Abstract:
La nutrizione è considerata dalla legislazione sanitaria corrente parte integrante della prevenzione e terapia clinica, e quindi del processo assistenziale. In questa ottica il servizio di ristorazione di un ospedale rappresenta un potente ausilio terapeutico ed educazionale. Il servizio di ristorazione della nostra Azienda Ospedaliera-Universitaria Pisana si basa sul Dietetico, una raccolta di diete standardizzate a composizione bromatologica definita, nel quale vengono indicate anche le finalità e le caratteristiche dei pazienti a cui si rivolge. Questo articolo riporta la nostra esperienza in questo settore, con particolare riguardo alle diete speciali per i pazienti nefropatici. Le diete speciali, come la dieta ipoproteica (0.6 g/kg p.c./die) ipofosforica, la dieta ipoproteica (0.7 g/kg p.c./ die) vegetariana e la dieta fortemente ipoproteica (0.3 g/kg p.c./die) ipofosforica sono prescritte dal medico, elaborate dal dietista e formulate per il singolo paziente. Sin dalla sua preparazione la dieta speciale ipoproteica presenta diversi punti critici (elaborazione-confezionamento e distribuzione della dieta, mancata personaliz-zazione, prodotti artificiali aproteici). Allo scopo di migliorare il servizio dietetico abbiamo rilevato l'effettivo consumo e la gradevolezza dei pasti speciali ipoproteici distribuiti durante la degenza mediante la compilazione di due schede consegnate ai pazienti nel corso della degenza. Nel complesso i risultati indicano una buona accettazione delle diete da parte dei pazienti, ma con un ridotto consumo in particolare riguardante il pane aproteico.

Vengono presi in considerazione precedenti a Roma, in Italia o in Grecia (specialmente Atene e Sparta), sebbene non vi siano paralleli per una riorganizzazione così accurata da parte di un individuo. Si sostiene che il suo sistema (al contrario di quello che operava, almeno più tardi, in molte città dell'Impero Romano) dipendeva da una visione della società fatta di gerarchie di ordines, gruppi di diversa dignitas che servivano la società in modi diversi.

Abstract:
Special Education and Gifted Education are two theoretical and research areas that have developed in parallel: the former dealing primarily with pupils with disabilities and other special educational needs, the latter with a small percentage of high-ability students. Although Gifted Education can be considered as part of the broader field of Special Education, it is a separated branch in terms of both methods and aims. Nevertheless, the two areas share the dominant debate about school inclusion, as a common direction in contemporary education. With reference to national and international research, the article contains a parallel reflection on historical, normative, theoretical and operative aspects of Special and Gifted Education, with the aim of identifying the critical issues concerning both fields as well as their possible developments in relation to Inclusive Education. Parallelismi, sinergie e contraddizioni nel rapporto tra Special Education, Gifted Education e Inclusive Education La Pedagogia Speciale e la Gifted Education sono due settori che si sono sviluppati parallelamente: il primo occupandosi principalmente dei soggetti con disabilità e altri bisogni educativi speciali, il secondo di un’esigua percentuale di studenti con capacità elevate. Sebbene la Gifted Education possa essere considerata una branca della più ampia Special Education, essa si configura come autonoma sia per metodi che per scopi ma non del tutto avulsa dal dibattito dominante verso cui tendono tutte le istanze educative contemporanee: l’educazione inclusiva. Il contributo affronta dal punto di vista della ricerca nazionale e internazionale l’intersecarsi di questioni storiche, normative, teoriche e operative tra Pedagogia Speciale e Gifted Education allo scopo di individuare i nodi critici e i percorsi possibili per una confluenza nell’ambito dell’Inclusive Education.

Il contributo presenta i risultati emersi da una ricerca che ha coinvolto 24 dirigenti scolastici, che hanno partecipato a dei focus group sul loro ruolo nel favorire l’inclusione degli studenti con Bisogni Educativi Speciali. I focus group hanno focalizzato l’attenzione sulla responsabilità del capo d’istituto nella promozione del benessere a scuola di tutti gli studenti, specie di coloro che presentano maggiori difficoltà. Dall’indagine emerge la grande importanza del dirigente nel promuovere l’inclusione. La ricerca evidenzia, inoltre, la necessità di una maggiore formazione di tutto il personale scolastico (compresi i dirigenti) sulla pedagogia e didattica speciale, per avere strumenti più incisivi da realizzare per un clima più attento alla valorizzazione delle differenze.

Abstract:
In the following work, it has been analysed the legal arrangement of confiscation. Protean measure “par excellence”, it has acquired in recent past a leading role in the fight against economic crime and illegal actions in general. The main objective was identifying the real legal nature of the several types of appropriations in order to detect the relevant guarantees in each case. In this regard, in the first chapter, one summarised the development that characterized Italian system of sanctions in the last decade (taking care to enhance the influence exercised by supranational order), has attempted to establish the most appropriate criteria to appreciate the function performed by confiscation. Within the framework of a structural approach, the paper highlighted that, given the specific characteristics of the investigated sanction, the attention should be focused, primarily, on the study of the object. The secondo chapter is dedicated to the analysis of the “special confiscation” (its name comes from the object perspective). We have been wondering, therefore, about the legitimacy of its regulation, trying to understand to what extent could be allowed derogations to the criminal guarantees. Lastly, on the contrary, the attention has been focused on “general confiscation”. Ascribed to a single category the “preventive confiscation” and the one provided by the article 240 bis of the Italian criminal code, we have been wondering about the most appropriate legal framework. Once rejected the preventive thesis, as well as the civil-law one, it has been proposed a new classification of this kind of measures, ascribing them to the area of punitive techniques of protection’s anticipation.

Abstract:
In last decades, environmental aspects and in particular energy consumptions related to whole building life cycle have become an important field of research both at institutional level and in the discussions of a public opinion which is increasingly sensible to these aspects. This research study aims to investigate thermophysical behaviour of Living Walls, a new kind of vertical green cladding installed on external facades of building envelope. In the first chapter, the state of the art of the international research panorama on vertical greenery and in particular on Living Walls is proposed. What comes out from the research is that many aspects of this particular kind of green cladding are actually object of study and in this context new sperimental and theoretical informations and evaluations are needed. In the second chapter two of the most important kinds of green claddings are presented and in the third chapter heat transmission theory is analysed and focused on Living Wall behaviour. Others specific phenomenon and features typical of green claddings, such as evapotranspiration and Leaf Area Index, have been analysed. Results of two monitoring campaigns are presented in the fourth chapter. These field measurements have been performed on two prototypes of Living Walls, made available during the research period. Interactions between the cladding and the back wall in terms of surface temperatures and heat fluxes are presented. In the fifth chapter, a numerical model, which aims to reproduce the energetic behaviour of the two monitored green claddings, is developed and validated against field measurements. In the subsequent chapter a sensitivity analysis is performed on the mathematical model considering the most important variables. In the last chapter the U-Value calculation, for a facade with a Living Wall installed on, is proposed. The calculation is performed by means of the numerical model proposed in the fifth chapter and results are compared to those achievable by means of actual regulations. In Appendix A, the VBA code of the numerical model, developed in the fifth chapter, is entirely reported.
Negli ultimi decenni, gli aspetti energetici ed in particolare i consumi di energia legati all’intera vita utile degli edifici sono divenuti oggetto di studio e confronto sia nelle sedi istituzionali di tutto il mondo sia nei dibattiti di una opinione pubblica fortemente sensibilizzata. In quest’ottica si colloca questo lavoro che indaga il comportamento termofisico dei Living Walls, un nuovo tipo di rivestimento vegetale d’involucro direttamente installato sulle facciate degli edifici. Nel primo capitolo viene proposto l’attuale stato dell’arte che offre il panorama della ricerca internazionale sul tema dei rivestimenti vegetali ed in particolare dei Living Walls. Come emerge dalle ricerche effettuate vi sono molti aspetti ancora in fase di studio e conoscenza per i quali sono necessarie valutazioni di tipo teorico e sperimentale. Nel secondo e terzo capitolo vengono introdotte le due principali tipologie di rivestimento d’involucro e vengono ripresi i concetti generali di trasmissione del calore calandoli nello studio dei Living Walls. Vengono inoltre caratterizzati alcuni fenomeni e parametri tipici dei rivestimenti vegetali come l’evapotraspirazione e il Leaf Area Index. Nel quarto capitolo vengono riportati i risultati di due campagne di monitoraggio effettuate su prototipi di Living Walls resi disponibili durante la fase di ricerca. Evidenti sono apparse le interazioni tra il rivestimento e la parete dell’edificio retrostante in termini di temperatura superficiale e flussi di calore. Nel quinto capitolo viene proposto un modello numerico il cui obiettivo è quello di riprodurre il comportamento energetico dei due tipi di Living Wall monitorati. Il modello è stato validato utilizzando i dati delle campagne microclimatiche effettuate sui prototipi. Nel capitolo successivo viene effettuata l’analisi di sensitività del modello considerando le variabili ritenute più significative. Nell’ultimo capitolo viene proposto il calcolo della trasmittanza termica di una parete dotata di Living Wall, attraverso l’utilizzo del modello numerico sviluppato nei capitoli precedenti e i risultati vengono affiancati ai possibili risultati ottenibili con l’utilizzo della normativa attuale. Infine, in Appendice A, viene riportato il codice di calcolo scritto per il modello numerico sviluppato nel quinto capitolo.

La tesi si pone l'obiettivo di analizzare la corporate tax, facendone prima un confronto internazionale, quindi analizzando il trend che si è visto negli ultimi anni in Europa per arrivare alla costatazione di una competizione fiscale internazionale in atto. Gli stessi organismi transazionali quali Commissione europea ed ODEC sono scesi in campo con delle manovre volte ad evitare la concorrenza fiscale; gli Stati dalla loro parte al fine di evitare che le proprie imprese, tramite ruling internazionale decidano di essere soggetti a tassazione estera piuttosto che nazionale, attuano politiche fiscali diverse. Si studierà infine il caso delle zone speciali, zone legalmente istituite in cui la tassazione delle imprese risulta essere inferiore, allo scopo di incentivare l’economia.

In questa Tesi vengono trattati alcuni temi relativi alla modellizzazione matematica delle Transizioni di Fase, il cui filo conduttore è la descrizione basata su un parametro d'ordine, originato dalla Teoria di Landau. Dopo aver presentato in maniera generale un modo di approccio alla dinamica delle transizioni mediante campo di fase, con particolare attenzione al problema della consistenza termodinamica nelle situazioni non isoterme, si considerano tre applicazioni di tale metodo a transizioni di fase specifiche: la transizione ferromagnetica, la transizione superconduttrice e la transizione martensitica nelle leghe a memoria di forma (SMA). Il contributo maggiore viene fornito nello studio di quest'ultima transizione di fase per la quale si è elaborato un modello a campo di fase termodinamicamente consistente, atto a descriverne le proprietà termomeccaniche essenziali.

Abstract:
A good prediction of the failure ratio of wind turbine components is pivotal in order to define a correct maintenance program and reduce the downtime periods. Even a small failure can lead to long downtime periods and high repairing costs. The installation sites, which generally have limited accessibility, and the necessity of special facilities to reach the components inside the nacelle, also play a major role in the correct management of wind turbines. In this study, a detailed survey on the failures occurred to the wind turbines managed by the Italian operator “e2i energie speciali” (more than 550 machines) over 16 years was performed and the results were analyzed in detail. Each failure was classified by considering the damaged component and the related downtime period. The analysis allowed the determination of several useful results such as the trend of failure occurrence with machine age and the identification of components and macro-components which are more critical in terms of both number of occurrences and downtime periods. The combination of component failure occurrences and related downtime periods was also computed to estimate which component is most critical for wind turbine operation.
