Adana’da yaşayan fizyoterapist X* evde kurduğu düzenekle kendisini annesine öldürttü. Bu çalışmanın konusunu da, bir gazetede 22 Ekim 2017 tarihinde yayımlanan “X İntiharı” haberi oluşturmaktadır. İlgili gazete okuyucu/izleyicide stres yaratacak bir haber sunumu yapmıştır. Kamu yararına değil zararına olacak bir haber üretim ve sunumu gerçekleştirmiştir. Medya haber üretim ve sunumu sürecinde kamu yararı ve kamu zararı arasındaki ince çizgiye dikkat etmelidir. Bir haber ilginç olabilir ama burada kamu yararı noktasının da dikkate alınması gerekir. Kamu zararına olacak bir habere yer vermemek basın özgürlüğünü zedelemez, ancak kamu yararını zedeleyebilir. Medyanın kullandığı haber dili ve görsellerle insanları birtakım tavır ve davranışlara yönlendirebilme olasılığı dikkate alınarak, haber üretim ve sunumu yapılması gerekmektedir. Medyanın haber veya başka medya metinleri yoluyla ortaya koyduğu anlatıların okuyucu/izleyici tarafından taklit edilebileceği olasılığı hiçbir zaman göz ardı edilmemelidir. Bu yazıda da intihar haberlerinin veriliş biçimi kamu yararı açısından incelenmektedir *X, olayda yaşamını yitiren kişiyi temsilen kullanılmaktadır. Gerçek ismin kullanılması etik açıdan sakıncalı görülmüştür.

İnsanlarda benlik sunumu geçmişten günümüze kadar her zaman var olmuştur. Onlar günlük yaşantısının neredeyse bütün hallerini sunmaktadırlar. “Dünya bir sahne herkes bu sahnede oyuncu” ise teknolojinin geliştiği günümüzde sanal ortamlarda aynı tiyatro oynanmaktadır. Sanal ortamlarda özellikle sosyal medya ortamlarında insanlar kendi benliklerini resim, video ve metinler yoluyla oluşturmaya çalışmaktadır. Hatta bu ortamlarda insanlar diğer insanların beğenilerine göre hareket etmektedir. Bu da kişinin narsisizme doğru yönelmesine sebep olmaktadır. Bu çalışmada sanal ortamlarda benlik sunumu ve narsisizm arasındaki ilişkisi araştırılmaktadır. Sanal ortam olarak Facebook ele alınmıştır. Çalışma Aksaray Üniversitesi’ndeki öğrencilerden veriler toplanarak yapılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler bilgisayar temelli istatistiki analiz programlarında analiz edilmiştir. Yapılan analiz sonucunda online benlik sunumu ile narsisizm arasında ilişki olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca öğrencilerin çoğu interneti dört saat ve daha fazla süreli kullandıkları ama Facebook’ u genellikle bir saatten daha az süreli kullandıkları tespit edilmiştir.

Abstract:
Målsetningen med denne oppgaven er å styrke endringsagenter sine forutsetninger for å fremme sunne omstillingsprosesser. Den tar utgangspunkt i råd fra forskningsprosjektet Sunne omstillingsprosesser. Prosjektet har vist at innsikt i normer, et hensyn til mangfold, lederes tilgjengelighet, konstruktiv konflikthåndtering og tidlig rolleavklaring er betydningsfullt for en sunn omstillingsprosess. Med dette utgangspunktet redegjør oppgaven for menneskelige forutsetninger som kan svekke rådenes praktiske nytteverdi. Oppgaven bygger på et aksjonsvitenskapelig rammeverk, som synliggjør avviket mellom kunnskap og ferdighetene mennesker benytter i praksis. Skillet tilsvarer avviket mellom uttrykt teori og bruksteori. Aksjonsvitenskap har redegjort for ubevisste kognitive og kommunikative ferdigheter, som svekker individets og organisasjonens muligheter for læring. Ferdighetene er benevnt modell I bruksteori. Oppgaven drøfter hvordan modell I kan svekke anvendeligheten av råd fra Sunne omstillingsprosesser, og hvordan en alternativ bruksteori, modell II, kan kompensere for dette. Oppgaven belyser hvordan intervensjoner for å fremme modell II ferdigheter kan styrke arbeidet med å gjennomføre sunne omstillingsprosesser.

In questa tesi abbiamo analizzato i comportamenti dell'algoritmo Sunny andando a modificare il metodo di scelta delle feature, principalmente passando da un approccio sequenziale ad uno casuale. Abbiamo implementato e confrontato 3 tecniche oltre a quella di partenza: -randk: sfrutta un approccio puramente casuale per il calcolo delle n feature e della k. -simann: sfrutta la tecnica di ottimizzazione di simulated annealing per calcolare le n feature e il valore di k. -simann-mod: come simann, ma utilizza parametri diversi per il calcolo. All'interno di questa tesi troviamo i risultati dell'esperimento e i vantaggi che si possono avere nell'utilizzo di una tecnica che non visita tutte le possibili soluzioni, ma solamente un numero ridotto di esse.

Abstract:
Projektarbetet omfattar ämnena projektplanering, byggteknik samt konstruktion.Rapporten innehåller ett nytt förslag hur man kan bygga en helt ny affärslokal. Genom förslaget löser man bristen på affärsutrymme samt parkering för Ica Sunne som vill utveckla sin verksamhet. Detta projektarbete är ett led i ”handel på lika villkor” eftersom andra butiker i centrum har parkering i närheten av sin butik. Att behålla affärsverksamheten ICA i centrala Sunne är viktigt för hela centrumverksamheten. I projektarbetet ingår forskning och intervjuer som sammanställts till en färdig arkitektritning efter verksamhetens krav och modell över en ny affärslokal med lägenheter på våning två och tre samt utformning av parkeringsplatser. Exteriören är av vikt då den skall överensstämma med befintlig byggnadsmiljö och omgivande byggnader. Målet är att på sikt försöka genomföra denna byggnation.
The project work includes project planning, structural engineering and construction. The report contains a new proposal of how to build a completely new business premises. The proposal solves the lack of commercial space and parking for Ica Sunne who wants to develop their business. This project is part of "fair trading" because other shops in the centre have parking near their stores. It is impotrant for the whole centre that ICA maintain their business operations in central Sunne. The project work includes research and interviews compiled into a final architectural drawings for the business requirements and the model of a new commercial building with apartments on the second and third floor and the design of new parking lots. The exterior is of importance since it must comply with the existing built environment. The goal is to eventually try to implement this project.

SUNNY is a k-nearest neighbors based Algorithm Selection (AS) approach that schedules and runs a number of solvers for a given unforeseen problem. In this work we present sunny-as2, an enhancement of SUNNY for generic AS scenarios that advances the original approach with wrapper-based feature selection, neighborhood-size configuration and a greedy approach to speed-up the training phase. Empirical evidence shows that sunny-as2 is competitive w.r.t. state-of-the-art AS approaches.

Geleneksel öğrenme süreçleri ile uzaktan öğrenme süreçlerinin birlikte tasarlanması olarak ifade edilen harmanlanmış öğrenme, mevcut ihtiyaçların ve şartların göz önünde bulundurularak ve iki öğrenme ortamının en güçlü yanları alınarak öğrenme/ öğretme sürecini daha etkili ve verimli hale getirmeyi amaçlamaktadır. Harmanlanmış öğrenmede dijital teknolojilerin sadece tamamlayıcı olarak değil, aynı zamanda öğrenme sürecini dönüştürücü ve iyileştirici olarak yer alması gerekliliğine dikkat edilmelidir. Teknoloji, pedagoji ve içeriğin doğru bir şekilde birleştirilmesiyle iyi yapılandırılmış harmanlanmış öğrenme süreçleri oluşturulabilir. Harmanlanmış öğrenme uygulamaları, çevrimiçi ortamdaki işbirliği sayesinde etkileşimi derinleştirmekte ve bireysel öğrenmeler ve alıştırmalar için uzaktan öğrenme ortamlarından yararlanılarak zamanın daha verimli kullanılmasını sağlamaktadır. Öğrencilere yer, zaman, içerik açısından öğrenme esnekliği sağlamakta; öğrencilerin bireysel çalışmalarını kendi hızında gerçekleştirmelerini ve konu tekrarı yapabilmelerini kolaylaştırmaktadır. Ayrıca sunduğu pedagojik zenginlik, bilgiye erişim kolaylığı, sosyal etkileşim imkânı, maliyet etkinliği, yeniden düzenlenebilir olması, esneklik gibi farklı yararları bulunmaktadır. Bunun yanında öğrencilerin öz disiplin ve öz düzenleme becerilerini edinebilmesi, eğitmenin öğrenme teknolojisinin doğru şekilde entegre edilmesi konusunda kendini eğitmesi, eğitim kurumlarının doğru ve yeterli teknolojik alt yapıyı ve eğitim desteğini sunabilmesi ve süreç öncesinde tüm paydaşların taleplerine ve ihtiyaçlarına yer veren geniş kapsamlı bir planlamanın yapılması gereklidir. Harmanlanmış öğrenmenin, uygulama şekillerine göre Rotasyon Modeli, Esnek Model, Kişisel Olarak Harmanlanan Model ve Zenginleştirilmiş Sanal Model gibi farklı modelleri ve harmanlanmış öğrenme ortamlarının tasarımda dikkat edilmesi gereken farklı unsurlar bulunmaktadır. Bu rapor kapsamında harmanlanmış öğrenmenin kavramsal temelleri, yapılandırılmasında öne çıkan modeller, tasarım unsurları ve farklı seviyelerdeki uygulama örneklerine yer verilmektedir. Harmanlanmış öğrenme sürecinin incelenmesi ve uygulanabilirliğinin değerlendirilmesi, eğitim kalitesini artırmak ve öğrenme sürecini güçlendirmek adına önem teşkil etmektedir.
