Abstract:
Objective: Present the clinical and functional outcome of the first five ankle arthroplasties performed in our department. Methods: Five patients (five feet) with secondary arthrosis of the ankle underwent ankle arthroplasty with the Taric® prosthesis. Average age at the time of surgery was 42 years. Follow-up time averaged 43 months. We recorded the immediate postoperative complications. For clinical evaluation we used the VAS pain scale, the AOFAS hindfoot and ankle scale, and the Foot Function Index. We measured the leg-foot range of motion. On the radiographs, we measured the alpha, beta, and gamma angles as well as sagittal balance. We sought to identify the presence of posterior osteophytes (bone spurs). Results: We observed a case of medial malleolus fracture and a case of superficial suture dehiscence. In two cases, we considered the final outcome to be poor. The mean VAS of pain before surgery was 8.8 points while the postoperative score was 5.4 points. On the AOFAS scale, the average preoperative score was 52 points and the score at final evaluation, 70 points. We noticed a 10º increase in leg-foot range of motion. Conclusion: The assessment of the first patients undergoing ankle arthroplasty with the Taric® prosthesis yielded outcomes considered poor in 40% of cases. However, in those with an outcome considered satisfactory, there was an improvement in pain and an increase in leg-foot range of motion. In all patients, we noticed the formation of a posterior osteophyte alongside the posterior cortex of the distal tibia. Level of Evidence IV; Therapeutic Studies; Case Series.

Abstract:
Stereo differentiated asymmetric syntheses have been achieved by S-indoline derivations. Diels-Alder cycloadditions of S-indoline chiral acrylamides with cyclopentadiene proceed with high diastereofacial selectivity, giving either endo-R or endo-S products depending on Lewis acid and the structures of chiral dienophiles. Diastereo- and enantio-selective pinacol coupling reactions of chiral α-ketoamides mediated by samarium diiodide afforded extremely high diastereoselectivities. Enantiopure (S,S)- or (R,R)-2,3-dialkyltar-taric acid and derivatives can be synthesized for the first time depending on the structure of α-ketoamides.

Abstract:
ZusammenfassungDas differenzialtherapeutische Konzept in den fortgeschrittenen Larsen-Stadien 4 und 5 der rheumatischen Sprung-gelenksarthritis umfasst neben der Arthrodese auch die prothetische Versorgung des oberen Sprunggelenks. Bedingt durch die kritischen Ergebnisse mit zementiert verankerten Sprung-gelenksprothesen der ersten Generation wurde die Endopro-these lange Zeit als experimentell eingestuft und die Arthrodese als Methode der Wahl empfohlen. Die Nachteile der Sprung-gelenksarthrodese liegen jedoch in der langen Ruhigstellung, der erhöhten mechanischen Belastung der subtalaren Gelenke und dem Pseudarthroserisiko. Die rekonstruktive Versorgung mit einer Sprunggelenksendoprothese ermöglicht dem Rheumapatienten im Vergleich zur Fusion eine wesentlich schnellere Remobilisierung mit Erhalt der Abrollvorgänge und Korrekturmöglichkeiten im Sprunggelenk. Die Entwicklung der Sprunggelenksendoprothetik beginnt Anfang der 1970er-Jahre mit der Einführung der Zweikomponenten-Prothesen. Nach anfänglich optimistischen Resultaten zeigten diese Mo-delle im mittelfristigen Verlauf nicht akzeptable Revisionsraten zwischen 20 und 40 %. Büchel und Pappas mit der B.P.-Pro-these und H. Kofoed mit der S.T.A.R.®-Prothese inaugurierten das Prinzip der modernen meniskustragenden Dreikomponentenprothese. Zwischen der anatomisch geformten Taluskappe und einer planen Tibiabasisplatte bewegt sich – frei zur Tibia, geführt durch die Formgebung der Taluskomponente – ein Polyethylengleitkern. Die mittelfristigen Ergebnisse der aktuellen Dreikomponentenprothesen sind sehr ermutigend. In den vergangenen 15 Jahren wurden entscheidende Fortschritte im Hinblick auf Design und Technik der Sprunggelenksprothetik erreicht. Unsere Patienten können, nach einer gut implantier-ten Prothese, über einen mittelfristigen Zeitraum von acht bis zehn Jahren mit einer schmerzfreien Funktion des operierten Sprunggelenks rechnen. Trotz der einheitlich guten klinischen Ergebnisse mit den modernen Sprunggelenksimplantaten sind längst nicht alle Probleme gelöst. Basierend auf den Erfahrun-gen mit verschiedenen Prothesensystemen hat die Autorengruppe die TARIC®-Prothese entwickelt. Die ersten Ergebnisse sind sehr vielversprechend und wir hoffen, auch weiterhin über gleichwertige mittel- und langfristige Resultate berichten zu können.

Abstract:
Mandatory Sistem Verifikasi Legalitas Kayu (SVLK) menjadi non tarif barrier yang dibuat oleh pemerintah. Seluruh produk kayu tidak dapat menembus semua pasar ekspor jika tidak memiliki sertifikat legalitas kayu dan dokumen v-legal. Deregulasi menimbulkan kerisauan bagi industri furnitur kayu. Tarik ulur regulasi menunjukkan ketidakkonsistenan pemerintah atas regulasi yang dibuatnya. Akibatnya, selama tujuh tahun ditetapkan kebijakan ini belum memberikan dampak signifikan bagi peningkatan daya saing industri furnitur kayu. Oleh sebab itu, diperlukan transformasi regulasi yang lebih implementatif dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan industri. Hasil kajian menyatakan bahwa pemerintah perlu melakukan evaluasi implementasi SVLK secara menyeluruh dengan melibatkan industri dan seluruh stakeholder kehutanan. Pemerintah juga harus melakukan deregulasi antara lain dengan cara menurunkan standar biaya sertifikasi dan menetapkan standar maksimum tarif sertifikasi yang diberlakukan lembaga verifikasi (LV). Mandatory SVLK khusus pasar Uni Eropa dan niche market yang dilandasi dengan voluntary partnership agreement (VPA) seperti halnya yang dilakukan dengan Uni Eropa.

Tamansari Water Castle is a sub-tourist attraction located in the Keraton Yogyakarta complex, this tourist attraction is famous for its heritage buildings and also for its water palace. Since it was opened to tourists on April 1, 1974 many tourists visited this tourist attraction, both domestic and foreign tourists. Since the opening of this tourist attraction for the first time, which has not yet drawn retribution rates to tourists, there have been several times the rate of retribution increases to enter this tourist attraction. So there needs to be research on the feasibility of increasing the levy rate. In this regard, the author tries to examine the "Studi Kelayakan Peningkatan Tarif Retribusi di Daya Tarik Wisata Tamansari Water Castle". The research method used in this study is quantitative research with comparative matrix analysis techniques, to analyze the feasibility of increasing levy rates in the tourist attraction of Tamansari Water Castle. Sources of data from primary and secondary data, data collection techniques using observation, interviews and literature studies, and interview instruments in the form of interview guidelines. Determination of informants at Tamansari Water Castle in this study using purposive sampling technique, so as to obtain accurate data about the feasibility of increasing levy rates in the tourist attraction of Tamansari Water Castle. The results of the research obtained were the feasibility of increasing the levy rate in the tourist attraction of Tamansari Water Castle. Keywords: feasibility, tamansari water castle,

Abstract:
The sedimentary and structural record of the NW Tarim Basin, China, provides an insight into the amalgamation of Central Asia and is an ideal area in which to examine the impact of an inherited tectonostratigraphic framework on the evolution of foreland fold-thrust belts. The NW Tarim Basin contains a thick (3-16 km) sedimentary succession which was deposited from the Late Neoproterozoic onwards, and has been exhumed by a foreland fold-thrust belt system associated with the South Tien Shan mountains during the Middle to Late Cenozoic. The research presented in this thesis combines satellite image interpretation and field investigations in order to examine the tectonostratigraphic framework of the NW Tarim Basin and to ascertain the causes of lateral structural variability and partitioning of the foreland fold-thrust belt system. The Upper Neoproterozoic to Lower Permian sedimentary succession records the progressive evolution of the NW Tarim Basin as a rift, intracratonic and foreland basin. Following a period of subaerial exposure throughout the Mesozoic, tectonic subsidence from the Middle Cenozoic onwards was driven by flexural deflection beneath the Pamirs and Tien Shan orogenic belts. This was coupled with the development of a foreland fold-thrust belt system along the northwest margin of the Tarim Basin. Lateral variations in the structural geometry, architecture and style of the foreland fold-thrust belt system correspond to changes in the thickness of the sedimentary succession and interaction with inherited, basement fault zones. An eastwest transition from the wide, arcuate Keping Shan Thrust Belt into the narrow Kashgar Fold Belt is ascribed to thickening of the Cenozoic (syn-tectonic) foreland basin succession. In contrast, internal variations in the structural architecture of the Keping Shan Thrust Belt are governed by lateral changes in the thickness of the Palaeozoic (pre-tectonic) sedimentary succession. These changes occur abruptly across inherited, Early Permian fault zones that have been reactivated as strike-slip faults in order to accommodate these lateral variations in the structure of the fold-thrust belt.

Abstract:
Dönemin düşünürleri gerilemenin önüne geçmek ve dışarıdan gelebilecek tehlikelere karşı koymak için modernleşmenin gerekliliğine inanmışlardı. Bunun için toplumsal bir dönüşümün gerçekleştirilmesi gerekmekteydi. Sürecin iyi bir şekilde sonuçlanması için eğitimli topluma ihtiyaç vardı. Bu gibi ihtiyaçlar göz önünde bulundurularak eğitimin önemi, okulların durumu, hoca-öğrenci münasebetleri, bilim, fen gibi konularla ilgili tartışmalar başlamıştı. Bu yüzden dönemin düşünürleri mevcut okullardaki sorunlara değinerek bu süreçte nelerin yapılması gerektiğine dair kendi görüşlerini belirtmişlerdir. Karşılaşılan sorunların çözümü için yenilikleri kabul etmenin gerekliliğini idrak eden aydıınlar eğitimdeki problemlerin aradan kaldırılması için özellikle pozitif bilimlere doğru eğilim gösterseler de, tarih ve felsefe gibi sosyal alanlardaki eksikliklerin farkındaydılar. Eğitimdeki eksikliklerden birinin felsefe olduğu konusunda hemfikir olan Türk aydını, Batı felsefi düşüncesinin alınmasından yana olmuştur. Batı`daki pozitif felsefi akımlar ve yaşanmışlıklar sayesinde, Doğu`nun mistik engeli aşılacak ve çağdaşlaşma gerçekleşecekti. Bununla birlikte karşılaşılan sorunların tarih alanında ortaya çıktığı gözlemlenmektedir. Dönemin Osmanlı tarih kitaplarının konusu daha çok İslam ve Osmanlı tarihiyle sınırlı kaldığı için, bu alanda diğer devletler ve kavimlerle ilgili pek de bilgi sahibi olmayan okumuş kesim oluşmuştu. Diğer toplumların nasıl geliştikleri, hangi evrelerden geçtikleriyle ilgili bilgiden yoksunluk, onları anlamada sorunlar oluşturmaktaydı. Bu yüzden tarihin de önemine değinen düşünürler, toplum için ne kadar gerekli olduğuna dikkat çekmektedirler. Modern bilimin temelindeki tarihsellik ve felsefe benimsenmeden, Batı seviyesine gelmenin mümkün olamayacağı görüşü dönemin düşünürleri arasında hakimdi. Çalışmada Ziya Gökalp, Şehbenderzade Filibeli Ahmed Hilmi, Ahmed Midhat Efendi, Yusuf Akçura, Baha Tevfik, Ahmed Ağaoğlu gibi dönemin düşünürlerinin görüşlerinden yararlanılarak felsefe ve tarih temellendirilmeye çalışılmıştır. Sözkonusu sorunlar bağlamında aşağıdaki sorular çalışmaya yön vermektedir: Felsefe denildiği zaman dönemin düşünürleri ne anlıyorlardı? Felsefenin Türk toplumu için ne gibi yararları olabilirdi? Tarih ve siyaset felsefesiyle ilgili düşünürler ne söylemektedirler? Dönemin düşünürleri neden tarihin önemli olduğunu düşünmektedirler? Mevcut eğitim sistemindeki tarih dersi ihtiyaçları karşılamak için yeterli değil miydi? Yeterli olarak görülmeyen tarihin eksikleri nelerdi ve niçin oluşmuştu? Objektif bir tarih yazıcılığına dair tutum var mıydı? Çağdaş bir devlet olmak için tarih gerekli midir?
