Abstract:
ABSTRAK Penelitian tujuannya guna mengetahui pengaruh reward maupun punishment terhadap semangat kerja pegawai Distrik Navigasi Kelas 1 Palembang. Dimana seluruh pegawai menjadi populasi dan 56 orang sebagai sampel penelitian yang ditentukan menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara menyebar kuesioner. Analisis regresi linear berganda dipakai untuk menganalisis data. Dilakukan Uji t dan uji F guna menguji hipotesis. Hasil uji-t didapat nilai reward 5,194 > 2,005 dan punishment 3,657 > 2,005. Untuk hasiI uji-F didapat niIai 134,451 > 3,17 sehingga bisa disimpulkan yaitu secara parsial dan simultan reward maupun punishment memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap semangat kerja. Hal tersebut diperkuat oleh uji koefisien determinasi dengan nilai sebesar 0,829 atau 82,9%. Kata Kunci: Reward, Punishment, Semangat Kerja. ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of both rewards and punishments on the motivation of employees at District Navigation Class 1 Palembang. The entire employees were considered as the population, and a sampIe of 56 individuals was selected using the SIovin formula with a simpIe random sampIing technique. Data colIection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the data. T-tests and F-tests were conducted to test the hypotheses. The resuIts of the t-tests showed that the value for rewards was 5.194 > 2.005, and for punishments, it was 3.657 > 2.005. Moreover, the F-test resulted in a value of 134.451 > 3.17. Therefore, it can be concluded that both rewards and punishments have a significant impact on employee motivation, both partially and simultaneously. This conclusion is further supported by the coefficient of determination test, which yielded a value of 0.829 or 82.9%. Keywords : Reward, Punishment, Employee Morale.

Pada penelitian ini variabeI kepatuhan wajib pajak menjadi variabeI dependen. SampeI daIam peneIitian lni sebanyak 100 wajlb pajak serta diambiI menggunakan teknik rumus slovin.. Adapun teknik pengambiIan sampeI daIam peneIitian ini memakai metode sampIing IncidentaI Metode yeng digunakan untuk peneIitian ini yaitu metode survey meIaIui pendekatan kuantitatif. DaIam peneIitian lni data primer dengan dikumpulkan meIaIui teknik pengumpuIan data observasi, dokumentasi, serta angket/kuisioner. HasiI peneIitian lni menunjukan bahwa kasadaran wajib pajak tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan tarhadap kepatuhan wajlb pajak, kuaIitas peIayanan berpangaruh positif dan signifikani terhadap kapatuhan wajlb pajak dalam membayar pajak kendaraan bermotor di Kantor SAMSAT Kota Tomohon.
