Abstract:
The Tanami oil discovery was made in 1991. The discovery well was drilled from an onshore location on Varanus Island and deviated into the offshore area. A small, 6.8 m oil column was intersected at the top of the Lower Cretaceous Flag Sandstone Member of the Barrow Group. Beneath the moveable oil, a residual zone of 19.8 m was encountered.Petrophysical, petrological and core analysis data indicate different reservoir properties in the moveable oil, residual oil and water zones. These results show that the oil in place has retarded diagenesis and associated reduction in porosity and permeability values. The residual oil column is interpreted to be a result of northward structural tilting in the early Tertiary, causing oil previously trapped to be spilled to the south.

Abstract:
Context Many rare and endangered species are threatened by the effects of hybridisation with their domesticated and often numerically dominant relatives. However, factors that influence interactions between hybridising species are poorly understood, thus limiting our ability to develop ameliorative strategies. Aims Here, we identify family groups and investigate patterns of gene flow between dingoes (Canis lupus dingo) and domestic dogs (C. l. familiaris) in the Tanami Desert of central Australia. We aimed to determine whether human-provided resources facilitate hybridisation or alter typical patterns of dingo breeding and social behaviour. We also ask whether remote townships are arenas for dingo–dog hybridisation. Methods Tissue samples and morphological details were collected from dingo-like animals around two mine sites where humans provide abundant supplementary food and water. Using molecular DNA analyses, we assigned animals to population clusters, determined kinship and the numbers of family groups. Rates of hybridisation were assessed around the mines and in two nearby townships. Key results Of 142 samples from mine sites, ‘pure’ dingoes were identified genetically in 89% of cases. This predominance of dingoes was supported by our observations on coat colour and body morphology. Only 2 of 86 domestic dogs sampled at the two townships showed evidence of dingo ancestry. Around the mine sites, there were two distinct population clusters, including a large family group of 55 individuals around a refuse facility. Conclusions Where superabundant and consistent food, and reliable water, was available, dingo packs were much larger and co-existed with others, contrary to expectations derived from previous research. Dingo sociality and pack structures can therefore be altered where human-provided food and water are constantly available, and this could facilitate accelerated rates of hybridisation. Implications The development of appropriate domestic-waste management strategies should be a high priority in remote areas to ensure only normal rates of population increase by dingoes, and other canids more broadly. It will also potentially impede hybridisation rates if typical canid social and behavioural traits remain intact. Additionally, areas surrounding remote human settlements are likely arenas for accentuated dingo–domestic dog interactions and should be a target for future studies.

Abstract:
The scincid lizard genus Ctenotus is one of the most species-rich genera of squamate reptiles, but few molecular phylogenetic studies have been undertaken on the group. Here we assess molecular and morphological variation within C. piankai and C. duricola, an arid-adapted pair of nominate species characterized by a pattern of thin pale longitudinal lines on a dark background that occur primarily in the western deserts and Pilbara region of Australia. We sequenced mitochondrial DNA and genome-wide restriction-site associated DNA (RAD) from geographically widespread samples of these lizard taxa, with particularly dense sampling from the Pilbara region. Phylogenetic analyses of the mitochondrial cytochrome B gene and approximately 5,000 nuclear loci identified four highly divergent lineages within the two taxa. The four genetically-defined populations were concordant with geography and are distinguishable based on multiple morphological and color pattern characters, despite appearing superficially similar in appearance. Despite limited mtDNA exchange between two lineages in the Pilbara, we found no evidence for ongoing gene flow across the nuclear genome. For the western desert lineages, there was no evidence of introgression for either mtDNA or nDNA in our data. To resolve the taxonomy of the group, we redescribe C. piankai and C. duricola, and recognize the two divergent lineages as new species: C. rhabdotus sp. nov., from the south-eastern Kimberley, Ord, Victoria River and northern Tanami Desert regions of Western Australia and the Northern Territory, and C. pallasotus sp. nov., from the western Pilbara and North West Cape regions of Western Australia.

Abstract:
Mushrooms are divided into two major groups, namely white rot fungi and brown rot fungi. White rot mushrooms are a group of fungi that easily grow on medium containing cellulose/simple sugars such as bagasse and grass residue, while brown rot mushrooms are a group of fungi that grow easily or well on medium containing complex cellulose such as residue from dead wood. Mushrooms are classified as heterotrophic living things, which means they live by processing food from organic compounds. In general, the substrate used for growing mushrooms is sawdust, but the problem found is the availability of sawdust which is difficult to obtain and costs a lot of money to procure. An alternative substrate that is easy to obtain and widely available is agricultural waste. The purpose of this research is to observe and examine from various sources what types of waste can be used as an alternative for cultivating mushrooms so as to save on production costs. This type of research is applied science research with the method used is the survey study method of literature. The results obtained are the types of waste that can be used as a mushroom growing medium are Sawdust, Coconut Fiber, Oil Palm Empty Bunches, Oil Palm Male Flowers, Palm Oil Stem Decomposite, Rice Husk, Rice Bran, Corn Cobs, Leftover Corn Seeds, Leftover Sorghum Seeds, Remaining Wheat Seeds, Sugar Cane Dregs, Dried Tea Powder, Dried Coffee Skins, Dried Peanut Shells. It is suggested that further research is needed on mixing the composition of mushroom growing media so that maximum results are obtained for the growth of both brown rot and white rot mushrooms

Abstract:
One important program in the intensification of rice cultivation is efficient irrigation water management. In subak in Bali the planting schedule is usually carried out simultaneously so that there is a high peak of water demand. As a result, it is very risky for irrigation water shortages or excess in the subak. Such conditions cause the efficiency of the use of irrigation water in subak to be low. One solution to improve the efficiency of the use of irrigation water is by not planting simultaneously which are known as nyorog in subak. Thus, it is necessary to assess the magnitude of the increase in the efficiency of the use of irrigation water if the planting schedule is carried out in a systematic manner. Based on the data that has been compiled in Subak Guama the efficiency of the use of irrigation water is 76.52%. At present the object of the planting schedule is divided into two groups with different planting schedules between groups of about one month, with the start of the planting schedule starting in February I. If the planting schedule is simultaneously held in February II, the efficiency of irrigation water use is 69.05%. If the planting schedule is carried out systematically by dividing subak into four groups and each group different planting schedules of about half a month and the beginning of the planting schedule in February I, it is obtained that the water use efficiency of irrigation is 86.52%. Thus the planting schedule nyorog can increase the efficiency of irrigation water use through 69.05% to 86.52%.

Abstract:
Soft clay is one type of subgrade that is problematic in infrastructure development. Pile reinforcement is an alternative to stabilize and increase the bearing capacity of soft clay soils. This study is expected to determine the capacity of the pile group from observations through a small-scale laboratory model and its comparison with the results of the analysis. Reinforcement of the piles used are concrete piles and wooden piles. The research was conducted through model testing on single piles and group piles in soft clay soil. The piles have a length of 20 cm and a diameter of 2 cm with the number of 1, 2, 4, and 9 piles. The study results show that the overall bearing capacity of the observed results is not much different from the results of the analysis. The average bearing capacity of the wooden and concrete piles is 20% and 18% greater than the analysis. The increase in pile capacity for each additional number of piles from the observations is not as high as the analysis. There is a tendency for the soil in the pile group to move down together, so that the capacity value of the pile group on soft clay is smaller than the single pile capacity value multiplied by the number of piles in the pile group.

Abstract:
The NAC genes, a large plant-specific family of transcription factors, regulate a wide range of pathways involved in development and response to biotic and abiotic stress. In this study, the NAC transcription factors were identified in 27 green plants, and the results showed that NAC transcription factors in plants undergo an appearance stage from water to land and a number expansion stage from gymnosperm to angiosperm. Investigating the evolutionary process of the NAC transcription factors from diploid species to hexaploid wheat revealed that tandem replications during the polyploidization process is an important event for increasing the number of NAC transcription factors in wheat. Then, the molecular characteristics, phylogenetic relationships, and expression patterns of 462 NAC transcription factors of hexaploid wheat (TaNACs) were analyzed. The protein structure results showed that TaNAC was relatively conservative at the N-terminal that contains five subdomains. All these TaNACs were divided into Group I and Group II by phylogenetic analysis, and the TaNACs in Group I should undergo strong artificial selection based on single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) analysis. Through genome synteny and phylogenetic analysis, these TaNACs were classified into 88 groups and 9 clusters. The biased expression results of these TaNACs showed that there are 24 groups and 67 groups of neofunctionalization genes under biotic and abiotic stress, respectively, and 16 groups and 59 groups of subfunctionalization genes. This shows that neofunctionalization plays an important role in coping with different stresses. Our study provides new insights into the evolution of NAC transcription factors in hexaploid wheat.

Abstract:
Blora and Grobogan are regions with higher production capacity of corn commodity compared to other regions in Central Java province. However, low number of technical irrigation and el-nino phenomenon have become the main threat for the sustainability of corn farming in both regions. During dry session, the top soil of the land are solidified which lead to higher difficulty for planting the corn seed using traditional tool. An improved design of the traditional seeder is then required to solve this problem to enable farmers plant corn seed during dry session. The objective of this research was to develop seeder prototype with “Tugal Dalam” type in Blora and Grobogan regions where the land have been categorized as marginal land during dry session. The proposed design is based on technical, ergonomic, economical, and social aspect. The qualitative approach was used to obtain the technical, ergonomical, economical and social aspect required by the farmer. Kansei Engineering is used to translate and evaluate the proposed design through some tests conducted on several group of farmers where they were requested to use 4 seeder design options and write their preference on each design option based on the mentioned aspects. Tests confirmed that the proposed design can be used to plant a corn seed at farmers desired characteristics. Kansei engineering also confirmed that ‘high speed’, ‘easy to operate’, ‘low price’, ‘easy to handle’ and ‘has a watering system’ were preferred by the farmers and determined their decision on buying and using the seeder tool. Abstract:
Diel vertical migration (DVM) and distributional patterns of copepods collected in the water column at shallow water site (Station M) in Tanabe Bay, Japan were investigated. Twenty-one taxa of zooplankton and 48 species of copepods at Station M had positive ΔZ values (subtraction of night-time weighted mean depth from daytime value) and performed normal DVM. The highest ΔZ value was 4·3 observed in Ambunguipes rufocincta. Three taxa and 39 species collected only at night also had high WMD (weighted mean depth) values (4·0∼7·5), which were previously considered hyperbenthic species. Statistically significant differences were found only in Myodocopina spp., Calocalanus plumulosus and Clausocalanus spp. Myodocopina spp. and Clausocalanus spp. showed downward migration at low to high and high tidal phases. Calocalanus plumulosus and some copepods performed downward migration during high and high to low tidal phases. Four distributional patterns of copepod species in Tanabe Bay were found. The groups are as follows: (A) true planktonic group; (B) swarming and night emerging group; (C) night emerging meiobenthic and hyperbenthic group; (D) symbiotic and night emerging group.

Abstract:
BackgroundThe current gold standard for the diagnosis and classification, assessment of the severity of lupus nephritis (LN) is a renal biopsy. On the other hand, since the procedure is highly invasive, there is a pressing need to identify biomarkers for predicting the presence and its histological severity of LN. In addition, the background pathogenesis of each histological findings is not clearly understood.ObjectivesThe purpose of this study was to elucidate the urine biomarkers for predicting the presence and the severity of histological findings of LN, and to search the pathogenic signal pathway.MethodsUrine samples from 24 biopsy-proven active LN patients were initially screened for the levels of 1305 distinct human proteins using an aptamer-based-targeted proteomic assay. We developed histological scoring system based on ISN/RPS lesion definitions and classification, NIH activity and chronicity score. Two experienced evaluators assessed the histological scores. Cluster analysis and pathway analysis were performed.ResultsA total of 24 LN patients were included: 20 (83%) had a proliferative histological class (III or IV +/-V), 4 (17%) pure membranous (V). Through cluster analysis, several histological subgroups were extracted according to correlation with each histological finding, and proteins which corelated with each histological scores were analyzed. We focused on two subgroups: one in which including active glomerular histological findings (endocapillary hypercellularity, karyorrhexis, neutrophil infiltration, subendothelial deposits) and the other in which including interstitial histological findings (interstitial inflammation, interstitial fibrosis, tubular atrophy). Histological scores in the former group showed strong positive correlation with protein group which contained 59 proteins (Group A), including CCL21, CXCL10, VCAM1. Histological scores in the latter group corelated with another protein group which contained 85 proteins (Group B), including MCP-1, CCL11. Ingenuity Pathway Analysis showed 16 pathways (PDGF Signaling, Granulocyte Adhesion and Diapedesis, etc) were upregulated in Group A and 11 pathways (IL-17 signaling, Fibrosis signaling pathway, etc) upregulated in Group B. Among group A and group B urine proteins, those showed strong correlation between respective histological findings were validated with ELISA assays.ConclusionAn aptamer-based-targeted proteomic assay screening by combining with renal histological scoring system suggested several urine proteins can predict the severity and the presence of major renal histological findings, and suggested to be related with the pathogenesis in patients with LN.Disclosure of InterestsKazuoto Hiramoto: None declared, Shuntaro Saito: None declared, Hironari Hanaoka: None declared, Katsuya Suzuki: None declared, Jun Kikuchi: None declared, Hiroyuki Fukui: None declared, Ryo Takano Employee of: Mitsubishi Tanabe Pharma Corporation Sohyaku, Fumihiko Miyoshi Employee of: Mitsubishi Tanabe Pharma Corporation Sohyaku, Noriyasu Seki Employee of: Mitsubishi Tanabe Pharma Corporation Sohyaku, Kunio Sugahara Employee of: Mitsubishi Tanabe Pharma Corporation Sohyaku, Yuko Kaneko: None declared, Tsutomu Takeuchi: None declared.

Abstract:
Background:EULAR recommendation announced that biological disease-modifying antirheumatic drugs (bDMARDs) and janus kinase inhibitors (JAKi) are considered as equivalent in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis (RA). However, we still lack reliable evidence of direct comparison between these agents’ retention, which may reflect both effectiveness and safety. Objectives:The aim of this multi-center (7 university-related hospitals), retrospective study is to clarify retention rates and reasons for discontinuation of 7 bDMARDs and tofacitinib (TOF), one of the JAKi, in both bDMARDs-naïve and bDMARDs-switched cases. Methods:This study assessed 3,897 patients and 4,415 treatment courses of with bDMARDs and TOF from 2001 to 2019 (2,737 bDMARDs-naïve patients and 1,678 bDMARDs-switched patients [59.5% switched to their second agent], female 82.3%, baseline age 57.4 years, disease duration 8.5 years; rheumatoid factor positivity 78.4%; DAS28-ESR 4.3; concomitant prednisolone [PSL] 6.1 mg/day [42.4%] and methotrexate [MTX] 8.5 mg/week [60.9%]). Treatment courses included abatacept (ABT; n=663), adalimumab (ADA; n=536), certolizumab pegol (CZP; n=226), etanercept (ETN; n=856), golimumab (GLM; n=458), infliximab (IFX; n=724), tocilizumab (TCZ; n=851), and TOF (n=101/only bDMARDs-switched cases). Reasons for discontinuation were classified into four categories by each attending physician: 1) lack of effectiveness, 2) toxic adverse events, 3) non-toxic reasons, and 4) remission. Retention rates of each discontinuation reason were estimated at 36 months using the Kaplan-Meier method and adjusted for potential clinical confounders (age, sex, disease duration, concomitant PSL and MTX, starting date and number of switched bDMARDs) using Cox proportional hazards modeling. Results:Adjusted drug retention rates for each discontinuation reason were as follows: lack of effectiveness in the bDMARDs-naïve group (from 70.8% [CZP] to 85.1% [ABT]; P=0.001 between agents) and the bDMARDs-switched group (from 52.8% [CZP] to 78.7% [TCZ]; P<0.001 between agents). Toxic adverse events in the bDMARDs-naïve group (from 86.9% [IFX] to 96.3% [ABT]; P<0.001 between agents) and the bDMARDs-switched group (from 81.1% [ADA] to 95.4% [ETN]; P=0.01 between agents). Finally, overall retention rates excluding discontinuation for non-toxic reasons or remission ranged from 64.2% (IFX) to 82.0% (ABT) (P<0.001 between agents) in the bDMARDs-naïve group (figure a) and from 44.2% (ADA) to 66.8% (TCZ) (P<0.001 between agents) in the bDMARDs-switched group (figure b).Conclusion:Remarkable differences were observed in drug retention of 7 bDMARDs and TOF between bDMARDs-naïve and bDMARDs-switched cases.Disclosure of Interests:Kosuke Ebina Grant/research support from: KE has received research grants from Abbie, Asahi-Kasei, Astellas, Chugai, Eisai, Ono Pharmaceutical, and UCB Japan., Employee of: KE is affiliated with the Department of Musculoskeletal Regenerative Medicine, Osaka University, Graduate School of Medicine, which is supported by Taisho., Speakers bureau: KE has received payments for lectures from Abbie, Asahi-Kasei, Astellas, Ayumi, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Chugai, Eisai, Eli Lilly, Janssen, Mitsubishi-Tanabe, Ono Pharmaceutical, Sanofi, and UCB Japan., Toru Hirano Grant/research support from: TH received a research grant and/or speaker fee from Astellas, Chugai, Nippon Shinyaku, Abbvie, Eisai, and Ono Pharmaceutical, Speakers bureau: TH received a research grant and/or speaker fee from Astellas, Chugai, Nippon Shinyaku, Abbvie, Eisai, and Ono Pharmaceutical, Yuichi Maeda Grant/research support from: YM received a research grant and/or speaker fee from Eli Lilly, Chugai, Pfizer, Bristol-Myers Squibb, and Mitsubishi-Tanabe, Speakers bureau: YM received a research grant and/or speaker fee from Eli Lilly, Chugai, Pfizer, Bristol-Myers Squibb, and Mitsubishi-Tanabe, Wataru Yamamoto: None declared, Motomu Hashimoto Grant/research support from: Bristol-Myers Squibb, Eisai, and Eli Lilly and Company., Speakers bureau: Bristol-Myers Squibb and Mitsubishi Tanabe Pharma., Koichi Murata Grant/research support from: KMurata belong to a department that has been financially supported by four pharmaceutical companies (Mitsubishi-Tanabe, Chugai, AYUMI and UCB Japan)., Employee of: KMurata belong to a department that has been financially supported by four pharmaceutical companies (Mitsubishi-Tanabe, Chugai, AYUMI and UCB Japan)., Speakers bureau: KMurak has received speaking fees, and/or consulting fees from Eisai Co. Abstract:
Increasing rice productivity has been the main priority for the Government of Indonesia to meet people's food needs, however, there are a number of obstacles such as technology adoption. This study aims to explore the condition of farmers' cultivation, especially in terms of planting systems, varieties developed and reasons for selecting varieties in three different land topographic types (low, medium, and high). Sampling was done purposely with a total sample of 45 farmers who cultivate rice. Data collection includes observation and structured interview, data were analyzed descriptively. The results showed that most of the planting system that developed in three types of topography is the ‘tegel’ planting system, other technologies such as “jajar legowo” and system of rice intensification (SRI) have low developed. This is influenced by the new planting system need more skilled labor, more expensive input, and lack of farmers' knowledge. Local rice varieties have declined significantly, dominated by certain superior varieties. The main reason for selecting varieties is due to high productivity and disease resistance. In addition, the accessibility of rice seeds by farmers at the nearest farm shop. This research suggested more intensive mentoring efforts should be done through farmers’ group meetings and improvement of supporting facilities, furthermore the Local Government should improve farmers' affordability of quality seeds.

Abstract:
Background:EULAR has issued updated guidelines for the management of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) using conventional, biologic, and targeted synthetic DMARDs. In the 2019 update, the task force revised the preference of bDMARDs over tsDMARDs. In routine clinical practice, baricitinib is commonly used as second line or after. However, there is little information about the clinical efficacy and safety profile of baricitinib after failure of the previous agent, including another tsDMARD.Objectives:The aim of this study was to evaluate the short-term effectiveness and safety profiles of baricitinib after insufficient response (IR) to bDMARDs or tsDMARDs in patients with RA in clinical settings. Methods:RA patients who had been treated with baricitinib after failure of the previous agent were registered in the TBCR, a Japanese multicenter registry for RA patients treated with biologics or JAK inhibitors and followed for at least 24 weeks. Patients were divided into two groups according to the cause of failure of the previous treatment; IR (“After IR” group) and the others (“After non-IR” group). “After IR” group was further divided into four groups according to the previous agent; TNF inhibitor (TNFi group), IL-6 receptor inhibitor (IL-6Ri group), abatacept (ABT group) and tofacitinib (Tofa group). We assessed disease activities by CDAI score and drug retention rates between these groups. Furthermore, discontinuation rates due to IRs and adverse events (AEs) were evaluated. Results:A total of 86 consecutive RA patients were registered in this study. The previous treatment was as follows; TNF inhibitor: 38 (44.2%), IL-6 receptor inhibitor: 23 (26.7%), abatacept: 11 (12.8%), tofacitinib: 13 (15.1%) and the other: 1 (1.2%).The cause of failure of the previous therapy were IRs (n=74: 86%), AEs:(n=6: 7.0%) and the others (n=6: 7.0%). In “After IR” group, the most common previous agents were TNFis (Table 1). While the percent change in CDAI was decreased at week 12 in all groups, those in Tofa group showed lower rates of improvement in CDAI compared to the others at week 24 (Figure 1). Drug retention rate at 24-week was 59.4% in TNFi group, 90.5% in IL-6Ri group, 54.5% in ABT group and 77.8% in Tofa group (Figure 2). In the present study cohort, seven patients developed herpes zoster. All seven patients were treated with antiviral agents for herpes zoster and restarted baricitinib treatment (these cases were not treated as discontinuation due to AEs in this study). The overall Cumulative discontinuation rate due to IRs and AEs at 24 weeks were 9.7% and 7.3%, respectively.Table.Clinical characteristics of the BAR2mg group and the BAR4mg groupGroupsCases; n (%)TNFi group32 (43.2)IL-6R group21 (28.4)ABT group11 (14.9)Tofa group9 (12.2)The oter1 (1.4)Conclusion:In this study, we demonstrated the short-term effectiveness and safety profiles of baricitinib after insufficient response to bDMARDs or tsDMARDs in patients with RA in the ‘real-world’ setting. Baricitinib improved disease activity after failure of the previous agent, even after IR to another tsDMARD. With respect to safety, the profile is almost tolerable, although careful observation is necessary for possible complications and AEs including herpes zoster.Disclosure of Interests:Hanabayashi Masahiro Speakers bureau: Astellas Pharma Inc., Mitsubishi Tanabe Pharma Corporation, Eisai Pharma Corporation, Chugai Pharma Corporation, abbvie, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Pfizer, Janssen Pharmaceutical K.K., Eli Lilly Japan K.K. and UCB Japan, Nobunori Takahashi Speakers bureau: AbbVie, Asahi Kasei, Astellas, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Chugai, Daiichi-Sankyo, Eisai, Eli Lilly, Janssen, Mitsubishi Tanabe, Ono, Pfizer, Takeda, and UCB Japan, Toshihisa Kojima Grant/research support from: Chugai, Eli Lilly, Astellas, Abbvie, and Novartis, Consultant of: AbbVie, Speakers bureau: AbbVie, Astellas, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Chugai, Daiichi-Sankyo, Eli Lilly, Janssen, Mitsubishi Tanabe, Pfizer, and Takeda

Kata Kunci: Tumpangsari Legum, Ubikayu Nuabosi AbstractPartner in the implementation of community service activity was Kema Tau Pawe farmer group, which was formed in 2010. One of the food crop commodities cultivated by this farmer group was Nuabosi cassava, in which this cassava was their regional superior commodity. The main problem of Nuabosi cassava cultivation was that the cultivation technique was still performed conventionally, in which farmers did not make mounds, did not perform fertilization, planted the plants in irregular spacing, and rarely performed weed control, so that it led to the low productivity. The specific objective of the implementation of this service activity was to carry out technical improvements in Nuabosi cassava cultivation using the Nuabosi cassava intercropping system with legumes. Methods used were counseling and training methods. The community service activity was begun with counseling about cultivation techniques. There were four materials provided in training, such as techniques for making mounds, the use of cereals and application of promi, training in intercropping system and training for weed control and embellishments. Based on pretest and posttest given to famer group for the four materials, it was found that there was significant increase in the posttest score. First, in the material containing techniques for making mounds, the average of pretest score was 5.68, and it increased in the posttest, which was 12.6. Next, in the material about the use of cereals and application of promi, the average of pretest score was 5.52, and it increased in the posttest, which was 13.64. Then, in the material about intercropping system the average of pretest score was 5.6, and it increased in the posttest, which was 13,56. The last, in the material about weed control and embellishments, the average of pretest score was 5.52, and it increased in the posttest, which was 14.2. Technical improvements for cultivation include; making mounds, the use of cereals and application of promi, intercropping, weed control and embellishments. Abstract:
