The paper presents a detailed analysis of the e-commerce market in Ukraine. The main problems and perspectives of the development of the industry are identified. The qualifying work contains a detailed analysis of the decorative cosmetics market in Ukraine. The dynamics of production of decorative cosmetics in Ukraine is determined. The main competitors and the advantages and disadvantages of their online stores are identified. The results of research of potential target audience are given. Department stores lead in Taiwanese retail business by contributing up to 30% of annual sales. However, facing economic depression and increasing competition, department store industry has been losing her profit margin due to price destruction and constant sales promotion. Taiwanese department stores have stepped into a low-profit era. All of the department stores in Taiwan strive for the new ways of attracting consumers and winning in instensive competition. Recently, experiential marketing provides a fresh paridiagm for marketers. In a literature review, there is no well-known academic research of experiential marketing on retail industries. Thus, this study intends to serve as a pilot study for exploring how experiential marketing can be used in department stores. The purposes of this study are to (1) examine whether experiential marketing can be adapted to a department store; (2) test how the Schmitt’s 1999 experiential marketing module can be used in sales promotion activities of a department stores; (3) explore the consistency of experiences among strategy designers (managers), consumers and employee; (4) propose a useful model experiential marketing for a department store; and (5) provide useful insights to department store practitioners. This research is exploratory- and qualitative-oriented. This resarch uses the special promotion activities of Openning Store Celebration/ Mother’s Day at Taiwan Hanshin Department Store (漢神百貨) as the study target. A quato sampling method and depth interview are used for data collection. A convenience sample is collected, including 7 managers, 32 employee and 57 consumers. A questionnaire is developed from the elements of Schmitt’s 1999 module. Critical incident technique (CIT) and χ2 are used for data analysis. The findings indicate that Schmitt’s conceptual module can be adapted for analyzing sales promotion activities of the department store with proper modification by accommodating the crucial elements of retail business suggested. In the strategic perspective, the experiential outcomes of consumers show that two key goals, sales promotion and attracting customers, are consistent as stratetgically planned. In addition, the experiential outcomes of relatinship marketing on strategy designers, customers and employee are not significant respectively. According to the overall findings, this study presents eight propositions and several future study directions.

This business plan presents the execution of an expansion from its already existing store in Panama. It will focus primarily on the sale and distribution of commercial refrigeration equipment, such as display cases, beverages fridges, freezers, and all its required component parts and accessories. To optimize maximum profit, all of the equipment is imported from trusted and reliable suppliers. This business proposal also includes a rigorous plan of logistic process, finance analysis, marketing and management strategy to assure positive outcomes. The demand for ready-to-eat products and the trend of people dining out has increased through the years in Panama; consequently, leading to an increase of demand for the commercial refrigeration equipment. In other words, increase of food consumption has become the major growth prospects for commercial refrigeration equipment market, which is driven mostly by supermarkets, restaurants and other food and beverages retail stores. While the first and current store is having increasing earnings through the years, the space for equipment exhibition in the store is getting small due to the large inventory of spare parts. With this restraint, an expansion was proposed in order to solve this issue. Two different alternatives will be presented in this business plan and the most feasible and convenient one will be implemented to exhibit exclusively the commercial refrigeration equipment. The purpose of this expansion is to increase sales and eventually be recognized as one of the largest refrigeration store in Panama.

The chain store developing decision is one of the most important functional strategies in a retail chain service industry. A retail chain determines its progressional store developing goal based on the entire business operation strategy in order to make specific store developing decision. Presently, information related to chain store developing in most books and articles published is limited to topics like store opening prerequisites, theoretic commercial circle definition, or ideal store developing goal studies, etc. The information on chain store developing system is relatively insufficient. This explorative research is conducted with in-depth interviews in two stages. Domestic consultants and professionals with solid chain store operation expertise are invited in the first stage, to help structuring the concept of case analyses. In the second stage, managers of well-known chain store businesses are invited to review their implementation of chain store developing system collaboration operation, to share their valuable comments and to support the finding that there’s a common demand in chain store developing system in the retail chain service industry. Key affecting factors and conclusions are defined after the interviews: 1) the chain store developing system is a critical factor to the long lasting retail chain service business, 2) detailed functional planning and specific job definition should be achieved in collaboration operation, 3) the performance of collaboration operation is determined by the management model, and 4) a well communicated team is the store developing goal achieving key element.

The study explores the foreign investors’ influence toward the opening price of Taiwan Stock between different sizes and industries by simulating the opening price of stocks through the pre-open orders of TWSE and predicting error based on the regression models including MAE, RMSE, MAPE, etc. The empirical results found that,first, foreign investors not only prefer financial stocks and value weighted stocks, but also trading larger orders. Second, the influence of foreign investors on opening price of financial stocks is larger than that of electronics and non-finance non-electronics stocks. Third, the influence of foreign investors on the opening price of large cap stocks is larger than SME stocks. Fourth, the more the imbalance of foreign investors’ orders, the stronger the impact on opening price of financial stocks and large cap stocks.Fifth, the more the imbalance of local institutional investors’ orders, the weaker the impact of foreign investors on opening price of electronics and large cap stocks. Finally, as for the impact of foreign investors toward the volatility of stock price the day before between sizes and industries, it would influence the opening price of financial stocks and large cap stocks more when the volatility of stock price the day before is gradually larger. Because of the shareholding preference, foreign investors prefer to hold value weighted stocks for asset allocation and earning higher risk premium by hedging with Taiwan Index Futures.

This study used all newly listed stocks from 2001 to 2016 as the research object, and used the event study method to analyze the price behavior of stocks around opening margin trading. Then examine the degree of effect to determine whether there are still anomalies. Further compare the different exchanges, industries and research periods, whether there is a difference in stock price behavior around opening margin trading. The empirical results are as follows: From the results of the overall sample, the stock price has a significant positive effect to opening margin trading. Compare different exchanges, although the average abnormal returns or cumulative average abnormal returns of newly listed stocks are slightly different, their stock prices have significant positive effects to opening margin trading. In addition, by distinguishing between electronic and non-electronic stocks, it can be seen that whether the electronic industry or the non-electronic industry, the stock price is still positive effect after opening margin trading. If divided by the financial tsunami, it can be found that during two sub-periods, the stock price is still positive effect to the first opening margin trading of newly listed stocks. To sum up, the stock price has a significant positive effect to the first opening margin trading of newly listed stocks. Positive effects persist even after controlling for sample period, exchange, and industry.

Este documento poderá ser usado como suporte para futuras apresentações desta ideia de negócio aos investidores. O plano será estruturado numa base realista. Diferentes partes serão destacadas, tais como a apresentação do modelo de negócio, uma revisão da segmentação de mercado, selecção do grupo-alvo, escolha de uma localização própria, análise interna da empresa, análise externa,selecção da estratégia, organização da empresa, logística, tácticas de marketing e uma análise financeira final de modo a provar a rentabilidade do negócio. Para avaliação dos dados, recorri essencialmente a fontes na Internet e a um historial dos dados das minhas vendas electrónicas. Uma importante fonte de informação foi uma pesquisa online que conduzi entre os meus clientes. Dos 800 compradores, 254 responderam ao inquérito. De forma a responder às exigências duma tese, cruzarei alguma da teoria mais relevante sobre este tema ao longo dos capítulos.

This research studies domestic institutional investors’ influence on opening price based on empirical data of at-the-opening-order. Empirical results shows that domestic institutional investors’ order imbalance effectively increases the influence on opening price. Foreign institutional investors’imbalance order slightly decreases domestic institutional investors’ influence on opening price. In contrast, domestic institutional investors’ influence on opening price is higher when the stock has higher volatility on the proceeding day. Domestic institutional investors’ influence is highest on electronic industry, non-financial industry, and financial industry. Foreign institutional investors’ influence on electronic industry and non-finance obviously decreases domestic institutional investors’ influence, but strengthens domestic institutional investors’ influence on financial industry. When the stock has higher volatility on the proceeding day, domestic institutional investors’ influence is most remarkable on electronic industry stocks’ opening price . Domestic institutional investors’ influence is highest on small-cap than medium-cap stocks, but large-cap stocks is less influenced. The volatility remains positive influence whether any kinds of stocks. This research finds out that domestic institutional investors’ influence on opening price is significantly higher than foreign institutional investors on small-cap and medium-cap stocks in every industry. As a result, before ordering small-cap or medium-cap stocks by at-the-opening-order, referring to the information includes volatility, turnover rate, market scale, book to market ratio and the domestic institutional investors’ activities will be beneficial. I hope this study is useful to investors after Taiwan Stock Exchange disclosure simulative matched trading information at opening from June 29, 2015.

In recent years, the sharply increasing human demands and excessive abuse of resources have resulted in energy depletion, so global warming become much severe and shows no sign of slowing down. If the wars are the nightmare of people in the 20th century, energy depletion will be the greatest challenge for us in this century. If we don''t take measures and make change, the earth will not be suitable for us to live. Modern people are now inclined to stay indoors for a long time,, where there is full of turbid air containing most harmful substances. In an unventilated indoor space, these gases will continuously circulate, which decreases the oxygen proportion and cause indoor air pollution. To improve the indoor air quality without using air conditioning systems, the indoor air ventilation is undoubtedly the most important. The good indoor ventilation is able to provide multiple functions. That is to say, it can increase oxygen and reduce accumulated air pollution, which guarantee good indoor air quality, and it can also help to dissipate heat, improve human comfort, and lower the indoor temperature to realize the structure’s cooling efficiency. We have to admit that the nature can influence our life style, health and comfort degree. Therefore, this study takes a low-rise residential building which is under designing and attempts to create an eco-community as its research base, uses the computer to stimulate and explore the indoor ventilation, and finally proposes effective strategies for improving indoor ventilation. Improvements and subsequent reviews are conducted to provide reference for designers for improvement and assessment. Content of each chapter is as follows: Chapter 1、Introduces the research motivation, objectives, scope and procedures. Chapter 2、Starting from the outdoor to indoor environment, focuses on the strategies for improving environment control,and the benchmark of human body comfort and health inside the room based on the theory of auxiliary indoor ventilation. Chapter 3、Analyzes the environment in the base and integrates the weather data from the Central Meteorological Bureau,to conduct CFD simulation for setting the experiment parameter conditions. Chapter 4、Introduces the experiment and settings of environment model, including boundary settings and model dimension,to explore the house type unfavorable for indoor air ventilation and put forward improvement strategies. The strategy directions are: a. Changing the direction and angle of buildings opening. b. Extending the balcony. c .The additive effects of balcony planting. Chapter 5、Adopts computer software CFD simulation to explore and compare the effects of the three different variations,as well as evaluate the effects of the proposed strategies on indoor environment improvement. Chapter 6、Presents the research results, namely, the improvement effect and influences on indoor environment,providing suggestions for occupants in terms of design and proposals for future researches

In this research use t test and F test to examine whether daily opening or closing effect exists in Taiwan stock market, financial stock index, and electronic stock index. We also inspect whether there exist arbitrage possibilities through potential effects. The sample is intraday data from Jan. 4th to Jun. 30th 2010. The result shows the opening/closing effect of stock return and volatility does exist in stock market, financial stock index, and electronics stock index. The abnormal return of arbitrage operation exists no matter in bull or bear market.

A procedure is to integrate the Foreign Direction Investment theory (‘FDI’), the factor analysis approach (‘FA’) and the consolidated measurements of the analytical network process (‘ANP’) to comprehensively discover the most potential determinant of opening clothing store in Vietnam market with the case of Levi Strauss Company (‘Levi’s’). As a consequence of the hierarchically and systematically evaluated measured results, ‘these most potential determinants of opening clothing store are positive for Levi Strauss Company to enter the Vietnam market’. The most remarkable contribution of this study is to provide the picture of Vietnam clothing market and potential elements to gain achievement in this market. In addition, since there is very few empirical research regarding Levi’s in Vietnam market, this study provides a new topic for further researches.

Facing still competition today, the most momentous issues on which enterprise focuses are time, cost, and quality. Maintaining the same quality at lower cost and shortening work duration have become critical for enterprise to win market share. Concerning this, project management can contribute a good alternative to enhance their competitiveness. The purpose of this article discusses how to plan a sustainable project for pre-stage construction of a store opening, and how to put project management into store opening. It offers a comprehensive project structure which consists of defining the project, constructing WBS, operation setting, scheduling, resources allocating, executing and examination. It also discusses the relationship between cost and time and how to accomplish the project economically. Combining earned value management (EVM) completed with monitoring, the findings in the current study reveals that the performance has significantly improved where project has been appropriately applied. Project Management 2007 was implemented in this case study to schedule and analyze individual activity regarding time, resources and costs. Beyond that, Gantt chart, network chart, resources sheet and performance chart were also presented to understand whether, and how, the project was processed effectively. The final results show that the operation with project management approach in this study outperformed the same one with traditional method.

The general description of “Telecard-Pribor” Ltd is presented; analyzed the financial and economic activity of the enterprise; the economic expediency of expanding the sphere of activities of “Telecard-Pribor” Ltd is substantiated. The criteria of the economic efficiency of the developed project are calculated, the potential risks associated with its functioning are identified.
