Abstract:
Due to lack of scientific evidence, guidelines cannot be formulated. Hence this protocol would serve as STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE (SOP) for performing neurosurgical procedures on COVID-19 suspect, probable or positive cases. This SOP is based on recommendations from various societies and experiences of the hospitals involved in care of patients with COVID-19. As the status of COVID-19 in Nepal change along with refinement in knowledge of the disease and its management, SOP would be updated. Objective is to “Serve with caution”. Nepal is presently in phase 2 of Global COVID-19 p The doubling time for active infections is shortening over the last two weeks (Figure 1). The healthcare facilities have to gear up and prepare to face the worst with the most efficient use of available resources. Neurosurgical emergencies may arise in COVID-19 patients (suspect or probable or positive) who are being managed in isolated wards or ICU. Such patients cannot be operated in routine operating rooms nor kept in routine ICU, as they pose threat of transmission of infection to other patients and health care workers (HCW). COVID-19 patients undergoing aerosol generating procedures (AGPs) pose higher risk of transmission of the SARS-CoV-2 virus. Special isolation precautions should be adopted by all health care workers (HCW) with specific protocols to stay safe as well as manage the case efficiently.

Abstract:
In realizing professional, effective, and efficient work, as well as improvement of work system, the company requires Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). SOP is a guide or reference to perform job tasks in accordance with the function and also a tool of performance appraisal company based on technical, administrative, and procedural indicators in accordance with work procedures and work system in the work unit concerned. Problems that occurred at PT. XYZ is the absence of standardization and documentation of work standards for warehousing activities resulting in non-standard work quality. The purpose of this research is to arrange Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) based on work elements in each warehousing activities in warehouse of PT. XYZ. The result of the research is the preparation of SOP for the acceptance of coffee beans, the storage of coffee beans, the delivery of coffee beans to the production, and the delivery of coffee to the consumers.

Abstract:
Internal standard response is routinely monitored in regulated studies to accept or reject individual samples with outlier results due to potential sample processing or instrumentation errors, and processes are typically governed by standard operating procedures. However, acceptance or rejection of individual samples is not always sufficient. Internal standard response trends and substantial systemic differences between spiked and incurred samples using a method with an otherwise stable internal standard response should be investigated. Investigations may range from informal evaluations to detailed studies with formal investigation reports. Atypical internal standard response can be an indicator of systemic problems with a bioanalytical method and modification to allow for a relatively stable internal standard response across an analytical run may be essential.

Abstract:
History Traffic in Indonesia can not be separated from the development of the world Automotive technology, which originated from the discovery of the engine with petroleum fuels. In the days of the Dutch East Indies government then ruled Indonesia started bringing vehicles wheel 4 and wheel 2 to Indonesia, causing traffic activity. And when the car and motorcycle multiply causing many problems - the problems of traffic, such as traffic violations and accidents. Given the above, of course of police duties particularly Traffic Police Unit increasingly severe, in the sense of Traffic Police Unit should continue to maintain and improve the technical capacity of the police in order to deal with problems like traffic violations and traffic accidents, in addition to the Police Unit Then Trails should be able to provide a breakthrough in order to increase awareness to the public about the correct procedures and safe traffic and police action to reduce the number of traffic accidents on the road. For that to improve the professionalism and quality of work performed is necessary to standardize the work that will be used as working guidelines called the Standard Operation Procedure (SOP)Keywords: Standard Operating Procedure; Investigation; Traffice Accident.

Abstract:
This research to improve the quality of public services in accordance with the expectations of the community as service users. According to ISO 27001: 2013, an information security management system is an integrated part of an organizational process and in overall information security management in maintaining confidentiality, integrity and availability of information, managing and controlling security risks. information. To maintain consistency in providing optimal services, internal improvements need to be made to build a management system that will guarantee the quality of the education process according to the set standards. So, one of which is a standard that will become a reference in the form of an SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) on information security management. This research was conducted in Regional Financial and Aset Management Board (BPKAD) East Java Province. Therefore, this study proposes the making of SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) as a standard regarding information management using the Cobit 5 and ISO 27001:2013 framework. This study proposes the making of SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) as a standard regarding information management using the Cobit 5 and ISO 27001:2013 framework. This research will produce SOP documents that refer to Cobit 5 and ISO 27001: 2013 regarding information system security management. Abstract:
Microarrays are a powerful method for the global analysis of gene or protein content and expression, opening up new horizons in molecular and physiological systems. This review focuses on the critical aspects of acquiring meaningful data for analysis following fluorescence-based target hybridisation to arrays. Although microarray technology is adaptable to the analysis of a range of biomolecules (DNA, RNA, protein, carbohydrates and lipids), the scheme presented here is applicable primarily to customised DNA arrays fabricated using long oligomer or cDNA probes. Rather than provide a comprehensive review of microarray technology and analysis techniques, both of which are large and complex areas, the aim of this paper is to provide a restricted overview, highlighting salient features to provide initial guidance in terms of pitfalls in planning and executing array projects. We outline standard operating procedures, which help streamline the analysis of microarray data resulting from a diversity of array formats and biological systems. We hope that this overview will provide practical initial guidance for those embarking on microarray studies.

Abstract:
Standard operating procedures (SOPs) were developed for repetitive field research tasks to help ensure that instructions were complete and to provide consistency and continuity in the senior author's field research program. SOPs are explicit step-by-step instructions for carrying out experimental tasks that are components of experimental plans. SOPs are not the same as protocols for unique, new experimental plans. However, protocols may incorporate sequences of SOPs, if desired. SOPs are most useful for new workers and when research tasks need to be repeated infrequently in time (e.g., once every 6 mo or less per year). SOPs may help researchers enhance data accuracy, precision, and reproducibility as part of their own statistical quality control procedures. The authors' field-tested SOPs are available on diskette for critical review, modification, and use by interested weed scientists.
