This diploma thesis focuses on design of the web application for project management. The final product is more process-oriented compared to most of other widely spread project management tools. It builds on the visual representation of tasks' progress. One of the main features is its simplicity and user friendliness as it also aims at the users who are not willing to invest their time to discover more complex applications but are willing to use some project management tool. The application is developped in the Symfony framework.

The aim of the diploma thesis is to map the information provided by web browsers, which can be used in practice to identify users on websites. The work focuses on obtaining and subsequent analysis of information about devices, browsers and side effects caused by web extensions that mask the identity of users. The acquisition of information is realized by a designed and implemented library in the TypeScript language, which was deployed on 4 commercial websites. The analysis of the obtained information is carried out after a month of operation of the library and focuses on the degree of information obtained, the speed of obtaining information and the stability of information. The dataset shows that up to 94 % of potentially different users have a unique combination of information. The main contribution of this work lies in the created library, design of new methods of obtaining information, optimization of existing methods and the determination of quality and poor quality information based on their level of information, speed of acquisition and stability over time.

Tracking Internet users is one of the most controversial and discussed IT topic nowadays. Except of the publicly known tracking by marketing agencies, there even appeared secret methods of surface monitoring of USA population. Because, as shown in this thesis, majority of existing tools for defence against tracking on the Internet are cooperating with trackers, the goal of this thesis is to develop independent defend tool that would block tracking. After mentioning the motivation for tracking and its history there are analysed all known and widespread tracking methods in detail. The two following sections of the thesis are describing the world biggest companies performing the user tracking and their tools and options to defend against each method of tracking by available defensive tools. The practical part of the thesis contains the description, example of usage and manual for developed defensive tool, that protects users on the Internet against the most widespread tracking methods by restricting communication with suspicious 3-rd party servers.

This thesis discusses design and implementation of a cloud computer system which processes end-user monitoring data. Using a defined web service interface, the system is receiving raw monitoring data and then it processes them. Finally, it presents the data to end-users. Entire application is written in C# and deployed to the Windows Azure Platform.

This Bachelor's thesis entitled The establishment and verification of tools for the tracking of user satisfaction with services provided in a retirement home is concerned with the quality of social services provided in a retirment home. The aim of the thesis is the establishment and control of a new tool for the monitoring of satisfaction of individuals living in a retirement home. In light of the aim of the thesis it will be necessary to work with the regulation n.15 Increasing the quality of social services. The thesis is divided into two parts: the theoretical and the practical parts. In the theoretical part, the services provided by the retirement home and the means by which they are evaluated are introduced. The scope of the requirements and needs of seniors living in a retirement home are also outlined. The latter part of the theoretical section is concerned with the regulations and standards of social services. Emphasis is placed on the regulation n.15 Increasing the quality of social services.
