<p><em>In this unprecedented situation, social media become one of communication tool that could help people to connected to other people easier. The activities of the Sobat Mengajar Indonesia Foundation (YSMI) used social media (Instagram) to attract young people to teach in their foundation, motivated by the lack of equal distribution of education in Indonesia, especially in remote areas in Indonesia. This foundation was built in 2018, in this case, YSMI participate in the community, especially the Sobang area, Lebak Banten. This research aims to describe the activity in Instagram conduct by YSMI. The research methodology use qualitative research tools such as semi-structures interview, observations non participatory and secondary data from literature study. YSMI has succeeding attract many voluntary from their Instagram activities</em><em>. </em></p><p> </p><p>Dalam situasi yang belum pernah terjadi sebelumnya, media sosial telah menjadi salah satu alat komunikasi yang dapat membantu orang untuk lebih mudah terhubung dengan orang lain. Kegiatan Yayasan Sobat Mengajar Indonesia (YSMI) menggunakan media sosial (Instagram) untuk menarik anak muda untuk mengajar di yayasannya, dilatarbelakangi dengan belum meratanya pendidikan di Indonesia, khususnya di daerah-daerah terpencil. Yayasan yang berdiri pada tahun 2018, dalam hal ini, YSMI ikut berpartisipasi di masyarakat khususnya di daerah Sobang, Lebak Banten. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan aktivitas pemanfaatan media sosial Instagram yang dilakukan oleh YSMI. Metodologi penelitian menggunakan alat penelitian kualitatif berupa wawancara semi terstruktur, observasi non partisipatif dan data sekunder dari studi pustaka. Hasil dari penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa kegiatan YSMI berhasil menarik banyak relawan dari aktivitas Instagram mereka.</p>

Sobat Ambyar merupakan salah satu fenomena yang sangat menarik mengingat kelompok fans biasanya terbentuk sejak awal seorang artis tersebut tenar. Berbeda dengan kelompok fans lain, Sobat Ambyar muncul ketika ada momen khusus yang meledak dengan salah satu konser dan menjadi viral dimedia sosial. Selain itu, Sobat Ambyar merupakan identitas yang melekat pada seseorang, terlepat dia tergabung dalam komunitas atau tidak. Maka, untuk melihat perbedaan dan bagaimana individu-individu mengidentifikasikan dirinya sebagai Sobat Ambyar dan melekatkan identitas tersebut pada diri mereka, maka penelitian ini dilaksanakan, terlebih istilah Sobat Ambyar merupakan identitas yang muncul dari media sosial. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif fenomenologis dengan melakukan wawancara terhadap inisiator Sobat Ambyar, ketua Sobat Ambyar Jakarta (SAJ), dan Komandan Sobat Ambyar. Hasil penelitian mengindikasikan inisiasi kelompok, tata nilai, pengakuan anggota, dan struktur yang berbeda, serta beberapa hal lain sedikit berbeda dimana SAJ memiliki tata kelola yang lebih terstruktur dan sedikit lebih kompleks dibandingkan kelompok Sobat Ambyar yang ada di Solo sebagai pusat. Hal ini dikarenakan latar belakang dan dinamika organisasi yang juga lebih kompleks.

SOBAT BPS is a service provided by BPS to be used by partners and prospective partners of BPS throughout Indonesia. Alongside the utilization of the SOBAT BPS application, user reviews and assessments become significant elements in measuring the quality and success of this application. Feedback obtained from these assessments indicates that a redesign of the SOBAT BPS application is necessary to provide a better user experience. Prior to redesigning the SOBAT BPS application, a preliminary survey was conducted to understand user perceptions of the current system using heuristic evaluation and the user experience questionnaire (UEQ). Based on the preliminary survey results, there are issues related to the implementation of heuristic principles in the SOBAT BPS application, and only the UEQ stimulation scale received a good ranking. Therefore, the aim of this research is to redesign the SOBAT BPS application using the Lean UX method and to evaluate the redesigned results using heuristic evaluation and UEQ. The evaluation results of the redesigned SOBAT BPS application indicate that the redesign is superior to the current SOBAT BPS application.

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze and discuss differences and relations between environmental awareness and purchase intention on environmentally green cosmetic for members and non members of Sobat Bumi Indonesia community. The design used in this study was Pre Experimental Design. In this design, there are two groups of respondents. The First is member of sobat bumi indonesia community who received tratment of environmental awareness. The second is non members of Sobat Bumi Indonesia community who didn’t received said treatments. The samples taken were 100 people using the Quota sampling. This study used two kinds of questionnaires. The first is online questionnaire which were conducted by distributing questionaries to the LINE group of Sobat Bumi Indonesia community members. The second is direct questionnaire for non members of Sobat Bumi Indonesia. The scale used for environmental awareness variable was Guttman scale, while the rating scale was used to get a clear answer to purchase intentions variable. The instrument used was a questionnaire and were analyzed using the Mann-Whitney test. Research shows that there are differences in environmental awareness and purchase intention among members and non members of Sobat Bumi Indonesia community. The rank used in correlation analysis was Spearman rank. The correlation results show a low correlation to the members of Sobat Bumi Indonesia community and no correlation at all to non members of Sobat Bumi Indonesia community.

Aplikasi Sobat IndiHome merupakan layanan produk IndiHome dengan sistem baru yang dimiliki oleh telkomsel. Aplikasi Sobat Indihome menerima respon keluhan dari pengguna terhadap ketidakpuasan pada proses pemasangan yang masih sangat lama, termasuk untuk menangani pengecekan jaringan IndiHome. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dan mengukur tingkat usability kepuasan pengguna terhadap kualitas Aplikasi Sobat IndiHome dengan metode System Usability Scale (SUS). Hasil pengukuran dari metode SUS pada penelitian ini berfokus pada acceptability, grade scale, dan adjective rating. Dalam menentukan hasil skor SUS maka hasil dari kuesioner yang telah diisi oleh 30 responden direkapitulasi. Dalam perhitungan SUS digunakan lima skala Likert. Responden diminta untuk memberikan 10 pernyataan SUS yang sesuai dengan pengukuran subjektifnya. Kuesioner SUS ini dapat digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan pengguna pada suatu produk. Setiap item pernyataan memiliki skor kontribusi yang berkisar dari antara 0 hingga 4. Hasil akhir pengukuran tingkat usability kepuasan pengguna berada pada skor range 51-71 dengan hasil grade scale 68 dan pada tingkat penerimaan pengguna termasuk dalam kategori kelas D dengan arti Marginal sehingga pada aplikasi Sobat IndiHome ini masih dapat diterima. Versi Adjective Rating dengan Skor SUS sebesar 68 termasuk kedalam kategori Ok, bahwa aplikasi Sobat IndiHome ini dapat diterima oleh penggunanya namun masih perlu dilakukan perbaikan. Peneliti menyarankan pengembang Aplikasi Sobat IndiHome dapat melakukan kajian ulang mengenai aspek-aspek yang membuat rendahnya tingkat kepuasan pada Aplikasi Sobat IndiHome baik dari segi fitur dan segi Informasi.

Penelitian ini membahas tentang gerakan Sobat Muda Lintas Iman dalam membangun toleransi antar umat beragama di Kota Salatiga yang beragam. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk-bentuk usaha yang dilakukan gerakan Sobat Muda dalam menjadi wadah perjumpaan di kalangan pemuda lintas iman. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori konstruksi sosial Peter L. Berger dan Thomas Lucman serta menggunakan pendekatan konstruktivisme dengan metode kualitatif deskriptif, pengambilan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sobat Muda Lintas Iman dalam membangun toleransi antar umat beragama di Kota Salatiga dapat dianggap berhasil dan diterima dengan baik oleh antar umat beragama. Melalui perannya sebagai wadah perjumpaan, Sobat Muda telah melaksanakan berbagai program dan kegiatan yang diikuti oleh pemuda lintas iman, menjadikannya sebuah inisiatif yang efektif dalam menciptakan lingkungan yang harmonis dan penuh toleransi. Sebagai wadah pencegahan konflik, Sobat Muda berhasil menciptakan suatu atmosfer yang hampir bebas dari konflik lintas iman, terutama di kalangan anak muda di Kota Salatiga.

Stagnasi dalam dialog antaragama menjadi kegelisahan akademis, oleh karena dialog yang dilakukan oleh beberapa institusi agama hingga pemerintah melalui FKUB dianggap tidak dapat menjalankan visi dan misinya sebagai gerakan dialog. Alasan gagalnya dialog adalah tidak adanya fondasi yang kuat dalam proses dialog itu sendiri, baik secara sosio-antropologis maupun kultural-teologis, demikian juga menyangkut materi dialog dan pendekatan yang digunakan. SOBAT dapat menjadi salah satu alternatif. Hasil penelitian terhadap SOBAT dapat menjadi contoh karena terus berkelanjutan dan mampu membangun iklim damai dalam konteks lokal. SOBAT merupakan forum dialog yang diprakarsai oleh Sinode Geeaja Kristen Jawa, Pesantren Edi Mancoro dan LSM PERCIK di Salatiga. Forum tersebut sudah berjalan lebih dari 10 tahun. Teori gerakan sosial Sidney Terrow digunakan untuk menjelaskan tentang SOBAT. Terrow melihat kombinasi gerakan sosial (social movement) dengan faktor kesempatan politik (contentious politic) sebagai peluang besar pembawa perubahan yang diharapkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor kesempatan politik cukup kuat melatarbelakangi lahirnya SOBAT. Sedangkan proses framing melalui nilai-nilai agama, mobilisasi dan penyebaran, menjadi penentu keberlanjutan gerakan sehingga menghasilkan model dialog yang khas SOBAT.Stagnation in interfaith dialogue is an academic concern. The reason for the failure of dialogue included FKUB that initiated by government is the absence of a strong foundation in the dialogue process itself, both socio-anthropological and cultural-theological, dialogue topic and the approach used. What dialogue alternative models are suitable for grassroots communities in Indonesia? SOBAT can be an alternative, because it is sustainable and so able to build a climate of peace in a local context. SOBAT is a dialogue forum initiated by the Synod of the Javanese Christian Churches, Pesantren Edi Mancoro, and PERCIK that stays in Salatiga that has been working for more than 10 years. Sidney Terrow's social movement theory is used to explain SOBAT. Terrow’s thought about the combination of a social movement with the factor of political opportunity (contentious politics) as a great opportunity will bring the expected change. The results of research showed that the political opportunity factor was quite strong behind the birth of SOBAT, while the framing process through religious values, mobilization, and dissemination, became the determinants of the sustainability of the movement to produce a dialogue model.

Penelitian ini penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Informan dalam penelitian ini meliputi satu orang Kepala Bagian Pelayanan Pendaftaran Penduduk sebagai informan kunci, satu orang Jabatan Fungsional Tertentu Sistem Informasi Administrasi Kependudukan sebagai informan kunci dan lima orang Masyarakat pengguna aplikasi Sobat Disdukcapil. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Implementasi E-Governtment Pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Tangerang melalui Studi Kasus Platform Sobat Disdukcapil dilihat dari 3 dimensi yaitu (Faster) Kecepatan Pelayanan, (Better) Kualitas Pelayanan dan (Cheaper) Biaya Pelayanan yaitu: (1) Faster Kecepatan pelayanan yang diberikan dari pelayanan berbasis digital oleh platform Sobat Disdukcapil sudah waktu pelayanan yaitu hanya membutuhkan waktu 2 hari kerja; (2) Better Kualitas Pelayanan yang di berikan pada layanan berbasis digital ini sudah jauh kualitas pelayanan dari pada sebelum diterapkannya platform tersebut; (3) Cheaper Biaya Pelayanan yang diberikan pada aplikasi Sobat Disdukcapil ini relatif Biaya Pelayanan dari pada sebelumnya, masyarakat hanya bermodalkan kuota internet dan bebas biaya dari pelayanan kepengurusan dokumen kependudukan.

The popularity of the local Javanese music “Dangdut Campursari” increased dramatically from 2019 to 2020. Didi Kempot, who is nicknamed the God Father of Broken Heart, is a new phenomenon in Javanese music in the country. This research wants to see how the modern Campursari dangdut lovers “Sobat Ambyar” describe the identity of their community and see this phenomenon from the perspective of popular culture which includes trends, adaptability, and pop music consumerism. We documented Sobat Ambyar’s chat on social media, they managed and conducted in-depth interviews with the Instagram fanbase admin @sobatambyar. The results of this study indicated that Sobat Ambyar identifies themselves with the feelings, attitudes, and emotions of the songs sung by Didi Kempot. These identities tend to be sad and they are proud of that sadness. This Campursari has become a new commodity for industry and is popularized through the ways of modern culture which is simulated and marketed. Based on these findings, this study suggests that Sobat Ambyar remain authentic so that they can block mass culture that the younger generation is not aware of.Keyword : Fans, Instagram, Modern Campursari Music, Sobat Ambyar.

ABSTRAK
 Iklan merupakan salah satu metode pemasaran di masyarakat. Seiring perkembangan zaman, masyarakat berlomba-lomba membuat iklan yang menarik agar dapat menarik minat konsumen untuk membeli produk yang dipasarkan. Salah satunya adalah PT Smartfren Telecom Tbk yang meluncurkan produk kartu seluler ‘Sobat Fren’ dengan tema ‘Nelpon Pakai Fren, Bayarnya Pakai Daun’. Iklan produk ini dinilai menarik karena mengusung tema yang tidak biasa, dengan model yang menyerupai orang telanjang dan mengenakan daun. Beberapa masyarakat menilai iklan ini memiliki gambar yang kurang mendidik, oleh karena itu diperlukan analisa semiotika agar pesan dalam iklan dapat dikaji secara ilmiah. Analisa semiotika yang digunakan adalah teori Barthes dan Sausure karena mampu menyajikan semiotika secara struktural dan disajikan dengan bahasa yang tepat. Adapun hasil yang didapat adalah bahwa iklan ‘Sobat Fren’ meminjam makna gratis dari gambar daun. Tulisan ‘Nelpon pakai Fren, Bayar Pakai Daun’ merupakan anchor yang mempertegas dari keunggulan produk yang banyak menawarkan fasilitas telpon gratis. Tulisan ‘Sobat Fren’ menyugesti masyarakat bahwa produk kartu seluler tersebut bersahabat di masyarakat karena murah. Sedangkan ideologi yang dibangun adalah dengan menggunakan produk ‘Sobat Fren’ orang akan bahagia karena dapat menelfon secara gratis yang disimulasikan dengan gambar model pada iklan.

 ABSTRACT
 Advertising is one of the marketing methods in the community. Along with the times, people are competing to make attractive advertisements in order to attract consumers to buy products that are marketed. One of them is PT Smartfren Telecom Tbk, which launched the mobile card product 'Sobat Fren' with the theme ‘Nelpon Pakai Fren, Bayarnya Pakai Daun’. This product advertisement is considered attractive because it carries an unusual theme, with a model that resembles a naked person and wears leaves. Some people consider this ad to have a less educating image, therefore a semiotic analysis is needed so that the message in the ad can be studied scientifically. Semiotic analysis used is the theory of Barthes and Sausure because it is able to present semiotics structurally and presented in an appropriate language. The results obtained are that the advertisement ' Sobat Fren' borrows free meanings from leaf drawings. The writing ‘Nelpon pakai Fren, Bayar Pakai Daun’ is an anchor that emphasizes the superiority of the products that offer many free telephone facilities. The article 'Sobat Fren' suggests the community that the cellular card product is friendly in the community because it is cheap. While the ideology that is built is to use the product 'Sobat Fren' people will be happy because they can call for free which is simulated with a model image on the ad.

Cette étude comparatiste et interdisciplinaire se situe au point de convergence de trois aires littéraires : la littérature mauricienne francophone et les littératures indiennes d’expression anglaise et hindi. Elle examine la place du sujet littéraire féminin dans des romans d’Ananda Devi, d’Arundhati Roy et de Krishna Sobti, où le sujet est en crise dans une société phallogocentrique. L’écriture féminine met ici en relief la valeur du corps : la sexualité féminine, considérée comme l’élément précipitant la chute de la femme du modèle au contre-modèle, est redoutée. La négociation de la paradoxalite�� du statut de la femme (à la fois objet et sujet du discours), à travers la langue et la société du regard, détermine sa construction et la revendication d’une identité propre passant par la révolte et la prise de parole ainsi que par la gestion de l’espace, mettant de ce fait en péril les frontières des interdits. En s’appuyant sur les études culturelles et les gender studies, on s’efforce ainsi de problématiser la subalternatité dans des contextes postcoloniaux et patriarcaux<br>At the meeting point of three literatures: Mauritian Francophone and Indian literature in English and Hindi, the focus is placed on the construction of female agency in the Indiaoceanic narrative space. Ananda Devi, Arundhati Roy and Krishna Sobti depict female protagonists, defined through their personal crisis, in a social structure dominated by the male logos. Their écriture feminine exposes the terror felt vis-à-vis the female body and female sexuality, seen as the operating cause of the fall of the woman, from model to counter-model. Furthermore, the subject/object dialectics motivated by power, is so fragile that very often the negotiation of this fine line determines the construction of the female protagonist, as well as her claiming of an identity of her own. Cultural studies and gender studies used as theoretical and aesthetic tools help us understand the problematic subalternity of the female character in both postcolonial and patriarchal contexts. Her emergence as subject of discourse takes place via revolt and through the reappropriation of language against “the gaze”, she thus redefines space in a way that destabilizes borders

Nesta tese de doutorado temos por objetivo compreender as relações estabelecidas entre sobas, a Companhia de Diamantes de Angola(Diamang) e o Museu do Dundo entre 1936, ano de criação do Museu, e 1961, ano em que se deu início às lutas anticoloniais em Angola. Se a instalação da Diamang em uma vasta área da Lundaalguns anos após a descoberta de diamantes, em 1912, contou com revoltas lideradas por sobas da região contrários às suas operações,o processo que levou os chefes locais a se tornarem colaboradores dessa Companhia envolveu uma série de negociações diretas com esses homens sem a utilização do uso da força militar. Com os anos e ciente de que a manutenção das boas relações com os sobas era vital para o seu bom funcionamento,a Companhia de Diamantes de Angola criou um sistema de recompensas para beneficiar simbólica e materialmente os chefes considerados colaboradores.O Museu do Dundo assumiu um lugar central para a distribuição dos presentes e se tornou fundamental nas relações entre os sobas e aDiamang. A partir da análise dos objetivos e ações do Museu, e do processo de formação de seu próprio acervo, esta pesquisa pretende revelar e compreender as estratégias e os sentidos da complexa rede de relações que marcaram as negociações entre as populações locais, representadas pelos sobas, e os interesses dessas instituições. Considerado um símbolo da presença colonial portuguesa na África, o Museu do Dundo tinha como principal objetivo a preservação da cultura dos povos da Lunda. No entanto, a investigação de suas atividades procurou demonstrar que seus reais propósitos se alinhavam diretamente com os interesses comerciais e exploratórios da Diamang e da administração colonial portuguesa.<br>The objective of this thesis is to understand the relations established between the sobas, the Companhia de Diamantes de Angola (Diamang) and the Museu do Dundo (Dundo Museum) from 1936, when the Museum was founded, to 1961 when the anti-colonial struggles started in Angola. The discovery of diamonds in 1912 and the subsequent creation of Diamang within the Lunda area a few years later were marked by revolts led by the sobas in this region. However, the process which brought the local chiefs to become collaborators of this Company involved a series of direct negotiations without resorting to the use of military force. With time the Companhia de Diamantes de Angola became aware that maintaining a good relationship with the sobas was vital for their business and it created a reward system to favour the chiefs both symbolically and materially. The Museu do Dundo played a central role for the distribution of these gifts and it became fundamental with regards to the relationship between the sobas and Diamang. The analysis of the Museums objectives and activities, along with the collections process, allowed this research to reveal and comprehend the strategies and meanings behind the complex network that marked the negotiations between the local population (represented by the sobas) and the interests of the company. The Museum was regarded as a symbol of Portuguese colonial presence in Africa with the official purpose of preserving the culture of Lundas people. However, the full understanding of the Museums role will show that its real objectives are directly connected with interests and demands from Diamang and the colonial Portuguese administration.

Previous issue date: 2013<br>Nossa pesquisa tem como objetivo analisar as relações travadas pelos governadores portugueses enviados às possessões portuguesas da África Centro Ocidental, principalmente de Angola e Benguela, durante os séculos XVII e XVIII. Temos como meta compreender o processo de expansão das áreas controladas pelos funcionários da Coroa, com ênfase as relações estabelecidas junto às chefias dos sertões, os chamados sobas. Analisamos também a formação e a dinâmica política e cultural desses sobados, buscando trazer para a discussão personagens até então pouco considerados pela historiografia, como macotas, tandalas, ngolamboles e mafougnes. Utilizamos como ferramenta para compreender as etapas de entrada dos portugueses junto à regiões estratégicas para a captação de escravos, os autos de vassalagens – termos de compromisso impostos aos sobas derrotados militarmente pelos portugueses e suas tropas aliadas. Observando a trajetória dos avassalamentos é possível mapear a geografia das áreas que passaram a ser submetidas às intenções da Coroa Portuguesa. Localizamos o texto completo de um total de doze autos de vassalagem entre os séculos XVII e XVIII cuja lista se encontra em anexo. Desses autos dez estão publicados e dois são manuscritos inéditos que localizamos na documentação do Arquivo Histórico Nacional de Angola e outro na Coleção Lamego no acervo do IEB-USP. Em outra etapa de nossa pesquisa analisamos os impasses vivenciados pela metrópole portuguesa que pretendia se modernizar, e que tem nas Reformas Pombalinas seu ícone de modificações nas diretrizes de sua política ultramarina, mas que ao mesmo tempo mantinha a mercantilização dos corpos escravos como a sua principal atividade econômica. Nesse ambiente a historiografia portuguesa exaltou os feitos do governador português encarregado de administrar Angola no período entre 1762 e 1774, lido por autores como o grande reformador de Angola. Em nossa pesquisa questionamos essa forma de interpretar as práticas governativas do dito governador, considerando que seus feitos se limitaram muito mais a manifestações propagandísticas, típicas de uma política ilustrada. Em síntese analisamos os desdobramentos das Reformas Pombalinas analisando gestões posteriores ao governo de Dom Francisco Inocêncio de Sousa Coutinho.<br>Our research aims to analyze the relationships developed by the Portuguese governors sent the Portuguese possessions of West Central Africa, Angola and Benguela during the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries. We aim to understand the process to expanding the areas controlled by Portuguese officials, emphasizing their relationships with the local chiefdoms. We also analyze the dynamics of the “sobados”, in particular the whole of the “macotas”, “tandalas”, and ngolamboles mafougnes. The research relies on document calles “actos de vassagem” that are agreements between the sobas and the Portuguese after the military defeat of those sobas by the Portuguese and their alies. Looking at those agreements it is possible to drawn the map of the areas which were subjected to the Portuguese Crown. The dissertation also the Portuguese intends to modernize Angola after the new guidelines of Portuguese policy. We argue about the historigraphical interpretation of the Portuguese administration in Angola, in particular during the administration of the Governor Francisco Inocêncio de Souza Coutinho, between 1762 and 1774.

Os Distúrbios Osteomusculares Relacionados ao Trabalho (DORT) acometem a saúde do trabalhador, desde a década de 90, gerando ocorrências num grande número de pessoas, em diferentes países e diversas atividades, sendo um dos casos mais evidenciados no contexto ocupacional. Trabalhadores sujeitos a cargas de trabalho semelhantes, que desempenham a mesma atividade, podem apresentar variações significativas no seu estado de saúde relacionado ao trabalho. Uma forma eficaz de reduzir o número de casos de DORT é a prevenção, que só se torna efetiva se for participativa e abrangente e se minimizar os fatores de risco presentes nas situações de trabalho. O objetivo deste estudo foi realizar a gestão preventiva dos problemas relacionados aos DORT, através de uma abordagem ergonômica estruturada, interpretações, prevalências, tipos de tratamentos ou reabilitações para retorno ao trabalho, bem como avaliar e gerar dispositivos de controle dos problemas relacionados aos DORT em uma indústria cimenteira, baseando-se na estratégia SOBANE, por ser uma estratégia de prevenção que avalia os fatores de risco e permite a interação com os trabalhadores. (excluída a frase sobre limitação do método) Como resultado prático para a empresa foram propostas recomendações através de plano de ação detalhado, de forma a melhorar continuamente as atividades e postos de trabalho, reduzindo os fatores de risco.<br>Work Related Musculoskeletal Disorders (WRMD) affect the health of workers, since the Nineties, generating occurrences in a great number of people, in different countries and several activities, which are being one of expressed cases in the occupational context. Employees subjected to similar loads, performing the same activity, can present significant variations of their state of health work related. An effective way to reduce the number of WRMD cases is the prevention, only becomes effective if it is participative and comprehensive and if it minimizes the risk factors present at the workplace. The purpose of this study was to conduct the preventive management of the problems related to WRMD, through a structural ergonomic approach, interpretation, prevalences, types of treatments or rehabilitation to return to work, as well as generating controls devices of problems related to WRMD in a cement industry, based on SOBANE strategy, to be a prevention strategy which evaluates the risk factors and allows the interaction with employees. On the basis of the findings, recommendations are proposed through a detailed action plan, in order to apply continuous improvement in the work environment, reducing the risk factors.

On a aspiré de comprendre quelle est la position de l’écrivain ivoirien par rapport le dialogue entre le domaine de l’Histoire et de la Littérature et comment cela peut avoir une influence dans la composition de son récit de fiction ; dans le sens de construire une mémoire du peuple de l’Afrique sudsaharienne, en particulier la construction d’une mémoire des populations mandingues pour la période de la colonisation française dans la région. On a favorisé dans cette recherche des auteurs et des chercheurs africains, tels qu’Amadou KONÉ, Bi Kacou Parfait DIANDUE, Jean-François KOLA, Mohamadou KANE en ce qui concerne les questions spécifiques de l'institution de la littérature de langue française dans la région de l'Afrique sudsaharienne, en particulier la littérature ivoirienne. À travers la théorie du récit de Gérard GENETTE et Mikhail BAKHTINE on a analysé la construction des voix narratives de Monnè comme une construction de mémoires collectives qui représentent un peuple, les populations mandingues. Favoreceu-se nesta pesquisa autores e pesquisadores africanos, tais como Amadou KONÉ, Bi Kacou Parfait DIANDUE, Jean-François KOLA, Mohamadou KANE no que se refere às questões específicas da instituição da literatura de expressão francesa na região da África sulsaariana, em especial da literatura marfinense. Através da teoria da narrativa de Gerard GENETTE e Mikail BAKHTIN analisou-se a construção das vozes narrativas do supracitado romance como uma construção de memórias coletivas que representam um povo, as populações mandingues. Conclui-se que as tradições orais das populações malinkés são o principal elemento de composição dos romances de Ahmadou Kourouma, influenciando escritores de expressão francesa do oeste africano até a contemporaneidade.

t Slovenia is again facing security challenges due to illegal migration in 2019 and 2020. The police are usually the first that come into contact with illegal migrants, so they are doing vital work to ensure internal stability and security in the country. This paper analysed statistical data on illegal border crossings in the Police Directorate Murska Sobota area in 2010–2020. We mapped them on the Pomurje region map and identified hotspots that are interesting for migrants, mainly due to the ease of crossing the green border. In addition to enhanced state border control and protection, police chiefs must solve staff shortages and carry out all (lengthy) procedures related to foreigners' treatment. To successfully respond to the raised issue, we also propose the increased use of modern night-vision devices. Local police should not forget about rural communities' residents and their problems due to illegal migration.

Vrh Organizacije združenih narodov je septembra 2015 sprejel Agendo 2030 za trajnostni razvoj, ki združuje tri področja trajnostnega razvoja – ekonomsko, socialno in okoljsko – in jih prepleta med 17 ciljev trajnostnega razvoja. Zadnji, 17. cilj se glasi Partnerstva za doseganje ciljev. Cilj prispevka je predstaviti oblike sodelovanja med Policijsko upravo Murska Sobota (PU MS) in Mestno občino Murska Sobota (MO MS) pri zagotavljanju varnosti v lokalni skupnosti na območju MO MS, ki je primer dobre prakse uresničevanja 17. in tudi preostalih 16 ciljev trajnostnega razvoja pri zagotavljanju varnosti v lokalni skupnosti MO MS. PU MS je znana po uspešnem projektu policijskega dela v skupnosti Nazaj k ljudem, ki so mu sledili številni drugi. MO MS se v zadnjem desetletju lahko pohvali z izrednim napredkom in pozitivno socialno klimo. V prispevku smo z vidika ciljev trajnostnega razvoja analizirali dejavnosti, ki jih policija in občina izvajata z namenom zagotavljanja varnosti v lokalnih skupnostih.

V prispevku primerjamo organiziranost, delovanje in financiranje Upravne enote Murska Sobota in Policijske postaje Murska Sobota. Obe organizaciji sodita v sklop državne uprave, ki je del izvršilne funkcije države. Upravna enota je ustanovljena za opravljanje upravnih nalog, ki jih je zaradi njihove narave treba organizirati teritorialno. Območna policijska postaja je organizacijska enota policije, ustanovljena za neposredno opravljanje nalog policije na določenem območju policijske uprave. Ugotavljamo, da obstaja med njima ključna razlika v tem, da je upravna enota samostojen državni organ in kot taka tudi neposreden proračunski uporabnik. Policijska postaja pa je organizacijska enota in je tako v celoti vezana na hierarhično višjo raven organiziranosti policije, tako na policijsko upravo kot na generalno policijsko upravo. V prispevku smo se posvetili financiranju delovanja obeh organizacij in na podlagi analize razpoložljivih sredstev za plače, materialne stroške in investicijsko vzdrževanje razmišljali o prednostih in slabostih dveh različnih organizacijskih pristopov. Pogledali smo tudi, koliko prihodkov za državni proračun ustvarita obe organizaciji. Žal največji problem za uspešno PDS predstavlja večletna kadrovska podhranjenost slovenske policije.

This journal conducts research, which aims to find out and clarify how the effect of the implementation of educational supervision by the principal on the performance of teachers in schools. Conducting research using one approach, namely quantitative approach and expost facto type. Teachers in schools became the subject of research by taking a sample of 180 teachers, using proportional random sampling technique, and using a questionnaire about the implementation of educational supervision by the principal and data on the results of teacher performance assessments owned by the school. And from the research and assessment, it can be seen that the implementation of educational supervision by the principal does not have a positive effect on teacher performance and the implementation of educational supervision by the principal has a weak or even very weak effect on the performance of teachers in schools.

The Sobrato Early Academic Language (SEAL) Model Research and Evaluation Final Report is comprised of three sets of studies that took place between 2015 and 2019 to examine the effectiveness of the SEAL Model in 67 schools within 12 districts across the state of California. Over a decade ago, the Sobrato Family Foundation responded to the enduring opportunity gaps and low academic outcomes for the state’s 1.2 million English Learners by investing in the design of the SEAL Model. The SEAL PreK–Grade 3 Model was created as a whole-school initiative to develop students’ language, literacy, and academic skills. The pilot study revealed promising findings, and the large-scale implementation of SEAL was launched in 2013. This report addresses a set of research questions and corresponding studies focused on: 1) the perceptions of school and district-level leaders regarding district and school site implementation of the SEAL Model, 2) teachers’ development and practices, and 3) student outcomes. The report is organized in five sections, within which are twelve research briefs that address the three areas of study. Technical appendices are included in each major section. A developmental evaluation process with mixed methods research design was used to answer the research questions. Key findings indicate that the implementation of the SEAL Model has taken root in many schools and districts where there is evidence of systemic efforts or instructional improvement for the English Learners they serve. In regards to teachers’ development and practices, there were statistically significant increases in the use of research-based practices for English Learners. Teachers indicated a greater sense of efficacy in addressing the needs of this population and believe the model has had a positive impact on their knowledge and skills to support the language and literacy development of PreK- Grade 3 English Learners. Student outcome data reveal that despite SEAL schools averaging higher rates of poverty compared to the statewide rate, SEAL English Learners in grades 2–4 performed comparably or better than California English Learners in developing their English proficiency; additional findings show that an overwhelming majority of SEAL students are rapidly progressing towards proficiency thus preventing them from becoming long-term English Learners. English Learners in bilingual programs advanced in their development of Spanish, while other English Learners suffered from language loss in Spanish. The final section of the report provides considerations and implications for further SEAL replication, sustainability, additional research and policy.

Ein ereignisreiches Jahr neigt sich dem Ende entgegen. Bereits zu Beginn des Projektes stand fest: Es wird anders als geplant. Zusammenarbeit war nur noch online möglich und das gemeinsame Arbeiten verlagerte sich auf stundenlange Videokonferenzen. This report presents an early assessment of the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic on agricultural commercialisation, food and nutrition security, labour and employment, and poverty and well-being in rural Nigeria. Data was collected from a stratified random sample of 110 respondent households drawn from five Local Government Areas (LGAs) in Ogun (Ijebu East, Obafemi Owode, and Imeko Afon) and Kaduna (Chikun and Soba) States. At the time of the survey, these LGAs had reported a small number of COVID-19 cases. The survey data is complemented by insights from five in-depth key informant interviews conducted in the LGAs. The APRA COVID-19 data collection will be carried out over three rounds. This report presents insights obtained from the first round implemented during mid-July 2020.

Die Stadt Berlin verfügt über ein komplexes System im Öffentlichen Personennahverkehr (ÖPNV). Es ist jedoch offensichtlich, dass dem Berliner ÖPNV neben den schwierigen und ungeklärten Gegebenheiten in der Finanzierung einige verkehrliche Herausforderungen bevorstehen. Es ergibt sich nicht nur die Forderung nach einer stetigen Anpassung des Angebots an die wachsende Stadt, sondern nach neuen Möglichkeiten zur Kundengenerierung für den gesamten Umweltverbund. Im Sinne einer besseren Lebensqualität sowie einer nachhaltigen und zufriedenstellenden Mobilität in Berlin wird ein attraktives Angebot im ÖPNV als Teil des Umweltverbunds benötigt, um dem motorisierten Individualverkehr (MIV) ernsthaft Paroli bieten zu können und zum Umstieg zu animieren. Es ist fraglich, ob dies auf lange Sicht unter der Anwendung typischer Maßnahmen erreicht werden kann. Angesichts dessen ist es in Berlin an der Zeit, über alternative Ansätze in der Verkehrsplanung zu diskutieren. Eine Alternative zur Förderung und Attraktivitätssteigerung des öffentlichen Verkehrs, ist ein fahrscheinfreier ÖPNV. [...] Der fahrscheinfreie ÖPNV in diesem Konzeptvorschlag ist für alle Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner Berlins, im gesamten Stadtgebiet, in allen Verkehrsmitteln und zu jeder Zeit gültig. Touristen können den ÖPNV ebenfalls fahrscheinfrei nutzen, indem sie bei der Hotelbuchung eine zusätzliche ÖPNV-Abgabe leisten müssen. Weiterhin ist eine Ausweitung auf das gesamte Verbundgebiet Berlin Brandenburg (VBB) zu empfehlen, sodass die enge verkehrliche Vernetzung zwischen diesen Bundesländern nicht gefährdet wird. Aus Gründen der Attraktivitätssteigerung aber auch in Folge einer wachsenden Nachfrage ist die Verbesserung des Angebots eine wichtige Pull-Maßnahme. Im Fokus stehen eine Taktverdichtung, ein Netzausbau und die Beschleunigung des ÖPNV, um die Reisezeiten deutlich zu verkürzen und der Nachfragesteigerung besonders in der Hauptverkehrszeit gerecht zu werden. Hauptanliegen des Netzausbaus ist es außerdem, die Vernetzung im ÖPNV und die Anbindung der Randbezirke und dem Umland zu verbessern. Bezüglich der Intermodalität ist insbesondere die Kombination des Fahrrades mit dem ÖPNV zu fördern. Es sind deutliche Verbesserungen bei der Verfügbarkeit und Qualität von Fahrradabstellanlagen und Bike Sharing Angeboten notwendig. Zusätzlich sind P+R Anlagen im Umland und stadtgrenznahen Gebieten Berlins auszubauen. Um den Umstieg des Radverkehrs auf ein motorisiertes Verkehrsmittel zu vermeiden ist das Radverkehrsnetz in Berlin zudem deutlich zu verbessern. Im Zuge der Beschleunigung des ÖPNV durch Bussonderfahrstreifen und dem Ausbau der Radverkehrsinfrastruktur ist die Umwidmung von Flächen des MIV gleichzeitig eine mögliche Push-Maßnahme. Weitere Push-Maßnahmen wie beispielsweise eine Parkraumbewirtschaftung oder eine City-Maut sind ebenfalls sinnvoll, sollten jedoch nur unter kritischer Beachtung der Folgen angewendet werden. Die Realisierung der flankierenden Maßnahmen benötigt einen langen Zeithorizont. Deren Umsetzung ist jedoch notwendig, da der fahrscheinfreie ÖPNV sonst zu weiteren Problemen führen und sich die Qualität des ÖPNV verschlechtern würde. Daher ist die kurzfristige Einführung eines fahrscheinfreien ÖPNV aus verkehrlicher Sicht kein optimaler Schritt zur Lösung der gegenwärtigen Herausforderungen. Folglich kann die Einführung eines fahrscheinfreien ÖPNV nur eine langfristige Strategie sein, der die Umsetzung der geforderten Maßnahmen vorausgehen muss. Sobald der ÖPNV eine starke Nachfragesteigerung aufnehmen kann und auch in möglichst vielen Bereichen der Stadt als eine attraktive Alternative wahrgenommen wird, kann ein fahrscheinfreier ÖPNV einen deutlichen Umstieg der MIV-Nutzenden bewirken. Es ist jedoch festzuhalten, dass die tatsächlichen Auswirkungen kaum abschätzbar sind und daher immer ein Restrisiko bestehen bleibt.
