Abstract:
This article aimed to investigate the bibliography of the Study of Brazilian Problems (PBS) discipline at the Federal University of Paraná (UFPR) between 1971 and 1984. It was used primary and secondary sources, which unveiled the theoretical corpus that supported BPS teaching at UFPR. Some methodological elements of Cultural History were mobilized based on the understanding that individuals and groups grasp the social world and share it in a particular way, producing strategies and practices (political, social and educational) (Chartier 2002). Finally, the analysis revealed that BPS’ teaching programs were based on a bibliographic diversity, marked by books that were aligned with the Doctrine of the National Security and Development (DNSD), but which appeared alongside the works of some anti-regime authors. And that bibliographic focused on national problems denoted adherence to a larger DNSD policy aimed at encouraging the participation of university youth in the national political and economic plan. Abstract:
The purpose of the study is to understand the mission of national library in the system of national security of Russia. The author formulates definition of national security basing on the analysis of state concepts and doctrines of national security. The national library is conceived as a humanistic resource of national security, which is protected from information wars. The author considers the components of national security: the nation at the level of individual, society and state; national values in the form of demographic stability, cultural heritage, favourable environment; hazards — hostile phenomena detrimental to the nation; types of security — the types of activities necessary to overcome external and internal hazards; resources — social institutions that ensure the integrity and sustainable development of the nation. The paper proposes definition of bibliosphere as a super-system (system of systems), carrying out production, preservation, use and further development of the national book communication. The components of bibliosphere are: professionally specialized social institutions (publishing, printing industry, book trade, librarianship, bibliography); bibliophile social and cultural movement; commercial and non-profit associations; government authorities and censorship, etc. Considering the doctrine of information security, the author notes that bibliosphere is not an element of information sphere and an object of information security. Culture is presented as a key factor in national security. The paper characterizes the dilemma of militarization and humanization of society in the post-industrial era and emphasizes the urgency of formation of moral and creative individual. The author grounds the new understanding of social mission of the national library.

Abstract:
ABSTRACT The aim of this paper was to understand the relationships between the consolidation of the actuarial profession and social security policies in Brazil, from the First Republic up to the Vargas Era. In general, there is little literature on the history of the actuarial profession in Brazil. Specifically, there is no study that addresses the relationship between the development of the actuarial profession and the social security policies at the crucial moment of Brazilian social security expansion during the Vargas Era. This paper contributes to filling that gap. From time to time, Brazilian social security reforms are debated. The role of actuaries in this discussion is poorly understood. However, these professionals have historically been essential to social security policies. This article sheds light on that history. The text may broaden the knowledge on the history of the actuarial profession and its relationships with social security policies in Brazil. This is a historical study, built based on primary documentation. Sources were researched relating to the actuarial organizations for social security in Brazil and the actuarial professionals who composed their staff. The references to the professional trajectories of actuaries were crossed and considered in light of the information gathered regarding the actions of the institutions that employed them. The analysis was qualitative and the material was interpreted with the support of the referenced bibliography. This article reveals that the consolidation of the actuarial profession came about based on the participation of engineers-actuaries in the public organizations that supported the varguista social security policies. The paper also contributes to broadening the knowledge on the history of the actuarial profession in Brazil from the First Republic up to the Vargas Era (1930-1945).

Abstract:
Social media has evolved significantly over the years while providing strategic platforms for voices to reach billions of people within no time. Accordingly, it has advantages and disadvantages (threats). The nature of threats emanating from social media, especially Twitter, in the context of Pakistan, are mainly in the form of radicalization, glorification of terrorist groups, propagation of violent sub-nationalism and hybrid warfare. Though Pakistan has been relatively active after 2020 in responding to social media challenges, implementing social media regulations remains an issue, especially when most social media platforms are foreign in origin. This paper evaluates the interlinkage of social media and national security in the context of Pakistan while exploring how agents of insecurity and instability exploit social media and what response mechanism the state has placed to mitigate these threats. The paper is a qualitative inquiry using primary and secondary sources to answer these questions. The research findings suggest marginal securitization of social media, albeit without significant implementation. Bibliography Entry Al Abd, Saad. 2022. Abstract:
One of the problems that afflicts the country in recent times are social conflicts, which are generated by multiple factors and that influence the behavior of a population group, such as unsatisfied demands that have not been resolved by the State and which leads to social protests; In this sense, this work aimed to “Analyze the management of the state in the social conflicts of the Puno region and its effect on National Security” within the framework of the events after December 7, 2022, after the coup attempt. of the state by former president Pedro Castillo Terrones. As a method, a qualitative approach, descriptive and hermeneutical, was used, reviewing bibliography, journalistic data and interviews. As a result, it was determined that the management of social conflicts by the State has not been entirely satisfactory. It was concluded that the social conflicts in Puno were not due to social demands, but rather to policies influenced by left-wing ideologies and national and foreign political groups.

Abstract:
The early theorists had conceived airpower to break the adversary's will and achieve decisive impact; however, technological deficiencies and weak strategies prevented airpower from doing so. Later, especially in the second half of the 20th century, advancements in technology and the advent of new concepts developed airpower as a military tool of the first choice to achieve strategic advantages. Traditionally, states remained the referent objects and a prime focus for national security, but post-cold war developments witnessed the emergence of a non-traditional security paradigm, increasingly making individuals referent objects of security. This security dimension primarily affected individuals and ideational aspects and led to the developing of a new identity-based construct with increasing political, economic, military, environmental, and societal influences. This paper highlights that despite the remarkable advancements in airpower technology and its ever-increasing role as a critical military instrument, its effectiveness in dealing with security threats and achieving a decisive victory in situations complexed by non-traditional threats remains ambiguous. Considering terrorism as a social construction allows investigation into unthinkable policies to counter it. Nevertheless, the main objective of the policy perhaps can be the deconstruction of the undesirable construct whereby airpower, enabled with modern technology, can act as a leading military component. This annotated bibliography explores the ethical implications of the U.S. Government's reframing of HIV/AIDS in Africa from a public health to a national security threat in the late 1990s. It emphasizes the advantages and disadvantages from a utilitarian viewpoint of likely increased national agenda and funding priority in the United States and the offsetting potential distrust of developing countries about the long history of U.S. exploitation and colonialism. Abstract:
Introduction: Many studies around the world are undertaken to establish the association between deprivation and public health indicators. Both separate indicators (e.g., income, education, occupation, public security and social support) and complex models (indices) include several indicators. Deprivation indices are actively used in public health since the mid 1980s. There is currently no clear classification of indices. Methods: In the current review, data related to deprivation indices are combined and analyzed in order to create a taxonomy of indices based on the results obtained. The search was carried out using two bibliographic databases. After conducting a full-text review of the articles and searching and adding relevant articles from the bibliography, and articles that were already known to the authors, sixty studies describing the use of sixty deprivation indices in seventeen countries were included in the narrative synthesis, resulting in development of a taxonomy of indices. When creating the taxonomy, an integrative approach was used that allows integrating new classes and sub-classes in the event that new information appears. Results: In the review, 68% (41/60) of indices were classified as socio-economic, 7% (4/60) of indices as material deprivation, 5% (3/60) of indices as environmental deprivation and 20% (12/60) as multidimensional indices. Conclusions: The data stimulates the use of a competent approach, and will help researchers and public health specialist in resolving conflicts or inconsistencies that arise during the construction and use of indices.

Introduction/framework/objectives Job Satisfaction has the capacity to influence the quality of working life and even overall quality of life, so the study of this subjet will certainly enhance the performance of Occupational Health and Safety teams. Methodology This is a Bibliographic Review, initiated through a search carried out in January 2022, in the databases “CINALH plus with full text, Medline with full text, Database of Abstracts of Reviews of Effects, Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials, Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews, Cochrane Methodology Register, Nursing and Allied Health Collection: comprehensive, MedicLatina and RCAAP”. Contents Although there are many definitions for this concept, the different proposals do not conflict with each other and represent a similar general idea. In the bibliography there is abundant information on what are the factors that enhance and mitigate Job Satisfaction, as well as the main advantages with the existence of Labor Satisfaction. Discussion and Conclusions There are several parameters that, if well worked out, will be able to enhance the Job Satisfaction of employees, as well as provide advantages, certainly sufficiently encouraging for institutions to be motivated to invest in it. Most authors argue that the management of expectations, remuneration/rewards, type of leadership, employment relationship/security, justice, respect, autonomy, self-esteem, commitment, sense of belonging, working hours, technical support and access to workshops are the most relevant in this context; as training, participation in decision-making, the possibility of career progression and the existence of good social relations between colleagues and managers. Abstract:
In recent years, there has been growing recognition of the effectiveness of an all-gender-inclusive approach to peacekeeping missions in conflict zones, as highlighted in the UNSCR 1325 on Women, Peace and Security. UN has acknowledged the importance of female peacekeepers as potential role models for girls in male-dominated societies and has taken steps to increase their numbers. Pakistan has been a significant contributor to UN Peacekeeping missions over the past six decades and has also achieved the target of deploying female soldiers in its contingent forces. This study uses qualitative methods, primarily focus group discussions, to evaluate the constructive impact of UN female peacekeepers and their potential to enhance passive compliance towards International Humanitarian Law in conflict zones. It also explores whether female peacekeepers make a unique contribution and investigates the existing gap in research on their performance and the challenges they face in the field. The study highlights the need for further research and support to address the social and cultural factors that continue to restrict the contribution of female peacekeepers, particularly from countries like Pakistan, where women face significant challenges in the security sector. Abstract:
During the passage of time, it is necessary for a legal system to introduce structural reforms, given the maximum effectiveness of Law. And, among the main reforms proposed to the Brazilian order, there is the tax reform, represented, above all, by the PEC 45/2019. Several points are innovative, such as the adoption of the Value Added Tax (VAT) - renamed Tax on Goods and Services (IBS) - on consumer goods, in the three federal spheres, the basis of which comes from five other taxes: Tax on Industrialized Products ( IPI), Tax on Circulation of Goods and Services (ICMS), Tax on Services (ISS), Contribution to the Financing of Social Security (Cofins) and Social Integration Program (PIS); having specific rates for each federative entity and abolition of taxes such as the Tax on Financial Operations (IOF). However, would the creation or abolition of these taxes be positive or negative for the fiscal decentralization proposed in the 1988 Charter? An unsolvable dichotomy. Despite the selective rates for the three federative entities (Union, States and Municipalities), the Reform intends to create a central body, whose character would be to inspect such rates according to the total. There is, therefore, a paradox: between one and triune. Based on such affirmative assumptions, this article will have an exploratory character, with deduction as a method and data collection extracted from documents, bibliography and data taken from administrative bodies.

Abstract:
The main objective of this article is to analyze the panorama of violence against women during the coronavirus pandemic in Brazil. social isolation in which victims are even more vulnerable, exposed all day to the aggressor, which reflects the predominance of machismo and gender violence, and the growing intolerance and hostility against women inside and outside their homes, being necessary, therefore, a study of this nature in order to understand and rethink solutions to that problem. In the present study, the deductive method will be used, and the historical-evolutionary method will be used as a procedure. The research technique to be adopted is the bibliography, through doctrinal consultations, scientific articles on the subject, as well as documentary, through the analysis of the main legal provisions in the country, and data from the study carried out by the Brazilian Public Security Forum. With this, it was observed that during the covid-19 pandemic, due to social isolation measures, the vulnerability of women victims of domestic violence was latent, given that they were subject to greater and constant contact with their aggressors, perpetuating the cycle of violence, and making requests for help and complaints to public bodies difficult. It is concluded that the reality goes beyond the data collected in the various surveys carried out across the country, the situation is even more alarming, of a still sexist, misogynist and unequal culture, which mutilates the human rights of this public.

Abstract:
In geopolitics, the term ‘shatter belt’ refers to a region that is highly vulnerable to conflicts and is often an arena for great power competition through proxy wars. For more than a decade, Syria has been engaged in a similar unprecedented state of conflict involving domestic and foreign actors – a conflict that has exacerbated the dilapidated political, economic, and social security. As per the Fragile States Index 2021, Syria is one of the world's top three most fragile states, indicating its vulnerability and unsustainability. Using qualitative data through secondary sources, this paper highlights how Syria serves as a shatter belt for major powers, explicating interests of the US, Russia, Iran and Saudi Arabia. In order to understand the dynamics of conflict, the paper applies Amos Tversky’s Prospect theory which highlights stakeholders' loss aversion and risk-acceptant behaviour. In addition, the paper highlights that conflict resolution strategies applied to resolve the conflict have failed so far. In this regard, John Burton’s Human Needs theory is applied to the case study to emphasize what can be done to resolve this protracted conflict. Bibliography Entry Ashraf, Nageen. 2022. Abstract:
Introduction:There are approximately 60 million people over 60 years of age in the world. The United Nations predicts that by 2050 the number of people aged 60 years and older could be around 2 billion (Zaļkalns, 2015). In Latvia, every fourth inhabitant is a pensioner. Given Latvia's socio-economic situation, social and health care options for older, lonely people are becoming increasingly less accessible. A large part of the population of Latvia cannot provide themselves with quality of life in old age. If there is no family or, due to various circumstances, relatives cannot take care of the elderly, the only option is social care institutions (Slokenbeka, Zepa, 2013). The quality of life of an elderly person remains an issue when he or she is in a social care centre. Quality of life is a complex, interacting set of objective and subjective indicators in different areas of life. The World Health Organisation defines quality of life as “the perception of an individual's personal life position in the context of the cultural and value system in which the individual lives in relation to the individual's goals, expectations, standards and concerns. It is a broad concept that is influenced in complex ways by a person's physical health, psychological state, personal beliefs, social relationships and key environmental factors” (Scester, 2012). The Aim of the study:To analyse the quality of life for social care centre clients.Materials and methods:Quantitative research method was chosen to obtain the results. A questionnaire with 25 questions was developed. The participants of the research were clients of two social care centres (hereafter SAC) (SAC “X”, n = 50; SAC “Y”, n = 50). Results:The majority of SAC respondents have lived in the institution for more than four years (SAC “X” = 54%; SAC “Y” = 70%). In both groups, the predominant reason for being in SAC is “I am lonely, I cannot take care of myself” (SAC "X" = 62%; SAC "Y" = 58%). On the questions about the frequency of meals and the quality of food in the SAC, the data show that 78% of clients in SAC “X” and 94% in SAC “Y” are satisfied with the frequency of meals, while on the quality of food the dominant answer is “the food is satisfactory” (SAC “X” = 54%; SAC “Y” = 32%). The questions on living conditions show that SAC clients live both alone and in pairs (mainly spouses). The relationship with the roommate is described by 52% in SAC “X” and 38% in SAC “Y” with the phrase “we get along peacefully, without quarrels”. 26% of respondents in both groups describe their relationship as “very good and friendly”. SAC clients describe their financial situation as “modest”. Emotional support is received from other residents, staff and family members/relatives. Emotional uplift is also provided by various activities in the SAC and by doing things that they enjoy and find interesting, e.g., handicrafts, crossword puzzles. SAC clients note that they try to attend all events organised by the SAC, especially concerts by amateur groups and famous artists. The “feeling of security” in the SAC is prevalent in both groups of respondents (SAC “X” = 56%; SAC “Y” = 70%). Although there is a feeling of security, both groups of respondents report that they “miss the feeling of home” when living in SAC (SAC “X” = 24%; SAC “Y” = 34%). Conclusions:Clients in the social care centre are satisfied with the quality of life in the physical and social spheres, but are partially satisfied or dissatisfied with the quality of life in the emotional and area of independence. The participants often feel lonely and sad and experience longing and anticipation. Respondents in both social care centres never or rarely experience feelings such as love, joy and happiness. Respondents indicate a lack of independence, acknowledging that they have limited autonomy and that they cannot be who they are because they have to adapt to the existing regime. Bibliography:1. Abstract:
In the Decree of the President V. V. Putin of July 21, 2020 "On the national development goals of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2030", there are two national goals that are directly related to the book and library business: the education of a harmoniously developed and socially responsible personality and the implementation of digital transformation of key sectors of the economy and social spheres. The Russian Bibliologos (book mind) has been creatively and collectively created over millennia. Cognition of the essence of the Bibliologos is a priority task of book and library science and library and information education today. The article examines the biological and social prerequisites of book communication, the dynamics of the development of the classical Bibliologos and the scientific and pedagogical foundations of the formation of the non-classical Bibliologos of the XXI century. The Bibliologos is understood as a biologically and socially determined intelligent productive force mastered by people in the process of hominization (humanization). The following functional definition is proposed: Bibliologos is the collective mind of a historically stable community of people who own the book culture, write and read books and are directly involved in the production of the bibliosphere. The Classical Bibliosphere is defined as a supersystem of book-communication systems that ensures the reproduction, preservation and further development of the national book culture. The structure of the bibliosphere is formed by socio-cultural institutions (systems, or branches of the book business), namely: publishing, printing industry, book trade, librarianship, bibliography. Each institute includes practice, education, science, special communication, management bodies. The branch problems of the bibliosphere are studied by related, but relatively independent, scientific and practical studies (bibliography, library science, records management, book history, bibliopolistics, editsiology, etc.), and bibliology is engaged in general problems – a complex science (or a complex of sciences) about books and books, as well as general document theory, or documentology. In addition to branch institutes, the bodies of the bibliosphere are: bibliophile socio-cultural movement; non-profit and commercial founders and voluntary associations; government authorities and censorship. The participation of the Russian Bibliologos and the library school in the implementation of the human-creative project as a national target is envisaged. Particular attention is paid to the European experience of modeling a new type of person, the historical project "Memory for the Future", cyber-socialization of the society of the future, topical issues of non-classical library and information education and the synthesis of book culture and digital culture of the XXI century. It is concluded that national security and the well-being of future generations depend on the non-classical Bibliosphere, in particular on national libraries and school librarians.

This article will aim to study the cost accounting in the issue of accounting deduction to the National Institute of Social Security (INSS). In this sense, the problem to be discussed is how and which accounting fundamentals are necessary for this type of operation to be carried out in the accounting context by business institutions. Therefore, a bibliographic survey of the most recent productions was carried out on the topic addressed. From the reading of specific texts related to the theme, it was understood that in order to obtain a coherent understanding of the general object of this work there is a need to explain brief concepts about general accounting, cost accounting and accounting cost, to, finally, explain and delimit the object of this work: the accounting of costs and the sending of the payment to the INSS.

Abstract:
Purpose: The highlighting of how current security issues (the economic crisis at the European/global level and the military crisis in Ukraine)—seen as factors of negative influence on sustainable development at the societal level—influence the level of willingness of young citizens (aged 18–35) in Romania, regarding the acceptance of restrictions/limitations on certain fundamental rights and freedoms, as well as the fulfillment of certain constitutional obligations in exceptional situations. It was considered opportune to conduct this study, given the fact that since the end of World War II, the European continent has not experienced such major security issues that combine specific aspects of military security with those specific to human security, and that generate negative effects on the community’s efforts to promote peaceful and inclusive societies for sustainable development. Methods: The study was based on an online questionnaire administered to a total of 826 individuals permanently residing in Romania, aged between 18 and 35. The data were collected from 1 October to 15 October 2022, at a reasonable interval following the onset of the mentioned crises, assuming that the opinions of the interviewed individuals regarding their negative impact on sustainable development from the perspective of internal societal life are well-formed. The methods used include statistical analysis and focused on identifying and assessing the degree of acceptability of restrictions/limitations on certain fundamental rights and freedoms, as well as the willingness to fulfill certain constitutional obligations. Additionally, empirical research on the issue was conducted in accordance with the available bibliography. Results: The study reveals the respondents’ level of perception regarding the impact on sustainable development of society, from an economic perspective, social well-being (41.33%), and citizen safety (53.26%), as a result of the global/European economic crisis. The consequences of this are strongly felt among the interviewed population (61.09%), leading to a decrease in their trust in the state authorities’ ability to manage the situation. The cause of the global/European economic crisis is complex, a large part of the respondents (41.21%) believing that it is the result of a globally orchestrated conspiracy to reset the international order and reconfigure the poles of power, and more than 50% of the respondents considering the conflict in Ukraine as the main source. A percentage of 29.28% of the respondents consider that social solidarity at the level of the European Union (EU) is feasible to overcome the negative influences of multiple crises on domestic societal life, and 49.51% of the respondents believe that Romania’s EU membership is likely to contribute substantially to limiting the negative effects of the crisis in Ukraine. The restriction/limitation of certain fundamental rights and freedoms of citizens, as possible extreme measures for managing the effects of the mentioned crises at the national level, is accepted by a small percentage of respondents (15–20%), while the willingness to fulfill certain constitutional obligations of citizens is present in approximately one-third of the interviewed population. Conclusions: In the context of the new global/European economic crisis and the military crisis in Ukraine, which impact the sustainable development of society and the community’s efforts to promote peaceful societies, young citizens in Romania (aged 18–35) are deeply concerned about the preservation of fundamental rights and freedoms as stipulated in the Constitution of Romania. They demonstrate a low level of acceptance for the restriction/limitation of these rights and freedoms, even in exceptional situations of an economic or military nature. The same low degree of readiness is also found in the fulfillment of some fundamental constitutional duties of the citizens (loyalty to the country, defense of the country, etc.), in the case of adopting exceptional measures in the event of extending the military conflict in Ukraine.

Abstract:
Issues of national security are of particular scientific interest because without it. It is impossible to imagine the existence of any state. Protecting the economic and social interests of the population has long been one of the prerogatives of public policy, which has expanded to information security of the people in the face of rapid digitalization of all spheres of life and the introduction of information attack as a new form of weapon. In this context, it is essential to conduct a thorough study of primary scientific papers on economic, social and information security. In this work, it is proposed to use quantitative and qualitative bibliometric analysis methods, which allows to identify the main trends and form a basis for further research. The information basis for this work was the international scientometric database Scopus and SciVal by Elsevier, which allows you to analyze bibliographic data using built-in tools and import them for external use in the software VOSviewer. Bibliographic information is presented from the 1930s to June 2021. The results show that in the world, the most researched is the topic of first, social, second, information, and third, economic security. At the same time, these studies are interdisciplinary, mainly at the intersection of economic and social sciences and information security at the intersection of economic and mathematical, computer sciences. The analysis of time trends changes the number of scientific papers on economic, social and information security in Scopus database shows their gradual growth. In contrast, information security has the fastest growth rate. The study of geographical trends shows that economic security research occurs mainly in the United States, the Russian Federation and Ukraine (the funding of research confirms this at the expense of the relevant ministries and foundations). Social security is mostly studied in English-speaking and European countries (United States, United Kingdom, Germany). Information security research is concentrated in English-speaking (United States, United Kingdom) and China, India. The qualitative bibliographic analysis allowed to analyze the most cited, and hence the trend works on selected topics, confirming the multidisciplinary nature of the work. In addition, a cluster analysis of co-occurrence of keywords was coducted, which formed clusters devoted to social, economic, socio-psychological, legal and other issues.

Abstract:
This study aims to highlight the degree of perception of the young population (18–35 years old), from the northern region of Oltenia (Gorj County, Romania), regarding the impact of the wave of seismic strong ground motions recorded in the region, starting from 13 February 2023, on some indicators to characterize the sustainable development of the region, in particular, the entrepreneurial potential of the region and the quality of life of the affected population. It was considered opportune to carry out this study, considering the novelty of such a situation, as the respective geographical area has not been subjected to strong ground motions in the recent past. This study was built on the basis of the questionnaire applied to 599 people, with permanent residence in Gorj County and aged between 18 and 35 years. The data were collected between 27 February 2023 and 31 March 2023, more than fourteen days after the first recorded micro-seismic event. The main working method is the combined statistical analysis, on the one hand, of the notification and evaluation of the respondents’ degree of information regarding the manifestation of the wave of seismic strong ground motions, the perception of the authorities’ involvement in the management of its negative effects (material damage and effects on the regional entrepreneurial potential), the negative impact on some indicators for evaluating the sustainable development of the region, and, on the other hand, the engagement in the empirical research of the phenomenon, related to the objectives of sustainable development, in accordance with the bibliography available. This study reveals that, in the context of a very high degree of information of the respondents regarding the manifestation of the wave of seismic strong ground motions (about 95%) and the reasonable degree of access to resources and credible information materials (55.2%), only 45.4% of them expressed their high confidence in the action of the authorities to limit the negative effects of seismic strong ground motions. On the other hand, this study highlights that the highest satisfaction average of the population, among the four WHOQOL-BREF domains, is represented by the “Psychological” domain (75.33 ± 21.17), and the lowest average is represented by the “Environmental” domain (67.45 ± 20.90). This study also reveals that male respondents show a higher satisfaction average than that recorded in the case of female respondents in the “Physical”, Psychological”, and “Environmental” domains; for the “Social” domain, the differences are insignificant in favor of the respondents from the second category. The respondents domiciled in the rural environment compared to those domiciled in the urban environment register higher mean scores in all four domains of the quality of life analysis; the respondents with higher education have a higher average score in the “Physical”, “Psychological”, and “Social” domains, with the exception of the “Environmental” domain. The quality of life indicators for the people in the area affected by earthquakes are adversely influenced by their concerns regarding the potential harm to the region’s touristic and entrepreneurial potential. Specifically, those with a high level of belief in the potential harm to the tourism and entrepreneurial potential of the region have lower quality of life measures than those with a low level of belief. Additionally, individuals with a high level of trust in the authorities’ measures to limit the negative impacts of the earthquakes have better quality of life measures than those with low trust.

The purpose of this paper is to uncover the numbers of rural social security, with the aim of critically analyzing them, and to point out ways to enable their judicialization. For this purpose, as a methodology, the jurisprudence of the higher courts was researched, exploratory bibliographic research and quantitative and qualitative analyzes were used. It was discovered, verbi gratia, that the amount of rural social security benefits paid by the INSS, in 2015, was 50% higher than the population residing in the rural area, something enigmatic and that demanded investigation. In order to better understand this complex Brazilian social security framework –especially the one related to the rural area– the numbers referring to social security benefits aimed at urban and rural clients, the amount of urban and rural benefits per region will be displayed in this disquisition. country, which types of benefits are granted in greater volume, the degree of judicialization of social security claims by type of benefits and the importance of rural social security for municipal economies, among other no less relevant data. Finally, after a critical analysis of the denoted data, some ways will be pointed out to better understand what has been happening with the Brazilian rural welfare and what are the most appropriate solutions to be implemented to correct the distortions found.

Abstract:
Social insurance has been a pivotal tool in implementing social security. The purpose of the study is to analyze the existing information clusters (areas) in the field of social insurance. Clusters define related and unrelated groups in the field of social insurance. These groups will help streamline and identify areas where little or no research has been conducted to present. To achieve the objective, the study employed a precise and systematic procedure to gather 562 journal articles published in Scopus-indexed journals from 1926–2022. Subsequently, VOSviewer, Science of Science (Sci2), and Gephi were utilized to conduct bibliometric analysis (such as keyword co-occurrence and bibliographic coupling) and network analysis tests (such as citation and co-citation analysis). The results of keyword co-occurrence and co-citation analysis suggest there are three knowledge clusters: welfare provisions, benefits provided by social insurance, and social insurance operational aspects. Through analysis found top article-based Inequality, social insurance, and redistribution with 408(LC) and 1042(GC) and its page rank value is 0.010574 through prestigious analysis. Additionally, it is also observed that I. Nielsen had made the most substantial contributions as an author, with R. Smyth and C. Nyland following closely in the rankings. Also, observed maximum total link strength with 109 value on social security variable. The study also drawn attention to specific deficiencies, including regional concentration of research, insufficient research in developing and underdeveloped countries, inadequate knowledge sharing among researchers, limited methodological diversity, and a lack of research on the role of social insurance in facilitating society’s recovery from the pandemic.

Abstract:
The conditions of socioeconomic and biological vulnerability of indigenous peoples in the face of the coronavirus pandemic pose the question of what are the limitations of the protection promoted by social security policies. In order to answer this question, this research sought to conceptualize social rights in relation with indigenous cultural differentiation, as well as seeking to review the most recent trajectory of health, social assistance and social security policies for this public. To this end, a bibliographic and documentary review was carried out on the terms surrounding the objective. Thus, it was verified that, until then, only the health policy presents an alternative of institutionalized differentiation, while the policies of social assistance and social security, although they may have good coverage of the indigenous users in some aspects, are presented distant from the demands of these peoples. In view of this situation, in addition to the setbacks caused by the neoliberal advance on social policies as a whole, and with the specific attacks on indigenous rights, these peoples are in a situation of greater fragility, because, in addition to not enjoying culturally sensitive social policies, they experience a delay in the emergency response in the form of public policy against the impacts of covid-19, which can lead to a greater number of contaminations and deaths.

In fact, our Islamic society now a day suffers from great challenges and dangerous phenomena led sometimes to lose its internal security, coherence and the dispersion of its people into different levels such as the believing level, ethical level and the psychological level. The world witnesses many sequenced changes that carry thoughts with different directions. The owners of the mentioned thoughts try to spread them by using modern media, which have great and fast impacts on the psychological stability of the society members. The importance of this research shows the fact that after the appearance of ISIS daish, the Iraqi community suffers from various problems such as the instability and unbalance that lead to social, psychological, healthy problems. Abstract:
In Brazil, by contributing to Social Security, workers are supported in cases of old age, death, maternity, illness and disability through stipends. This article seeks answers about the possibility of granting sick pay due to depression of the Social Security insured. For this purpose, we analyzed how this fundamental right to social security works by granting the benefit on grounds of this illness. Firstly, the concept, history and legal provision of Social Security is addressed. Secondly, the benefit in question is investigated, and its concept, legal provision and requirements needed for getting it are presented. Lastly, a study of depression and its symptoms is conducted. This article is based on bibliographic and documentary research, with an exploratory and descriptive nature, through the collection of data from laws, legal articles, standards, resolutions, jurisprudence, on-line searches, among others dealing with the subject. It was demonstrated that it is possible to grant sick pay for depression, however, on a secondary basis, as the total disability of the worker must be proven and a medical examination is required. Nevertheless, even if in certain cases the benefit is denied, no affront to this fundamental right has been evidenced.

The objective of this work is to contribute to the debate on participatory democracy and the construction of public policies. It focuses on the institution of Community Police in the municipality of Palmas - TO and uses the theories of social capital as a theoretical analytical basis. This is a qualitative exploratory research that relied on documentary and bibliographic research and interviews with institutional stakeholders. In the data treatment it was used the content analysis supported by the MAXQDA Software. The results indicate: 1) a mismatch between the normative legal framework that establishes community policing as a participatory public policy and a corporate ethos that guides their actions. 2) The importance of the police officer in establishing bridges between the public security institution and the citizens of local communities is highlighted. 3) It is concluded that if there is no diffusion of social capital embedded in broad social relations that enable the formation of collaborative networks, public policy tends not to be effective.

Abstract:
One characteristic that can be observed in family farming is the diversity of activities that are carried out concurrently on the property, providing and guaranteeing products for personal consumption or sale over the course of the year. Fish farming, an activity destined for fish production, is often one of these activities developed by family farmers and contributes to the access to quality protein for rural families and to increase income. Furthermore, the techniques used for fish production in family farming can foment a sustainable form of production. However, the lack of incentives regarding extension projects, marketing barriers, the lack of integration of traditional communities in decision making, and the absence of adequate technical information for the reality of rural properties make this activity limited and even ineffective in some regions. The encouragement of this activity could provide family farmers with improved economic conditions and food security and, consequently, the reduction of poverty in rural areas. The present study originated from a bibliographic review that addresses the activity of fish production and its impacts on the development of rural family activities, food security, and public and social policies for the maintenance, regularity, and quality of the final product.

Abstract:
What parts of the world does American social science consider worthy of scholarly attention? Analyzing the geographic focus of more than 2 million bibliographic records of journal articles, books, and dissertations, the study finds a weak trend toward internationalization of US social-scientific attention over the past half-century. Moreover, the share of scholarly attention devoted to particular regions has remained surprisingly stable over this period, with Western Europe remaining the primary focus of internationally-oriented work. Shifts in US national security priorities, international trade, student demand, and demographic characteristics account for only a small portion of the variation in the rate of social-scientific publications on world regions, lending credibility to the view that scholarly attention is shaped in large part by inertia that is built into academic institutions and cultures.

Abstract:
This study is based on the assumption that the primary aim of the emergence of states was to provide security and development opportunities for its citizens. This objective determines the method of exercising power, the applicable legal system reflecting the adopted norms of social coexistence, and the public administration system. It was also presumed that security is associated with a sense of threat and confidence. They can be both objective and subjective, which means that they can be measurable or not. Due to the fact that while there are no major problems with determining the definition of a state, there are still difficulties related to identifying the essence of security and, consequently, also the security of the state. Therefore, the paper is based on the results of the bibliographic method and presents an overview of representative outlooks on issues related to threats, security and national security. This was done by reference to works created on the basis of the law, political sciences, and security sciences. The work was divided into three parts. The first introduces the considerations. The second presents views allowing the nature of security to be determined, and the third part presents the subject-entity scope of state security and the determinants of that security.

The present study aims to bring reflections about violence against women (MVC), in order to reduce these indexes, it is necessary to seek theoretical gender reference, promotion of gender equality and Brazilian public policies already developed to combat MVC, based on a brief historical incursion. The method used was a bibliographic survey with literature review obtained in articles, course completion papers, theses and dissertations on the Google Scholar platform and statistical data updated in sources such as the Brazilian Public Security Forum (FBSP), Intelligence in Research and Consulting (IPEC), the latter, in their reports published between the years 2019 to 2021. Thus, in the research conducted, it was observed that education about gender, emancipation, emotional autonomy, financial and equity are effective alternatives in coping with the problem rooted in Brazilian society.

Abstract:
The research question and problem statement I posed to answer simply has been: what kind of patterns and specific discourses can be identified around the keywords of “information security” and “social construction” in information systems and its related reference fields such as social sciences, management studies, decision sciences extended to psychology. We may start summarizing the conclusions by stating that “information security” and “social construction” in the SCOPUS domain offers a wide range of literature in the social sciences and related subject areas; the initial search resulted in 406 article hits, whose basic bibliographic parameters with keywords and abstracts were downloaded. I categorized this sample according to the journals H-index, the Scimago Journal & Country Rank (SJR) Q1‒Q4 ranking and the individual papers’ citations, into five—socalled structural—clusters. Three papers were identified as the highest referenced and most influential, and analysed separately. The other were clustered as follows: 30 papers were classified into CL1, a high impact cluster due to its high citation and H-index, 122 papers were grouped into CL2, a mature cluster, due to their publishing date and medium referencing, 71 papers fell into CL3, a high potential cluster, due to their high H-index and recent appearance and, finally 152 papers were clustered into CL4, the mainstream of the sample due to their medium impact and wide spread of publishing dates. These clusters were further analysed with basic text mining techniques: word counting, key word analysis, textual clusters and N-Gram analysis, and concordance analysis. I found that clusters are different as far as the academic discourse on information security evolves, and each contain unique added value to the social construction of information security amongst users, institutions, technology and public policy. Finally, conclusion and further research opportunities are presented.

Abstract:
Moments of crisis, as a rule, bring doubts about the maintenance of institutions, as well as about their future, but they are also catalysts of opportunities, providing reconstructions of paradigms that, in an environment of normality, end up falling back on the stigma of hesitation. In today’s world, the crisis in the Social Security system ended up making room for a greater appreciation of the Complementary Pension Institute in Brazil. With the advent of the greater insertion of this system in the Brazilian social security scenario, it was necessary to modernize the legislation on the subject, aiming to regulate the institute more efficiently to guarantee more transparency and security to the wards. In this sense, a correct reading of the legal transformation on the subject appears as a need for problematization that is inherent to every context that involves an object that becomes legalized. As an exponent point of this work, a historical and evolutionary investigation of the institute stands out, as well as an analysis of its legal evolution and future perspectives, made through a bibliographic review of books and scientific articles that exposes knowledge on the subject.

Abstract:
Disability benefits have undergone modifications in light of the Social Security Reform -Constitutional Amendment No. 103/2019: what was called sickness benefit and disability retirement, is now a temporary and permanent disability benefit, in addition to the criteria for calculating income initial monthly. All this modification resulted in its concession in a period of global social instability. This is because, months after the aforementioned constitutional amendment, the whole world is suffering the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, with changes in all sectors of society. It is worth mentioning that it was no different in relation to the National Institute of Social Security, in view of the granting of disability benefits, having the need to implement its entire digital system, with the creation of a field for the insertion of documents and carrying out indirect expertise, via online. In this scenario, mediation is of crucial importance as a way of solving many cases to be resolved at the administrative level, meeting the movement for legalization, and it may well have its applicability within the scope of cases brought to the National Institute of Social Security and, if implemented, generate effectiveness in the analysis of these benefits in favor of the insured party. This article aims to demonstrate the effectiveness of the use of online mediation, if inserted in relation to disability benefits, in an administrative scope, from a historical-bibliographic research, aiming at the concretization and realization of better quality in the provision of State service, in relation to all the insured affected by some temporary or permanent disability.
