Abstract:
The development of the Institute of public service is connected, fi rst of all, with the improvement of its personnel policy, the fi ght against corruption, the introduction of ethical standards and technologies for managing the career of employees. These problems are the most signifi cant limitations of socio-economic and political development of the state and their solution should pay considerable attention to the socio-psychological well-being and climate of the employees of public authorities in order to minimize the negative eff ects of psychological support for their professional activities. In order to determine the specifi cs of the formation of socio-psychological climate in public authorities, whose employees should be focused on solving signifi cant problems of state construction, the authors conducted a study in the Federal service for fi nancial monitoring of the Russian Federation. By applying the test “Pulsar”, the test of the “Integral job satisfaction”, by A.V. Batashevy, the observation method and personal interview by the authors has been partially refuted the hypothesis that the rigid formalization of the activities of public servants, including the regimentation of action, the pressure of the authorities, routine and emphasis on discipline and high level of personal responsibility, is a dominant factor disturbing the socio-psychological climate in state government. The study revealed that socio-psychological climate in the team of a public authority can be described as favorable and unstable. A team of employees — quite a mature group, able to perform a production job, despite the rather widespread phenomenon: “staff turnover”. According to the results of the tests, the authors characterize a modern civil servant as an effective, purposeful, energetic, constantly increasing his level of knowledge, interested in effective work, which is contrary to the image of a public servant who is tired in society.

Abstract:
The article is devoted to the study of the process of effective management of the socio-psychological climate in the organization. The author notes that the socio-psychological climate is an indicator of the level of development of the workforce, capable of more efficient work. The aim of the study is to study the factors that ensure a favorable socio-psychological climate in the workforce using modern research methods: analysis, synthesis, grouping methods, tabular; systematization of factors affecting the process of effective management of the socio-psychological climate in the team. The methodological basis of the study was the theoretical provisions for determining the definition of the socio-psychological climate of the team, an analytical review of practical studies of the factors influencing it in modern market conditions. As a result of the study, a systematization of factors affecting the creation of a favorable socio-psychological climate in the team was carried out.

Abstract:
In the theoretical part of their study, the authors presented various points of view of Russian scientists on the concept of “socio-psychological climate. Particular attention in the article is paid to the study of the socio-psychological climate in the organization with the help of questionnaires and testing. Questioning of employees showed satisfaction with relations with colleagues, the content of labor activity, but sometimes there are tense relations between individual employees of the team and management. Nevertheless, 1/3 of the staff are not satisfied with the socio-psychological climate that has developed in the team of the medical center under study. To maintain the socio-psychological climate in the team, to minimize conflict, the authors suggested conducting trainings in different formats.

The article presents the results of an experiment on the development and application of training activities to improve the socio-psychological climate in the workforce of the educational organization. The theoretical substantiation of the interrelation of organizational culture and socio-psychological climate in the work collective is given, the preferred type of organizational culture for modern educational organizations is described. The results of diagnostics of the type of organizational culture and socio-psychological climate on the example of an educational organization are described, conclusions are drawn about the need for their development. A set of training measures to improve the socio-psychological climate and the development of organizational culture is described. The results of experimental work on the implementation of the described training activities are presented, and the effectiveness of their application for the development of the work collective is proved.

Abstract:
The socio-psychological climate of the collective is a sociocultural phenomenon. It is an object of study in a number of sciences and fields of knowledge. The relevance of its study is due to its high practical significance. First of all, we are talking about the influence of the socio-psychological climate on the effectiveness of the team and the organization as a whole. Nevertheless, it is possible to single out not only the applied aspect of the study, but also the theoretical aspect. This means the need to increase theoretical knowledge in the field of collectives as microsystems. The author notes that the socio-psychological climate of the team is an interdisciplinary object of study, but most definitions of the concept are psychological in color. The article presents a methodological analysis of the concept, from a sociological point of view. In sociology, the socio-psychological climate is studied in different theoretical paradigms, namely: in the framework of systemic, communicative and interpretative approaches, theories of exchange and conflict; theories of subcultures. In addition, the socio-psychological climate as an object of study of sociology is at the intersection of various sectoral sociology (sociology of the "middle level"). So, the socio-psychological climate of the team is studied by the sociology of small groups, the sociology of labor and professions, the sociology of organizations, the sociology of personality, the sociology of conflict, network sociology. Based on theoretical analysis the author has identified a number of concepts that limit the field of sociological research of the socio-psychological climate of the team: the quality of relations, solidarity, trust, tight social ties, job satisfaction, the "rules of the game", value unity, and others. It is concluded that the object of sociological study, in the end, is the quality of social relations in the collective and is a sociocultural phenomenon that functions in the communicative space of the collective.

Aim. To study the theoretical foundations of the socio-psychological climate of a pharmacy institution and determine the factors affecting it. Materials and methods. The methods of generalization, analysis and synthesis, content analysis were used in the study. An expert survey was used to determine the factors affecting the socio-psychological climate in the pharmacy. All members of the staff working in the pharmacy took part in the survey. The total number of respondents who participated in the expert study was 563 pharmacists. The study covered all regions of Ukraine. The results of the survey are significant and consistent. Results and discussion. The approaches to defining the essence of the “socio-psychological climate” concept have been studied. The generalized definition of “socio-psychological climate of a pharmacy institution” can be defined as the mood and relationships developed in the labor collective and manifested as a set of psychological conditionsthat promote or hinder joint activities and the personal development of each employee. Factors affecting the sociopsychological climate in the labor collective of the pharmacy have been studied. Conclusions. The socio-psychological climate is the result of joint activities of members of the labor collective and their interpersonal interaction; it is manifested itself in the mood and opinions of the team, well-being and assessments of the pharmacist’s living conditions in the team and expressed in relationships related to work and the solution of common tasks.

Предметом исследования стали: социально-психологический климат, ролевое поведение и адаптация персонала, мотивационная сфера персонала. Магистерская диссертация состоит из введения, двух глав, заключения, списка литературы (68 источников) и приложений, включающих в себя бланки применявшихся методик. Объем магистерской диссертации 94 страницы, на которых размещены 10 таблиц. Во введении раскрывается актуальность проблемы исследования, ставятся цель и задачи исследования, определяются объект и предмет исследования, формулируется гипотеза, указываются методы и эмпирическая база, а также этапы проведения исследования, теоретическая и практическая значимость работы. Первая глава включает в себя обзор литературы по теме социально-психологические проблемы организации. Представлены разделы, посвященные социально-психологическому климату, ролевому поведению и адаптации персонала, мотивационная сфера персонала. Вторая глава посвящена эмпирической части исследования. В ней представлено описание организации и методов проведенного исследования и результатов, полученных по всем использованным методикам: aнкета «какой степени Вы удовлетворены следующими аспектами своей работы?» для сотрудников АО «УМБР» (анкета анонимная); «Социально–психологический климат коллектива» Б.Д. Парыгина; «Роли в команде» P.M. Белбина; «Диагностика личности на мотивацию достижения к успеху и мотивацию к избеганию неудач» Т. Элерса; диагностика «360 градусов». Также в главе представлен корреляционный анализ результатов исследования. Выводы по главе 2 включают в себя основные результаты эмпирического исследования. The object of the study is the socio-psychological problems of the organization (on the example of JSC "UMBR"). The subject of the study was: the socio-psychological climate, role behavior and adaptation of personnel, the motivational sphere of personnel. The master's thesis consists of an introduction, two chapters, a conclusion, a list of references (68 sources) and appendices, including forms of the applied methods. The volume of the master's thesis is 94 pages, on which 10 tables are placed. The introduction reveals the relevance of the research problem, sets the goal and objectives of the research, defines the object and subject of the research, formulates a hypothesis, specifies the methods and empirical base, as well as the stages of the research, the theoretical and practical significance of the work. The first chapter includes a review of the literature on the topic of socio-psychological problems of the organization. The sections devoted to the socio-psychological climate, role behavior and adaptation of personnel, motivational sphere of personnel are presented. The second chapter is devoted to the empirical part of the study. It describes the organization and methods of the study and the results obtained from all the methods used: the questionnaire "to what extent are you satisfied with the following aspects of your work?» for employees of JSC "UMBR" (anonymous questionnaire); "Social and psychological climate of the team" by B. D. Parygin; "Roles in the team" by P. M. Belbin; "Personality diagnostics on the motivation to achieve success and motivation to avoid failure" by T. Ehlers; diagnostics "360 degrees". The chapter also presents a correlation analysis of the results of the study. The conclusions of chapter 2 include the main results of the empirical study. In conclusion, the results of the theoretical and empirical parts of the work, as well as conclusions on the hypotheses put forward, are summarized, the practical significance of the study is justified and possible prospects for further development of this problem are described.

The purpose of the qualification work is to study theoretical and practical approach to the interpersonal relationships in the labor collective of the enterprise to develop ways of its improvement and improving the work of the enterprise. The subject of the research is the development of measures to improve interpersonal relationships and increasing the efficiency of the enterprise. Practical significance of the obtained results consists of the practical measures to create a favorable socio-psychological climate and improving interpersonal relationships in the work team of LLC «INGRESS SERVICE KO». The measures proposed by the author can be used for increase the activity of the enterprise of LLC «INGRESS SERVICE KO» and can be useful to other companies of this type.

The purpose of the final qualification work is to study possible problems of interpersonal relations in the team, in particular, different types of conflicts, the task of manager of socio-psychological climate in the team, formulating recommendations for sound management and improving the efficiency of the enterprise. The object of the study is the state of interpersonal relations in the staff of PrJSC «MK and MO». The subject of the study is the activity of forming an optimal socio-psychological climate that ensures the normal state of interpersonal relations in the workforce, helps to increase the efficiency of the enterprise. The methods of generalization and grouping, systematization, analysis and synthesis, coefficient analysis and method of expert evaluations are used in the final qualification work. The scientific novelty of the work is that the issue of comprehensive coverage of interpersonal relations in the workforce has been further developed due to the formation of an optimal socio-psychological climate taking into account management styles, conflict management, which will ultimately increase the efficiency of the enterprise. Practical significance – the proposed measures to improve interpersonal relations in the staff of PrJSC «MK and MO» may be useful to other similar companies.

Новизна представленої роботи полягає в обґрунтуванні системи заходів щодо вдосконалення ефективності діяльності кадрової служби на підприємстві ДП «Одеський морський торговельний порт». Методи дослідження, які застосовувались в роботі: теоретичного узагальнення, класифікації, аналізу та синтезу, соціологічні дослідження - опитування, групування, анкетування, інтерв’ювання, економіко-статистичні. За результатами дослідження сформульовані заходи щодо підвищення ефективності діяльності кадрової служби на основі розробки заходів вдосконалення праці кадрової служби. Представлено економічний та соціальний ефект від впровадження запропонованих заходів.
Relevance of the research topic. The importance of human resources in organizations has grown in our time. In today's economy, it is necessary to calculate all the steps to achieve the success of organizations, and the first and most important step is the organization of human resources. The purpose of the study is to development of practical recommendations for the formation and implementation of measures to improve the efficiency of personnel services at the enterprise SE «Odessa Sea Trade Port». The object of research is the theoretical and applied principles of formation of effective activity of personnel service at the enterprise. The subject of the study is the the procedure for developing measures to improve the efficiency of the personnel service at the enterprise. The novelty of the presented work lies in the substantiation of the system of measures to improve the efficiency of the personnel service at the enterprise of the SE «Odessa Sea Trade Port». Research methods used in the work: theoretical generalization, classification, analysis and synthesis, sociological research - surveys, grouping, questionnaires, interviews, economic and statistical. According to the results of the study, measures have been formulated to increase the efficiency of the personnel service on the basis of the development of measures to improve the work of the personnel service. The economic and social effect of the implementation of the proposed measures is presented.

EN : The work is presented on 101 pages, 4 figures, 16 tables. The list of references includes 80 sources. Object of research: the psychological climate of the organization. Employees are a key and integral asset of an organization, institution or enterprise of any form of ownership. They create the basis for the functioning and development of the organization, in which we can conditionally distinguish two levels. The first level can be described as a joint contribution of each specialist in the production of the final product, the result of activities that serve the meaning and content of the enterprise and provide a high level of professionally important and business qualities of each specialist. The second level directly relates to the human, personal qualities of each member of the organization and in general determines the unique psychological atmosphere inherent in a particular team. It is a well-known fact that the successful operation of institutions of various forms of ownership depends on the psychological climate in the team, because it is he who, determining the actual psycho-emotional state of each employee, is the share in performing the most important functions of the organization. This is especially true for government agencies, which perform the most important, socially significant functions in the state. Given that modern Ukraine is in a unique socio-economic situation associated with constant experimentation in public administration in the form of reforms in the medical, judicial and other fields, it can be argued that members of the staff of any institution face a variety of stressors, which may affect the peculiarities of their communication with each other. The instability of the economic situation in Ukraine forces us to pay special attention to creating appropriate conditions for the formation of a favorable socio-psychological climate as a guarantee of high production efficiency of the workforce, as well as determining the possible impact of many stressors on the specifics of public relations. The scientific novelty of the work is that for the first time a study of the impact of currently available stressors, which are unique to each historical period of society, on the psychological climate of the organization, an empirical analysis of psychological climate.

Bonobos and chimpanzees are closely related, yet they exhibit important differences in their wild socio-ecology. Whereas bonobos live in environments with less seasonal variation and more access to fallback foods, chimpanzees face more competition over spatially distributed, variable resources. This chapter argues that bonobo and chimpanzee cognition show psychological signatures of their divergent wild ecology. Current evidence shows that despite strong commonalities in many cognitive domains, apes express targeted differences in specific cognitive skills critical for wild foraging behaviours. In particular, bonobos exhibit less accurate spatial memory, reduced levels of patience and greater risk aversion than do chimpanzees. These results have implications for understanding the evolution of human cognition, as studies of apes are a critical tool for modelling the last common ancestor of humans with nonhuman apes. Linking comparative cognition to species’ natural foraging behaviour can begin to address the ultimate reason for why differences in cognition emerge across species. Les bonobos et les chimpanzés sont prochement liés, pourtant ils montrent d’importantes différences dans leur sociologie naturelle. Alors que les bonobos vivent dans des environnements avec peu de diversité de climat entre saisons et plus d’accès à des ressources de nourriture alternatives, les chimpanzés ménagent une compétition étalée spatialement et des ressources plus variées. Je soutiens que la cognition des chimpanzés et bonobos montre les signatures psychologiques de leur écologie naturelle divergente. Les témoignages courants montrent que, malgré les forts points communs dans en cognition, les grands singes expriment des différences au niveau de compétences cognitives importantes au butinage. En particulier, les bonobos démontrent une mémoire spatial moin précise, moin de patience, et plus d’aversion de risques que les chimpanzés. Ces résultats fournissent des signes dans l’étude de l’évolution de la cognition humaine. Les études des grands singe sont un outil d’importance majeure dans la modélisation du dernier ancêtre commun des humains et grands singes non-humains. Faire des liens cognitives comparatives entre le butinage des différentes espèces peut commencer à dévoiler les raisons pour les différences de cognition entre espèces.

The “school climate” includes both social and physical aspects of school life and can affect positively (or not) behavior, achievements, and cultural development. The school environment has attracted great attention from architecture, but perhaps the overall well-being of the students has taken second place to educational needs. As in all work environments, to which the school can be partially compared, we need to overcome the concept of well-being as an instrumental element to the best performance of people, in favor of a holistic conception that tends to a better quality of life (which also influences some profitability). This chapter reports and comments on the results of a survey carried out on two different school complexes (with students aged between 11 and 14 years) in the Turin metropolitan area, where different socio-economic and cultural conditions are represented. The questionnaire submitted to the students is articulated according to different requirements of well-being: functional, social, psychological, ergonomic, aesthetic, sensorial, and connection with the context.

This paper proposes a comprehensive framework of the individual factors that influence organizational decision-makers to adopt Green information systems (IS), based on a review of psychological theories and empirical studies on Green IS and technology adoption. The objectives of this paper are, firstly, to explain that the adoption of Green IS by managers is directly influenced by their intention, which is assumed to be influenced by their attitude towards Green IS, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control and personal norms. In the framework, attitude towards Green IS is influenced by managers' positive and negative affect in response to Green IS. The findings of this study show that subjective norms are reflected from three sources containing primary, secondary and work referents. Perceived behavioral control includes self-efficacy, monetary cost–benefit assessment and the ethical climate of the organization. Personal norms are influenced by awareness of consequences, ascription of responsibilities and personal values including self-transcendence and self-enhancement. Secondly, the paper aims to assess the importance of the individual factors that influence the organizational decision-makers to adopt Green IS. Accordingly, the Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) is applied to rank the importance of the factors incorporated in the proposed framework. The data for this study is collected by conducting an online survey through a structured questionnaire-based instrument comprising 5-point Likert-type scales. The findings of this study contribute to the Green IS literature by improving the decision-making process in IS adoption for the purpose of environmental sustainability enhancement. It is hoped that the proposed model would help to clarify the relative importance of the psychological and socio-demographic factors influencing the adoption of Green IS by organizational decision-makers.

Although much effort is devoted to investigating the use of technology to teach course content, an emerging area of some importance in online teaching is how to enhance the student experience of learning and communicating online. Associated with this is the creation of social and supportive environments for learning when there is little face-to-face contact between distance learners and their teachers. An examination of the literature on authentic learning suggests that there are a variety of frameworks and approaches on how to foster positive learning experiences through online delivery. While there are many frameworks that emphasise the cognitive aspects of learning, it is clear that the socio-affective aspects are of equal importance in creating a positive learning experience for students. Two approaches that balance cognitive and social aspects of learning are: the creation of online knowledge building community, and Social Presence Theory which emphasises interpersonal and social strategies that reduce psychological and physical distance between teachers and students. By synthesising findings from these two areas of research, this chapter provides a framework and a set of strategies that can be used to create an authentic learning climate, and illustrates a range of tasks that create positive social, learning experiences.

The article considers the problem of the effectiveness of self-regulation of cognitive states, due to various socio-psychological factors. The theoretical and methodological basis of the study is the concept of self-regulation of mental states A. O. Prokhorov. In previous studies, various aspects of the self-regulation of cognitive states were touched, however, the socio-psychological factors of self-regulation of cognitive states remain practically unstudied. The purpose of the study: to identify the role of the psychological climate in determining the effectiveness of self-regulation of cognitive conditions of students in everyday learning activities. In the course of the study, the following methods were used: 1. Test for determining the index of group cohesion K. E. Sisora. 2. Methodology for assessing the microclimate of a student group V. M. Zavyalova. 3. Methodology for the effectiveness of self-regulation of mental states A. O. Prokhorova and A. N. Nazarova. In addition, to determine the effectiveness of self-regulation of mental states, students were asked to identify and evaluate cognitive states that occurred at the beginning, in the middle, and at the end of the lecture. As a result of the study, it was revealed that in groups with an average level of favorable psychological climate prevailed interest and reflection. Students studying in groups with a low-favorable level of psychological climate are more likely to experience states of immunity and boredom. The greatest impact of the psychological climate in the group is affected by such aspects of self-regulation of conditions as physiological processes and behavior: their indicators were higher in groups with a higher level of psychological climate. Further, for a greater differentiation of data using factor analysis, various indicators of the psychological climate were identified: «mutual assistance and support», «security» and «business activity of the group». It has been established that the greatest influence among the identified factors on the effectiveness of self-regulation is exerted by the indicator «group business activity».

Abstract:
The effectiveness of a police officer’s professional performance depends on many social processes and phenomena, on socially-oriented and/or person-oriented communication with colleagues, different categories of citizens, on the level of organisation of this activity in general, on leadership and management processes. These days, such areas of psychology as communication between work colleagues, leadership in the circle of colleagues, and other factors impacting professional efficiency remain insufficiently covered. The authors have already touched on the issue of leadership and communication in our research, however, the authors have not carried out a specific study. The study is mainly aimed at the theoretical-methodological and empirical research into the phenomenon of leadership in the workplace team environment. Main research methods: observation, testing, mathematical-statistical analysis and socio-psychological influence methods. Key results: the scientific concept of ‘leadership’ and specificity of its manifestation in the service team was revealed; the problem regarding the lack of methods and techniques for the study of leadership and management processes in the service team was noted; in order to characterise the service team as an integrated system of interpersonal relations the indices of mutual acceptability/unacceptability, cohesion, coherence, etc. were calculated; the results of communicative activity and expression of leadership personality and management style, etc. were obtained; recommendations on how to organise joint activities and develop leadership skills are given. It is also noted that in order to develop leadership qualities in the workplace, it is advisable to develop the readiness of the individual to make responsible decisions, skills and abilities to quickly and correctly assess the personality, the situation, the socio-psychological climate of the workplace team, etc.

Abstract The fly-in-fly-out personnel on the oil platform are exposed to extreme climatic and geographic and production factors, and also remain in group isolation conditions, which makes demands on the body of the fly-in-fly-out worker that often exceed its reserves. This excludes the possibility of full psychological adaptation to these conditions and causes the emergence of specialist's unfavorable functional states, which lead to a decrease in the mental health level, productivity and professional performance. The worker's labor tasks of various professions differ in physical and physiological stress, as well as in the degree of harmful production factors action. The goal is to identify the psychological adaptability of the offshore ice-resistant oil and gas production platform fly-in-fly-out employees in the Caspian Sea. The study was conducted on the offshore ice-resistant platform in the Caspian Sea (April 2019), 50 employees took part in it (fly-in duration - 14 days \ fly-out period – 14 days). Research methods are questionnaire, psychological and psychophysiological testing. By psychological adaptation we understand a personality traits system necessary for the productive performance of our leading activities. Due to the fact that fly-in-fly-out oil and gas workers are affected by climate, production and socio-psychological factors, we will study psychological adaptability through subjective criteria: indicators of regulatory processes, subjective control, socio-psychological adaptation, as well as personal characteristics, and objective criteria: functional state level (working capacity, job stress and other). The psychological adaptability peculiarities were revealed among employees with an optimal and reduced level of functional reserves and working capacity. The oil and gas production platform employees are distinguished by a high level of self-regulation, which is expressed in the ability to form a self-regulation style that allows them to compensate for the personal influence, characterological characteristics that impede the goal achievement. Among the regulatory processes, a high expression level is observed in planning and modeling. The employees have a need for conscious planning of activities, the plans in this case are realistic, detailed, hierarchical, effective and stable, the goals of the activity are put forward independently. They are able to identify significant conditions for achieving goals both in the current situation and in the long-term future, which is manifested in the adequacy of the action programs to the action plans, the results correspondence obtained to the adopted goals. Programming, evaluation of results, independence and flexibility are developed among employees at an average level. The workers are characterized by an average subjective control level. They believe that most of the important events in their life are the result of their own actions, that they can control them, and feel their own responsibility for these events and for the way their life in general develops. It should be noted that there is a negative relationship between the subjective control level and the functional reserves level of employees. With an increase in the subjective control level, the internal reserves decrease level. This can be explained by the fact that taking responsibility for life events requires more inclusion and resources. A high level of subjective control can lead to overexertion of employees. This is confirmed by the results of our previous studies.
