Abstract:
The article substantiates the doctrine of Zionism as a post-socialist system and the national idea of modern Russia. The basis of civilizationism is civil property, the right of every citizen to an equal share of the socialist inheritance (national property). In the current circumstances, to achieve a real socio-political agreement in the country, to overcome the war for property, to really recognize the results of previous reforms by society and to support new transformations, a fair social contract on the creation of a civil property fund is necessary.

Abstract:
The monograph presents the doctrine of ecosociohumanism from the standpoint of the new natural-humanitarian science of ergodynamics and the science of harmony. Ecosociohumanism acts as a resolution of the "capitalism—socialism" opposition on the basis of their harmonious synthesis. At the same time, the goal of harmonious human development is taken from socialism, and the way of its realization from capitalism is a regulated market. The main components of eco—sociohumanism are: the theory of socio-natural development, trialectics - the doctrine of harmony, the science of man (human studies), the concept of national wealth and quality of life, the theory of the socio-humanitarian state, the ideology of sociohumanism. The essence of the socio-humanitarian transition: from the "consumer society" to the "society of eco-sociohumanism", from the social to the socio-humanitarian state, from the "social man" to the "socio-spiritual man" ("Harmonious Man"). The evolutionary trajectory of the development of "liberalism — integralism — ecosociohumanism" is scientifically substantiated. The interpretation of national wealth as a potential for the development of society is given. The quality of life index is proposed. Based on the calculation of national wealth and the quality of life index of Russia and the countries of the world, it is shown that the country is experiencing an acute socio—humanitarian crisis - the crisis of a person and a development model. The human crisis is associated with a deepening techno-humanitarian imbalance. The crisis of the social model is caused by the fact that the laws of socio-natural development are ignored in domestic policy. The economy, social policy, culture, geopolitics of a socio-humanitarian state are considered. The scientific foundations of the new peace movement are given. The attitudes of eco-sociohumanism are compared with a number of existing social concepts. It is popular in nature (without mathematical apparatus, often inaccessible to humanities) and is designed for a wide range of readers.

Abstract:
Socialism is typically portrayed as a deeply populist doctrine, yet it often has difficulties reconciling populism with more centrally socialist ideals. As a result, populism is both a consistent preoccupation and a recurring problem for socialists. This chapter traces these shifting tensions through three episodes in socialism’s development: the works of Karl Marx, Auguste Blanqui, and Eduard Bernstein. Each manifests the tensions in complex and subtle ways. Ultimately, the contemporary forms of social democracy that have descended from this heritage provide the means for a potential reconciliation, establishing the material conditions for a radically populist politics.

Abstract:
Culture served communist-ruled states by presenting a vision of nations and peoples in transition from a dark and oppressive past into the projected bright future of communism. National and party leaders followed Lenin in ascribing great importance to the persuasive powers of the arts and insisting on their incorporation into the machinery of government. Artists creating works of literature, film, and the performing and visual arts according to the official doctrine of socialist realism presented images of new socialist persons overcoming difficulties and accomplishing tasks to instruct and entertain their audiences. While they might enjoy the benefits of state patronage, artists also risked condemnation and punishment if their works displeased the ruling party and its leadership. The arts of socialism have largely lost their political function and are now viewed as nostalgic memorabilia or kitsch.

Abstract:
This chapter looks at the dual state and the separation of powers within by first considering the prerogative state and the role of the executive. It starts by looking at the history of the doctrine of the prerogative in Europe in general and in Germany in particular. It considers the notion of the normative state and what that meant for the German legal system in the late 1930s. It looks at the influence of National-Socialism in terms of the normative state and also the courts. The chapter then goes on to consider the estate system in Germany at that time and relates it to various economic systems, especially labor, as it states that the industrial working class were not adequately included in the estate system of National-Socialist Germany.
