Abstract:
The lack of interest in the volleyball learning methord is based on the problem in this study, namely the effonrts to improve passing bouncing ability for fifth grade students of SD Negeri 6 Sinanggul. The hope is that by making modifications to these tools and games, male and fermale students can do physical education learning in a fun atmosphere. The subjects were all students of class V Elemtary School 6 Sinanggul, Tutaling 30 students, namely 10 fermale students and 20 male students. The object is efforts to improve lower passing ability by modifying bouncing passing in volleyball game for fifth grade students of SD Negeri 6 Sinanggul. The time of the research was carried out in cycles 1 and 2 with research procedyrs from planning. Implementing actions, and reflection. The location of the reseach procedure was carried out on the page of SD Negeri 6 Sinanggul,Mlonggo District,Jepara Regency. The data collection technique was in the from of collecting information from the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains. This research instrument uses lessons plans, observation sheets, students interviews, performance test and spss. Analysis using test scores. Based on the results of the study showed indications of improvement in the learning process from observation research sheets from physical education experts and teachers, and sheets from students assessments. Showing good results with a 35% cycle l and 65% cycle ll showing a high learning lm provement.this effort made by physical education teachers in solving this problem is to able to create simple games with jointly made rules and modify plastic balls with wood so that and movement. Thus,it can be suggested that pyhsical education learning through bouncing passing can be as an alternative to improve the physical educations learning process, especially in volleyball. Hopefully in the future the methods applied can be further developed to be better and produce quality learning.

Abstract:
Teaching and learning science are major challenges that require media as facilitators for their understanding and view of the world, within this framework, it is the chemistry. The present study aimed to verify as the use of didactic resources for the performance in science teaching using a dynamic relationship of content. The methodology consisted of a field research, the qualitative divided into four stages, being employed lectures to explore the theme linking the practice and theory, using educational tools (experimentation, electronic game alternate) as sources for data analysis. Before the application, it was observed that after the trial the majority of students felt difficulty in combining theory with practice, on the basis of this difficulty it was noted that 50% consider experimenting a way supportive for the understanding of the subject, as well as provide discussions and dialogs (25%), and demonstrate chemical reactions (25%). The application of the game alternative teaching allowed students with a sense of knowledge in chemical life by promoting the development of a critical vision of the world. It was concluded that, for a student-teacher relationship-discipline is necessary to perform various steps, since the prior knowledge, the arguments, the inquiries, analysis of responses, to then carry out the explanation of the subject together with the use of didactic resources.

The purpose of this research is to provide clarification regarding productive ways to study PAI course content by investigating different teaching styles. This study will employ a qualitative research technique. Research methodologies utilized in this study included investigating current events in their natural environments, especially in cases where the boundaries between the events and their surroundings were blurry. Data reduction, data display, and withdrawal are three essential steps in the data analysis process. To sum up. With the hope that PAI educators would be better equipped to create their own curricular materials in the future, this session will concentrate on the steps involved in making a lesson plan. The use of educator-created resources can boost educators' self-assurance when leading learning activities. As a result, they are more equipped to teach their students the skills and information necessary to develop science and technology in the classroom. The success of the pupils' learning is dependent on how well the learning activities have been going. Analysis, design, development, assessment, and revision are the five main stages in the process of making educational materials.

Abstract:
This paper aims to investigate whether the university students who are taught reading through Reciprocal Teaching Method achieve better in reading ability than those who are taught through Direct Reading Thinking Activities. The design of this study is a quasi-experimental, non-randomized control group, pretest-posttest since it is conducted in a classroom setting that the subjects have been organized into classes. The subject of the study was the fourth term of university students of English education study program consisting 30 university students. The instrument of this research was a test as Pre-test and Post-test in the form of reading comprehension questions. The data analysis used Independent T-Test. Based on the result of the calculation of post-test from experimental and control groups, the alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted. The result of the study shows that the use of the Reciprocal Teaching Method can improve the university students’ reading ability. It proves the hypothesis of the study that students who are taught reading through the Reciprocal Teaching method achieve better in reading ability than those who are taught through Direct Reading Thinking Activities. Based on this result, it can be concluded that the Reciprocal Teaching Method can be used as an alternative method to teach reading, so that the students are able to understand the texts comprehensively. It also makes the university students more active in the teaching learning process and can improve their ability as well.

Abstract:
The lesson study model of professional development that originated in Japan is becoming increasingly popular in the United States (Lesson Study Research Group 2009; Stigler and Hiebert 1999). At its core, lesson study is a means of bringing teachers together to carry out the process of planning a lesson, implementing and observing it, and then examining it during a debriefing session (Yoshida 2008). The debriefing component is one of the most distinctive characteristics of this type of professional development. It provides a means–discussion–for reflecting on the strengths and weaknesses of the collaboratively planned lesson. As such, the debriefing component merits special attention from those currently engaged in lesson study as well as those considering using it.
