In its formation the ideas of constructivism play the decisive role. The Marxist principle of activity composes its philosophic methodological basis. Abstract:
Objective: New Technologies and Innovative Solutions in creating a multimedia corpus of texts about the "Mezen Robinsons" aims to preserve the memory of an event that occurred in the 18th century and to study the history of Spitsbergen development. This article presents a multimedia corpus of Russian-language texts about the "Mezen Robinsons" written in 1766–2022. Observations show that the history of the survival of the Mezen hunters on Edge Island in 1743–1749 has repeatedly attracted the attention of specialists from various fields of knowledge: historians, archaeologists, publicists, professional writers, translators, etc. The corpus unites texts, audio, video, and multimedia resources. Methods: continuous sampling was used to collect the material; when analyzing and describing the data, we applied a descriptive method, a biographical method of studying literature, statistical data processing, philological analysis, observation, assessment, and corpus modeling methods. Findings: the methodology and technology of building an independent multimedia corpus, its architecture, and its design are described. Novelty: the multimedia corpus is a contribution to the development of a new approach to studying the subjectology of Russian literature. Practical significance:the findings can become the basis for studying the biographies and creativity of various authors who built their works on the plot of the Mezen industrialists and for further comparison of various interpretations of one event from the history of the development of the Arctic. Abstract:
This research aims to describe and study the “Arctic Robinsonade” plot embedded in the texts of the 21st century, considering the literary features of these texts. The authors revealed the properties due to which the “Arctic Robinsonade” plot is preserved in the literature of the first decades of the 21st century. Structural-semantic analysis enabled us to identify the elements that are introduced or removed from the plot of this story and update the potential content of texts created on the basis of one plot. This article assesses new opportunities for a promising direction in the subject area of the history of literature – studying fiction in the context of modern issues of preserving “cultural memory”. This article lays the conceptual foundations for further study of integrating a well-known historical episode into modern mass culture. This research demonstrates a significant practical contribution to the development of subjectology in the world literature. This article presents a number of useful literary commentaries aimed at expanding the interpretive background of the text, originally published in Europe in the 18th century – the book by P.-L. Le Roy about the adventures of Russian sailors on Svalbard (Spitzbergen). The scientific result of this research is the creation of a model of the “Arctic Robinsonade” in the texts of authors of the 21st century. ZADVALI KHAJEH, Shahrokh, and Akbar ASGHARI ZAMANI. "Investigating the Shortcomings of Urban Development Plans in Iran and Factors Affecting Their Unrealizability (Case Study: Master Plan Approved in 2016 in Tabriz)." Chinese Journal of Urban and Environmental Studies, March 4, 2023. http://dx.doi.org/10.1142/s2345748122500257.

Abstract:
In recent decades, the unbalanced development of Iranian cities and the advent of many problems in various social, cultural, economic, physical and environmental dimensions have resulted inevitably in the need to use urban development plans to advance the spatio-physical condition of cities. In this regard, about five decades have passed since the start of the preparation of urban development plans in Iran; but despite gaining a lot of experience by producers and executors of urban affairs, in practice, urban projects have not been able to take a positive step in the direction of programmed development. Therefore, by detecting the causes of unachievability and failure of these plans, it is possible to prepare realistic and executive plans. Hence, this study seeks to investigate the shortcomings of the master plan approved in 2016 in Tabriz and identify the factors affecting its unrealizability by using the qualitative methods (Delphi and case study methods). Among the most significant reasons for the impracticability of this plan, the following should be mentioned: (1) the inadequacy of the design model (positivism, belief system, obligation, inductive reasoning, centrism and being government-centered); (2) inadequacy in the content of the plan (being governmental and non-participatory, inadequate subjectology and collection of irrelevant data, lack of segregation of interventions in different contexts, lack of an organized monitoring system, mere physical emphases, lack of definition of executive financial possibilities, perfectionism, lack of attention to relativism and inflexibility and lack of connection between the elements and components of the plan); and (3) inadequacy of the plan proposals and strategies (emphasis on quantity, incomplete inference, inefficiency and not including all levels and strata).
