Diploma thesis acquants reader about decision problems at Střední odborné škola informatika a spojů a Střední odborné učiliště Kolín. Chosen problem are desribed and analysed, but also variants of solution are created, so tehy can be used as an support to decision making for school manager. These problems are about getting new students, usage of unused rooms of dorm and school cafeteria. For creating variant of solutions Cobb-Douglas utility function is used, moreover the thesis teaches reader how to work with it, so a manager of school can use it for his own decision making proces. Abstract:
This diploma thesis is focused on an enterprise education. There are theoretical outcomes of the particular issue included in the first part of the thesis. This part deals with a basic terminology definition as well as with an explanation of the meaning of an enterprise education and subjects that deal with its development. The first part of the thesis also deals with current enterprise education projects that are being in progress not only in the Czech Republic but also all over the European Union and international organizations. The goal of the empirical part is to analyze a particular educational program and to evaluate up to which level an enterprise issue in general is included. Another aim is to get to know the students attitude towards the enterprise and to check their knowledge about the business skill. For this purpose a didactic test had been created according to an educational program. This test has proven that the business knowledge level is not satisfying. Therefore, the aim of this part is also to design a recommendation of possible modification to improve the educational process that would lead students to a bigger interest in the issue of business, to be more independent, active and creative.

Abstract:
This diploma thesis is focused on pupils' motivation to learning in ICT at vocational secondary schools and colleges. The main educational goal of ICT as a subject is to develop pupils' ICT literacy. The theoretical part of this thesis deals with motivation as a pedagogical concept and appropriate teaching approaches to it. An analysis of ICT subjects in the curriculum of the Framework Education Programmes for vocational secondary schools and colleges contributes to form an integral part of the theoretical base. The empirical part is divided into three mini-surveys carried out at a vocational secondary school and training institution in Liberec. The first was a questionnaire for pupils to discover what motivates them to study ICT. The second was a questionnaire for teachers which aimed to find out if and how teachers apply and exploit pupils' ICT literacy in their teaching of vocational ICT as a specialist subject. The third element was interviews with ICT teachers with the aim of investigating how ICT teachers understand the role of ICT as a subject and how they develop their pupils' ICT literacy. The rapid demographic decline of students entering secondary education nowadays significantly affects operation of all secondary schools in the Czech Republic. Prague secondary vocational schools and vocational schools have to deal with the massive loss of interest in studying these schools. The aim of this master's paper is therefore an effort to characterize the potential impacts of the crisis on these education organizations. Abstract:
This thesis is divided into two main parts. The first theoretical part consists of 8 chapters and informs of main topics, on which is based the research in the second part. The chapters are as follows: 1) Characteristics of adolescence age; 2) Definition of leisure; 3) Education outside the classroom; 4) Family; 5) The school as an institution acting on adolescent leisure; 6) Behavioral disorders; 7) The legal basis for the issue of spare time and 8) Juveniles in an educational institute. The main chapters are further divided into subsections, which are in some cases divided into more chapters. In the second practical part are set research objectives and hypotheses based on previous theoretical part. The use of research methods is justified and it also describes the research sample. The validity of the hypotheses was tested by research techniques of the questionnaire, the complementary technique was the interview. The research was focused on mapping the interest of girls living in the Reformatory and girls growing up in a family environment, attending secondary vocational school or vocational school and finding out what are their strongest patterns. It was found that the interests of the compared groups of girls compared to expectations do not differ significantly.

This diploma thesis deals with the issues related to the quality management system in the field of secondary education, specifically in relation to the provision of education with an apprenticeship certificate. The quality management system is mostly associated with the private sector as a production process. However, the quality of services is as important as the quality of products. Quality management has also been known to the public sector for several years. Also state administration organizations, local authorities, universities, etc. deal with the quality management system. Secondary schools should certainly not be excluded from this sphere, as it is a necessary part of the school education system. The quality of the education provided, its course and results should undoubtedly be systematically managed. The first part of the thesis contains the definition of basic concepts focused on education and the school education system, defining quality, quality management methods (ISO, TQM, EFQM, CAF) and the principles of quality management in education. The thesis deals with problems of trafficking in human beings, especially concerning prevention. The theoretical part characterizes forms of trafficking in human beings and their appearance in the Czech Republic. Further the impact of trafficking in human beings on the trafficked subjects and the specificity of social work in the sphere of trafficking in human beings are described. In the end of the theoretical part organizations engaged in prevention of trafficking in human beings in the Czech Republic are introduced. The aim of the diploma thesis was to map České Budějovice youth's knowledge of trafficking in human beings. The subaim of the diploma thesis was to prepare and carry out lectures on prevention of trafficking in human beings at secondary schools and secondary educational establishment and subsequently to map if studentś information about trafficking in human beings increases after the lectures. In the practical part this research used quantitative investigation, method of questioning, questionnaire technology. Youth's information about trafficking in human beings in České Budějovice was not better than the hypothesis, which arose pursuant to the results of the pilot research, assumed. By means of following questioning, which ran at intervals from 3 to 6 months after the lecture, it was found out, that students´ knowledge of trafficking in human beings increased however the partial hypothesis was not confirmed. The lecture on prevention of trafficking in human beings with special intention on working migration abroad and prevention of its risk, done by the author, is stated in the part Apendices.

Abstract:
The thesis focuses on the issue of civic attitudes adopted by students of vocational schools. The author presents an overview of previous Czech research which shows that students of vocational schools are placed at the bottom of international surveys inquiring civic and political knowledge. Moreover, the results reveal that the students of vocational schools express their support for democracy as a way of government the least. The goal of the thesis is to describe civic and political opinions of concrete students and show who influences them and how. It is designed as a multiple case study. Six students of vocational schools from Prague, a smaller town and a village in Central Bohemian Region were chosen to participate in the study. The core of the work is the description of the individual cases in a detailed context including their family, community, school and friends. The findings indicate that the studied students are usually not interested in politics. Their political beliefs are heavily formed by their family and peers. School as an institution does not have any influence, not even through civic education which is compulsory during the first years of high school education. The thesis deals with problems of disabled pupils'education financing at secondary schools. Its aim is to create the integral survey about the disabled pupils'schooling, to compare and analyse normative financing of the most expanded educational specialization in accordance with regions. Theoretical part includes national educational concepts and programs directed at handicapped pupils. Besides detailed characterization of the health troubles'single types there are also described institutial schooling and normative financing of handicapped pupils. There are the analysed reports of MŠMT (Ministry of education and youth's psychical education) about handicapped pupils at the research part. Charts and graphs contain datas of pupils in the Czech republic according to health trouble's type, number of pupils at special classrooms and of integrated pupils during 2007-2012. The inseparable component of the research there is survey of pupils'schooling in accordance with the schools'promoters. Conclusion is devoted to detailed comparison of normative financing of the most expanded educational specialization 65-51-E/01 Stravovací a ubytovací služby (The board and accommodational service) in the first place for mental disabled pupils and pupils suffering with developmental disorders of learning and behaviour.

The purpose of this diploma work is to evaluate the work of teaching assistants in supporting the study of convicts with disabilities in the Vocational School in Vinařice Prison. The partial aim of this diploma work is to determine whether the teaching assistants are providing enough support to pupils with disabilities in the level of support that will lead to better learning results and also would enable students to succeed at the open labor market. Diploma work will be divided into the theoretical part and the practical part. The practical part will be elaborated by quantitative and qualitative research methods. Quantitative research will be conducted through a questionnaire, which will be focused on support which is provided by teaching assistants while working with students with disabilities and then on the perception on teaching assistants support that is provided to students with disabilities. Qualitative research will include case studies of pupils - convicts with disabilities in the Vocational School Vinařice.
