Abstract:
Проект містить опис технологічного процесу, в якому знаходиться сферонізатор на основі екструдера-сферонізатора, розглядається його призначення і місце в технологічній схемі. В роботі представлені технічні характеристики, розглянуті конструкція і принцип дії агрегату для сферонізації, виконані дослідницькі розрахунки, які підтверджують ефективність і надійність роботи машини. Проведено літературно-патентний огляд досліджень в напрямку динамічних характеристик полімерних гранул. Розглядається відповідність сферонізатора вимогам охорони праці та техніки безпеки.
The project contains a description of the technological process in which the spheronizer is based on the extruder-spheronizer, its purpose and place in the technological scheme are considered. The paper presents the technical characteristics, considers the design and principle of operation of the unit for spheronization, performed research calculations that confirm the efficiency and reliability of the machine. The literature-patent review of researches in the direction of dynamic characteristics of polymer granules is carried out. The compliance of the spheronizer with the requirements of labor protection and safety is considered.
