Abstract:

Abstract:
This study is aimed at determining the effect of expected effort and social influence factors on expected performance when using internet banking. The study adapts the constructs and definitions from the UTAUT model in the context of the adaptation of online banking technology. With regard to the nature of the variables analyzed, the following statistical tests and methods were used: calculation of average values using descriptive statistics; multiple linear regression analysis – to interpret associations between quantitative variables. Banks, as well as users of these banking services in the online environment, are the subject of research. The survey sample consists of 454 men and women and reflects the profile of online consumers across different countries of the European Union. The results of this study show the impact of the social influence construct on the respondents’ behavior when using electronic banking. The expected effort factor in the study significantly affects the expected performance factor, which can be characterized by original research, which showed that the effect of perceived ease of use on behavioral intent and use is incompatible with the degree of system complexity.

Abstract:
The article presents the results of research on the interaction of subjects of social-labor relations on the basis of assessment of the state and dynamics of the main factors influencing it (on the basis of sociological studies and other data). The state and main problems of development of key subjects – trade unions and employers’ associations are analyzed, the main factors that negatively influence their activity are determined. The basic scheme used for analysis of the main social factors that determine the interaction of subjects of social and labor relations is the conceptual triad “trust – awareness – motivation”. The conditions of activating the constructive interaction of subjects of social and labor relations in the context of the principles of social responsibility and social dialogue are determined. The main ones are increasing mutual trust, creating an effective communication system, as well as having the will to reconcile interests and readiness for dialogue and compromise. The basic requirements to the modern informational-communicative strategy of interaction of subjects of social-labor relations are substantiated. In particular, they include the following: implementation of the principles of social dialogue and social responsibility; orientation on the possibilities of modern information and communication technologies; orientation on the solution of the most acute problems in the field of social-labor relations; creation of effective mechanisms of feedback between communication actors. Basing on the results of the analysis, the directions and conditions for the activation of constructive interaction between the participants of the social dialogue are proposed and substantiated, in the context of the state and dynamics of key social and socio-psychological factors.

Abstract:
The article analyzes the social aspects of Hinduism as a combination of not only religious, but also mythological, legal and ethical concepts. They form, on the basis on which the social life of Indian society is largely organized. The author’s analysis of the historical development of Hinduism shows that, despite the absence of a rigid organizational structure, it has an internal unity at the social, ideological and religious levels. Hinduism is united in a whole by sacred texts and the Pantheon of Gods, recognized by almost all its trends and schools, as well as the faith in karma — the causal relationship between the actions of an individual in past incarnations and his fate, character, position in society in the current incarnation, and reincarnation. The cornerstone of both the faith and the social component of the Hindu doctrine is the concept of classes and castes, which denote separate groups whose members have a common professional occupation, do not marry other groups, and do not even share meals with them. The article considers the hierarchy of classes that originated in India in the Vedic period, as well as the principles, primarily professional and regional, of the formation of modern castes. The author analyzes a set of religious prescriptions and cult practices that regulate the daily life of Hindus, the ritual side of Hinduism associated with the most significant events in human life. Special attention is paid to new practices of “redemptive rites”, including asceticism, fasting, various methods of mortification of the flesh, and redemptive gifts. It is noted that the essence of Hinduism is not limited to its religious and ideological content. An organic integral part of it is a number of social institutions, legal and moral norms, social institutions and cultural phenomena. In this regard, Hinduism is not only and not so much a religion, but a way of life and holistic behavior, which can also have its own spiritual practice.

Abstract:
Abstract. The article examines the main aspects of social (non-financial) reporting formation in Ukraine and in developed countries. It was found that the formation of social reporting began in the late ХХth century by companies which took responsibility for the consequences of their activities. The normative legal provision in the countries of the European Union is investigated. It is substantiated that the regulatory framework of social reporting in Ukraine needs to be improved. The positive dynamics in relation to the total number of GRI reports in the world and in Ukraine is given. It was found that there is no single approach to the definition and description of social reporting. The world and national experience has formed different interpretations of social reporting. It has been established that although social reporting in accordance with certain standards is spreading around the companies in Ukraine, but national enterprises still pay less attention to interaction with stakeholders, anti-corruption activities, transparent business and business ethics as it is necessary. The availability of social reporting among the largest landowners of Ukraine is analyzed. The analysis was conducted on the basis of information posted on the websites of enterprises, it was found that only a small part of them generates social reports. The stages of formation of integrated reporting at the agraian enterprises of Ukraine are offered. It is substantiated that the Ukrainian enterprises should go through the first and second stages of the nonfinancial reporting formation to the 3rd decisive stage which means the formation of the integrated reporting. It is proved that in order to involve business structures in the formation of non-financial reporting in Ukraine in accordance with the UNO Global Compact Sustainable Development Goals, it is necessary to unite efforts between agrarian business, public authorities and the community (active participants with social issues) for strategic business in the context of holism and balancing on the basis of solving social problems, increasing the level of the population welfare and achieving a social effect. Abstract:
The article of a well-known German social theorist Friedrich Tenbruck, which once provoked a heated debate among Weberian scholars, analyzes the works of Max Weber in terms of their thematic structure and general heuristics. The first section reconstructs the genesis and content of the idea that Economy and Society was the main work of the classic German scholar of sociology, an idea that was initially made popular among scholars by Marianne Weber. The second part is devoted to disenchantment as a fundamental process in the history of religion, the discovery of which is traditionally attributed to Weber’s famous work The Protestant Ethics and the Spirit of Capitalism. The third part analyzes the broad conceptual field used by Max Weber to study Western rationalization. The fourth part critically analyzes the thesis of Western rationalization as Weber’s main, life-long topic, the thesis which was originally introduced by Reinhard Bendix. In the fifth part, an attempt is made to determine the exact place of Economic Ethics of the World Religions in the overall structure of Weber’s work. In the sixth part, the processes of Western rationalization are placed within the general context of Weber’s conception of the universal history understood as a field of tension between ideas and interests. The final section emphasizes the importance of Weber’s writings on the sociology of religion, with Economic Ethics of the World Religions in particular as the core of his entire mature sociology. It also poses the question of the problematic nature of various Weberian notions for contemporary sociology, and points out the persisting validity of Weber’s sociological diagnosis of the time for the analysis of current problems in the perspective of a world-wide historical significance.

Abstract:
The study of various aspects of social economy is stipulated by the fact that the focus of any economic system is the human being as the main object and the result of economic activity. The purpose of this paper is to cluster of social economies of the countries throughout the world with distinguishing the models of social economy for transition economies under globalization conditions. The results of research represent four clusters of social economy that prove validity of classification of 4 classic models of social economy: liberal, Scandinavian, corporatist, and Mediterranean. While the most developed countries have effective models of social economy, there is still no clear concept of social development for transition economies. This paper deals with social economy clustering of different countries with the view to determinate the place of transition economies in social metrics of global economy. Our study is limited to the number of countries – 40 countries of the world, mainly European, and timeframes – 2015 and 2016. The obtained results could be taken into account by governments when developing and implementing new social policy for transition economies considering the experience of countries with classical social models. The authors propose the main practical tools for transition social model. It is proposed to distinguish one more model of social economy – the transition model, typical for transition economies that implement social reforms and has some common features.

Abstract:
Every historical period forms a special generation with its own values and norms. Children and youth become the main driving force in the development of the higher education, but this system in Russia is going through a difficult period due to the problems unresolved after the 1990s: the quality, accessibility and effectiveness of the higher education, inequalities in the access to education, etc. Therefore, intellectual competitions can be considered not only a positive manifestation of the social activity of schoolchildren, but also a means to support talented youth and ensure the interconnection of secondary and higher education systems. The article considers social aspects of the intellectual competitions for schoolchildren which aim at the development of social practices related to research activities and teaching at school. The authors focus on the research and practice-oriented interests of schoolchildren within the intellectual competitions in social studies: priorities, values and life strategies of schoolchildren when choosing the sphere of their interests. The authors analyzed the written projects of schoolchildren, presentations of these projects, responses to experts’ questions, reactions to questions not directly related to the topic of the presented project, further participation in the section, and some additional information. As a result, the authors made conclusions not only about the content of the priorities, values and life strategies of schoolchildren, but also about the procedure and conditions necessary for assessing the quality of work and the creative potential of participants of intellectual competitions.

Abstract:
Purpose The purpose of this paper is to emphasize on the need for a fair and just economic system to achieve sustainability. Design/methodology/approach Using systems thinking approach it shows that climate change, ecological degradation, population growth, poverty and the resource scarcity, the problems of failing financial markets and economic recession are all intertwined with the present economic system, which has been responsible for transgressing the balance of nature. Findings The paper shows that all the reforms or alternatives to the contemporary economic system proposed in the literature do not really address the root cause of all the problems, which is the built-in usurious system, made possible with the paper currency, in the economy that creates great injustices. The paper argues that solutions of science and technology to ecological problems are limited because of ecological shortsightedness and corporate greed. Originality/value The paper introduces the concept of “fair and just” economic system for sustainable development of humanity and suggests future directions for its realization.

Abstract:
The article on the guidelines for the development of social legislation of the Russian Federation predicts a rapid and accelerated development of this block of Russian law system.Among the largescale trends typical for social legislation the author includes: expanding of the scope of regulation (juridification) and the corresponding expansion of legal regulations, differentiation of social legislation on the new brunches (in particular, immigration legislation), the formation of new sub-brunches within the existing ones (for instance, labor relations in the public service) and institutions (biotechnology and so on). The article discusses some “growth problems” of social legislation: the tendency of commercialization of the sphere leads to a decrease of the quality of services, the weakening of safeguards for the most vulnerable categories of citizens (for example, cancellation of the rules on prior consent of the guardianship authorities to carry out transactions with premises where childrenlive, led to a decline of living conditions of many minors of the Russian Federation). As a result the very content of constitutional rights is expressly questioned. At the same time it is underlined that the positive aspect of social legislation juridificationis the appearance of new obligations of the state in the social sphere. To overcome the existing problems and to prevent new onesit is proposed to strengthen the role of science in determining the broad guidelines of development of social legislation in the systematization of social legislation, unification of regional legislation in the social sphere, preventing the rejection of statutory approach in the formation of the secondary legislation, reduction of by-law regulation, strengthening the greater coherence of other branches of Russian legislation with the norms of social legislation. Optimization of legislative regulation through the adoption of the Federal Law “On Normative Legal Acts” will contribute to the elimination of many defects of social legislation and greater stability of legislation of the Russian Federation in the whole.

The main purpose of the article is to present social engineering as a strategy of social management aimed at monopolizing political power. Social engineering strategies are based on the broad ambitions of steering systems and the long horizon of social changes planning. Social engineering here, is closer to culture engineering, socialization, indoctrination aimed not only at modifying the behavior of controlled systems, but above all at causing permanent changes in the structure of values, emotions, myths, archetypes, and stereotypes. The author presents the main levels, directions of social engineering strategies resulting in a monopoly of political power in areas of: communication, culture, socialization, influence and decision making.

This paper is devoted to methods for specification of region. We provide examples for the Košice region that is described by the accessible characteristics. Our main objective is to consider broadening of these characteristics for more endogenous factors such as altruism or social capital. We would like to examine these endogenous characteristics within the model of Public Private Partnership also called Common Public Procurement. Furthermore, we analyze the pure and impure altruism in the context of the application of Public Private Partnership. This short study results in the conceptual diagram that shows how the social capital works in general, the description of the diagram gives further important details and allows understanding of the evolved concept.

Abstract:
This article presents the results of a study on the digital inclusion of rural women in social networks. Its main objective is to understand the social support perceived by these women within online social networks and its relation to digital inclusion, considering also whether there are differences in the degree of support depending on age, family status and employment status. To do this, we applied two scales measuring perceived social support and digital inclusion to 478 women from rural areas of Andalusia aged 18 to 65. The results showed a medium level of support, with significant differences found in the social support perceived by women depending on their age, family status and employment status. Women, who were young, students, single, with no children and who use Tuenti and Facebook perceived a higher level of social support in social networks. We also observed a strong relation between perceived social support and the digital inclusion of women in social networks, with similarities appearing in studies carried out in different contexts and social groups. The discussion looks at implications for the formation of an active and participatory citizenship of women in social networks.

Abstract:
The main contents of the ethical norms of public administration are the supremacy of public welfare, harmful inaction, and careful use of power, social responsibility, equal competition and enhancement of trust. Contradiction is a philosophical category reflecting the unity of opposites within and between things, and is the core content of materialist dialectics. The main social contradiction is the one that occupies the core position and dominates the society. Administration itself is not the ultimate goal, it is a series of communication channels to convey people's needs and wishes, and to ensure that these needs and wishes can be reflected and considered through state control. Similarly, these channels also play the role of the government in conveying policies and implementing tasks to the people. Therefore, if these channels are to make positive and significant contributions to people-centered development, the role of administration must adapt to the social-cultural environment and tradition.

Abstract:
The paper addresses social inclusion. It aims to investigate how social inclusion was conceptualized in the main Czech policy documents related to the EU. The text argues that one of the tools of social inclusion – social economy represented by social entrepreneurship and social farming – is a sort of innovative practice. The findings suggest that the understanding of social inclusion evolves within policy documents towards highlighting social economy through matching its theoretical concept with political measures. However, social economy is still not considered by the documents as an innovative approach. If analysing projects funded under Czech Rural Development Programs, social inclusion in rural areas is not the main theme, especially in regions exposed to the risk of social exclusion. In addition, the main actors (NGOs or social entrepreneurs) who are said to support social economy or social farming are not active in submitting projects in rural areas under the Rural Development Program 2007–2013. These actors have not yet used their potential towards developing social economy.
