Abstract:
<p>Sendi – Gajah Mungkur is one of conservation area in Taman Hutan Raya Raden Soerjo, Mojokerto Regency. This is region mostly composed by tropical rainforest with altitude of 1067 – 1174 amsl with rich biodiversity including orchids, mammals, and birds. Some evidence concerning Taman Hutan Raya Raden Soerjo’s richness are some reports and documentations about the Zoothera andromedae, Ficedula narcis, and Arborophila javanica as new records in West Java. This research is done to determine the abundance and sighting frequency of birds in Sendi – Gajah Mungkur track, Taman Hutan Raya Raden Soerjo, Mojokerto Regency using modified line transect method. Abstract:
Raden Soerjo Community Forest Park (Tahura) is a nature conservation area with a very wide area, so the collaboration between government, in this case UPT Raden Soerjo with the community around the buffer zone or village is needed. This study aims to determine how UPT Raden Soerjo performs the function of empowering the village community in the management of the Raden Soerjo People's Forest Park.. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis and data analysis is done qualitatively. The process of collecting data is done by observation and interview methods. The results of the study are that UPT Raden Soerjo has not yet carried out the maximum role in empowering the buffer village communities. This conclusion was drawn based on indicators in community empowerment, namely inclusion and participation, information channels, local organizational capacity and professionalism of empowering roles and indicators in community participation, namely a forum for the community, direct benefits to the community, fulfillment of community interests, the existence of community control. Abstract:
<p>The latest information about the distribution of a less-recorded Java-dwelling bird species found in Tahura Raden Soerjo (East Java) is noteworthy additional information in the field of ornithology. Observations were conducted in the Cangar tourism site, along the main road linking Pacet and Batu, as well as in the northern area of Tahura Raden Soerjo, which includes the hiking trails of the Welirang-Arjuno mountains. The birds with minimum records are the Hill Myna (Gracula religiosa), Thick-billed Flowerpecker (Dicaeum agile), Yellow-vented Flowerpecker (Dicaeum chryssorheum), Sunda Thrush (Zoothera andromedae), Narcissus Flycatcher (Ficedula narcissina), Brown Wood-owl (Strix leptogrammica), Oriental Bay-owl (Phodilus badius), and Rhinoceros Hornbill (Buceros rhinoceros). Several findings are supported with detailed documentations and direct observation data that can be accounted for. This information denotes that Tahura Raden Soerjo is a potential hotspot to be preserved for the sake of the rare bird species and the other biodiversity.</p><p><br /><strong>Keywords</strong>: Tahura Raden Soerjo, sighting reports, distribution, observation</p>

Penentuan sampel pada penelitian ini dilakukan secara purposive sampling, dan pengambilan data dilakukan sebagai input pada model MULTIPOL untuk merancang berbagai alternatif strategi pengembangan desa Wiyurejo sebagai daerah penyangga Tahura Raden Soerjo. Hasil penelitian ini mengajukan prioritas kebijakan/policy yang berfokus pada pertanian multifungsi dengan prioritas program kerja membangun kawasan agrowisata, perbaikan infrastruktur dan pengembangan sumberdaya manusia melalui pelatihan dan pendidikan terkait pertanian ramah lingkungan dan agrowisata berbasis edukasi pertanian dan lingkungan.

Abstract:
Permasalahan kinerja pegawai tenaga kependidikan Universitas Soerjo seperti kedisiplinan pegawai yang rendah menyebabkan pelayanan tidak dapat berjalan maksimal. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengawasan, disiplin kerja secara parsial dan pengawasan dan disiplin kerja secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Universitas Soerjo. Variabel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah variabel independen dan variabel dependen. Variabel bebas yang digunakan yaitu pengawasan (XI) dan disiplin kerja (X2), sementara variabel terikat nya kinerja pegawai (Y). Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 38 orang responden. Peneliti menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner, dokumenter, dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengawasan dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Selain itu, secara simultan, disiplin kerja dan pengawasan berpengaruh nyata terhadap kinerja pengawasan.

Abstract:
The Ledug Block is one of the areas in TAHURA R Soerjo which is experiencing fire. The fire causes the existing land cover to change or decrease, with the reduced land cover, the land will be easily exposed to surface runoff. This study aims to calculate the erosion rate in the TAHURA R Soerjo Ledug Block using the USLE equation, visual presentation of erosion using the Goegraphic Information System (GIS). This research was conducted in December 2018 in the rehabilitation area of Tahura R Soerjo Priug Ledug Block, Pasuruan. The method used is the Geographic Information System (GIS) whose data is sourced from calculations with the USLE method. The results of the study are the rain erosivity index (R) obtained from the month rainfall in 2018. The soil at the study site in each SUL is dusty clay. The vegetation in the research location in each SUL is in the form of bushes and added to SUL 3 there are several trees. The average erosion rate is 0.034 tons / ha / year. Erosion hazard classes that occur at the research location are included in class I (very mild). Enriching the land cover by planting trees with tree stands needs to be done so that the land is tightly closed and better withstand surface runoff.

Kebun Raya Purwodadi sebagai lembaga konservasi exsitu yang mengoleksi berbagai jenis tumbuhan terutama dataran rendah kering kembali mengirimkan tim eksplorasi di beberapa kawasan hutan di Indonesia. Tanaman hasil eksplorasi tersebut sebelum menjadi tanaman koleksi membutuhkan proses adaptasi terhadap kondisi lingkungan baru yang dikenal dengan istilah aklimatisasi tanaman. Proses tersebut dapat berlangsung lama dan menjadi salah satu tahapan yang kritis dalam konservasi tumbuhan dikarenakan adanya tingkat kelangsungan hidup tanaman. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menentukan tingkat ketinggian hidup tanaman dari Tahura R. Soerjo dan Pulau Yamdena serta mempelajari faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa tingkat kelangsungan hidup tanaman di kedua lokasi tersebut berbeda. Tanaman Tahura R. Soerjo memiliki tingkat kelangsungan hidup yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan Pulau Yamdena. Berdasarkan analisis, faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat kelangsungan hidup tanaman pada kedua lokasi tersebut lebih dikarenakan oleh kondisi iklim mikro lokasi asal dibandingkan zona ketinggiannya. Sedangkan untuk jenis material tanaman masih dibutuhkan penelitian lebih lanjut.

Abstract:
Long drought and uncontrolled human activities resulted in R. Soerjo Prigen Pasuruan Grand Forest Park experiencing fire. Adverse impacts on vegetation can result in vegetation death. Damage caused by fire to vegetation can lead to succession which can be seen from the composition and structure of forest vegetation. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of environmental parameters, structure and composition of plant vegetation in Tahura R. Soerjo, which were used as a learning resource for biology. This study used a purposive sampling technique. The method used is a combination of paths and checkered lines. The data analysis technique used is the Importance Value Index (INP), the dominance index, the diversity index, the wealth index, and the evenness index. The results showed that the identification of plant vegetation diversity was found as many as 33 species from 17 families that came from 3 divisions. The highest INP was found at the seedling level. The value of the dominance index is less than 1. The results show that the value of the density index is low, because it has a value of <3.5. The evenness value is at a high value, except at the tree level.

Abstract:
Forest fires often occur in many islands of indonesia including in Kalimantan, Sumatra, Java, Sulawesi and other regions. These fires can lead to damage for ecosystems, flora and fauna, even ecosystem hydrology. One of the hydrological system that was disturbed is the interception and infiltration. Interception is the ability of trees to retain water rain then rereleased in steam. Infiltration is the process of water absorbing into the soil, infiltration capacity is the soil’s ability of absorbing water per unit of time. This research is to know the rest of the tree's ability to retain water, and knowing the infiltration of ex forest fire area on TAHURA R. Soerjo, Ledug blocks. This research was carried out on 17-23 January 2019 in ex forest fire area on TAHURA R. Soerjo, with an elevation of 1100-1200 masl. In the ex forest fire area there are 2 dominant trees species to do measurements of interception, there are Tutup (Mallotus paniculatus) and Klerek (Sapindus rarak DC). The results of the interception on Klerek tree is 10% and Tutup is 60%. For the capacity of the infiltration is 27, 6 mm/hour.

O presente trabalho disserta sobre a administração de Renato de Azevedo Duarte Soeiro enquanto diretor da Diretoria do Patrimônio Histórico e Artístico Nacional (DPHAN) (1967-1979). Foi realizado um estudo do desenvolvimento da política de preservação do patrimônio neste período e da adequação das ações do IPHAN na proteção, conservação e defesa dos bens, aos desafios do avanço da industrialização, enfatizando a influência de Soeiro nessas mudanças. Assim, procura-se abordar sobre todo o período em que Renato Soeiro trabalhou nesta instituição, desde seu em ingresso como assistente técnico de 3ª classe, em 1938, até o final da sua carreira no IPHAN como diretor deste órgão. Para isso, apontam-se os principais programas e ações desenvolvidas por Soeiro para preservação, conservação e divulgação do patrimônio nacional, e como estas contribuíram para o avanço das atividades do IPHAN no país.
This work discusses the administration of Renato de Azevedo Duarte Soeiro as director of the National Historical and Artistic Heritage Institute (DPHAN) (1967-1979). A study was carried out on the development of the patrimony preservation policy in this period and the adequacy of IPHAN's actions in the protection, conservation and defense of assets, and the challenges of industrialization, emphasizing Soeiro's influence on these changes. Thus, it is sought to address the whole period in which Renato Soeiro worked in this institution, from his entry as a technical assistant of the third class in 1938, until the end of his career at IPHAN as director of this body. For this, the main programs and actions developed by Soeiro for the preservation, conservation and dissemination of the national patrimony are pointed out, and how they contributed to the progress of IPHAN activities in the country.

Abstract:
This chapter focuses on the early decades of the twentieth century across the Indies, which saw major shifts in the public sphere, from experiments in fiction, publishing, and dramatic acting to unprecedented initiatives in associational activity and, in due course, revolutionary political action. It introduces the pioneering newspaperman Tirto Adhi Soerjo, who played a prominent role in the founding of the first mass movement in the Indies, the Sarekat Islam (SI), and his fellow journalist and SI activist Marco Kartodikromo. The chapter then highlights the first decades of the twentieth century, in which enterprising Europeans and Eurasian Indos, Hadhrami Arabs, and both totok and peranakan Chinese engaged in unprecedented initiatives in the realm of associational activity, founding modern schools and organizations that challenged established hierarchies of “traditional” education, authority, and identity among the small minority communities. The chapter also discusses the important consequences of reformist and revolutionary republican organizing efforts of the 1900s for the communities of the Chinese diaspora, especially in the Netherlands East Indies. Ultimately, the chapter investigates how the shift in the direction of labor mobilization, union organizing, and strike activity in the Indies in 1917–1918 coincided with developments around the world to encourage and inspire an escalation of social activism and political action by the SI in the late 1910s and early-mid 1920s.

Abstract:
Background: Platelet activity plays a role in the occurrence of diabetic angiopathy with an increase in mean platelet volume (MPV) as a marker of platelet activity. Platelet activity is influenced by phospholipase A2 type IIA (sPLA2 type IIA), which is a lipid-mediating enzyme that connects the pathogenesis of Diabetes Mellitus (DM) with complications of diabetic angiopathy. This study aimed to examine the relationship between levels of type IIA sPLA2 and MPV among type II DM patients. Subjects and Method: This was a cross-sectional study. A total of 63 patients with type II DM was selected for this study. The inclusion criteria for the study subjects were type 2 diabetes mellitus patients who did not experience an infectious disease, acute inflammation, trauma, surgery or malignancy, anemia, taking antiplatelet drugs, having abnormal platelet counts, and smoking. The dependent variable was levels of type IIA sPLA2. The independent variable was MPV. The data were obtained from the medical records of Prof. Dr. Soerojo Mental Hospital, Magelang. The data were analyzed using Spearman correlation test. Results: The study showed the median level of sPLA2 type IIA was 3841.50 ng / dL and the average MPV value was 7.36 fl. The results of the Spearman correlation analysis showed that there was no relationship between sPLA2 type IIA and MPV (p = 0.551), but there was a tendency for an increase in type IIA sPLA2 followed by an increase in MPV value (r = 0.077). There was a difference in the average MPV value in the subject group with DM ≤ 10 years and> 10 years (p = 0.009), and it was statistically significant. Conclusion: There is a tendency for an increase in type IIA sPLA2 followed by an increase in the MPV value among type II DM patients.
