Abstract:
Purpose - The purpose of this study was to expound the packaging framework system(PFS) under international trade rules. Design/methodology/approach - This study analyzed packaging framework system and packaging regulations and technical standards in international regulations and major countries and classified these in some standards Findings - First, the study provides packaging provisions associated with packaging regulations and technical standards (PRTS). Then, the basis of PFS in international trade rules was proposed; it is believed that the PFS was composed of packaging legal system in WTO institutional framework (WTO-PLS), international organization packaging standard system (IO-PSS) and major countries or regions packaging regulatory system (MCR-PRS). Secondly, this paper expounded relations and legal characteristics of the three packaging systems. Finally, This study investigated PRTS coverage under technical barriers to trade (TBT) and Sanitary and Phytosanitary measures (SPS). Research implications or Originality The regulations associated with PRTS have played a key role in challenges to merchandise trade in international trade. This study has significance in classifying packaging related reticulations into several criteria unlike previous studies. Therefore it is hope that this study can provide a supplementary document for the existing research of PRTS.

Abstract:
English is an international language-it is already known by everybody. There have been a lot of ideas and discussions about foreign language learning. And nowadays we have met the framework of ECRIF. It is shortly a framework to help students learn new language and skills so that they can use them fluently and, it has to do with adopting a more learning-centered model of learning the lessons that the teacher conducted. If we analyze; E means encounter, C means clarity, R means remember, I means internalize, F means fluency. Consequently, we can infer by means of ECRIF framework does not how the lesson to be conducted, unlike it gives an idea to the teacher how the learning process is going on, and they can have an idea that what do the students think during the lesson. In this article it is tried to be developed a viewpoint in English teaching within the context of ECRIF.

Abstract:
<p>As the fifth subversive and innovative technology for computing paradigm after the mainframe computer, personal computer, internet and mobile/social network, blockchain technology has entered into a new phase of development. Nevertheless, more intrinsic issues remain to be explored. With the usage of cryptography and a distributed database, once a block is recorded, it can no longer be changed. To defeat these issues, more existing techniques have emerged. The blockchain system mainly features decentralization, but as the existing architectures of the blockchain system are mixed up, it is hard to determine whether they are centralized or decentralized. Such hybrid feature is derived from the impact of uncertainty of human demands. In this study, we intend to explore the scientific perception of the blockchain technology after its integration with human activities by adopting the method of interaction design. Furthermore, we plan to establish a set of mechanisms on the method of blockchain system-based interaction design, so as to identify the impact of human uncertainty factors on the design of the blockchain system. In addition, we aim to provide theoretical guidance for establishing the decentralized blockchain systems in both standardized and mixed categories and the centralized blockchain system with decentralization as central node. Through the methods of the observational results, the article is summarized and assessed the methods of the interaction design based on blockchain system. Moreover, the evaluation process consists of the analysis of expert evaluation, practical evaluation and participatory evaluation ferments an efficient outcome.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>

Abstract:
Most of existing frameworks for modeling and simulation of hybrid systems represent continuous behavior of systems using ordinary differential equations (ODEs). ODE models can be represented as discrete event system specification (DEVS) models through discretization and simulated in the DEVS simulation framework. However, in cyber-physical systems (CPS), it is difficult to represent the continuous behavior of a system using an ODE because it can have unknown, unpredictable variables. In that case, it is needed to predict the model’s next event time by inference to embed the model in a DEVS model. We propose the simulation framework in which a fuzzy inference module is added to each simulation model to determine its next event time. The proposed method enables simulation of hybrid system models which can or cannot be represented using an ODE.

Abstract:
Organizational frameworks help communicate the knowledge of a given field so as to promote that field's research, education, and applications. This article develops one possible framework for the organization of personality psychology. The framework's rationale, based on General Systems Theory, is developed and its organization is described. This organization, which includes several topics each subdivided into multiple perspectives, is specifically intended to accommodate both the elements of specific theories in personality psychology (e.g., psychodynamic, humanistic), as well as contemporary research in the field both related and unrelated to those theories. Examples are provided of how the framework might be applied. Its potential strengths and weaknesses are evaluated.

Abstract:
The approaches review of the framework application in identification problems is fulfilled. It is showed that this concept can have different interpretations of identification problems. In particular, the framework is understood as a frame, structure, system, platform, concept, and basis. Two directions of this concept application are allocated: 1) the framework integrating the number of methods, approaches or procedures; b) the mapping describing in the generalized view processes and properties in a system. We give the review of approaches that are the basis of the second direction. They are based on the analysis of virtual geometric structures. These mappings (frameworks) differ in the theory of chaos, accidents, and the qualitative theory of dynamic systems. Introduced mappings (frameworks) are not set a priori, and they are determined based of the experimental data processing. The main directions analysis of geometrical frameworks application is fulfilled in structural identification problems of systems. The review includes following directions: i) structural identification of nonlinear systems; ii) an estimation of Lyapunov exponents; iii) structural identifiability of nonlinear systems; iv) the system structure choice with lag variables; v) system attractor reconstruction.

IT Risk is defined as potential lost on IT process. This IT Process may vary from design, development, implementation, or migration. This paper focuses on IT risk assessment in the migration plan. While planning migration, there are some potential risks to be considered. This can help the migration team to minimize risk during migration. The risk assessment was created by using a combination of several frameworks or guidelines. ISACA IT Risk Framework [1] and Commonwealth of Virginia ITRM Guideline [2] were used to construct the framework. For the discussion, AIIM migration plan [3] was given as an example. This conceptual framework covers four main phases: creating migration plan and system diagram, mapping migration plan to risk scenario, risk assessment, and risk control.

Abstract:
One of the biggest problems today for ships and shipbuilding programs is the proliferation of data and the rising number of disparate data systems that do not communicate and certainly do not interoperate. The traditional approaches to solving these problems have been costly point-to-point integrations or system-specific integrations. Today, there is another alternative. The Interoperability Framework (Intergraph Corporation, Huntsville, AL) is a flexible, extensible, nonintrusive, and open platform that provides the end user with integrated data from multiple interoperating systems. Although this approach does require the development of an adapter for each data source, the adapter, once written, allows the data to plug and play within the Interoperability Framework, thereby eliminating further interface development to or from that system. Hence, today one can choose between developing one adapter for the Interoperability Framework versus developing many interfaces to a multitude of other legacy and new systems. The latter is a costly and never-ending endeavor. Because the Interoperability Framework is based on XML and Web technology, it complements other emerging technologies. Further, the Interoperability Framework provides an application interface based on the Integrated Shipbuilding Environment (ISE) XML product data management (PDM) schema, potentially allowing direct use by other shipyard applications. While it is true that improved technology is producing newer, better software systems for data development, presentation, and management, the Interoperability Framework is the technology that will ensure interoperability of these systems.

Abstract:
State governments establish pension systems to provide retirement benefits to public employees. State governments as sponsors, state legislatures as policy makers, and public-sector unions as representatives of public employees may exert considerable influence over the decisions made in pension systems. This study applies a system framework to examine these influences. It focuses on four decisions in pension systems: benefits, employer contributions, employee contributions, and the asset smoothing period. The findings show that changes in the short- and long-term financial conditions of a state government have different influences on pension decisions, and that legislatures and public employee unions play important roles that affect these decisions.

Abstract:
Agriculture sustainability assessment is conducive to promoting sustainable agriculture construction and sustainable development. Modern agriculture and modern small-peasant production have different requirements for agriculture sustainability. Related studies provided assessment frameworks for many parts of the world. However, existing frameworks have distinct limitations and are not applicable to modern small-peasant economy (MSE) areas, such as China. The purpose of this study is regarding China as an example to construct a healthy farmland system assessment framework (HFSAF), to assess smallholder farmland systems’ sustainability. HFSAF’s theoretical basis, indicator system, data preparation methods, multi-level aggregation rule and results description method are presented in this paper. HFSAF is a multi-level indicator system with adjustable parameters, covering environment, economy and society aspects, including three dimensions, nine visions, 15 themes and 40 basic indicators. Taking Da’an City, Jilin Province, China as the study area to implement HFSAF. The assessment results prove HFSAF can be used to assess agricultural sustainability in MSE areas with limited agro-resource supplies, to assist the sustainable decision-making and regional agriculture remold.

Abstract:
A conference management system (CMS) is becoming most powerful event manager for handling the international conferences. Several web based conference management systems have been developed in the paradigm of open source, which are used by most of the universities and colleges. All the conference management systems were built on web-servers. The organizing process consists of very time consuming and full of paper work for event handling such as Call for papers, submission of papers by authors, review process, registration process of author and general participants. So an easy to use framework of conference management system is needed to cater the need of the non technical people. The developed model is easy to handle and automates the process of the events one after the other without intervention of the editor, reviewer and author for developing ready to publish research papers for any organization.
