The machine is intended for testing of bone implants in biomechanical and medical practice. The developed Stewart platform presents a mechatronic system. Hence the design of mechatronic systems known as a V-model was used. The system of sensors has been developed since the middle phase of the Stewart platform development.

Being relatively new to the field, electromechanical actuators of Stewart platform in vibration control and motion simulation applications lack the knowledge base compared to ones accumulated for the other actuator types, especially when it comes to characterization and system identification. This paper focuses in the modeling of an electromechanical linear actuator to be used in a heavy load six-degrees-of-freedom platform application intended for motion control technology. The paper keeps the main kinematic and dynamic parameters unaffected, ignoring others. After obtaining the structure of model, parameters is derived by system identification. Provides a comparison of output of real system and simplified model by same input signal, the experimental result shows that the method is accurate and have good ability.

Abstract:
A multidimensional loading material testing machine (MLMTM) based on Stewart Platform is proposed in this paper. The kinematic and dynamic characteristics of MLMTM are analyzed, including the influence of universal joint in each limb on dynamic modeling. The dynamic model is established via Kane method, and the control system is founded based on classic PID strategy. Four experiments are performed to examine the validity of proposed dynamic model and control system of the MLMTM, including two uniaxial experiments and two biaxial experiments. Results of these experiments are summarized as well as the capacity of force tracking and load errors are analyzed. The experimental results demonstrate the validity of dynamic model via Kane method and illustrate that the proposed MLMTM is capable of performing multidimensional loading tests.

Abstract:
During the integration phase of a system development, we are often concerned as to whether the designed control algorithm could be performed on the selected controller in real-time. One of the tools to test and validate the control scheme is the Hardware-in-the-Loop (HiL) simulation technique, which is a part of a model-based design methodology. This approach requires a simulation model of a controlled system running in a real-time loop with an intended controller and a control algorithm, which are objects of interest in this method. To perform the test, the control algorithm must be deployed to the controller such as a PLC. This paper presents a use case of the HiL technique in the design of the Stewart platform control, where the controller is PLCnext from Phoenix Contact. The control algorithm was first verified in the Model-in-the-Loop simulation (MiL) and then generated as a code from the Matlab/Simulink environment and deployed to the PLCnext, which resulted in a smoother transition from the design to the integration and testing phase. The presented method is also applicable to other controllers that support code generation.

Abstract:
This paper presents the automatic approach procedure of a flying vehicle, attached to an ABB 7600 robot, and a mobile platform, attached to a Stewart platform. Due to a nonlinear dynamic behavior, it is necessary to implement complex control, stabilization and guidance schemes. The proposed solution for this system includes the development of an algorithm based on a backstepping control method, the controller design methodology being based on Lyapunov's stability theory. The proposed command law requires that the states are known, but it is also necessary to introduce a series of state estimators. Tracking a mobile platform is critical in surveillance, reconnaissance and tracking missions, with the control methodology defining a clear distinction between translational and rotational dynamics. The proposed algorithm is developed by separating two types of states involving an inverse kinematics, known as algebraic kinematics, in which the dynamic movements of the two pieces of equipment are used. The dynamics of the ABB 7600 robot involves a movement with seven degrees of freedom, while the Stewart platform can be used with a movement of six degrees of freedom. The proposed algorithm is implemented in both Matlab software and experimental testing. This paper provides results in terms of generating dynamics for both devices that can be used for simulating different scenarios of aerospace missions.

The Air Force Research Laboratory team has been confronted with many unique testing challenges in the Ballistic Missile Defense Organization sponsored Vibration Isolation and Suppression System (VISS) performance test program, VISS incorporates a combination passive/active vibration mitigation technology in a Stewart platform configuration to provide a mechanically quiet platform for a medium-wavelength, infrared camera. VISS actuator stiffnesses, insufficient to support the payload in a l-g field, require a gravity off-load system to simulate the free boundary conditions of space A performance test series characterized the test fixture dynamics, VISS payload dynamics and the open loop control system plant. Passive performance has been characterized and the active performance measured in the laboratory will be verified when VISS is on-orbit. VISS goals include demonstrating good passive-based vibration isolation at high frequencies, augmenting low-frequency isolation with closed loop control, suppressing an on-board disturbance due to a cryocooler, and demonstrating steering capabilities of the payload with a prescribed amplitude and spectral content.

Abstract The article focuses on compressive axial loading experimental testing and simulations of topologically optimized design and additively manufactured cervical implants. The proposed platform design is based on anatomical and biomechanical requirements for application in the cervical area. Thanks to new ways of production, such as additive manufacturing, and new software possibilities in the field of structural analysis, which use the finite element method and analysis, it is possible to execute topological optimization of an implant in construction solution, which would be impossible to make by conventional methods. The contribution of this work lies in investigation of 3D printed PLA cervical implant usage in surgical intervention and creation of a numerical static loading modelling methodics and subsequent experimental confirmation of the modelling correctness.

Lower limb prostheses offer a solution to restore the ambulation and self-esteem of amputees. One key component is the prosthetic socket that serves as the interface between prosthetic device and amputee stump and thereby has a wide range of impacts on efficient fitting, appropriate load transmission, operational stability, and control. For the design and optimization of a prosthetic socket, an understanding of the actual intra-socket operational conditions becomes therefore necessary. This is however a difficult task due to the inherent complexity and restricted observability of socket operation. In this study, an innovative mechatronics-twin framework that integrates advanced biomechanical models and simulations with physical prototyping and dynamic operation testing for effective exploration of operational behaviors of prosthetic sockets with amputees is proposed. Within this framework, a specific Stewart manipulator is developed to enable dynamic operation testing, in particular for a well-managed generation of dynamic intra-socket loads and behaviors that are otherwise difficult to observe or realize with the real amputees. A combination of deep learning and Bayesian Inference algorithms is then employed for analyzing the intra-socket load conditions and revealing possible anomalous.

SUMMARYThis paper presents the teleoperation of a parallel robot based on the Stewart–Gough platform. The robot is an experimental prototype capable of sliding along electrical lines in order to carry out different inspection and maintenance tasks. The paper also describes the kinematic equations of the parallel robot and their solution. The teleoperation of the prototype took place in a testing bank developed in the laboratory and containing the basic elements of electrical lines. The operator who performs the task uses a six degrees-of-freedom master-arm with force reflection, which also has an image-viewing system providing the operator with stereoscopic vision and allowing him/her to calibrate the information of the local station simulator with the real environment through the blending of images. The paper also presents the results of the laboratory experiments of the robot sliding along a line.

Abstract:
Purpose The study of vascular mechanics is important. The purpose of this paper is to present an apparatus to measure the biomechanical properties of blood vessels, which can be used for tensile test and fatigue test. Design/methodology/approach This equipment consists of a mechanical test platform, a hardware circuit based on FPGA and control software. The torque generated by stepper motor is converted to axial force by ball screw, and the vascular specimen is stretched axially. The tension is measured by a load cell, and the displacement is recorded by a grating displacement sensor. Findings According to the results of calibration experiment and stability experiment, the linearity error of the system is 0.251, the hysteresis error is 0.047, the repeatability error is 0.185, the comprehensive error is 0.315 and the standard deviation of the output is less than 0.01 N. A test of animal vascular mechanical properties was carried out, and the results are consistent with the theory. Originality/value This apparatus is designed to measure biomechanical properties of blood vessels, and the results of experiments indicate that it is stable and reliable. This work is valuable for studying vascular disease and testing artificial blood vessels.

Context:Chronic ankle instability (CAI) describes the residual symptoms present after repetitive ankle sprains. Current rehabilitation programs in the high school population focus on a multistation approach or general lower-extremity injury-prevention program. Specific rehabilitation techniques for CAI have not been established.Objective:To determine the effectiveness of a 4-wk biomechanical ankle platform system (BAPS) board protocol on the balance of high school athletes with CAI.Design:Randomized control trial.Setting:Athletic training facility.Patients:Twenty-two high school athletes with “giving way” and a history of ankle sprains (ie, CAI) were randomized into a rehabilitation (REH) (166.23 ± 0.93 cm, 67.0 ± 9.47 kg, 16.45 ± 0.93 y) or control (CON) (173.86 ± 8.88 cm, 84.51 ± 21.28 kg, 16.55 ± 1.29 y) group.Interventions:After baseline measures, the REH group completed a progressive BAPS rehabilitation program (3 times/wk for 4 wk), whereas the CON group had no intervention. Each session consisted of 5 trials of clockwise/counterclockwise rotations changing direction every 10 s during each 40-s trial. After 4 wk, baseline measurements were repeated.Main Outcome Measures:Dependent measures included longest time (time-in-balance test), average number of errors (foot lift test), average reach distance (cm) normalized to leg length for each reach direction (Star Excursion Balance Test [SEBT]), and fastest time (side hop test [SHT]).Results:Significant group-by-time interactions were found for TIB (F1,20 = 9.89, P = .005), FLT (F1,20 = 41.18, P < .001), SEBT-anteromedial (F1,20 = 5.34, P = .032), SEBT-medial (F1,20 = 7.51, P = .013), SEBT-posteromedial (F1,20 = 12.84, P = .002), and SHT (F1,20 = 7.50, P = .013). Post hoc testing showed that the REH group improved performance on all measures at posttest, whereas the CON group did not.Conclusion:A 4-wk BAPS rehabilitation protocol improved balance in high school athletes suffering from CAI. These results can allow clinicians to rehabilitate in a focused manner by using 1 rehabilitation tool that allows benefits to be accomplished in a shorter time.

OBJECT Atlantoaxial instability often requires surgery, and the current methods for fixation pose some risk to vascular and neurological tissues. Thus, new effective and safer methods are needed for salvage operations. This study sought to assess unilateral C-1 posterior arch screws (PASs) and C-2 laminar screws (LSs) combined with 1-side C1–2 pedicle screws (PSs) for posterior C1–2 fixation using biomechanical testing with bilateral C1–2 PSs in a cadaveric model. METHODS Six fresh ligamentous human cervical spines were evaluated for their biomechanics. The cadaveric specimens were tested in their intact condition, stabilization after injury, and after injury at 1.5 Nm of pure moment in 6 directions. The 3 groups tested were bilateral C1–2 PSs (Group A); left side C1–2 PSs with an ipsilateral C-1 PAS + C-2 laminar screw (Group B); and left side C1–2 PSs with a contralateral C-1 PAS + C-2 LS (Group C). During the testing, angular motion was measured using a motion capture platform. Data were recorded, and statistical analyses were performed. RESULTS Biomechanical testing showed that there was no significant difference among the stabilities of these fixation systems in flexion-extension and rotation control. In left lateral bending, the bilateral C1–2 PS group decreased flexibility by 71.9% compared with the intact condition, the unilateral C1–2 PS and ipsilateral PAS+LS group decreased flexibility by 77.6%, and the unilateral C1–2 PS and contralateral PAS+LS group by 70.0%. Each method significantly decreased C1–2 movements in right lateral bending compared with the intact condition, and the bilateral C1–2 PS system was more stable than the C1–2 PS and contralateral PAS+LS system (p = 0.036). CONCLUSIONS A unilateral C-1 PAS + C-2 LS combined with 1-side C-1 PSs provided the same acute stability as the PS, and no statistically significant difference in acute stability was found between the 2 screw techniques. These methods may constitute an alternative method for posterior atlantoaxial fixation.

Context: Lower-extremity stress fractures (SFx) are a common occurrence during load-bearing activities of jumping and landing. To detect biomechanical changes during jumping postinjury, a fatigue model could be used. Objective: To evaluate muscle activation in the lower leg and tibial accelerations (TAs) prefatigue to postfatigue following a jumping task in those with and without a history of SFx. Design: Repeated-measures. Setting: Athletic Training Research Lab. Participants: A total of 30 active college-aged students with and without a history of lower-extremity (leg or foot) SFx (15 males and 15 females; 21.5 [5.04] y, height = 173.5 [12.7] cm, weight = 72.65 [16.4] kg). Intervention: A maximal vertical jump on one leg 3 times with arms folded across the chest prefatigue to postfatigue was performed. Fatigue protocol was standing heel raises on a custom-built platform at a pace controlled by a metronome until task failure was reached. Legs were tested using a randomized testing order. Electromyographic (EMG) surface electrodes were placed on the medial gastrocnemius, soleus, and tibialis anterior following a standardized placement protocol. A triaxial accelerometer was attached to the proximal anteromedial surface of the tibia. Main Outcome Measures: Linear envelopes of the medial gastrocnemius, soleus, and tibialis anterior and peak accelerations (resultant acceleration takeoff and landing). Results: Significant interaction for leg × test for tibialis anterior with a posttest difference between SFx and control (P = .05). There were decreases in EMG linear envelope following fatigue for medial gastrocnemius (P < .01) and tibialis anterior (P = .12) pretest to posttest. At takeoff, TA was greater in the SFx contralateral leg in comparison with the control leg (P = .04). At landing, TA was greater in posttest (P < .01) and in the SFx leg compared with SFx contralateral (P = .14). Conclusion: A decrease in muscle activity and an increase in TA following fatigue were noted for all subjects but especially for those with a history of SFx.

Category: Midfoot/Forefoot; Other Introduction/Purpose: Surgical management of midfoot Charcot arthropathy typically includes fusion through the midfoot to obtain a stable plantigrade foot. Multiple surgical strategies exist, including variable combinations of internal fixation with plates, or thin wire external fixator frames, or both. More recently, intramedullary beams and bolts have been used as an alternative means of fixation. The current understanding of midfoot fusion lacks knowledge of how much stiffness, strength and compression is provided using two different intramedullary midfoot fusion devices. The purpose of this study is to assess 3 point bending strength of midfoot fusion nails versus bolts as well as to test their compressive abilities. Additionally, we looked to assess how the addition of a subtalar fusion affects midfoot stiffness and rotational control in a cadaver model. Methods: Bone blocks and cadaver feet were used for compression and biomechanical testing, respectively. Bone blocks were pre-drilled with an undersized pilot bit and then cut in two. A washer-type load cell measured the compressive force produced by the implants. Sixteen (8 nails and 8 bolts) compressive tests were performed. Ten matched cadaver foot specimens were prepared, and medial column fusions were performed with midfoot fusion nails or bolts (10 each). Another ten matched specimens were prepared evaluating midfoot fusion nails with or without subtalar fusions. Specimens were placed on a custom platform at 20 degrees of dorsiflexion. A linear variable differential transformer (LVDT) was used to record local displacement at the midfoot (Figure 1). Each specimen underwent 3000 cycles of compressive loading (200N - 1000N) followed by displacement- controlled loading to 9mm of total axial displacement via servo-hydraulic test frame. The Wilcoxon signed rank test (paired analysis) was used for analysis. Results: The overall performance between nail vs bolt matched specimens or between nail only vs nail with subtalar fusion showed no statistical difference with regards to stiffness. The compressive force tests show the nail to be significantly stronger in all aspects of the analysis. When comparing nail vs bolt matched specimens, only the accumulated height drop at the end of cycling was significantly different (p=0.008). For the nail only VS nail with subtalar fusion, only the displacement before fatigue was significantly different (p=0.035). There was no difference among the matched pairs with regards to stiffness, displacement after fatigue or maximum force during load to failure. Conclusion: This study highlights important biomechanical and compressive data comparing midfoot fusions using nails vs bolts. The compressive force test of nails was superior to bolts. This could provide valuable insight when considering implants for arthrodesis. The overall comparison between matched pairs of nails vs bolts did not provide significant differences among those groups. Similarly, adding a subtalar fusion did not provide significant mechanical improvement based on this model. The clinical utility of these findings is limited by the difficulty in recreating a Charcot like scenario using cadavers.

Abstract Background Recent advances in technology have made it possible to conduct remote clinical trials that allow individuals to participate from home with comfort, privacy, and ease. Despite these advances, challenges persist in running remote trials, such as survey question redundancies, lack of patient-initiated data-sharing tools, and unclear patient communication around critical enrollment steps. The Women Informed to Screen Depending on Measures of risk (WISDOM) Study is a pragmatic, preference-tolerant randomized control breast cancer screening trial comparing personalized risk-based screening to traditional, annual screening. The study population includes women ages 40-74 without a history of breast cancer or DCIS. Since 2016, study enrollment has been available to all women in the U.S. who meet study eligibility criteria. Since October 2020, WISDOM has implemented multiple strategies to improve participant experience: participant-initiated data-sharing tools and clear participant messaging. This abstract presents the efficacy of these interventions as they relate to increasing patient enrollment in remote, pragmatic clinical trials. Methods The WISDOM Study online enrollment process includes registration, participant study arm selection or randomization, online consent, and enrollment (submission of multiple study surveys over a secure, online platform). Barriers to online enrollment were uncovered through an internally-conducted needs assessment of participants who enrolled between 2019-2020, and participant feedback obtained through phone interviews conducted by WISDOM’s embedded ethics study. Improvements to our online enrollment procedures were executed in October 2020 and included: improving the clarity of study arm selection options, streamlining data collection surveys, and enacting a secure, patient-initiated online data-sharing tool and an online portal feature with auto-launch of critical information. Study metrics were obtained through Google Analytics and Salesforce. Results Prior to the end of 2020, only 62% of the 30,046 participants who registered for the WISDOM Study completed study enrollment. After improving the enrollment process, of the 5,334 participants registered for the study between Jan-June 2021, 69% completed the enrollment process finishing both the online consent and survey forms. Conversion from consent to enrollment went from 78% in January 2020 to 93% in June 2021. Currently, 56% participants complete enrollment in one day. Streamlining online patient questionnaires led to an increase in completion rates, with 75% of participants completing their yearly surveys, compared to 59% prior to April 2021. A secure patient upload feature for data sharing led to 1,054 participants successfully sharing their mammogram reports with WISDOM between March - June 2021. Previously, mammogram reports were missing for 20% of enrolled participants. This feature has enabled WISDOM to process 300 additional mammogram reports per month. Integration of an auto-launch feature in the participant’s portal in Feb 2021 has led to a 17% increase in participants viewing their screening recommendations in Yr 1. Prior to auto-launch, only 59% (n=6328) of Yr 1 screening recommendations and 61% (n=3681) of genetic testing reports were viewed by participants. Since implementation, the numbers increased to 78% (n=8406) and 85% (n=5160), respectively. Conclusions. Streamlining data to the most essential elements, and minimizing the steps required to share clinical documents, complete questionnaires and open key study notification is essential to improving enrollment rates in virtual, pragmatic trials. Patient-initiated data-sharing tools such as the ability for participants to share documents through secure, online portals is one example of success. Abstract:
Robot frame compliance has a large negative effect on the global accuracy of the system when large external forces/torques are exerted. This phenomenon is particularly problematic in applications where the robot is required to achieve ultrahigh (micron level) accuracy under very large external loads, e.g., in biomechanical testing and high precision machining. To ensure the positioning accuracy of the robot in these applications, the authors proposed a novel Stewart platform-based manipulator with decoupled sensor–actuator locations. The unique mechanism has the sensor locations fully decoupled from the actuator locations for the purpose of passively compensating for the load frame compliance, as a result improving the effective stiffness of the manipulator in six degrees of freedom (6DOF). In this paper, the stiffness of the proposed manipulator is quantified via a simplified method, which combines both an analytical model (robot kinematics error model) and a numerical model [finite element analysis (FEA) model] in the analysis. This method can be used to design systems with specific stiffness requirements. In the control aspect, the noncollocated positions of the sensors and actuators lead to a suboptimal control structure, which is addressed in the paper using a simple Jacobian-based decoupling method under both kinematics- and dynamics-based control. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed manipulator configuration has an effective stiffness that is increased by a factor of greater than 15 compared to a general design. Experimental results show that the Jacobian-based decoupling method effectively increases the dynamic tracking performance of the manipulator by 25% on average over a conventional method.

A long-term stationary experiment was conducted to examine for the purpose nine field crop rotation patterns different in the number of fields (four to six), set of crops, and their succession in crop rotation. The respective shares of legumes, oilseeds, and cereals in the cropping pattern were 17 to 33, 17 to 40, and 50 to 67 %. It has been established that in case of no-till field crop cultivation the economic efficiency of plant production depends on the set of crops and their succession in rotation. The most economically efficient type of crop rotation is the soya-winter wheat-peas-winter wheat-sunflower-corn six-field rotation with two fields of legumes: in this rotation 1 ha of crop rotation area yields 3 850 grain units per ha at a grain unit prime cost of 5.46 roubles; the plant production output return and profitability were 20,888 roubles per ha and 113 %, respectively. The high production profitabilities provided by the soya-winter wheat-sunflower four-field and the soya-winter-wheat-sunflower-corn-winter wheat five-field crop rotation are 108.7 and 106.2 %, respectively. The inclusion of winter wheat in crop rotation for two years in a row reduces the second winter wheat crop yield by 80 to 100 %, which means a certain reduction in the grain unit harvesting rate to 3.48-3.57 thousands per ha of rotation area and cuts the production profitability down to 84.4-92.3 %. The relevance of the topic has to do with an increased global interest in this region. The paper is aimed at considering the basic principles of developing and the procedure of testing seismic instruments for use at ultralow climatic temperatures. In this paper the indicated issue is considered through the example of a seismic module designed for petroleum and gas exploration by passive seismoacoustic methods. The seismic module is a direct-burial portable unit of around 5 kg in weight, designed to continuously measure and record microseismic triaxial orthogonal (ZNE) noise in a range from 0.1 to 45 Hz during several days in autonomous mode. The functional chart of designing the seismic module was considered, and concrete conclusions were made for choosing the necessary components to meet the ultralow-temperature operational requirements. The conclusions made served for developing appropriate seismic module. In this case, the components and tools used included a SAFT MP 176065 xc low-temperature lithium cell, industrial-spec electronic component parts, a Zhaofeng Geophysical ZF-4.5 Chinese primary electrodynamic seismic sensor, housing seal parts made of frost-resistant silicone materials, and finely dispersed silica gel used as water-retaining sorbent to avoid condensation in the housing. The paper also describes a procedure of low-temperature collation tests at the lab using a New Brunswick Scientific freezing plant. The test results proved the operability of the developed equipment at ultralow temperatures down to -55°C. In addition, tests were conducted at low microseismic noises in the actual Arctic environment. The possibility to detect signals in a range from 1 to 10 Hz at the level close to the NLNM limit (the Peterson model) has been confirmed, which allows monitoring and exploring petroleum and gas deposits by passive methods. As revealed by this study, the suggested approaches are efficient in developing high-precision mobile seismic instruments for use at ultralow climatic temperatures. Bogdanov, DOI: https://doi.org/10.26782/jmcms.spl.10/2020.06.00044 Abstract: The article considers the problem of surgical correction of the second metatarsal bone length. The article analyzes the results of treatment of patients with excess length of the second metatarsal bones that underwent osteotomy with and without osteosynthesis. The results of treatment of patients who underwent metatarsal shortening due to classical Weil-osteotomy with and without osteosynthesis were analyzed. The first group consisted of 34 patients. They underwent classical Weil osteotomy. The second group included 44 patients in whomosteotomy of the second metatarsal bone were not by the screw. When studying the results of the treatment in the immediate postoperative period, weeks 6, 12, slightly better results were observed in patients of the first group, while one year after surgical treatment the results in both groups were comparable. One year after surgical treatment, there were 2.9% (1 patient) of unsatisfactory results in the first group and 4.5% (2 patients) in the second group. Considering the comparability of the results of treatment in remote postoperative period, the choice of concrete method remains with the operating surgeon. Methods. A prospective 3-year study of 86 healthy dogs (aged 1-7 yrs) of different breeds and of both sexes. Echo homogeneity and echogenicity of the stomach and intestines wall were determined by the method of Silina, T.L., et al. (2010) in absolute values ​​of average brightness levels of ultrasound image pixels using the 8-bit scale with 256 shades of gray. Results. Quantitative echogenicity indicators of the stomach and the small intestine wall in dogs were determined. Based on the numerical values ​​characterizing echogenicity distribution in each layer of a separate structure of the digestive system, the coefficient of gastric echogenicity is determined as 1:2.4:1.1 (mucosa/submucosa/muscle layers, respectively), the coefficient of duodenum and jejunum echogenicity is determined as 1:3.5:2 and that of ileum is 1:1.8:1. Clinical significance. Datieva, DOI: https://doi.org/10.26782/jmcms.spl.10/2020.06.00046 Abstract: The aim of this work was to assess the functional reserves of the body to quantify individual health; adaptation, psychophysiological characteristics of the health quality of medical students in different seasons of the year. When studying the temporal organization of physiological functions, the rhythm parameters of physiological functions were determined, followed by processing the results using the Cosinor Analysis program, which reveals rhythms with an unknown period for unequal observations, evaluates 5 parameters of sinusoidal rhythms (mesor, amplitude, acrophase, period, reliability). The essence of desynchronization is the mismatch of circadian rhythms among themselves or destruction of the rhythms architectonics (instability of acrophases or their disappearance). Desynchronization with respect to the rhythmic structure of the body is of a disregulatory nature, most pronounced in pathological desynchronization. High neurotism, increased anxiety reinforces the tendency to internal desynchronization, which increases with stress. During examination stress, students experience a decrease in the stability of the temporary organization of the biosystem and the tension of adaptive mechanisms develops, which affects attention, mental performance and the quality of adaptation to the educational process. Time is shortened and the amplitude of the “initial minute” decreases, personal and situational anxiety develops, and the level of psychophysiological adaptation decreases. The results of the work are priority because they can be used in assessing quality and level of health. Tsvetkov, DOI: https://doi.org/10.26782/jmcms.spl.10/2020.06.00047 Abstract: The present study of comparison methods based on the triadic model introduces the following concepts: the relation of comparability and the relation of comparison, and object comparison and attributive comparison. The difference between active and passive qualitative comparison is shown, two triadic models of passive and active comparison and models for comparing two and three objects are described. Triadic comparison models are proposed as an alternative to dyadic comparison models. Comparison allows finding the common and the different; this approach is proposed for the analysis of the nomothetic and ideographic method of obtaining knowledge. The nomothetic method identifies and evaluates the general, while the ideographic method searches for unique in parameters and in combinations of parameters. Triadic comparison is used in systems and methods of argumentation, as well as in the analysis of consistency/inconsistency.
