A massive of global trends that affect many sectors including food trends has threatened traditional food existence. In order to inherit a spirit of local wisdom preservation among the young generation, the writers initiated a social experiment at Kampung Cikarag in creating a holistic tourist attraction highlighting the local food and its immersive innovation to urban society. This gastronomy tourism development is carried out in Cikarag Village, Garut Regency in collaboration with the business manager of Villa Sarema and some members of a cooperative. The research method uses descriptive research methods with a qualitative approach. The analysis used is divided into two parts, there are internal factor analysis and external factor analysis which is then assisted by instruments in the form of a SWOT matrix (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threats) and QSPM (Qualitative Planning Srategic Matrix). This program resulted in a recommendation for a gastronomic tourism program, that is "Hayu Mulih ka Desa" as an effort to reintroduce Indonesian food through a trip to Garut.

Hal tersebut dikhawatirkan akan berpengaruh pada eksistensi makanan tradisional khas Indonesia di masa mendatang. Oleh karena keresahan tersebut, peneliti membuat sebuah inovasi baru yang bekerjasama dengan sembilan pemangku kepentingan (nona helix) dalam memperkenalkan kembali kekayaan makanan nusantara melalui pengembangan program Wisata Gastronomi. Pengembangan Wisata Gastronomi ini dilakukan di salah satu pengelola Villa di Kampung Cikarag, Kabupaten Garut. Adapun metode penelitian ini yaitu penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Analisis yang digunakan dibagi menjadi dua bagian, yaitu analisis faktor internal dan analisis faktor eksternal yang kemudian dibantu dengan analisis SWOT (Strenght, Weakness, Opportunity, Threats) dan QSPM (Qualitative Planning Srategic Matrix). Program pengabdian ini menghasilkan sebuah rekomendasi program wisata gastronomi “Hayu Mulih ka Desa” sebagai upaya dalam mengenalkan kembali makanan nusantara melalui trip di Garut. Cakupan wisata gastronomi ini memiliki alur seni kuliner yang menarik, sehingga tidak hanya melihat makanan dari segi pemenuhan kebutuhan fisiologis saja, tetapi memperlihatkan proses hulu ke hilir pengolahan suatu makanan sebagai komponen budaya dan cakupan aset daerah yang dimiliki. Sehingga pengembangan yang dilakukan secara konstruktif membentuk citra yang unik dan menarik bagi sebuah destinasi wisata di daerah.

Indonesia’s geograpycal is archipelago. As archipelago, Indonesia has been recognized world by internationally. Srategic conditions in Indonesia demand that the county is able to develop the potential of the maritime. One of the efforts in develelopment about maritime potential is one of them is manufacture model dry dock gate is stable. Dry Dock Shipyard Door Modeling is used to carry out the analyzes needed by the research and also wants to promote the use according to the needs of the field, both in terms of safety, comfort and budget in terms of operational safety. This research program aims to resolve the stability of Dry Dock doors with a length of 40.4 meters using Maxsurf and Hydromax software in analyzing estimates using intervals of 500 mm in length expected to produce detailed data leading to longitudinal and transverse data as asked by the process ship planning in general. The result of dry dock gate analysis with a length of 40.4 m meets IMO standards where ballast construction requires 54% and 68% and using ballast fix will be able to produce a GMt value of 1.693 m with a tide height of 10.393 m. GMt values indicate the gate dick can remain stable and sturdy standing at the bottom of the dock when dry. when the ballast is empty, it will produce GMt 1,007, which means the dock is stable, but it is still easily broken down. These conditions govern when maintaining dry dock doors

Failure to plan the utilization of Information Systems and Information Technology results in organizations/institutions facing a relatively high increase in financial expenses. Advances in information technology make Information Systems and Information Technology have an important role for the running of an organization today. Information system strategic planning is needed that is aligned with organizational goals that are in accordance with organizational needs and can provide benefits. Strategic planning must be in accordance with the needs of activities and organizational goals. This research was conducted using the Cobit 5 Framework with the Ward and Peppard method by applying several stages of analysis. It is known that the priority of the BSC Cobit 5 Dimension sequentially is financial, learning and growth, internal and costumer. While TI's goal of the cobit 5 process, number 7 gets the first priority where the processes that are the first order are EDM04, APO01 and APO07 and so on.

So far, in formulating strategies in an organization, especially reviewing from the aspect of human resource management, analytical tools that are often used to process the data obtained are SWOT Analysts, Internal Factor Analysis and External factors and Competitive Profile Matrix how to analyze the strength of weaknesses in opportunities and threats of a company (SWOT) and matrix Competitive profile analyzes the strategic position of the company compared to similar competitors, especially in terms of human resource management, namely employees, because employees are the spearhead of an organization.
The purpose of software development in the form of this application is so that it can be used to formulate strategies in the organization and its specifics can be applied also to formulate strategies in the human resource management division Software tools developed in the form of analytical tools in the form of applications consisting of SWOT Analysis, Competitive Profile Matrix, External and Internal environment analysis per business in the form of data analysis tables and diagrams that can illustrate weights, ratings and interpret the company's position and formulate strategies that are suitable for the company to apply.
The development method carried out is the development model of Borg & Gall (2001) using waterfall grooves at the development stage.
The results of this software development are called macro excel-based strategic planning applications) which are tested by including fictitious data on human resource management, IFA and EFA analysis, SWOT analysis, and Competitive Profile Matrix, and the result is a quadrant of strategies that formulate what strategies can be applied to the organization's resource management division.

Peer-Assisted Learning Strategies (PALS) is a teaching method that has been relatively underexplored in current research. PALS aims to enhance the academic performance of 10th-grade students at TJKT 2 Vocational School, Muhammadiyah 5 Jember, and to determine the impact of utilizing Peer-Assisted Learning Strategies (PALS) on the mathematical learning outcomes of these students. This method is a form of cooperative learning with peer assistance serving as tutors. This study employs an action research approach to improve the teaching process. The research process involves several steps, including initial idea generation, pre-survey, diagnosis, planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection. Students are organized into several groups to carry out the Peer-Assisted Learning Strategies (PALS) learning method. The subjects of this research are 24 students in the 10th-grade Computer Networking and Telecommunications program at SMK Muhammadiyah 5 Jember during the second semester of the 2022/2023 academic year. Data collection is conducted through mathematics test results. The research findings indicate that, prior to the intervention, only 38% of the students passed the assessment, while 62% did not. After implementing the Peer-Assisted Learning Strategies (PALS) method, the mathematical learning outcomes significantly improved, with 75% of the students passing and 25% remaining below the passing threshold. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the implementation of Peer-Assisted Learning Strategies (PALS) can enhance mathematics learning.

KWT digunakan sebagai sarana guna kelancaran kegiatan pembinaan kepada petani Desa untuk peningkatan kualitas sumber daya petani wanita. Akan tetapi, mitra belum memiliki pembukuan atau catatan terkait pendapatan, pengeluaran, biaya produksi dan laba ruginya, belum memiliki sistem pemasaran seperti website ataupun sosial media dan pemasaran secara offline baru dikenal masyarakat ataupun desa setempat, belum memahami tata kelola perusahaan, belum memiliki label/brand dari produk yang ditawarkan. Solusi yang ditawarkan untuk masalah ini adalah melakukan pendampingan dan membantu dalam pembuatan pembukuan dan laporan keuangan sederhana serta dibuatkan sistem sederhana, membuatkan website dan sosial media serta memasarkan ke masyarakat luar, memberikan pelatihan mengenai penerapan tata kelola perusahaan terutama berkaitan dengan penentuan strategi produksi maupun pemasaran, melakukan pembuatan branding dari produk yang ditawarkan. Khalayak sasaran kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah KWT Dwi Tunggal Putri Desa Taro. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dengan melakukan pendekatan individual, kemudian pelatihan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah penerapan srategi pemasaran dan pembuatan pembukuan. KWT Dwi Tunggal Putri diharapkan dapat memberikan kesempatan bagi perempuan di desa tersebut untuk menyalurkan kemampuannya dalam mengolah lahan pertanian dan melalui berbagai kegiatan yang diadakan oleh KWT dapat meningkatkan aktualisasi mereka di lingkungan sosialnya.

The aims of this study are to identify both internal and external factors of agribusiness in PT Lentera Panen Mandiri (PT LPM), map the company’s position, and determine its development strategy. Main data used in this study is primary data obtained from stakeholders of PT LPM by direct interview. Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Threat (SWOT) of soybean agribusiness in PT LPM were identified in this study and followed by determining the company’s position using SWOT diagram. Alternative srategies were derived from the SWOT matrix and prioritized using Quantitative Strategies Planning Matrix (QSPM) analysis. The results of this study identified 5 strengths, 7 weaknesses, 9 opportunities, and 6 threaths with the highest factors consisted as "company's commitment to supervise and foster farmers and suppliers", "is time-consuming sorting process and potency of mixed between rice and soybean", "opportunity to increase the productivity of soybean at farmer level ", and "uncommit suppliers to supply only from areas that have been approved by the company" respectively. Based on the SWOT diagram, soybean agribussiness in PT LPM positioned in Quadrant I, which mean that the company should apply Agressive Strategy or Strength – Opportunity (S-O) strategy. Based on the SWOT Matrix, 5 alternative of S-O strategies were derived. Based on the QSPM analysis, strategy for guarding and coaching farmers through patnership scheme is the first priority with Total Attarctive Score (TAS) is 12.9.

Product marketing activities can be carried out using Integrated Marketing Communication. With marketing communication, the company can inform the product to be marketed to the target market more broadly. This study examines the role of symbolic interactions in the marketing planning of the Appeton brand in marketing its products. This research uses a qualitative approach through the case study method. Data collection was done by in-depth interviews, observations, and records of PT. Biomed. The conclusion of this research is marketing communication planning on Instagram @appetonindonesia can be translated into several stages, namely analyzing the situation, strategy, implementation, and evaluation. Situation analysis is that there are generalized others, where there are rules to make advertisements in accordance with Indonesian customs or culture. The implementation phase has a pygmalion effect. The strategic stage is the Pygmalion effect. Where social media specialists must meet the desires of business managers in making promotional advertisements. At the implementation stage there is the application of generalized others as rules agreed upon together in the publication. The rule is to upload promotional material as much as 10x in one week. Evaluation is done by using special symbols that are mutually understood, such as engagement rate, impression.Kegiatan memasarkan produk dapat dilakukan menggunakan Komunikasi Pemasaran Terpadu. Dengan komunikasi pemasaran, perusahaan dapat menginformasikan mengenai produk yang hendak dipasarkan kepada target pasar secara lebih luas. Penelitian ini meneliti peran interaksi simbolik dalam perencanaan komunikasi pemasaran merek Appeton dalam memasarkan produk-produknya. Analisis situasi ada terdapat generalized others, dimana adanya aturan membuat iklan yang sesuai dengan kebiasaan atau budaya Indonesia. Tahap implementasi terdapat efek pygmalion. Tahap srategi terdapat efek Pygmalion. Dimana sosial media spesialis harus memenuhi keinginan business manager dalam pembuatan iklan promosi. Pada tahap implementasi ada penerapan wujud generalized others sebagai aturan yang telah disepakati bersama dalam publikasi. Aturannya adalah mengunggah materi promosi sebanyak 10x dalam satu minggu.Evaluasi dilakukan dengan menggunakan simbol khusus yang saling dimengerti, seperti engagement rate, impression.

The production of Siam-catfish (Pangasianodon hypopthalmus) seeds in Subang, West Java can not meet the market demand yet. The production of Siam-catfish seeds need to be improved especially by the main supplier namely the North Branch of Marine and fisheries service of West Java province (CDKPWU) with a partnership pattern between core and plasma. The purposes of this study were to identify internal and external factors that influence the marketing of Siam-catfish seeds with a network system between CDKPWU and partners, to identify advantages and disadvantages in the network process that occurs between CDKPWU and the partners, and trying to develop the most effective business and marketing srategy of Siam-catfish seeds in order to reach maximum output and outcome. The methods used in this study were as follows: (1) Valuable, Rare, Imitate to Cost and Organized Analysis (VRIO), (2) Political-Legal, Economic, Social, Technology Analysis (PEST), (3) Internal Factor Evaluation Matrix (IFE), (4) External Factor Evaluation Matrix (EFE), (5) Internal External (IE) Matrix, (6) Analysis of Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) and (7) Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) Analysis. The result of IFE and EFE matrix indicated that the company's position was stable in response to external situation. The total score of IFE matrix was 3.38, indicating that the strength of CDKPWU can overcome weaknesses very well. The total score of EFE matrix was 2.59, describing that CDKPWU was good enough in responding to opportunities and minimizing threats. The results of the SWOT analysis show nine alternative strategy formulations in which three alternative formulation priorities were (1) Expanding the production partnership network to increase production and increase community income, (2) Maintaining good seed quality and production process technology, (3) Utilizing partnerships to establish good relationship and communication with relevant agencies. Based on the QSPM matrix analysis, the priority strategies are obtained to be implemented, namely expanding the production partnership network to increase production and increase community income

<p>Climate change has significant negative impact on agriculture in tropical region. Inrecent years, research on climate change has focused mainly on food crops while horticultural crops have received little attention. This paper is an overview of Indonesian future climate projection for precipitation, temperature and extreme climate, climate change impact and adaptation strategies on vegetable and fruit crops and future challenge for horticultural development under climate change. The climate change will decrease crop productivity and quality, increase the incidence of new pest and disease, and the outbreaks on vegetable and fruit crops. Further climate change will disrupt water availability, alter climate-crop suitability and cause crop failure due to extreme climate. Several adaptation measures have been developed in farming system, among other adjustment of planting time, using resistant varieties to environmental strees, adopting irrigation technology for efficient water use, using green house and increasing farmers and extention service capacity through climate field school. For future research it is necessary to assess climate projections with several scenarios and Global Circular Models (GCMs) and their impact on future vegetable and fruits crops by developing crop modeling which should be given a priority of in agriculture. This information crucially needed for adaptation strategy and a long term agricultural planning in the future.</p><p>Keywords: Vegetable, fruit, climate change, global circular model, adaptation </p><p> </p><p><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p>Perubahan iklim berdampak negatif terhadap pertanian di daerah tropis. Selama ini penelitian dampak perubahan iklim terhadap pertanian lebih banyak dilakukan pada tanaman pangan, sementara pada tanaman hortikultura, khususnya sayuran dan buah-buahan masih terbatas. Tulisan ini merupakan tinjauan tentang proyeksi dampak perubahan iklim di Indonesia yang meliputi curah hujan, suhu udara, dan iklim ekstrim terhadap produksi tanaman buah dan sayuran, di samping berbagai upaya adaptasi yang telah dilakukan dan tantangan pembangunan hortikultura ke depan. Perubahan iklim pada tanaman sayuran dan buah-buahan terbukti menurunkan kuantitas dan kualitas produksi, munculnya hama penyakit baru, meningkatnya serangan hama dan penyakit, gagal panen, penurunan kapasitas air irigasi, perubahan kesesuian lahan dan tanaman. Beberapa langkah adaptasi yang sudah dilakukan yaitu penyesuaian sistem usaha tani yang meliputi penggunaan varietas toleran cekaman lingkungan, penyesuian waktu tanam, penggunaan teknik irigasi hemat air, pengembangan teknologi pencarian sumber daya air baru, penggunaan rumah kasa/rumah plastik, peningkatan kemampuan petani dan penyuluh dalam memahami perubahan iklim melalui sekolah lapang. Ke depan masih perlu dilakukan kajian proyeksi iklim dengan berbagai skenario dan berbagai Global circular model (GCM) serta kajian dampak perubahan iklim terhadap tanaman sayur dan buah unggulan melalui pengembangan pemodelan sistem usaha tani. Peluang dan tangan pengembangan Pesantren di Luwu Utara, terdapat Undang-undang Nomor 20 tahun 2003 tentang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional, yang beberapa pasalnya menekankan penyelenggaraan pendidikan keagamaan, seperti, pasal 30 ayat (1) dan Peraturan Pemerintah (PP) Nomor 55 Tahun 2007 tentang Pendidikan Agama dan Pendidikan Keagamaan pada pasal 1 ayat (2) tentang Pendidikan Agama dan Pendidikan Keagamaan yang didalamnya secara tegas dikemukakan bahwa pondok pesantren menyelenggarakan pendidikan diniyah pada tingkat dasar dan menengah, tergolong dalam sub sistem pendidikan Nasional di Indonesia yang bertujuan untuk mencerdaskan bangsa, menjadikan manusia yang beriman dan bertaqwa kepada Tuhan yang Maha Esa, berakhlak mulia, sehat, berilmu, cakap, kreatif, mandiri dan menajdi warga negara yang demokratis serta bertanggung jawab. Sedangkan tantangan ada beberapa hambatan 1)Sistem kurikulum yang lebih modern, sehingga pesantren ketinggalan jauh dari sekolah umum, 2) Kurangnya anggaran dan sumber pendanaan disebabkan oleh kurang siswa. 3) adanya sebagian orang tua tidak tertarik menyekolahkan anak di sekolah Pesantren.Kata kunci: Pengembangan, Pondok Pesantren As’addiyah. This case study was conducted to see the implementation of tax planning for Income Tax Article 21 using 4 (four) alternative. Based on the analysis, implementation of gross-up method will provide greater tax savings compared with other alternative. Calculation of Income Tax Article 21 using gross-up method can result in increasing employees’ gross salary, and also which will affect the corporate profit decrease because the expense that can be deducted in the fiscal will be increase, so that the corporate income tax borne by the corporate is going down. On the other hand, gross-up method is advantageous because the employee will receive larger take home pay.

AbstractThe end result is the hope of the process that has been carried out, the strategy is a very basic tool to achieve the desired expectations. To realize the training and education institutions that have a commitment in achieving the vision and mission is a good end hope from the educators especially the expectations of each of the parents of the students by upholding discipline, which has not fully implemented and implemented the IS / IT, so information what is needed cannot be managed properly. For this reason, an ICT-based system is needed which is expected to be able to produce accurate and timely information. The purpose of this paper is to identify data and information needs in policy formulation and develop strategic information system plans. The basic concept used is the methodology proposed by John Ward and Peppard. The steps are carried out by analyzing the internal and external business environment of the Institute, internal and external IS / IT analysis of the institution, followed by the process of identifying the strategy, and designing future portfolios. The method of analysis was carried out using several analytical methods, among others, SWOT, Critical Success Factors, Value Chain, PEST, and Mc Farlan Strategic Grid.The results of the research are the strategic planning blue print. The information produced will be integrated information for administrative needs and public services. Strategic objectives of IS / IT are excellent services that are reliable to be achieved with optimal implementation with ICT support. Latar Belakang: Pelaksanaan vaksinasi tentunya menghadapi tantangan memiliki hambatan yang berbeda-beda di setiap wilayah di Indonesia. Beberapa hambatan tersebut adalah persepsi atau pendapat bahwa efek dari vaksinasi dapat menyebabkan sakit ringan, demam, lumpuh, bahkan kematian.
Tujuan: Mengetahui Bagaimana Srategi Komunikasi Dinas Kesehatan Kota Kendari Dalam Pelaksanaan Vaksinasi COVID-19 di Dinas Kesehatan Kota Kendari Tahun 2023.
Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan diskriptif yang menggunakan data primer dan sekunder.
Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penetapan strategi yang baik dan tepat akan mempengaruhi berhasil tidaknya suatu program yang dirancang, sehingga sangat menentukan keberhasilan suatu program. Perencanaan ini bertujuan untuk meminimalkan pemborosan sumber daya dalam mencapai tujuan yang diinginkan. Untuk mensukseskan program vaksinasi C0VID-19 di Dinas Kesehatan Kota Kendari perlu dipahami bagaimana situasi masyarakat agar pesan tersebut dapat diterima oleh masyarakat. Salah satu upaya agar masyarakat mau divaksinasi adalah dengan menyampaikan pesan persuasif dengan terus berusaha mengajak dan dorongan melalui spanduk-spanduk yang mengajak masyarakat untuk divaksinasi, menguatkan keyakinan dan merubah pemikiran masyarakat bahwa vaksin yang digunakan dengan standar keamanan dan telah lulus uji klinis yang ketat.
Kesimpulan: Dinas Kesehatan memberikan informasi yang akurat, jelas dan mudah dipahami kepada masyarakat tentang manfaat vaksinasi, kemungkinan efek samping, dan pentingnya vaksinasi untuk perlindungan diri. Upaya yang dilakukan oleh Dinas Kesehatan Kota Kendari agar masyarakat mengetahui program imunisasi adalah dengan memberikan informasi melalui berbagai platrorn media, antara lain media cetak, internet, televisi, media sosial dan media lainnya. Dengan demikian, seluruh masyarakat dapat dengan mudah mengetahui informasi tentang program imunisasi dari Dinas Kesehatan Kota Kendari. Antusiasme publik terhadap media sosial harus informasi kebijakan vaksinasi.
Abstract
Background: Vaccination implementation faces different barriers in each region in Indonesia. Some of these obstacles are perceptions or opinions that the effects of vaccination can cause mild pain, fever, paralysis, and even death.
Objective: To find out how the Communication Strategy of Kendari City Health Office in the Implementation of COVID-19 Vaccination in Kendari City Health Office in 2023.
Methods: This research is a qualitative study with a descriptive approach that uses primary and secondary data.
Results: The results showed that the determination of a good and appropriate strategy will affect the success or failure of a program designed, thus determining the success of a program. This planning aims to minimize waste of resources in achieving the desired goals. To succeed the C0VID-19 vaccination program at the Kendari City Health Office, it is necessary to understand the situation of the community so that the message can be accepted by the community. One of the efforts to make people want to be vaccinated is by conveying persuasive messages by continuing to try to invite and encourage through banners inviting people to be vaccinated, strengthening confidence and changing people's minds that the vaccines used with safety standards and have passed rigorous clinical trials.
Conclusion: It is expected to provide accurate, clear and easy-to-understand information to the public about the benefits of vaccination, possible side effects, and the importance of vaccination for self-protection. The efforts made by the Kendari City Health Service to ensure that the public is aware of the immunization program is by providing information through various media platforms, including print media, internet, television, social media and other media. In this way, the entire community can easily find out information about the immunization program from the Kendari City Health Service. Public enthusiasm for social media must be informed by vaccination policies.
