Abstract:
Marketingul cultural, domeniu in plina expansiune in contextul dezvoltarii industriei creative, are la dispozitie, prin aceasta teza, importante resurse stiintifice teoretice si practice, care completeaza golurile de cunoastere in acest sector si contribuie la identificarea unui instrumentar specific si adaptat de lucru. Lucrarea pune la dispozitia cercetatorilor o revizie critica a literaturii de specialitate si o incadrare teoretica riguroasa a sectorului studiat, bazata pe asemanarile care includ domeniul in sfera mai larga a marketingului sectorial al serviciilor, precum si pe particularitatile care-i asigura identitate proprie. Trei tipuri de cercetari complexe (exploratorie, calitativa si cantitativa), au permis identificarea operatorilor din sectorul artelor spectacolului din Bucuresti si evaluarea modului in care acestia utilizeaza elementele mixului de marketing in dialog cu segmentele-tinta carora li se adreseaza. Rezultatele acestor studii, validate prin multiple metode stiintifice, au stat la baza realizarii unui model conceptual de cercetare, care permite evaluarea unor elemente dominate de variabile subiective, respectiv satisfactia consumatorilor, si factorii care influenteaza perceptia legata de calitatea serviciilor prestate.
