Abstract:
The increasing number of cases and the development of new variants of the Covid-19 virus globally including the territory of Indonesia, especially in the province of South Sulawesi are increasingly worrying and need to be prevented. Therefore, this study aims to develop a SEIR model on the spread of Covid-19 with vaccination control, optimal control analysis, stability analysis and numerical simulation of the SEIR model on the spread of Covid-19 in South Sulawesi. This study uses the SEIR epidemic model to predict the spread of Covid-19 in South Sulawesi Province with parameters such as birth rate, cure rate, mortality rate, interaction rate and vaccination. The SEIR model was chosen because it is one of the basic methods in the epidemiological model. The method used to build the model is a time delay model by considering the vaccination factor as a model parameter, model analysis using the next generation matrix method to determine the basic reproduction number and stability of the Covid-19 distribution model in South Sulawesi. Numerical model simulation using secondary data on the number of Covid-19 cases in South Sulawesi starting in 2021 which was obtained from the South Sulawesi Provincial Health Office. The results obtained are model analysis provides evidence of the existence of optimal control in the model. Based on the results obtained, it can also be seen that vaccination greatly influences the spread of Covid-19 in South Sulawesi, so that awareness is needed for the people of South Sulawesi to follow the government's recommendation to vaccinate to prevent or reduce the rate of transmission of Covid-19 in South Sulawesi.

Abstract:
Landslide Hazard Zonationin South Sulawesi. Landslides are natural disasters that can cause substantial loss in the form of life and properties. Therefore, it is necessary to inventory landslide-vulnerable areas. A weighted summation model (Dibyosaputro, 1998) was applied to determine the landslide-vulnerable areas in the Geographic Information Systems (GIS). Factors that trigger the landslides are geology (rock properties, stratigraphy, structural geology, weathering level and earthquake), climate (rainfall), soil (solum thickness), topography (slope), vegetation (vegetation density) and human (land use); Siagian & Sugalan (in Sutikno, 1991) in combination with Dibyosaputro (1998). There are five classes of landslide vulnerability i.e. invulnerable, fairly vulnerable, quite vulnerable, vulnerable, and very vulnerable. In general, South Sulawesi is quite vulnerable to landslides, but there are three regencies very vulnerable for landslides; Luwu, Northern Luwu and Northern Toraja.Keyword : landslide, South Sulawesi.

Abstract:
Abstract One of the causes of decrease forest functions is deforestation. Deforestation is a nonforest cover change activity that affects the decrease function of forest ecosystems. South Sulawesi and West Sulawesi Provinces are two areas that have experienced high deforestation. The area of forest in South and West Sulawesi in 1990 amounted to 2,550,946.13 ha. The number decreased in 2019 amounted to 2,213,628.88 ha. This study aims to identify and understand the spatial model of deforestation based on biophysical driving factors in South Sulawesi and West Sulawesi Provinces from 1990 to 2019. Materials used in this study were Statistics Data Centers in 1990, 2000, 2010, and 2019, Deforestation Profiles at South Sulawesi and West Sulawesi, literature supporting research. Data analysis used PCA (Principal Component Analysis) method. The results of this research explain that the driving factors the occurrence of deforestation in each location of the most influential research is the factor of the road, the closer the forest area to the road the higher the public desire to penetrate the forest area in addition, facilitate agricultural activities to distribute forest products and logs felling. River factors also have a role in the occurrence of deforestation, the community is very dependent on water needs primarily for agricultural land and plantations. In addition, the slope and altitude factors are also quite influential on the occurrence of deforestation due to the clearing of land in a fairly flat area with low altitude as in the Regency Bone and North Luwu, South Sulawesi province is very visible influence over the topographic areas of mountains and steep as in the Regency of Mamuju and Mamasa Regency, West Sulawesi Province. Areas with such topography, have a low level of accessibility so that the pressure and disturbance are low enough from the community.

Abstract:
Juvenile offenders do not all end in diversion. According to Article 7 of the Juvenile Criminal Justice System Law, there are two categories that cannot get diversion, namely children who commit repeat crimes or are recidivist, and children who commit criminal acts and are threatened with coaching 7 years and over. Diversion is given when it has obtained approval from various parties, and a diversion agreement is reached by the victims and their families, the perpetrators and their families. Diversion deliberation does not always end well; if no agreement is reached, then the diversion is considered a failure or unsuccessful. Besides that, diversion can also fail if the perpetrators reject it. This research is a legal research. using a case approach, a conceptual approach and a statutory approach. The focus of the research is the target to be observed or measured, namely the provision of diversion for juvenile offenders, as well as obstacles in efforts to provide diversion to juvenile offenders. Giving diversion to children in an effort to foster a sense of responsibility shows good results, seeing the enthusiasm of children who show remorse for their actions so that there is good faith to listen and learn to be better people in the future. The obstacles faced in efforts to provide diversion to children who are in conflict with the law are that the proposed diversion consultations are not all agreed upon by the conflicting parties because of the siri' culture among Bugis-Makassar and the community's paradigm of retaliation, which is still entrenched

The method used in this research is critical discourse analysis which refers to the Foucauldian genealogy theory. As a result, it was found that the Patuntung religion was a new invention from Dutch Christian missionaries in the colony which was later affirmed by Indonesian scholars in the context of Islam later. In addition, there is a construction bias towards Patuntung religion, both world religions (especially Christianity and Islam) and euro-centric bias. Thus, the term religion attached to Patuntung itself is ambiguous.

Abstract:
There are still very few studies on the Aisyiyah Movement in South Sulawesi. Aisyiyah's contribution to South Sulawesi's development has never been publicized. This paper analyzes the 'Aisyiyah movement's role in advancing the social lives of South Sulawesi women during the New Order Era. The historical approach is applied in four stages in this study: heuristics (source collecting), verification (source critique), interpretation, and historiography (historical writing). The research findings indicate that Aisyiyah's gender paradigm encourages its members to engage in activities other than household work. Women are encouraged to take an active role in society and preach in the same way that men do. This shift in perspective began to be implemented in order to give women with equal rights, duties, and positions. 'Aisyiyah never took a frontal position with the government during the New Order. To continue her da'wah agenda, mainly in the areas of education, social and health, Aisyiyah prefers to adopt a conformist-adaptive strategy.
