The aim of the thesis is to define short term strategy for the company selling printing technology and complementary services. In the first part of the thesis theoretical background is described, including definition of the strategic planning and management, strategic analysis and different types of strategy. In the practical part strategic imperatives are defined, external and internal analysis performed, then SWOT analysis and strategic factors influencing the company are defined. Abstract:
The thesis deals with the strategic analysis of the company. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the environment of the company and to reveal trends in the industry. By using the methods of strategic analysis, external and internal factors affecting the business operation of enterprise are identified. Based on the results of the implemented methods, the strategic recommendations and parameters of the new product are proposed. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and application part. The theoretical part deals with strategic management, selected methods of strategic analysis including the strategy of the blue ocean. In the application section, the theoretical knowledge is used. PEST analyzes and industry analyzes were used to analyze the external environment. The internal environment of the company was analyzed by using of internal resources and financial analysis. A questionnaire survey was conducted to reveal customer preferences. An image of the strategy against the competition was drawn by using the value curve. The synthesis of the application part is SWOT analysis. In the end, the vision of a new product is created and strategic recommendations are proposed. The outputs of the analyzes and the information found are useful for the decision making of the publishing management.

The subject of this thesis is to process a future development strategy of a specific firm based on its strategy analysis. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical part, where the theoretical part describes methods and procedures, which are subsequently used in the practical part. The practical part then analyses external and internal environment of the company, based on which SWOT analysis is created. A proposal of the firm's future development is put together from the obtained data, which also corresponds with the mission and vision of the company, and is described further in more detail within the functional strategies of the individual strategy business units. The thesis deals with the strategic analysis of external and internal environment of Retre, s. r. o., which operates on the czech market in the field of laundering. The main line of business is laundering, smoothing and collecting of textile and clothing for chemical cleaning. The theoretical part describes basic terms necessary for understanding of broader connections. Terms like strategic management, strategy, strategic thinking etc. are defined here. In a separate chapter there is a description of the process of marketing research , of gathering of the necessary information (marketing information system) and the description of the individual analyses of external and internal environment. In the practical part the company Retre, s. r. o -- laundry and drycleaner's is analysed using these individual analyses. Based on the gathered information, its current situation and its position on the market is assesed and suitable measures for improvement are proposed.

This thesis deals with the strategic plan, which is described from the perspective of creation and related processes and procedures in the theoretical part. Work is devoted to the analysis of the content and form of the plan. From this perspective, addressing the status of the plans and their quality in selected cities of various sizes in the South Region in the new programming period 2014-2020 and further analysis are compared both programming periods 2007-2013 and 2014-2020. The selected cities are Pisek, Strakonice, Milevsko, Protivin, Blatná and Vodňany. Such research sample was chosen to represent the county and smaller cities, where there is a significant change in strategy documents compared to cities of a higher category.

The external strategic analysis included Porter's Five Forces Model, PEST Analysis and Competitors Analysis. On the basis of the aforementioned analyses I recommended a suitable strategy for future development of the enterprise.

The aim of this Master's Thesis is the application of principles of strategic marketing planning for specific business plan. Marketing planning is described in the first part of this thesis based on literature sources. It is followed by a practical part, in which the principles of marketing planning are applied for a specific business plan. Result of this thesis is a comprehensive marketing plan covering all the important areas that are necessary for a start-up company. The market, which the company will enter, is characterized. Based on this information, objectives and strategic plans of the company are set. Segmentation of potential customers is determined and strategic and tactic tools are set. In the final part of this thesis an action plan and budget is drawn up. This thesis demonstrates that the business plan is feasible and the company has the potential to become a successful player in the market.

Motorsport fields autocross, rallycross and motocross no more have the status they had in recent history. They have to share their popularity with a growing offer of other attractive leisure activities. At the same time automobile clubs (keepers of motorsport stadiums, where various motorsport venues are held) have to deal with a decrease in financial and material support. Sponsors now decide more carefully about the sports to which they will link their brands. To reach an overall prosperity it is essential to focus marketing strategy on both channels -- B2B as well as B2C. Theoretical part of the thesis deals with a strategic marketing in sport industry with a focus on marketing mix. On the other hand practical part uses empirical and theoretical methods to analyze marketing mix of autocross, rallycross and motocross stadiums in the Czech Republic. Conclusion of the practical part summarizes the aim of the diploma thesis. Firstly, there is an analysis of Sedlčany Motorsport Stadium's marketing mix. The results are then used for creation of a new marketing strategy of this sport facility.

The main goal of the thesis is to analyze a business project TamTam. The partial aim is to confirm respectively to refut the presumptions that were set by the co-founders of the project. Another goal is to evaluate the feasibility of the current strategic plan. If the current strategic plan shows to be unfeasible, an alternative strategic plan with a different business model will be proposed. The theoretical part describes the methods which are used in the practical part. The practical part analyzes the market with Vietnamese entrepreneurs. The companys financial position will also be evaluated with suggestions for improvement. In the last chapter, an alternative strategic plan is drafted and recommended. Analytical conclusion of the alternative strategic plan is measured against ROE, EVA, net present value and SWOT analysis.

Za pomocí autorů zabývajících se obecným strategickým managementem, profesionálů věnujícím se tvorbě strategického dokumentu v nestátních neziskových organizacích a vlastní zkušenosti byl navrhnut možný přístup k strategickému plánování pro nestátní neziskové organizace. V práci je poukázáno i na nejčastější chyby a nedostatky, kterých se NNO při svých procesech ve strategickém plánování dopouštějí a jejichž důsledkem je nevytvoření strategického plánu, jeho brzké ztroskotání nebo nutnost neustálého přepracovávání dokumentu.

Presented diploma thesis deals with the strategic development of the company VKS Pohledští Dvořáci a.s. The thesis contains a list of current activities of the company and suggests opportunities for further development. To reach this objective various internal and external analysis are used, namely PEST analysis, Porter's five forces model, the Value chain and SWOT analysis. To explore the possibilities for future development of the company, two growth strategies are applied -- Porter's Generic Strategies and Ansoff Growth Matrix. There was a survey done which purpose was to monitor customer satisfaction with the products and services provided by the company and to suggest improvements in the company marketing. The conclusion summarizes the most important findings and proposes recommendations on the future expansion of the company.

Thesis has a goal to make a medium-term strategic framework for specific sub-action plans. This work evaluates the micro region Hodoninsko and through the specific steps describes opportunities for the development of the territory with respect to the current situation and the conditions. The introduction of the theoretical part defines basic termi-nology and the general structure of the strategic document. This part is treated as a liter-ary review. In the practical part are data collected through the situational and SWOT analysis. The next step is to undertake its own part of the questionnaire. Obtained results are confronted with the both analysis situational and SWOT. Based on this comparison are determined crucial areas and the specific objectives for strategic planning. Then are developed action plans for each area. The final outcome of the thesis is proposed inter-mediate intentions that can be use as a source for further development of the micro re-gion Hodoninsko.
