Sunda Sunday School as a platform for spiritual development for children is crucial in fostering creative and innovative services in the digital era. Creative and innovative services are closely tied to the quality of Sunday School teachers. The North Central Java Christian Church in Kembang, Salatiga, is sensitive to the need to improve the quantity and quality of Sunday School teachers through training. Community Development in the form of training for prospective and current Sunday School teachers has an impact on enhancing teachers' understanding in developing creative and innovative Sunday Schools in the digital age. Enhancements include increased dedication to serving children, leadership skills, and the creation of creative, context-appropriate praise. Participants in the training also experience improvement in crafting creative stories and developing innovative storytelling skills using digital media. Furthermore, participants experience improvement in formulating reflective questions in Sunday School learning. Teachers are the backbone of the quality of Sunday School services; therefore, it is important to conduct training and development programs for Sunday School teachers in a systematic and varied manner according to the needs of the local church in the digital era.AbstrakSekolah Minggu sebagai wadah pembinaan rohani anak penting mengembangkan pelayanan kreatif dan inovatif di era digital. Pelayanan kreatif dan inovatif tidak lepas dari kualitas Guru Sekolah Minggunya. Gereja Kristen Jawa Tengah Utara (GKJTU) Kembang, Salatiga memiliki kepekaan terhadap kebutuhan peningkatan kuantitas dan kualitas Guru Sekolah Minggu melalui pemberian pelatihan. Pengembangan kepada Masyarakat (PKM) berbentuk pelatihan bagi calon dan Guru Sekolah Minggu berdampak terhadap peningkatan pemahaman guru mengembangkan Sekolah Minggu kreatif dan inovatif di era digital. Peningkatan tersebut antara lain: meningkatnya panggilan melayani anak, keterampilan memimpin dan menciptakan pujian kreatif, inovatif sesuai konteks gereja. Peserta pelatihan juga mengalami peningkatan menyusun cerita kreatif, memiliki peningkatan kemampuan mengemas cerita secara inovatif memanfaatkan media digital. Selanjutnya peserta mengalami peningkatan mengembangkan pertanyaan reflektif dalam pembelajaran di Sekolah Minggu. Guru merupakan ujung tombak kualitas pelayanan Sekolah Minggu, penting melakukan pelatihan dan program pengembangan Guru Sekolah Minggu secara terprogram dan variatif sesuai kebutuhan gereja lokal di era digital.

Abstract:
The effectiveness of the Sunday school curriculum implementation carried out by GKI Elim Malanu Sunday School Teachers has not been able to answer the needs of children. Sunday School teachers only bring material from the context of the Bible without making efforts to contextualize the Word into real situations experienced by children, such as cyberbullying and violence. This is due to the limited time and knowledge of Sunday school teachers in implementing Sunday school lessons. The research method used by researchers in this study is the descriptive-qualitative research method. According to Creswell J. W. (2017), qualitative research is a study whose main focus is researching social and human problems. The data source is obtained from observing and analyzing objects while in the field, then described in a report using words and not numbers in detail. The effectiveness of the implementation of the implementation of the Sunday school curriculum for Sunday school teachers can be determined by following several important points, including: basic courses for Sunday school teachers; self-study at home; continuous lesson preparation; and getting support from the church and parents. The effectiveness of Sunday school curriculum implementation by Sunday school teachers as an effort to improve the quality of Sunday school learning for children in the GKI Elim Malanu congregation, namely Sunday school teachers understand the central role of Sunday school teachers, improve qualifications and training for Sunday school teachers, support from parents and the church for Sunday school teachers, evaluation and continuous lesson preparation time, and collaboration. GKI Martin Luther Sentani is one of the churches located in Sentani District, Jayapura Regency. GKI Martin Luther's congregation consists of four elements, one of which is the Children and Youth Association (PAR). From the results of discussions and interviews with several Sunday School teachers, information was obtained that the parents of Sunday School children complained when their children asked about lessons in formal schools, especially science subjects. When children offer assignments or homework from school, sometimes parents spontaneously asked the children to ask other people, especially assignments or homework for math subjects. of course, this problem is very important to find a solution considering that mathematics is a basic science. It is also known that Sunday School teachers are also often the place for Sunday School children to ask questions about assignments or homework from formal schools, especially about geometry. If faced with questions from Sunday School children about geometry, only some of sunday school teachers who can explain it. The explanation from the Sunday school teacher also sometimes makes children confused or difficult to understand what is explained. Taking into account the problems faced by Sunday School children, Sunday School teachers, in this case the PAR GKI Executive Board (BP) Martin Luther Sentani Church and the community service team, consider it necessary to hold activities that involve Sunday School children. The purpose of this activity is to inform or introduce geometry through concrete media as well as identifying the nature and elements of geometry and to hone Sunday school children's creations in learning about geometry through concrete media using paper and straws. Implementation of this service using several methods, that are the lecture, question and answer, and demonstrations. With this service activity, the participant’s knowledge about the concept or theory of geometry does not only come from textbooks but also through concrete media so that learning becomes fun. Kecerdasan sangat diperlukan dalam mendidik, karena melalui kecerdasan pendidik mampu menciptakan suasana yang baik serta mampu menyelesaikan masalah yang dialami peserta didik, dengan adanya kecerdasan pendidik akan mampu mengatasi setiap masalah yang dihadapi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui kecerdasan guru sekolah minggu berdasarkan Amsal 1:4-6? dan untuk mengetahui evaluasi kecerdasan dari seorang guru sekolah minggu terhadap prestasi mengajar anak sekolah minggu?. Dengan metode yang digunakan kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dengan kajian studi literatur. Hasil yang diperoleh Pertama, kecerdasan: a) proses belajar mengajar di sekolah minggu terlaksana dengan baik, b) guru sekolah minggu mengajar dengan menggunakan ide baru serta mencari informasi-infromasi baru, c) guru sekolah minggu mengerti tanggung jawab, d) guru sekolah minggu mempersiapkan bahan ajar dengan baik secara maksimal. Kedua, berpengetahuan: a) guru sekolah minggu mengajar berdasarkan pengalaman, b) guru sekolah minggu mampu menguasai ruangan belajar dengan baik, c) guru sekolah minggu memahami psikolog anak didiknya, d) guru sekolah minggu mampu mengajar secara efektif dan efesien. Ketiga, kebijaksanaan: a) guru sekolah minggu sangat produktif dalam membimbing, mendidik, mengajar anak sekolah minggu. b) guru sekolah minggu mengerti kebutuhan anak didiknya secara kognitif, afektif dan psikotorik. c) guru sekolah minggu bijaksana menyelesaikan permasalahan yang dihadapi anak didik. d) guru sekolah minggu mampu memberikan motivasi kepada anak didik. Intelligence is needed in educating because through intelligence educators can create a good atmosphere and can solve problems experienced by students, with intelligence educators will be able to overcome every problem they face. The purpose of this study is to determine the intelligence of Sunday school teachers based on Proverbs 1:4-6. and to find out the intelligence evaluation of a Sunday school teacher on the teaching achievement of Sunday school children. The method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach to the study of literature. The results obtained First, intelligence: a) the teaching and learning process in Sunday school implemented well, b) the Sunday school teacher teaches using new ideas and seeks new information, c) the Sunday school teacher understands responsibilities, d) the Sunday school teacher prepares teaching materials well to the fullest. Second, knowledgeable: a) Sunday school teachers teach based on experience, b) Sunday school teachers can master the study room well, c) Sunday school teachers understand the psychology of their students, and d) Sunday school teachers can teach effectively and efficiently. Third, wisdom: a) Sunday school teachers are very productive in guiding, educating, and teaching Sunday school children. b) Sunday school teachers understand the needs of their students cognitively, affectively, and psychotically. c) Sunday school teachers are wise in solving problems faced by students. d) Sunday school teachers can provide motivation to students.

Christianity in Indonesia can continue to thrive and grow as the church is constantly regenerating, a process that began with Sunday School. Sunday School is the church's primary means of educating the next generation of the church knowledge about Christ. However, there are still Sunday school teachers who do not take the significance of their position seriously. This cannot be separate from the lack of personality competence of Sunday school teachers; consequently, Sunday school teachers in Indonesia frequently disregard their personality competence. The significance of the personality competence of Sunday School teachers cannot be overstated. In 1 Timothy 3:1-7, it is elucidated that an elder who serves as a teacher must possess a personality that aligns with the requisite qualities of an elder. In this section, the writer performs a biblical analysis of 1 Timothy 3:1-7, identifying two distinct frameworks that outline the necessary competencies of an elder's personality. The aforementioned personality competencies encompass possessing a favourable disposition in one's surroundings as well as exhibiting a spiritually healthy personality. The personality competencies outlined have implications for Sunday school teachers in Indonesia. Specifically, it is recommended that Sunday school teachers possess a personality that aligns with both social norms and Christian values.

Despite the fact that research on speech acts has been widely conducted in many communication activities in Indonesia, studies on speech acts in religious communication inside the church, particularly those involving instructors and Sunday school pupils, are still uncommon.di Indonesia The study deals with the analysis of Speech Acts of The Sunday School Children of St. Fransiskus Assisi Church Medan, the data were collected by a documentary technique by using tablet handphone while The Sunday School Children learning process. The purpose of this study is to describe the presentation of Illocutionary acts and their types which are dominantly used by the Sunday School Teachers. Utilizing Searle’s theory, the research was conducted by Qualitative research Method by using a case study research design. A total of 200 utterances were analyzed in the study to find out the pattern of speech acts performed by Sunday school teachers. The study shows that there are five types of illocutionary acts used by Sunday school teachers; directives, assertive, expressive, commissions, and declarative. The most dominant type of speech acts in communication presentations were directives reaching up to 68,91%, whereas the least to occur was the declarative type (0.51%). The results of this study do not reflect the communication aspects that should be practiced in Sunday schools, which should emphasize persuasive expressions to persuade Sunday school children to be more active in worshiping and listening to God's word.

Sunday-school is an important component of the church because it helps the church to produce healthy individuals that become active members. The objective of the study was to examine the influence on teachers’ competence on the success of Sunday-school as a mission field at A.I.C Bondeni in Nakuru County, Kenya. Specifically, the study examined how budgetary allocation, competence of Sunday-school teachers and also how administrative support influence Sunday-school as a mission field in the aforementioned church. The population of 548 Sunday-school instructors, youth, parents of Sunday-school children, pastors, and administrators at the AIC Bondeni Local Church was studied using a descriptive survey design. Stratified random sampling was used to select 85 respondents from the research population. To obtain data, a detailed self-administered semi-structured questionnaire was used. The questionnaire was pilot tested before being used to collect data for the main study, in order to determine its validity and reliability. Prior to data collection, all necessary permits and consents were obtained. The collected data was analysed qualitatively and quantitatively with the aid of the Statistical Packages for Social Sciences software. Results revealed that teachers’ competence have a positive and statistically significant influence on the success of Sunday-school as a mission field. From the discoveries, the study recommends that AIC Bondeni and other churches should create budgetary allocation for teachers’ stipends, assess the theological understanding of Sunday-school teachers, and create continual teachers’ training and development programmes

Abstract:
The purpose of this research is to identify and assess teaching patterns at the Kusala Citta Buddhist Sunday School. This style of investigation is qualitative with descriptive analysis. This study's data gathering methods included observation, interviews, and documentation. Five teachers of the Kusala Citta Buddhist Sunday School and three representatives of Kusala Citta Buddhist Sunday School students provided the data for this research. The findings of this research indicate that students are inactive participants in the learning process due to the low implementation of instructional patterns. At Kusala Citta Buddhist Sunday School, the traditional teaching pattern and the technological teaching pattern are often used as instructional strategies. In conducting the examination of teaching patterns at Kusala Citta Buddhist Sunday School, the significance of curricular guidance in the implementation of learning was determined. The curriculum is the teacher's primary instructional base. Before teaching, the teacher must create a Learning Implementation Plan to make it simpler for them to establish patterns, approaches, and strategies. Students become learning centers throughout the learning process so they may explore their potential, perfect their abilities, and communicate their views. In order to inspire Buddhist Sunday School students to think critically and prudently, teachers must be able to create an engaging learning environment. In developing instructional patterns, techniques, and strategies, teachers must be creative and imaginative.

ABSTRACT This community service activity (PKM) aims to increase understanding of the preparation of learning units in accordance with the GKI Sunday school curriculum in Tanah Papua for Sunday school teachers at the GKI Pengharapan Congregation in Jayapura. The method used in this community service activity is the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method. This activity was attended by 31 Sunday school teachers from 3 learning classes, namely: kindergarten / small child class teachers, Tanggung children class teachers and youth class teachers. Sunday School teachers come from nine (9) Rayon ministries in the GKI Pengharapan Congregation in Jayapura. The stages in compiling Sunday School learning units consist of determining the Kerugma or Core News in Bible reading, creating learning objectives and compiling Sunday School learning units. After mentoring activities to compile Sunday school lesson units for Sunday school teachers, there was a fundamental change for teachers. Sunday school learning which initially used the lecture method, now there are various churches that use various teaching methods, one of which is audio-visual media. The problem, according to the author's observations, especially at the Fellowship Protestant Church (GPP) Parhorboan Resort Tapanuli Utara II, is that school teachers are still lacking in using teaching methods that can create interaction between teachers and children, thus having an impact on children's interest in participating in Sunday school worship. The research method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method. The research implementation uses procedures that produce descriptive data in the form of written and spoken words from people whose behavior is observed through interviews or observations using a qualitative approach. This research aims to find out how to increase the interest of Sunday school children aged 9-12 years in attending Sunday services at the Fellowship Protestant Church (GPP) Parhorboan Resort Tapanuli Utara II through the use of audio-visual media. The results of this research show that Sunday school children receiving teaching delivered by Sunday school teachers using audio-visual media can increase Sunday school children's interest in attending worship.

Thismeans that if the Performance of Buddhist Sunday School Teachers is low, it will have an impact on the quality of learning which will have implications for the quality of educational output. Previous surveys showed that the performance of SMB teachers in terms of quantity, quality, time utilization, effectiveness, and efficiency still needs to be improved because it is far from the quality as expected. This st udy aims to find out how motivation and work discipline individually and together can affect the quality of SMB teacher performance. This research was conducted by conducting a survey method and using a qualitative approach. The sample in this study was SMB teachers from 15 Buddhist Sunday Schools in Banten Province totaling 85 respondents. Sample selection is carried out using the purposive sampling type method while the collection is carried out through a questionnaire. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between the value of the work motivation variable and the performance of SMB teachers with a coefficient of ry1 = 0.889, a coefficient of determination (ry1) 2 = 0.654 (65.4%) with a regression equation of Y = 56.456 + 0.505X1, There is a positive and significant relationship between the Value of the Work Discipline variable and the value of the SMB teacher performance variable with a coefficient of ry2 = 0.678, a coefficient of determination (ry2) 2 = 0.346 (34.6%) with a regression equation Y = 72.287 + 0.416X 2 , There is a positive and significant relationship between the value of the variable of motivation for achievement and Work Discipline together with the value of the variable performance of SMB teachers with a coefficient of ry12 = 0.847, coefficient of determination (ry12) 2 = 0.718 (71.8%) with regression equation Y = 43.487 + 0.426 X1 + 0.200 X2. This shows that teacher performance can be improved through increasing motivation to excel and Work Discipline which can be done separately or together.

This study uses qualitative research methods through a literature study approach. The fact is that it is not easy to become a Sunday school teacher, they must understand and learn about the various competencies that must be possessed to become a good teacher and servant of God. This study was conducted to obtain empirical evidence about the effect of teacher barriers on the motivation for Sunday school services in Jebres Javanese Christian Church Surakarta. The population in this study were GKJ Jebres Surakarta Sunday school teachers, totaling 20 people. In the study used data collection techniques that are considered suitable, namely questionnaire (questionnaire). In this study, the independent variables are barriers to Sunday school teachers, while the dependent variable is the motivation of Sunday school services at GKJ Jebres Surakarta. The collected data will be analyzed using correlation test and simple regression analysis at a significance level of 5%. The results showed that there was a very strong correlation between the obstacles of Sunday school teachers and the motivation of Sunday school services in Jebres Javanese Christian Church. The results also show that the constraints of Sunday school teachers have a significant effect on the motivation of Sunday school services in Jebres Javanese Christian Church. Abstrak Anak-anak nantinya akan meneruskan tongkat estafet pelayanan gereja. Merekalah yang akan bertanggung jawab dengan kondisi gereja di masa mendatang. Sekolah minggu hadir sebagai lembaga gereja guna mempersiapkan mereka untuk menjadi calon pemimpin gereja. Gereja membutuhkan orang-orang yang bersedia menjadi guru sekolah minggu. Faktanya tidak mudah untuk menjadi seorang guru sekolah minggu, mereka harus memahami dan belajar tentang berbagai kompetensi yang harus dimiliki untuk menjadi seorang guru sekaligus pelayan Tuhan yang baik. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memperoleh bukti empiris tentang pengaruh hambatan-hambatan guru terhadap motivasi pelayanan sekolah minggu di Gereja Kristen Jawa Jebres Surakarta. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru-guru sekolah minggu GKJ Jebres Surakarta yang berjumlah 20 orang. Dalam penelitian digunakan tehnik pengumpulan data yang dianggap cocok, yakni angket (kuesioner). Dalam penelitian ini variabel bebasnya adalah hambatan-hambatan guru sekolah Minggu, sedangkan yang menjadi variabel terikat adalah motivasi pelayanan sekolah Minggu di GKJ Jebres Surakarta. Data yang terkumpul akan dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji korelasi dan analisis regresi sederhana pada tingkat signifikansi sebesar 5%. The majority of Sunday School teachers are educated or currently sitting in high school. Thus, the psychomotor aspect really needs to be developed through trainings carried in schools and churches. Because teaching Sunday school cannot be carried like a sermon at Sunday worship in church, but Sunday school activities are full of creations and are colored with a joyful and fun atmosphere for children. The purpose is to improve the skills of State High School 2 Ulunoyo students in teaching creative Sunday schools. A combination of lecture, question and answer and role-playing methods was used. As a result of this community service, students better understand the importance of creation in Sunday school teaching, add experience and give new enthusiasm to be involved in Sunday school activities in their respective churches. Sebab mengajar sekolah minggu tidak dapat dilaksanakan seperti khotbah pada ibadah minggu atau ibadah raya di gereja, tetapi kegiatan sekolah minggu penuh dengan kreasi-kreasi dan diwarnai dengan suasana yang sukacita serta menyenangkan bagi anak sekolah minggu. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan keterampilan siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 2 Ulunoyo dalam mengajar sekolah minggu yang kreatif. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation and work discipline on the performance of Chong-De Buddhist Sunday School (SMB) teachers throughout North Sumatra. This study uses multiple regression analysis. In this study the determination of the sample using probability sampling technique with the number of samples used in this study as many as 86 respondents. This study uses primary data, data is collected by distributing questionnaires to respondents via google forms. Testing the research hypothesis using SPSS 20.0 for Windows.With the coefficient ry12 = 0.917, the coefficient of determination (ry12)2 = 0.840 (84.0%) with the regression equation Y=34,805 + 0.165 X1 + 0.682 X2. This means that the higher the compensation and work discipline together, it can improve the teacher's performance of the Chong-De Buddhist Sunday School (SMB) teachers in North Sumatra. Work discipline has a positive effect on teacher performance Buddhist Sunday School (SMB) Chong-De, North Sumatra. Compensation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect together on the performance of teachers Buddhist Sunday School (SMB) Chong-De, North Sumatra. As a result, this study aims to describe, identify the struggles and analyze the obstacles of the Sunday School teachers to maintain consistency in their teaching preparations. A case study was used, involving 12 participants at the Indonesian Christian Church XYZ. The data were collected using the questionnaires and in-depth interviews and were triangulated using the coding system (Strauss &amp; Corbin, 1989). The results have indicated that the Shared Christian Praxis helps the Sunday School teachers to maintain consistency in attending the collective teaching preparations, helps to transform their personal lives for the better ways of teaching, and also directs them to share their teaching experiences.<em></em></p></div>

This paper is a theological analysis of the current post-modern situation and conditions showing that there has been a degradation of moral quality in the Indonesian nation, especially in hildren. Many aspects affect the symptoms of moral degradation.The role of parents in motivating Sunday School Children to Worship is not paying enough attention, marked by the lack of children attending worship/child services at the church or happy cottage. The use of less creative learning methods using only one method makes children uninteresting to hear stories and come to the children's service. Then the funding for Sunday School development did not get the attention of the church council, causing Sunday school teachers to go up and down the house to sell groceries to finance Sunday school activities.Christian religious education in moral formation essentially brings a spiritual change for the better (cognitive), which educates, teaches, and achieves a business with a future goal of noble character and fear of God. The moral formation of Sunday school children can be given formally in schools, non-formally in the church environment, namely the assembly, Sunday school teachers and informally in the family as the spearhead in the moral formation of children. These educators are required to be more creative in formulating learning patterns, methods, learning curricula and provide more funding to advance and develop Sunday school. In the application that very important role is 'exemplary' in everyday life, both the example that has been given by God Jesus as a great teacher, an example that is formally displayed by PAK; informal, and informal as well as the application of the 'dining table theory' as exemplified by the Lord Jesus. Of course, all of this cannot be separated from adjusting to the needs and growth and development of children according to conditions and characteristics in a holistic, effective and creative way.This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach, where the data obtained are in the form of an explanation of the concept or text and not numbers. The results of the study concluded that the role of Christian religious education on the moral formation of Sunday school children in the GMIM Golgotha congregation was able to develop the potential of Sunday school teachers to create the method of "Active, Creative, Effective, and Fun Learning in organizing Sunday school worship, building holistic service partnerships"

Purpose: This research aims to explore the methods used by Sunday School teachers to teach fundamental prayers to the children of Minggu Gembira at St. Yohanes Don Bosco Sukajulu Tiga Jupa. Methodology: This study adopted a qualitative approach using a single case study method. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that the teaching methods employed by Sunday schoolteachers include the use of visual media, repetition, and real-life examples. Results: This study explored the effectiveness of The Sunday School teacher's method in teaching the main prayers to the children of Sunday Joy at St. John Don Bosco Sukajulu Tiga Jumpa Station. Results indicate that this method shows promise in enhancing children's understanding and retention of key prayers Limitations: The limitations include small sample size and limited generalizability to other settings. Further research is required to assess the long-term impact of this method on children's spiritual growth and development. Contribution: This study contributes to the development of teaching methods for fundamental prayers in Sunday Schools and provides insights into how Minggu Gembira children respond to teaching methods.

This article aims to analyze the management of Sunday Schools in the Kalimantan Evangelical Church of Kasih Marawan Lama, South Barito Regency, Central Kalimantan Province. The problem is that the church is not aware that Sunday schools are experiencing some management-related problems. This caused the Sunday school categorical worship service to be unable to perform its functions properly. This research uses a qualitative method by examining phenomena that occur in the field and providing an explanation of what the author sees and feels and describes the results of interviews with informants. The results of the study revealed that the work program was prepared by Sunday School teachers, then the panel evaluated and reviewed each work program design that had been planned. Sunday School financial management of income and expenses is reported on a quarterly basis. The chairman of the assembly and the Sunday School teacher worked together to solve the Sunday School problem. The implementation of Sunday School services has not been running optimally and effectively. This has an impact on decreasing children's interest in coming to Sunday School services. The timing of the implementation of worship is also not appropriate and prevents children from coming. Evaluation of the performance of Sunday School teachers needs to be carried out to see the results of the implementation of Sunday School activities. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis manajemen Sekolah Minggu di Gereja Kalimantan Evangelis Kasih Marawan Lama, Kabupaten Barito Selatan, Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah. Permasalahan gereja kurang menyadari bahwa sekolah minggu mengalami beberapa masalah terkait manajemen. Hal ini menyebabkan pelayanan ibadah kategorial sekolah minggu tidak dapat menjalankan fungsinya dengan baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan meneliti fenomena-fenomena yang terjadi di lapangan serta memberikan penjelasan atas apa yang dilihat dan dirasakan oleh penulis dan mendeskripsikan hasil wawancara dengan informan. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa program kerja disusun oleh guru Sekolah Minggu, kemudian majelis mengevaluasi dan meninjau kembali setiap rancangan program kerja yang sudah direncanakan. Manajemen keuangan Sekolah Minggu terkait pemasukan dan pengeluaran dilaporkan setiap kunjungan triwulan. Ketua majelis dan guru Sekolah Minggu bekerja sama untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan Sekolah Minggu. Pelaksanaan pelayanan Sekolah Minggu belum berjalan dengan maksimal dan efektif. Hal ini berdampak pada menurunnya minat anak untuk datang dalam ibadah Sekolah Minggu. Pengaturan waktu pelaksanaan ibadah juga tidak sesuai dan membuat anak tidak datang. Evaluasi kinerja guru Sekolah Minggu perlu dilakukan untuk melihat hasil dari pelaksanaan kegiatan Sekolah Minggu.

This study was the first of the two-cycled action research. This study aimed at building teachers’ understanding of integrating local wisdom and culture content with Buddhism at Adhicitta Buddhist Sunday School, Suruh, Tengaran, and Susukan, as the basis of the implementation of local wisdom and culture-based Buddhist learning. The first cycle of action research consisted of three stages, Look, Think, and Act. The data gathering technique employed interview, observation, and documentation. The data was analyzed through data condensation, data display, and drawing and verification conclusions. The results showed that the teachers at Adhicitta Buddhist Sunday School, Suruh, Tengaran, and Susukan had not completely understood how to integrate local wisdom and culture content with Buddhism. The human resources limitation and the high demand of the Buddhist Sunday School Curriculum contributed as the main factors of the teachers’ poor understanding. Based on the evaluation of the latest step of Act, the next cycle focused on the intensive training towards the teachers at Adhicitta Buddhist Sunday School, Suruh, Tengaran, and Susukan in designing local wisdom and culture-based Buddhist lesson plans.

Pertama semua pihak mengerti dalam pelayanan sekolah Minggu di Masa Pandemi Covid-19 merupakan tantangan yang harus diselesaikan oleh semua pihak. The spiritual crisis among Sunday school children has become a serious concern in the context of Christian religious education. This article examines the important role played by Christian religious education teachers in overcoming this crisis. In a modern context full of challenges, children often experience spiritual isolation, loss of religious values, and difficulty implementing Christian principles in everyday life. Christian religious education teachers have a responsibility to provide guidance and inspiration to these children. This article examines strategies and methods Christian religious education teachers can use to help Sunday school children overcome spiritual crises. Some of the strategies described include the use of interesting Bible stories, interactive and creative teaching, building empathetic relationships with students, and encouraging reflection and application of Christian values in everyday life. Christian religious education teachers must also be able to tactfully face children's questions and doubts, and develop a deep understanding of children's spiritual and developmental needs. Through their role, Christian religious education teachers can be role models and sources of inspiration for Sunday school children in strengthening their faith and dealing with spiritual crises. In carrying out their duties, teachers must have a strong commitment to the mission of Christian religious education and pay attention to the social and cultural changes that affect children's lives. This article aims to inform and motivate Christian religious education teachers in carrying out their roles more effectively and relevantly amidst the spiritual crisis of Sunday school children. The performance appraisal of Sunday school teacher in the Imanuel Lurang congregation aims to measure and distinguish the quality of performance achieved by Sunday school teacher and decide various policies such as giving rewards to every Sunday school teacher with the best performance, and for Sunday school teacher who have poor performance scores will be given a guiding, approach, etc. The number of criteria in determining the quality of Sunday school teacher is not an easy thing to do by manual. Then it is essential that a computerized performance appraisal-based performance app can speed up the process of progressing to be more effective and efficient. This research develops decision support systems (DSS) that is dynamic using the PHP programming language, by combining the AHP method that has been refined by the VIKOR method. The AHP method is used in determining the weight of each criterion, and the VIKOR method is used for the ranking process. Test results indicate that the system can provide a sequence of alternative Sunday school teacher that will be used as recommendations for decision makers to determine which Sunday school teachers are quality and not qualified.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational climate and transformational leadership on the performance of Buddhist Sunday School teachers in Denpasar City. This research uses multiple regression analysis. In this study using a sample using probability sampling technique, with a total sample of 85 respondents. This research uses primary data, data is collected by distributing questionnaires to respondents via google form which is tested with SPSS 20.0 for Windows. The results showed that organizational climate had a positive effect on the performance of Buddhist Sunday School teachers in Denpasar City with a correlation coefficient score (ry1 = 0.517) and a determination coefficient of the resulting score of r2y1 = 0.267. Transformational leadership has a positive effect on the performance of Buddhist Sunday School teachers in Denpasar City with the resulting correlation coefficient of ry2 = 0.833 and a coefficient of determination score (r2y2 = 0.694). Organizational climate and transformational leadership have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Buddhist Sunday School teachers in Denpasar City with the resulting correlation coefficient of ry1,2 = 0,856 and the coefficient of determination of the score (r2y1,2 = 0,733). Regression equation: 12 = 39.400 + 0.144X1 + 0.526X2. So for optimizing performance, it is necessary to have policies and regulations to improve organizational climate and transformational leadership.

Sunday School cannot be separated from the church as a forum for evangelism and teaching about Christian Religious Education. Therefore, the purpose of writing this article is to encourage churches and teachers to prepare a curriculum that is in accordance with the characteristics of middle graders. The method used is a library research method, which examines a contextual Christian religious education curriculum for middle class Sunday schools. The analysis process carried out by the author is to use a variety of trusted electronic and library sources to support the author's analysis. The results obtained in this study are the importance of understanding the nature of Sunday school, the characteristics of middle school children, the appropriate Sunday school curriculum and the involvement of Sunday school teachers. Seeing this, the Christian religious education curriculum in middle class is very urgent to be prepared and paid attention to by the church today based on the needs of Sunday school children. This study aimed to evaluate the online learning program at Buddhist Sunday School, Vihara Jakarta Dhammacakka Jaya by using the CIPP model. The result of this study showed that: (1) the online learning program at Buddhist Sunday School, Vihara Jakarta Dhammacakka Jaya was organized by Buddhist Sunday School's administrators so the teachers could teach Dhamma to the students even during the Covid-19 pandemic; (2) The teachers and students need equipment, such as laptops and the internet to connect with zoom; (3) The teacher used PowerPoint to deliver the material. The learning was carried out by various methods, such as lectures, stories, watching movies, and online games; and (4) The online learning outcomes, including the development of knowledge, attitudes, and skills. The assessment was carried out by observation or orally. From online learning, the students could be cheerful even during the Covid-19 pandemic, they also can apply the devotional teachings to their parents, but on the other hand, they used gadgets more.

The article describes and substantiates the use of a new pedagogical technology – a workshop in a Sunday school. The actual problems of the organization of educational activities in Sunday schools in the context of their development history are identified and the expediency of teachers' appeal to new pedagogical technologies is shown. The text briefly describes the existing experience of using a pedagogical workshop in general education organizations, describes in detail the stages of workshops, justifies the names of each stage and presents their compliance with the requirements for Sunday school classes. For clarity and persuasiveness, the article provides a lesson plan in Sunday school with pupils of different ages on the topic "About the creation of the world". Special attention is focused on the most important stages of the workshop, such as induction, rupture and reflection. In conclusion, the article concludes that the use of a pedagogical workshop in Sunday school classes allows overcoming a number of difficulties, such as the lack of a material base and the multi-age nature of pupils, contributes to the personal experience of the student and teacher of his meeting with God and revelation, which should lead to the inner work of a person on himself and his spiritual transformation.

It is one of the obligations of the writer in carrying out the University of Nusa Cendana's three principles, namely teaching, researching, and serving the community. The point of this program is Sunday School teachers in 22 and 24 service area of the Imanuel Church Oepura in Kupang, who will apply the method in Sunday School teaching every two weeks. This program is implemented per semester. There are three goals to be achieved; first, to run the English Day program that launched by the Governor of NTT, Viktor B. Laiskodat, secondly, to refresh and to give new atmosphere and enthusiasm for Sunday School teachers to maintain English language skills when attending school several years ago, and finally to support global tourism programs in the coming years in East Nusa Tenggara. Based on the analysis of the situation of young language learners in Sunday School, the writer set the method of Total Physical Response (TPR) through Bible-themed songs and games in English to develop the spirit and ability to learn English. This classic method is also still reaping the pros and cons but in its implementation, it still play role to be something interesting and easy for young language learners to get vocabulary and pleasant learning experiences. In general, the material can be well received because of the education background of Sunday School teachers from the High School level, Vocational School, and Sarjana Degree. Based on the application on Sunday School 55 participants, in 6-14 year old group could follow the instructions appropriately. Furthermore, in 3-5 year olds group only followed the movement of songs or games but could not understand the instructions or the aims of the games. The output of this program is to gradually begin with learning the names of Bible characters, places, and books in English, vocabulary and other games and songs to increase English vocabulary in speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills in English that programmed in the curriculum also English Textbooks for Sunday School participants.

The level of education of Sunday school teachers is one of the important factors for Sunday school teaching competence. As a Sunday school teacher who is professional in his field, he is expected to have good teaching competence as well. To determine the effect of education level on the teaching competence of Sunday school teachers at the Bethel Tabernacle Church (GBT) in Lampung Province, a study was conducted regarding this matter. The purpose of this study was to see whether there was an effect of teacher education level on their competence. If the level of education is low, the teaching competence is low, and vice versa. With a quantitative approach, data collection techniques through questionnaires with a Likert scale, and data processing using SPSS obtained a correlation number of 0.308. Based on the correlation coefficient table, this figure is included in the low category. That is, there is a low correlation between Education Level (X) and Teaching Competence (Y). Meanwhile, to see how much the X variable contributes to Y, the determinant coefficient test is carried out and gets a figure of 9.5%.

Buddhist Sunday School is one non-formal Buddhist religious education program held in most vihāras. The Buddhist Sunday School is considered necessary for improving children's understanding of the Buddha’s teaching. Various media for learning is needed to attract their interest in participating in Buddhist Sunday School. This research aims to determine how Kacchapa Jātaka audiovisual media affects the children’s interest in participating in the Buddhist Sunday School. This study observes interest, attention, motivation source, and enthusiasm towards Buddhist Sunday School material about the Kacchapa Jātaka story in the form of audiovisual media. This is quantitative research. The population of this research is children (9-14 years old) of Buddhist Sunday School Metta Dhamma in Samirono, Getasan, Semarang. This research uses a saturation sampling technique because of the small population: less than 30 children (aged 9-14 years). Based on the result of data analysis using simple linear regression formula, the magnitude of R Square is 0.744. It means that 74.4% of children’s interest in participating in Metta Dhamma Buddhist Sunday School activity is influenced by Kacchapa Jātaka audiovisual media. The results offer insightful information for Buddhist Sunday School teachers and stakeholders to enhance the efficacy of the teaching and learning process by developing engaging learning media. Instructional implications and research suggestions are provided based on the study's results.

Abstract:
This paper tries to explain how the Sunday School learning strategy is carried out by Sunday School teachers, and the changes in the learning model that are applied during and after the Covid-19 pandemic. This research uses qualitative-descriptive by conducting in-depth interviews with Sekolah Minggu teachers and GKPI Dame Dr. I.L. Nommensen Saitnihuta, Tarutung. By using the dialogue concept of Paulo Freire, this research shows that teaching and learning activities in Sekolah Minggus provide a free space for critical thinking processes. Teachers can provide a more creative and dialogical learning atmosphere to students. The material for Sunday School activities comes from an agenda book entitled 'Ajarlah Mereka' which the GKPI head office issued by adjusting the contents of the Bible. Students are more reflective in absorbing moral education and applying Christian faith. Teachers conduct regular evaluations, mobilize study rooms and arrange worship arrangements during and after the Covid-19 pandemic takes place. Reflective evaluation of a range of different situations can lead to changes in the dialogical learning model. Teachers and students will be in an equal stage, which is both learning to reflect the gospel and Christian moral values ​​in everyday life.

Ideally, missiology education is applied to teachers and preachers who are positioned for adults who already have qualified literacy and religious abilities. In the application of youth and children's education, it is recommended to parents and teachers so that parents of these students or children can learn the rules of learning. Missiology is learning when someone gives testimony and a story about superpowers or outside forces reason (about the power of God, Prophets, and religious leaders), so that they provide a personal experience and story that can convince people, whether in any religion. Missiology learning is not part of the context of education in schools, but the context of missiology should have been taught by parents and teachers when the children studied religion. This study aims to reveal how simple missiology learning can be applied so that children in their development to adulthood have the ability and uphold the mind in upholding supernatural values.

The author investigated the efforts of Sunday school teachers to love and educate children to fulfil God's design through their personalities. The research method was a descriptive qualitative study with a library research approach. The lack of understanding of a Sunday school teacher on students' personality, character, and temperament was one aspect that triggers why Sunday school teachers did not love and educate children wholeheartedly. Therefore, it is essential for Sunday school teachers to love and educate children to fulfil God's design through their personalities. Loving and educating children aims to reach their maximum potential for Jesus in the context of the gifts and qualities that God has abundantly bestowed upon each child. Sunday school teachers need to educate children to attain higher levels of spiritual excellence in pious, wise and knowledgeable and learned personalities. The purpose of studying the personality of Sunday school children is to understand, reach, and teach students more effectively through the unique personality that God has given to students so that we can bring honour and glory to God. Abstrak: Penulis menginvestigasi upaya guru sekolah minggu mengasihi dan mendidik anak-anak untuk memenuhi rancangan Allah melalui kepribadiannya. Metode penelitian pada penulisan artikel ini adalah menggunakan metode kajian kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan library research. Kurangnya pemahaman seorang guru sekolah minggu terhadap kepribadian, karakter, dan tempramen peserta didik, merupakan salah satu aspek yang memicu mengapa guru sekolah minggu kurang mengasihi dan mendidik anak-anak dengan sepenuh hati. Oleh sebab itu sangat penting peranan guru sekolah minggu untuk mengasihi dan mendidik anak-anak untuk memenuhi rancangan Allah lewat kepribadiannya. Mengasihi dan mendidik anak-anak bertujuan untuk mencapai potensi mereka secara maksimal bagi Yesus dan melakukan hal ini dalam konteks karunia dan kualitas yang telah dikaruniakan Tuhan secara limpah kepada masing-masing anak. Guru sekolah minggu perlu mendidik anak-anak untuk mencapai level keunggulan rohani yang lebih tinggi dalam kepribadian yang saleh, bijaksana dan berpengetahuan serta terpelajar. Tujuan mempelajari kepribadian anak-anak sekolah minggu adalah untuk memahami, menjangkau, dan mengajar murid-murid secara lebih efektif melalui kepribadian khususnya yang diberikan Allah kepada anak didik, sehingga kita bisa mendatangkan kehormatan dan kemuliaan bagi Allah. Education in the industrial revolution 4.0 has increased in terms of technology. Early Sunday school learning, which only used the lecture method, is now using various methods. The audio-visual teaching method is a combination of image and sound, this method makes the child's sense of hearing and sense of sight easier to understand the material presented. Audio-visual media does not only depend on laptops or LCD projectors, but teachers can provide alternative audio-visual methods using painted or printed images accompanied by spiritual song instruments using speakers or gadgets. It makes Sunday school teachers think more creatively by using existing equipment in anticipation of problems with the laptop or LCD projector. Based on this fact, the researcher gave this solution to Sunday school teachers and it was well-received. This study uses a qualitative approach with a focus group discussion technique aimed at Sunday school teachers at the Bumiayu Tabernacle Camp Church. The researcher uses this method to find alternative audio-visual methods. Based on the results of interviews, observations, and documentation, researchers found that Sunday school teachers at the Bumiayu Tabernacle Camp Church were already using alternative audio-visual methods in Sunday school learning. AbstrakPendidikan pada revolusi industry 4.0 mengalami peningkatan dalam segi teknologi. Pembelajaran sekolah minggu yang awalnya yang hanya menggunakan metode ceramah saat ini sudah menggunakan berbagai cara metode. Metode audio visual adalah penggabungan antara gambar dan suara, hal ini membuat indera pendengaran dan indera penglihatan anak menjadi lebih mudah memahami materi yang disampaikan. Media audio visual tidak hanya bergantung dari laptop atau lcd proyektor, akan tetapi pengajar dapat memberikan alternatif metode audio visual menggunakan gambar yang dilukis atau dicetak dengan diiringin instrument lagu rohani menggunakan speaker atau gawai. Hal ini membuat guru sekolah minggu untuk berpikir lebih kreatif dengan menggunakan peralatan yang ada sebagai antisipasi jika terjadi kendala pada lapto atau lcd proyektor. Untuk itu peneliti memberikan solusi ini kepada guru sekolah minggu dan diterima dengan baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik focus group discussion yang ditujukan ke guru sekolah minggu di Gereja Kemah Tabernakel Bumiayu. Sehingga diskusi mengenai alternatif metode audio visual dapat terlaksana. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi peneliti mendapati bahwa guru sekolah minggu di Gereja Kemah Tabernakel Bumiayu sudah menggunakan alternatif metode audio visual pada pembelajaran sekolah minggu.

During the pandemic, Sunday School activities have challenges: Sunday school teachers are not familiar with technology, children are not used to technology and online meetings. This research was conducted by simple random sampling in several churches in East Java in the Middle class. The total population is 60 children, and the sample taken is 52 children. Data analysis measures the relationship between variables using a correlation test and the magnitude of the influence between variables. This study shows that a teacher can start the Sunday school activities with asynchronous learning during the pandemic using YouTube and WhatsApp media combined with engaged learning strategies that can make children feel involved.

Learning plays an important role for one's success in achieving change, and this relates to how teachers teach. The way teachers carry on the duty which does not involve variations in the use of methods will affect students’ achievemen. The purpose of this study is to know the pattern of Buddhist Sunday School learning in the Dhamma Pañña Monastery Krajan Kalimanggis Kaloran Temanggung. This research uses qualitative methods of descriptive. The subject of this studies are the heads of the monasteries, mentor teachers, parents, and students. The object used is a learning pattern. The data collection techniques used are interviews, observations, and documentation. Validity of data obtained through continuous observation, triangulation, and member check. Data analysis techniques using Milles and Huberman methods which include data collection (data collection), data reduction, data presentation (display data), and drawing conclusions or conclusion drawing verification. Based on the results of the study, it can be found as follows: (a) The learning pattern used by teachers is the learning pattern and media to achieve the purpose, the selection of the content and methods, teachers, media and students; (b) The role of a mentor teacher in a Sunday school activity as mentors (the teacher as a model that gives examples of real action such as Namaskara), as educators (teachers provide a level of freedom to the students when the teacher provides assignment, and when students have not completed it, they can not play among themselves), the facilitator (teachers conditioned student-centered learning), motivators (teachers assess the outcome of students' work); (c) The impact of Sunday school activities on the cognitive realm (the students’ recall increases), affective (emerging work attitudes, patience, and confidence), psychomotor (increasing creativity in terms of drawing, coloring, and making flowers shape from folding paper.

Good teaching on Sunday School will have an impact in the future for the growth and development of the church. The teaching is given by a Sunday School teacher centered on the Word of God. By teaching God's Word to Sunday School children, they have carried out the great commission of the Lord Jesus in Mark 10:14 and Matthew 28:19-3. However, the Word that is taught must first look at the context or condition of the Sunday School child so that the Word is processed, accepted and actualized by the child in daily life. For this reason, teachers need a method in developing and delivering God's Word in the church. The method that can be used by teachers is to use the curriculum. The curriculum suggested by the author for teaching is to use the Subject Centered Design curriculum which is centered on teaching materials or the Bible. The purpose of this research is to make it easier for Sunday school children to understand the contents of the Bible, to make it easier for Sunday school children to remember the contents of the Bible, to develop teaching patterns for Sunday school teachers in compiling learning materials sourced from the Bible, to find out teaching patterns using the Subject Centered Design curriculum. Thus, the Subject Centered Design curriculum is not only used in formal education, but the curriculum also applies in churches to foster Sunday School Children.Pengajaran yang baik terhadap Sekolah Minggu akan memberikan dampak ke depannya bagi pertumbuhan dan perkembangan gereja. Pengajaran tersebut diberikan oleh guru Sekolah Minggu yang berpusat pada Firman Tuhan. Namun Firman yang diajarkan harus melihat terlebih dahulu konteks atau kondisi anak Sekolah Minggu sehingga Firman itu diproses, diterima dan diaktualisasikan si anak dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Untuk itu pengajar membutuhkan suatu metode dalam pengembangan dan penyampaian Firman Tuhan di gereja. Metode yang dapat digunakan pengajar adalah dengan menggunakan kurikulum. Kurikulum yang disarankan oleh penulis untuk melakukan pengajaran yaitu menggunakan kurikulum Subject Centered Design yang berpusat pada bahan ajar atau Alkitab. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mempermudah anak Sekolah Minggu memahami isi Alkitab, untuk mempermudah anak Sekolah Minggu mengingat isi Alkitab, untuk mengembangkan pola pengajaran guru Sekolah Minggu dalam menyusun bahan pembelajaran yang bersumber dari Alkitab, untuk mengetahui pola pengajaran menggunakan kurikulum Subject Centered Design. Dengan demikian kurikulum Subject Centered Design tidak hanya digunakan dalam pendidikan formal namun kurikulum juga berlaku di gereja untuk membina Anak Sekolah Minggu.

The purpose of this Community Service is to encourage Sunday school teachers on the island of Teluk Nipah to be involved in shaping the character of the children being taught. This is because, in reality on the island of Teluk Nipah, the involvement of Sunday school teachers in the formation of the character of the children being taught is still very low, this can be seen from the Sunday school worship activities that have been carried out. The method used in this Community Service activity is worship services by making games that can foster children's enthusiasm to learn God's word. The result of this activity is that there are as many as 87% of children who are enthusiastically present when participating in a series of worship service activities with games. Abstract:
Sunday School is a mentoring child's faith that is usually held on Sunday, this activity is to teach the basic Christian religion to the children of Sunday School with the delivery of material about Christianity according to the content of The Bible includes the introduction of Christian songs that are packed simple so it is easy to understand. But in the teaching and learning activities of Sunday School, the way teachers convey a message in the Bible is to tell. The conventional learning process and the limitations of props and take a long time to delivery the material. In conducting this thesis research there are two methods used by the authors, which include methods of data collection and methods of system development. The data collection methods are observations, interviews, references, documentation, and questionnaires while the method of developing the author system is the development method of MDLC (Multimedia Development Life Cycle), and to design using UML (Uniefied Modelling Language). The final result of this thesis study is the interactive learning media for the Sunday school children that can be used by children for Christian religious activities. Based on user's response to the interactive learning Media for Sunday school children is 80,4%.
