Abstract:
Background: Transport clustering, being a cooperation of enterprises of the same territory to consolidate resources to improve the quality of transport and logistics services, to improve the quality of infrastructure, to ensure the growth of transport accessibility of the territory, is one of the drivers of economic growth of the territory. Therefore, the question of forming a mechanism for creating a transport cluster (TС) is relevant, the first stage of which is the TLC model. Aim: creation of a structural and logical model of a transport and logistics cluster, the implementation of which will allow the creation of a TC in any territory with a high transport and transit potential. Methods: Based on the research, generalization and analysis of the works of domestic and foreign researchers in the field of transport clustering and regulations, laws and strategic documents, the definitions of the concepts of the components of the TLC were clarified, the main and auxiliary participants of the cluster were identified, their functional relationships were identified, the requirements for the infrastructure of the TC were determined, the effect of the activity of the TC for the participants and for the territory on which the cluster is located was revealed. Results: The result of the study is a structural and logical model of the transport cluster. Conclusions: The obtained structural and logical model of the transport cluster allows the development of transport clustering in the Russian Federation, since it is a universal tool for creating a TC for any territory with a high transport and transit potential

Abstract:
The modern history of many-valuedness starts with Lukasiewicz’s construction of three-valued logic. This pioneering, philosophically motivated and matrix based construction, first presented in 1918, was in 1922 extended to n-valued cases, including two infinite ones. Soon several constructions of many-valued logic appeared and the history of the topic became rich and interesting. However, as it is widely known, the problem of interpretation of multiple values is still among vexed questions of contemporary logic. With the paper, which essentially groups my earlier settlements, from [3], [4], [7] and [8], I intend to put a new thread into discussion on the nature of logical many-valuedness. The topics, touched upon, are: matrices, tautological and non-tautological many-valuedness, Tarski’s structural consequence and the Lindenbaum–Wojcicki completeness result, which supports the Suszko’s claim on logical two-valuedness of any structural logic. Consequently, two facets of many-valuedness — referential and inferential — are unravelled. The first, fits the standard approach and it results in multiplication of semantic correlates of sentences, and not logical values in a proper sense. The second many-valuedness is a metalogical property of inference and refers to partition of the matrix universe into more than two disjoint subsets, used in the definition of inference.

Abstract:
In explaining the notion of a fundamental property or relation, metaphysicians will often draw an analogy with languages. The fundamental properties and relations stand to reality as the primitive predicates and relations stand to a language: the smallest set of vocabulary God would need in order to write the “book of the world.” This paper attempts to make good on this metaphor. To that end, a modality is introduced that, put informally, stands to propositions as logical truth stands to sentences. The resulting theory, formulated in higher-order logic, also vindicates the Humean idea that fundamental properties and relations are freely recombinable and a variant of the structural idea that propositions can be decomposed into their fundamental constituents via logical operations. Indeed, it is seen that, although these ideas are seemingly distinct, they are not independent, and fall out of a natural and general theory about the granularity of reality.

Abstract:
Purpose of the study. The main purpose of creating a curriculum is to regulate academic disciplines in accordance with the logic of the learning process, defined by the relationship between the basic concepts of the disciplines. Violation of this logic becomes apparent only directly during the training sessions.A large variety of quantitative methods uses indicators that do not reveal structural deficiencies in the curriculum. This makes it difficult to improve the curriculum. The purpose of this work is to demonstrate the application of a general approach to the assessment of the structural inconsistency of systems in relation to the evaluation of the logical structure of the curriculum.Materials and methods. The paper applies a general approach to the assessment of structural integrity, developed on the basis of the provisions of the general theory of systems and graph theory. The approach involves the construction of three interrelated structural models of the system and using them to determine the initial data for calculating the index of inconsistency of the system structure.Results. The overall approach to the assessment of structural integrity is adapted to assess the logical structure of the curriculum. Three models of curriculum structure are developed:Elementary model of interdisciplinary communication;Curriculum network model;Hierarchical curriculum model.Based on the parameters of the hierarchical curriculum model, using three adapted algorithms, the value of the inconsistency index of the curriculum structure in the direction of preparation “Applied Informatics” is calculated. Recommendations on changing the structure of the studied curriculum to reduce the degree of its structural inconsistency are proposed. Conclusion. As a result of the research, the methods were proposed that allow identifying possible contradictions in the structure of the curriculum and evaluating its inconsistency. As the experiments have shown, it is extremely difficult to study the curricula in a manual manner, the number of disciplines in which exceeds 50. In this regard, the development of a complex of computer programs that will automate the assessment of the inconsistency of large curricula is being completed.

Abstract The paper reviews some conceptions of logical form in the light of Andrea Iacona’s book Logical Form. I distinguish the following: logical form as schematization of natural language, provided by, for example, Aristotle’s syllogistic; the relevance to logical form of formal languages like those used by Frege and Russell to express and prove mathematical theorems; Russell’s mid-period conception of logical form as the structural cement binding propositions; the conceptions of logical form discussed by Iacona; and logical form regarded as an empirical hypothesis about the psychology of language processing, as in the Discourse Representation Theory tradition. Whereas neither schematization, nor the use of special languages for mathematics, raise general methodological or empirical difficulties, other conceptions of logical form raise at least apparent problems.

Abstract:
Among the promising automatic control systems, logical-dynamic control systems that change both the structure and parameters of the control device using switches formed on the basis of a certain logical algorithm have proven themselves well. The use of logical algorithms as part of MACS subsystems for complex technical objects makes it possible to increase the static and dynamic accuracy of control due to purposeful qualitative and quantitative changes in the control signal. This approach will give the control system fundamentally new properties that allow to fully take into account the nature and dynamics of the movement of the control object. When developing existing logical control algorithms, the issues of their application for multi-connected and multifunctional objects control were not considered. Common to existing logical algorithms is that when switching the structure and/or changing parameters, only the dynamics of its own subsystem is taken into account, which is unacceptable in the case of multi-connected dynamic object control, since cross-links have a significant impact on the quality of control. Thus, the problem of synthesis of logical algorithms for multi-connected objects control is an actual theoretical and applied problem. Despite the considerable amount of research conducted in this area, the application of logical algorithms for complex multidimensional objects control is not sufficiently considered, and there is no unified design concept for this type of MACS, taking into account the required quality of functioning in various operating modes. In this regard, there is a need to synthesize algorithms for logical multi-connected control that form control signals in order to coordinate the actions of all separate MACS subsystems in accordance with new external conditions and operating modes. The problem under consideration determined the purpose of this work and the research objectives.

Abstract:
This study reconsiders the place and nature of the logical metafunction in systemic theory. Halliday considers logical and experiential as subparts of the ideational metafunction, which he differentiates from the interpersonal and the textual, and he relates specific parts of the lexicogrammar to each metafunction, and each metafunction to a parameter of the context of situation. Here the proposal is to consider the logical component as an added function available for combination with each of the other three, and related equally to each of these, as well as to the field, tenor and mode of the context of situation. Logical meaning is considered independently from the strict structural constraints of recursion, parataxis and hypotaxis. Both projection and expansion are seen as multifunctional and as occurring at all grammatical ranks and at text level. Logical meaning is also seen in relational and existential processes, and as an extra unifying element in systems perceived as overlapping (modality and modulation, comparison and intensification).

Abstract:
In this study, sidewalk sections were made in the field using seven concrete mixtures, applying a finishing and curing practice that is commonly used in Montréal, Canada. For each of the sidewalk sections, large slabs (1.2 m × 1.2 m) were cast from which specimens were cored and tested in the laboratory for determining their basic mechanical properties and deicing salt scaling resistance following ASTM C672 test procedures. Also, during the casting of the sidewalk, companion specimens were cast on site, using concrete from the same batch, and were subjected to the same tests as the “cored” specimens. The resistance to deicing salt scaling of these “laboratory specimens” was evaluated according to ASTM C672 and to BNQ NQ 2621–900 (2002 standard of the province of Quebec, Canada) test procedures. The results were compared with the performance of the sidewalk sections after four winters of outdoor exposure. The visual evaluation of the sidewalks after four winters has confirmed the severity of the ASTM C672 procedure and the adequateness of the BNQ procedure to better evaluate the deicing salt scaling resistance of concrete made with supplementary cementing materials (SCMs). The field evaluation should, however, continue for a longer period of time to increase the confidence in the BNQ test or to allow for changes as needed.

The knowledge presented in the form of facts and rules which are the main part of the PROLOG language, simplifies the creation of a knowledge base in logical terms. A source of information selected in accordance with the professional interests of an user and converted into a logical form is the main part for solving its tasks. Logical programming methods allow building knowledge base for manipulating objects. Information objects are built on the basis of a common database and serve as a source of information selected in accordance with the professional interests of the user and converted into a form suitable for solving its tasks. The architecture of structural modeling of each active element that is part of flexible manufacture systems is proposed. The production model is presented in view of facts and rules in the PROLOG language and also the knowledge base on the PROLOG language is implemented to manipulate active elements in the complex, as flexible manufacture systems. As a result, databases and knowledge bases are obtained that ensure the dynamic behavior of an object owing to time. Abstract:
In scientific publications and conducted studies, the possibility of representing logical functions (LF) in alternative forms of representation is demonstrated, the characteristic feature of which is a polynomial entity, which reduces to the representation of LF in the form of series different from the traditional classical representation by adding members of a series - in particular, for an algebraic form, the addition is carried out algebraically with weight coefficients, and in the case of the use of the Reed-Muller form addition is made for mod 2. The results of complete sets of logical functions studies proved that the traditional classical form does not always ensure the minimality of indicators for the structural complexity of the logical functions implementation, which makes relevant further steps in determining the optimal forms for representing logical functions in the problems of discrete devices analysis and synthesis. The implementation of the combination scheme for a given logical function from n arguments is carried out by some set of variants of structures. In problems of analysis and synthesis of combinational circuits of discrete devices it is necessary to evaluate the quality of their possible structures, to provide identification and selection of the most successful or optimal ones. The concept of the logical functions optimal form of representation is presented in the article as an important direction of structural perfection of discrete devices on the basis of their logical functions realization in alternative forms of representation. The existence of the OFR-concept, which takes into account different forms of representation, makes it highly efficient to use alternative forms of logical functions representation from the point of the structural complexity parameters of the combinational schemes implementation in comparison with traditional classical form. The article outlines the factors for the further improvement of the OFR-concept by filling it with new scientific achievements, which will allow to completely or partially remove difficulties with the introduction of the optimal FR into broad engineering practice

This theoretical structural framework is called the theoretical structure, and the research process of the audit discipline also needs to build such a theoretical system to make the audit research planned and structured, then the logical starting point in the audit theory structure will largely influence the direction and development of the audit discipline. In this paper, by expounding the characteristics and conditions of the logical starting point and combining some domestic and international discussions on the logical starting point, the author considers and explores the selection of logical starting point of the audit theory structure, hoping to select an amenable element as the logical starting point of the theoretical system to promote the research and development of the audit discipline.

Abstract:
The aim of the paper is to present a critical analysis for nonlinear dynamic vibrations. It is applicable to single degree of freedom –SDOF- of reinforced concrete –RC- structures, revealing its multi degree of freedom –MDOF- performance, showing contrast using the balance of energy, using six accelerograms based on type I and II spectrum, according with Eurocode-8. The degradation curve was obtained applying a new formulation, based on the system work and complementary work, into the pushover analysis. A new method incorporating the Bouc-Wen-Baben-Noori theory and global damage was used for the analysis, adding relevance to the: energy balance in its dissipative part, analysis of the structure’s fundamental parameters, relation’s effective period, equivalent damping and global ductility. The powers, energies and works developed are analyzed, creating a precise balance since energy enters selectively. Hence, an equivalent damping containing a viscous and hysteretic part is predictable, accordingly to the variation of the building’s nonlinear properties. Evaluation of the adequateness and safety level are also obtainable. The controlled parameters contrasted with the balance predicts the structure’s MDOF situation, at any moment related with seismic events. This methodology can be used to stablish a systematic control of nonlinearities for other structural schemes.

Abstract:
For structural system with multiple modes simultaneously involving random variables, interval variables and fuzzy variables, a logical deduction algorithm is proposed to deal with propagation of uncertainties. Corresponding to assumed membership level in the membership level interval [0,1], the membership interval of fuzzy variables can be obtained. Firstly the fuzzy variables and the corresponding design points that optimize the respective mode will be calculated by iteration. Secondly, with the logical deduction, the interval of upper bound and lower bound of the system reliability with multiple modes can be solved by the fourth moment algorithm based on the point estimate, then the average of the interval will be used to approximate the true value of the upper bound and lower bound. Several numerical examples are presented to demonstrate the proposed method’s advantages both in efficiency and accuracy.

Abstract:
One of the targets of the Federal state educational standard of General secondary education is the training of creative and critical thinking of high school graduates who know the basics of scientific methods of cognition of the world, motivated for creativity and innovation. The leading component of creativity is intelligence, allowing with high efficiency to solve mental tasks, including a limited amount of information. Therefore, the problem of intellectual development of students, which is directly related to the formation of their conceptual thinking, acquires a special significance in modern general education school. From the standpoint of system-structural approach the formation of conceptual thinking is at school age in the development of academic disciplines, built on the conceptual principle of the scientific method and ways of the actions inherent in the particular subject. Conceptual thinking in this approach is viewed as a systemic quality that has the properties of multidimensionality, multilevelity and dynamism, which includes personal and cognitive constructs. According to the principle of structure, conceptual thinking is a mental function, which is not only structured, but also included in structure of the personality. On the basis of theoretical and empirical data, the dialectical interrelation of the logical and psychological aspects of thinking is considered. It is shown that the growth of the reproductive (logical) component of thinking has a significant positive impact on the development of creative thinking of students. Also the author identifies verbal-logical method of learning as strategic component of the educational process that establishes the relationship between all components of the pedagogical system aimed at developing conceptual thinking of students. From the standpoint of the system-structural approach the peculiarities of development of conceptual thinking of students of 10–11 grades of secondary school are characterized: structuring of the content of education based on the principle of scientific presentation of information, orientation of cognitive activity of students in the direction of mastering the methods and laws of scientific knowledge, the formation of logical qualities of thinking through the verbal and logical method of teaching, in-depth subject and logical training of teaching staff.

Abstract:
Purpose: the study presented in this article is aimed at improving the methodological tools for assessing intellectual capital, taking into account changes caused by the emerging of the information and network economy and deepening of digitalization. Methods: the article is prepared using a system thinking, a set of general theoretical and economic methods, structural-logical modeling and graphical methods for presention of information. Results: a structural and logical model of the navigator of intellectual capital is developed to take into account the complete set of resources of the enterprise operating in the information and network economy, including resources related to network interaction and the application of new production and management technologies. The shortcomings of the limitation of the existing model of the intellectual capital navigator have been identified and the approaches for their elimination have been substantiated. A new design of the structural and logical model has been developed to match the intellectual capital navigator with the accounting model of the corporate balance sheet. The content, hierarchy and interrelationships of the tangible and intangible resources are refined. The augmented model of the intellectual capital navigator incorporates know-how concept consisting of the production and organizational-management know-how, as well as it includes the concepts of "brand" and "business model" in accordance with the principle of emergence of a system thinking to meet the challenge of complexity. Conclusions and relevance: the intellectual capital navigator is a promising methodological tool for the comprehensive accounting of the corporate tangible and intangible resources and presenting of information for management decision-making in order to overcome the limitations of the traditional accounting model. These limitations became especially significant with the emerging of the information and network economy and the deepening of digitalization. At the same time, the initial structural and logical model of the intellectual capital navigator has some shortcomings that do not allow to apply in full extent to decision-making. The modified intellectual capital navigator eliminates the most significant shortcomings associated with the non-conformity of the model to accounting principles, its internal contradictions that hamper the consistent accounting of the parts of intellectual property, and develops a structural and logical model for better accounting of intangible resources associated with the interaction of entities in the information and network economy.

Abstract:
The problem of formation of structural-logical model of emergency management of regional level in the conditions of limited operational possibilities of emergency rescue divisions is considered in the work. The analysis of the current state of the issue of forecasting the effectiveness of emergency rescue units allowed to identify the existing problem in the field of civil defense, namely the lack of adequate mathematical apparatus that would form short-term and long-term forecasts of the dynamics of operational capacity and operational capacity of rescue units based on constantly changing information on the number and quality of regional hazards. The authors believe that this issue can be solved by forming a comprehensive expert-statistical methodology, which in turn is based on the modern idea of the emergency management process in a complex natural-technogenic-social transformations. The study examines the sequence of work on management decisions in terms of limited operational capabilities and formed a range of functional limitations that allows to clearly define the information field of the structural-logical model of emergency management and parameterize direct and feedback within the latter. Structural and logical model of emergency management at the regional level in terms of limited operational capabilities of emergency rescue units, consists of two control circuits: general circuit (sufficient) and additional (limited) circuit, which operates in case of limited operational capabilities of emergency rescue units. It consists of eight blocks, namely: establishing the fact of the existence of limitations of operational capabilities of rescue units, clarification and assessment of the situation in the emergency zone, preparation of management decisions, preparation of proposals for additional forces, application of the latest methods of operational capacity funds, organization of return of additional forces and means to the cities of permanent deployment. The practical significance of the results is the ability to develop, based on the existing structural and logical model of emergency management at the regional level in terms of limited operational capabilities of rescue units, a method of calculating operational capacity and operational capacity of the territorial unit, based on existing and forecast potential levels, man-made, social and military nature and take into account their interaction. Abstract:
The purpose of the article is to show the necessity of developing the ability of conscious use of the fundamental discipline “Higher Mathematics” potential for a holistic solution of professional economic problems for students of economic specialities. This is only possible through interdisciplinary integration. It is shown that mathematics is a number of disciplines that are sometimes intersected, and sometimes significantly differ from each other in objects and research methods. As practice shows, quite often students’ knowledge in mathematics remains formal, and skills are unformed. For creation an integrative model of basic mathematical and economic disciplines, the article carries out two structural and logical analyses of the academic disciplines’ content: internal and external. The internal means a structural-logical analysis of the topics content of higher mathematics for identifying their leading positions and the main interconnecting elements within a given discipline. The external means a structural-logical analysis of the topics content of other disciplines specialty curriculum in order to determine the degree of their content overlap with the content of mathematical topics and the identification of “supporting” interdisciplinary knowledge that must be used for scientific and comprehensive reveal of the leading positions of higher mathematics.

Abstract:
The article emphasizes that in the conditions of modern market relations, integration of Ukraine into the European and world space for domestic enterprises, in particular the sphere of engineering services, an effective means of achieving the key business goals and high economic indicators of activity is the formation and certification of quality management systems in the context requirements of the international standard ISO 9001: 2015. It is emphasized that the implementation of international standards in enterprises stimulates their competitiveness and development of innovative potential. It is proved that making a decision on the formation of a quality management system by senior management should be a strategically important area of activity of the enterprise, based on the use of effective methods, measures, methodology, quality management tools. The essence of logical-structural analysis, analytical phase and planning phase and their stages are revealed. A practical toolkit for the application of logical and structural analysis in the formation of quality management systems of enterprises in the engineering sector is developed, in particular: the context of the company (internal and external factors influencing the activity) with the use of SWOT analysis is determined; stakeholder analysis; a tree of related problems of the engineering enterprise and a tree of goals were built; algorithm for determining assumptions and risk factors has been formed. Recommendations are given on the development of a logical and structural matrix, a timetable for action, provision of resources and control over the implementation of the action plan. It is substantiated that the application of logical and structural analysis in the formation of quality management systems will allow engineering enterprises to investigate cause and effect relationships in a timely manner, reduce risks, increase resource efficiency, achieve established goals and improve the performance of companies in general.
