterized by an appeal to its earliest past as a source of inspiration for modern historians, reenactors, archaeologists and artists. The historical sites of colonial Virginia today are the setting for a kind of renaissance, an attempt to return to the golden age of the Virginia aristocracy of the colonial era. Here are hidden aspirations to discover in modern Virginia the same Arcadia that was presented to the vision of the very first settlers. For many other Americans, the image of Old Virginia may rather be associated with negative features - the slave trade, exploitation and injustice. The images of Virginia are filled with contradictions that abound in American history. For a wide range of readers interested in the history of the United States. It can be useful for students, postgraduates and teachers of historical universities and faculties.
