Abstract:

Pietro Aretino intrattiene da Venezia diverse corrispondenze con personaggi di spicco del panorama politico e culturale, come traspare dai nomi altisonanti presenti nelle sue Lettere. Quando decide di rendere noti i suoi contatti epistolari e di includerli in un libro, ottiene un immediato successo che spinge il suo editore, Francesco Marcolini, a stampare nuove edizioni dell’opera. Con l’intento di ribadire il suo primato nell’epistolografia in volgare, Aretino biasima gli scrittori e i tipografi che pubblicano, subito dopo di lui, una moltitudine di libri di lettere, imitandolo. Dalla sua critica esonera però le persone più in vista di Venezia, tra cui Paolo Manuzio, prolifico autore ed editore di raccolte epistolari. Il presente lavoro si propone di analizzare quelle lettere che svelano il complesso meccanismo editoriale che sta dietro agli scambi epistolari del primo Cinquecento.

Abstract:

The properties of the ion-metal-plasma (IMP) deposited Ta, TaN and multistacked Ta/TaN between Cu and SiO 2 have been investigated in the Cu /barrier layer/ SiO 2/ Si structures using four-point probe, atomic force microscopy (AFM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), Rutherford back scattering (RBS), tunneling electron microscopy (TEM) and metal-pulse techniques. It was found that the multistacked Ta/TaN barrier shows the best metallurgical and thermal stability among three of them, and the superior stability is found to result mainly from the nanocrystalline microstructure rather than the density and grain size of the barrier materials. The microstructure, which contains nanocrystalline grain and amorphous-like matrix, can better retard the intermixing and diffusion of Cu, Ta, O and Si atoms, due likely to reduction of grain boundaries that are the main passway for the diffusion of these elements.

Abstract:

Minyak sawit merah murni (virgin red palm oil, VRPO) merupakan minyak mengandung asam lemak jenuh dan tak jenuh seimbang, serta senyawa bioaktif tinggi (seperti karoten, tokoferol dan tokotrienol). Sementara itu, minyak zaitun (olive oil, OO), minyak jagung (corn oil, CO), minyak kedelai (soybean oil, SBO) dan minyak bunga matahari (sunflower oil, SFO) merupakan minyak mengandung asam lemak tak jenuh tinggi. Pencampuran dua atau lebih jenis minyak dapat menghasilkan minyak sehat dengan profil asam lemak, stabilitas oksidatif dan senyawa bioaktif yang diinginkan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengkaji karakteristik campuran VRPO dengan OO, CO, SBO atau SFO pada rasio berat 100:0-0:100 meliputi kadar asam lemak bebas, karoten dan vitamin E, komposisi asam lemak, bilangan iodin, titik leleh, dan kandungan lemak padat. Peningkatan jumlah VRPO meningkatkan kadar asam palmitat, karoten dan vitamin e, titik leleh dan kandungan lemak padat. Peningkatan jumlah OO, CO, SBO atau SFO menurunkan kadar asam lemak bebas dan meningkatkan bilangan iodin. Campuran VRPO dengan CO, SBO atau SFO menghasilkan minyak sehat dengan rasio asam lemak jenuh: asam lemak tak jenuh tunggal: asam lemak tak jenuh ganda mendekati 1:1,5:1,0. Campuran VRPO dengan OO juga menghasilkan minyak sehat dengan rasio asam linoleat: asam linolenat sebesar 5-10:1. Campuran-campuran minyak tersebut dapat digunakan sebagai bahan baku untuk minyak goreng, baking shortening dan margarin yang kaya senyawa bioaktif.

Abstract:

Este artigo busca investigar o trabalho de fronteira em torno do cuidado de idosos enquanto uma possibilidade de ocupação específica e diferenciada no Brasil. Para tal, analisa os discursos produzidos pelo estado sobre a figura da cuidadora de idosos, a partir de análise documental. Em seguida, discute o distanciamento estratégico entre a profissional do cuidado e a trabalhadora doméstica, mobilizando pesquisas qualitativas realizadas entre 2014 e 2017, no Rio de Janeiro e em São Paulo, com: (1) empresas que agenciam os serviços de cuidadoras de idosos, atuantes em domicílio e; (2) acompanhantes de idosos que trabalham em uma política pública que oferece cuidado domiciliar. A partir de uma perspectiva interseccional, discute-se como as cuidadoras que atuam em domicílio visam se desvencilhar do trabalho doméstico, enquadrado narrativamente como distinto, a despeito da proximidade e da imbricação entre o campo do cuidado e o dos serviços domésticos.

Abstract:

In order to understand the correlation between ammonia and methanogenesis metabolism, methane production pathways and their specific rates were studied at total ammonium nitrogen (TAN) concentrations of 0.14–9 g/L in three methanogenic sludges fed with acetate, at both mesophilic and thermophilic conditions. Results showed that high levels of TAN had significant inhibition on methanogenesis; this could, however, be recovered via syntrophic acetate oxidation (SAO) coupled with Hydrogenotrophic Methanogenesis (HM) performed by acetate oxidizing syntrophs or through Acetoclastic Methanogenesis (AM) catalyzed by Methanosarcinaceae, after a long lag phase >50 d. Free ammonia (NH3) was the active component for this inhibition, of which 200 mg/L is suggested as the threshold for the pathway shift from AM to SAO-HM. Methane production rate via SAO-HM at TAN of 7–9 g/L was about 5–9-fold lower than that of AM at TAN of 0.14 g/L, which was also lower than the rate of AM pathway recovered at TAN of 7 g/L in the incubations with a French mesophilic inoculum. Thermophilic condition favored the establishment of the SAO-catalyzing microbial community, as indicated by the higher reaction rate and shorter lag phase. The operational strategy is thus suggested to be adjusted when NH3 exceeds 200 mg/L.

O presente artigo faz uma abordagem histórica do sistema de governo do Império Romano e de como problemas que envolviam o sistema de governo e cidadãos eram resolvidos. O trabalho descreve ainda as relações estabelecidas com nações de toda a bacia do Mediterrâneo, o impacto econômico, político e social gerado em razão das políticas imperialistas e das guerras de conquista de novos territórios, o pensamento político e judicial, a formação de um modelo de “constitucionalismo” característico do mundo romano, a relação com a Ciência Jurídica da época, bem como alguns institutos do direito civil e do direito urbanístico. Diante disso, o trabalho visa oferecer uma reflexão como o direito romano, buscando equacionar problemas sociais, econômicos e políticos da antiguidade, pode muito bem servir de inspiração para os problemas da pós-modernidade. A pesquisa é bibliográfica, exploratória, documental e descritiva. Ao cabo da investigação, concluiu-se que, voltando no tempo, é possível entender se e como problemas semelhantes da contemporaneidade urgente foram tomados e abordados nessa extraordinária experiência jurídica cujo legado hoje é precioso. De tal forma, muitas das soluções encontradas para aquela época podem servir de modelo para o Direito, para a Ciência Jurídica e para o mundo pós-modernos.

AbstractTab.Vindol. III, 628 is a letter of an auxiliary decurion of cohors VIIII Batavorum that begins with the greeting ‘Masclus Ceriali regi suo’. A.R. Birley tentatively suggested that the title held a literal force, while Bowman and Thomas interpreted the word as meaning ‘patron’ on the basis of OLD s.v. 8 and a parallel with P. Mich. 8.472 = CEL 147, a letter, also from a military context, from ‘Claudius Tiberianus Longino Prisco domin[o] et regi suo’. This article examines the Batavian and military contexts of these interpretations alongside other epigraphic examples of rex as ‘patron’.

Abstract:

L’Autore affronta la questione del metodo nella prospettiva personalista. Dopo aver chiarito che non esiste un metodo specifico della bioetica, se non nel senso che la bioetica non fa altro che assumere il metodo di indagine che è specifico della riflessione etica dalla quale dipende, l’Autore sottolinea che l’originalità della bioetica rispetto all’etica sta nell’insieme dei contenuti che essa affronta, ossia azioni e processi mediati dalla conoscenza scientifica e dalla prassi tecnologica. In particolare, viene proposta una riflessione su come è articolato il metodo triangolare proposto da Elio Sgreccia nel suo noto Manuale di Bioetica. Questo metodo si distingue dal proceduralismo di altre prospettive, sia per la sua connotazione contenutistica, che ha il suo perno in una concezione sostanzialistica della persona umana, sia per la sua struttura critica o dialettica. Nella connessione tra il dato medico-scientifico, il dato antropologico e il momento etico emerge il significato analogo della verità, concetto non confinato soltanto nel campo delle scienze sperimentali ma efficace anche sul piano etico. In tal senso, la bioetica emerge come una disciplina che si costituisce attraverso un percorso (il itriangolo) che ha il suo esito laddove il giudizio di coscienza è formulato in base alle verità acquisite ed integrate, in base ai diversi beni messi in gioco. Il momento prescrittivo, quello decisivo dell’indagine bioetica, non è assimilabile ad una pura deduzione dai principi morali ma si costituisce all’interno di un complesso itinerario teorico che tiene conto dei diversi approcci alla realtà.

Abstract:

Sung (Ficus racemosa Linn.) được trồng phổ biến ở Việt Nam, quả của nó có nhiều tác dụng dược lý. Nghiên cứu này đề cập các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến quá trình chế biến trà sung hòa tan cũng như khảo sát hoạt tính kháng oxy hóa, ức chế enzyme α-glucosidase và kháng khuẩn của sản phẩm. Trà sung hòa tan được thu từ quả sung thông qua quá trình xử lý: sao, trích ly, cô đặc, phối trộn và sấy thăng hoa. Abstract:

The object of the study consists in legal issues related to hunting wild birds, discussed by Roman classical jurists. The analysis of the sources reveals that the main problem they had to deal with was finding a right balance between the traditional, originating from the ius gentium freedom of hunting with the increasing economic importance of breeding wild birds and, accordingly, the economic interests of rich landowners who tended to reserve the exclusive right for catching wild birds on their lands for themselves. As the consequence of this increasing contrast between the principle of law and the economic reality, wild birds kept in aviaries were deemed to be the property of the owner, as well as those who once tamed were subjected to their control. The jurists also created a concept of animus revertendi which applied to such animals as pigeons and peacocks, whose large-scale breeding involved allowing them to fly away temporarily from the owner. One of the remedies was also ius prohibendi which allowed the owner of the land to prevent entering his land by birders.

Abstract:

This paper explores the use of a low temperature inductively coupled plasma discharge containing an NF3/Ar mixture for the isotropic, dry etching of TaN with selectivity to low- k dielectric; relying on radically based etch, without nonselective ion bombardment. With a clean chamber condition, no etch selectivity is found between TaN and the low- k dielectric, but when the chamber condition is manipulated by the addition of a plasma-deposited SiOx coating to the chamber wall, selectivity between TaN and the low- k dielectric is achieved. Deposition occurred on the low- k dielectric when the coating was applied to the chamber walls before etch, and while the TaN film etch rate did decrease with a coating applied, an etching regime was still observed. The coating was found to add significant atomic oxygen to the etch processes and decreased etching of the low- k dielectric. The deposition regime apparent for the low- k dielectric was made possible by the inability of the fluorine radicals to volatize silicon oxyfluoride compounds, causing deposition of a silicon oxyfluoride film on the low- k surface. The same etching inhibition was not observed on TaN, allowing selective etching.

Multi-level-cell (MLC) operation of Cu-doped SiOx-based (SiOx:Cu-based) resistance random access memory (ReRAM) has been reported for the first time. For this study, we employed a novel ion bombardment-induced (IB-induced) SiOx:Cu switching layer (SL). Using modulation of SET-current compliance, we completed 2-bit-per-cell memory application. The MLC resistance switching process is described in detail. Owing to controllability of Cu source from advanced IB technique, the IB-induced SiOx:Cu SL shows good cell-to-cell uniformity of MLC resistance switching parameters, including operation voltages and resistance states. Additionally, the IB-induced TaN/SiOx:Cu/TaN ReRAM exhibits infinite potential for MLC operation, such as over 3 times differentiation space among memory states, robust resistance retention, and promising operation endurance properties. During frequent MLC resistance switching, moreover, the IB-induced SiOx:Cu-based device also has excellent single-cell uniformity of memory states due to IB-induced thin Cu filament.

La relación médico-paciente se encuentra expuesta a un sin número de factores con capacidad de modificarla de manera positiva y negativa. La consulta o atención médica es un evento que se practica en todos los escenarios, por tanto, la variabilidad de sus características será tan grande como la de las personas que se llevan a cabo. Se ha planteado utilizar la duración de la consulta médica como indicador de satisfacción sobre la atención que reciben los pacientes obteniendo como resultado un amplio campo de información donde predomina una actitud negativa de los pacientes hacia el proceso de atención médica, por su parte, los profesionales de la salud han expresado sus puntos de vista respecto a la problemática fundamentándose en disponer del tiempo necesario durante la atención para la búsqueda de conseguir la excelencia. Sin embargo, en la actualidad los datos disponibles muestran enormes discordancias, que proponen como imposible la tarea de definir un periodo de duración “ideal” para la consulta médica, dejando de lado que el servicio de atención medica como proceso social otorga obligaciones y derechos que todos los actores debería cumplir.

This paper reports the effect of a flash copper layer, sandwiched between a copper film deposited by metal-organic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD) and a TaN barrier metal, on copper diffusion through TaN barrier to Si substrate after rapid thermal annealing at different temperatures. It is found that for the structure of CVD Cu/TaN/SiO 2/ Si , which has no flash Cu layer, Cu could diffuse through the 25-nm-thick TaN barrier layer at an annealing temperature of 600°Cfor 180 s. However, by incorporating a flash Cu layer between the CVD Cu film and the TaN barrier, Cu diffusion can be significantly reduced. In addition to Cu , the out-diffusion of Si and oxygen, and the interaction between them can also be reduced by the incorporated flash Cu layer, due likely to the change of the crystallographic orientation of the CVD Cu films.

Appena nominato, il nuovo vescovo della diocesi di Győr, György Draskovich, aveva convocato il sinodo per l’estate dell’anno 1579, nella città di Szombathely. Nel primo giorno del sinodo, su invito del nuovo vescovo, il gesuita croato Marcus Pitačić pronunciò un discorso che trattava dei criteri per divenire prete, della morale che la comunità esigeva da parte del clero e dell’istituzione del celibato, attaccando e confutando le relative dottrine dei protestanti. La reazione al discorso di Pitačić da parte dei protestanti non arrivò subito ma si fece aspettare per un decennio e mezzo. Nel 1585 uscì il libro di Péter Beregszászi, Apologia pro ecclesiis reformatis, actis impiis Synodi Sabariensis opposita, che contiene sia l’Oratio di Pitačić sia la risposta di Beregszászi, in cui egli smentisce punto per punto le asserzioni del gesuita. Il fatto che, due anni dopo, venne pubblicato a Basel il volume De controversiis religionis hoc seculo motis adversaria quaedam scripta, in quibus utriusque partis dissidentium argumenta, ad Scripturae divinae canonem explorantur et Iesuitis potissimum respondetur, mostra l’importanza dei due testi dell’Apologia che, assieme ad alcuni libelli apparsi negli anni ’80, viene interamente riproposta nel detto volume. A seguito della breve presentazione riassuntiva della vita di Pitačić, l’articolo offre un quadro sintetico della sua controversia con Beregszászi, ricca di argomentazioni e di mezzi retorico-linguistici che servivano al predicatore protestante per rendere ridicoli i gesuiti e contestare l’autenticità delle parole del suo avversario.

Il presente contributo intende analizzare il significato iconografico della famosa pala d’altare di Simone Martini ‘San Ludovico di Tolosa incorona re Roberto d’Angiò’ (1317-1319), attualmente conservata al Museo di Capodimonte di Napoli. La storiografia ha generalmente interpretato la sua scena principale come la raffigurazione della rinuncia di Ludovico al titolo regio e la conseguente incoronazione di Roberto a re di Napoli. In particolare, il manufatto è stato considerato come il frutto di una vera e propria strategia di comunicazione politica messa in scena dal re di Napoli al fine di legittimare la sua contestata successione al trono. Al contrario, partendo da una lettura che inquadri la pala all’interno del suo contesto di utilizzo e di fruizione e che ponga l’accento sulla sua specifica funzione, il presente testo propone di interpretare il messaggio di questa opera d’arte in relazione al ruolo di intercessore presso Dio a favore dell’anima dei membri della casata d’Angiò attribuito a San Ludovico. In tal senso, essa rappresenterebbe, in una chiave prettamente religiosa, Roberto d’Angiò morto mentre sta ricevendo la corona della vita eterna nel Regno dei Cieli.

O mito do herói remonta as épocas mais remotas da humanidade e reflete a batalha dos sujeitos na busca criativa por profundidade em sua integração com o real. O arquétipo do herói tem sempre nos acompanhado nos mitos, nos relatos fantásticos e na literatura, entretanto, mais recentemente, sob o desenvolvimento da cultura industrial, este arquétipo foi renovado: recebeu super-poderes e identidade secreta. Este herói-super-produto carrega atualmente o papel de messias salvador e guardião do happy end, transformando, com seus super-poderes, sua própria presença e função arquetípicas. Sob auspício da metodologia de pesquisa qualitativa de paradigma junguiano, com recurso a um conjunto bibliográfico e documental de ordem multidisciplinar, analisamos esta transformação a fim de fundamentar nossas especulações sobre suas possíveis consequências.

Se incluyeron artículos originales y artículos de revisión. También se incluyeron actualizaciones de las entidades internacionales y nacionales acerca de la situación actual de la infección por SARS-CoV-2 y el manejo de la vía aérea en pacientes con diagnóstico de COVID-19.Resultados: Para el manejo de la vía aérea en pacientes con diagnóstico de COVID-19 es imprescindible el uso del equipo de protección completa. El profesional de la salud debe estar capacitado para la realización de los procedimientos necesarios para llevar a cabo dicho tópico. Se debe tener presente que aplicarlos de forma ordenada, rápida y eficaz reducirá la exposición al SARS-CoV-2.Conclusiones: Se considera que al realizar todos los pasos adecuados para el manejo de la vía aérea en este tipo de pacientes se reducirá notablemente la posibilidad de contagio de un profesional de la salud. Sin embargo, cabe resaltar que actualmente muchas instituciones no cuentan con todo el equipo de protección o con el personal capacitado para llevar a cabo tan importante tarea; por lo cual se están investigado medidas más económicas tanto para el manejo de la vía aérea como para la rehabilitación de estos pacientes

L’articolo si riferisce allo stato di degrado strutturale della Basilica Minore della città di Socorro nella Regione di Santander (Colombia). La Concattedrale di Socorro, recentemente elevata al rango di Basilica Minore, ha meno di un secolo di vita e presenta un quadro fessurativo critico a tal punto da sollecitare la massima urgena per gli interventi di salvaguardia. Dopo un breve escursus storico e la descrizione dell’impianto architettonico, si descrive nel dettagli il quadro fessurativo, alla data del marzo 2017. La Concattedrale presenta un tipico meccanismo di collasso che consiste nello scivolamento verso il basso dei conci dei grandi archi e delle piattabande delle grandi aperture sui fronti estreni. Tale tipo di meccanismo é ascrivibile ad azioni di tipo cinematico, riconducibili a cedimenti fondali. Sopratutto si raccontano le vicende che hanno accompagnato, dal novembre 2016 al maggio 2017, un tentativo, poi fallito, di intervento tecnico da parte delle istituzioni preposte alla salvaguardia del bene, dichiarato peraltro monumento nazionale, fallimento dovuto, in base alle conclusioni della ricerca effettuata, alla mancanza di un piano strategico di salvaguardia del patrimonio storico del Socorro.

L’articolo presenta un’approfondita revisione del libro di James M. Bos Reconsidering the Date and the Provenance of the Book of Hosea. The Case for the Persian-Period Yehud, sullo sfondo del problema del neostoricismo negli studi biblici. Dopo aver tracciato una breve panoramica sul fenomeno del neostoricismo in generale (la sua genesi e il suo successivo sviluppo nel corso degli anni), viene discusso l’approccio di Bos in base al confronto con tali premesse ideologico-filosofiche. A tal proposito viene presentata in modo dettagliato l’intera struttura del libro di Bos, assieme alla valutazione critica dell’argomentazione da lui addotta. L’autore dell’articolo ritiene che l’approccio neostoricista alla Bibbia sia del tutto soggettivo e sbagliato, in quanto assolutizza un principio filosofico e non lascia spazio per caso, dubbio o fede.

Para tanto, tomou-se por base os discursos sobre as características do gênero oral stand-up comedy (MINTZ, 1985; DEGANI, 2018); e sobre o processo de formação da identidade cultural amazonense (GONDIM, 2007; BENCHIMOL, 2021). Além disso, a pesquisa está situada no campo da Análise de Discurso Francesa (ADF), logo, ampara-se nos métodos de estudo desenvolvidos por Pêcheux (2008) e utilizados por Orlandi (2015) e Freire (2021). Consequentemente, a pesquisa utilizou como corpus os vídeos de stand-up comedy intitulados “Eu sou indião, eu!” e “Fila de piadas cidade - Manaus”. Obtendo resultados que apontam para a presença de dois discursos – o cosmopolita e o caboclo – que compõem a subjetividade do norte do país, significando e reforçando a identidade cultural amazonense mesmo que em um território digital, revestida do riso provocado pelos stand-ups comedy.

Abstract:

Refletindo sobre nossa atuação profissional em meio à sociedade contemporânea, surgiu o questionamento: Afinal, por que sou educador? E a partir disso: Para quem, para quê e por que a educação, que está posta, serve? Enquanto educadores de escola pública federal, percebemos o quanto nossa prática ainda é tecnicista e empobrecida das reflexões cruciais sobre o processo civilizatório. Desse modo, este artigo objetiva estabelecer o papel do educador frente às variáveis contemporâneas. Para tal, realizou-se uma pesquisa de cunho bibliográfico, pautando-se na literatura sobre a temática, balizando as discussões e reflexões. Na tentativa de responder à problemática de pesquisa, o artigo foi dividido em três seções: o papel do educador; o processo educativo como uma variável contemporânea; e, a imbricação da equação civilizatória com a Educação. Alcançar o objetivo da pesquisa, mostrou-se uma reflexão complexa, contudo, evidenciamos que o educador possui inúmeras possibilidades de incorporar as variáveis contemporâneas no processo educativo.
