Vaibhaṣika developed a selfless concept of person which is a collection of aggregates. That person is not a distinct entity, but a collection of aggregates. For them self is only an idea (vijñaptisat) that is compound of skandhas and has no reality apart from them. Rejecting the Pudgalvādins and Nyāya-Vaiśeṣika view about self, Vaibhāṣika holds that all phenomena are selfless. They argue that if self is conceived as person, it has to independently identified, but there is nothing exist apart from the aggregates. Suffering arises from the mistaken view of the collection of impermanent aggregates.

Desde o tempo das práticas animistas/xamânicas nativas do Tibete pré-buddhista, a mediunidade tem sido difundida e exercido muita influência nos países da região do Himalaia. O presente artigo propõe-se a investigar o que acontece com a identidade do médium durante o período de transe, uma questão particularmente significativa no contexto do buddhismo tântrico que domina a região cultural do Tibete. Pretendemos então analisar o deslocamento temporário da identidade do oráculo, utilizando conceitos tradicionais deste contexto, a crítica buddhista de “pessoa” (skandhas), e a concepção filosófica de vacuidade ( !nyat") e do “não-eu” (an"tman). Para tentar obter uma possível resposta a essa pergunta, vamos nos concentrar principalmente no oráculo Nechung, que é o oráculo do Estado Tibetano.

Abstract Anattā or the Not-Self is a very important concept of Buddhism, which distinguishes it from other religions. there are some ways to explain this doctrine and many debates were happened between Buddhist schools and between Buddhists and the Brahmanists on this issue. Early Buddhism analyse that self is the combination of five aggregates (skandhas), and each of them is not the self. Based on this explanation, Buddhists think wrongly that anattā is ‘No-self. Deeply understand and practice of the not-self concept will help practitioners of Buddhism to be free from all sufferings. So, one needs to have a clear understanding on this concept. The purpose of this paper is to present a comprehensive view of Not-self (anattā) doctrine in Early Buddhism. All its related aspects are presented in succession. This article investigates the doctrine of anattā, it is also examined with other related doctrines in Early Buddhism. The discourse concerning nāmarūpa stands as one of the most vigorously debated topics within Buddhism. In contrast to the rigid adherence to the concept of the eternal self in Indian orthodox philosophy, Buddhists found themselves compelled to address the intricacies of the body and mind in the context of life. Notably, Sarvāstivādin formulated a systematic framework that intricately scrutinized nāmarūpa, laying the groundwork for Mahāyāna Abhidharma. This study delves into the interplay between matter and body, as well as body and mind, as elucidated in Abhidharma treatises, with a specific focus on Mahābhūta and upādāyarūpa. Although mentioned in the Nikāyas alongside Mahābhūta as part of the definition of rūpa, upādāyarūpa lacked explicit elucidation. According to these treatises, while the other four skandhas pertain to mental functions, rūpa encompasses the fundamental constituents of matter, the five physical sense organs, and their corresponding objects. The concept of rūpa of the five aggregates extends beyond the physical body to encompass the material and immaterial objects perceived in the external world. Rūpa even encompasses the object and action the moment the senses come into contact with it, thereby serving to bridge the gap between body and mind. Within the framework of Sarvāstivādin, elucidation on the nature of mind, its actions, and individual self-identity is complemented through various avenues such as rūpa, citta, caitta, citta-viprayukta-saṃskāra, asaṃskṛta, resulting in the formation of a sentient being. Ultimately, the analysis of nāmarūpa reflects the Abhidharma's view of the inseparability of material and mental processes.

In der Lösung zum Aufgabenteil c) erfolgt die Prüfung der drei handelsrechtlichen Ansatzkriterien für Verbindlichkeitsrückstellungen nach § 249 Abs. 1 S. 1 HGB im Zeitablauf unter Verwendung des Phasenschemas des Dieselgate-Skandals in Tab. 1. Abstract:

Syfte: Syftet med uppsatsen är att beskriva och analysera företagsetikens betydelse i ett företag. Vi vill undersöka vad konsekvenserna blir av att ett företags medarbetare handlar på eget bevåg och sätter företaget i en fruktansvärd situation genom en ekonomisk skandal. Vi vill även beskriva hur ett företag kan återvinna allmänhetens förtroende och hur företagets krishantering går till. Ett annat syfte med vår uppsats är att belysa vikten av ett starkt varumärke och betydelsen av relationer mellan kund och företaget.

Metod: I arbetet har vi använt oss av både en kvalitativ och en kvantitativ metod. Genom den kvalitativa ansatsen har vi utfört två intervjuer. Den kvantitativa har bestått av en enkätundersökning som gjorts på 200 personer. Vi har även använt oss av abduktion eftersom vi under uppsatsens gång åkt fram och tillbaka mellan verkligheten och teorin.

Slutsats: En ekonomisk skandal påverkar ett företag i allra högsta grad. Bland annat tappar företaget sitt anseende och förtroende hos allmänheten men vi har även sett tendenser på att företagskulturen i organisationen förändras efter en skandal. Även varumärket tappar sitt värde och i många fall leder en kris till att företaget går i konkurs. Även det faktum att det skandalomsusande företaget hängs ut i media under lång tid leder till att samhället minns händelsen under väldigt lång tid framöver. Internt leder en skandal även till att förtroendet för företaget minskas.

För att minska risken för att en skandal ska inträffa är det viktigt för organisationer att bygga upp en stark företagskultur. På detta sätt vet de anställda vad det är som gäller på företaget vilket gör att snedsteg hos medarbetarna förhoppningsvis minskas eller helt försvinner. Skulle en skandal ändå inträffa är vår slutsats att det bästa vore om företaget kunde lösa krisen internt för att minska nyhetsvärdet i media. Vägen tillbaka efter en sådan här händelse är nämligen lång och besvärlig.


In 2003 the Swedish insurance company Skandia was exposed to a media scandal due to publicity around a significant bonus program related to the management of the company. Before the scandal Skandia had a high credibility in the market and the company was one of the oldest on the Swedish stock market. Unfortunately the effects of the economic scandal influenced the company in different ways. Skandia lost a lot of their brand value after the crisis and the general public trust decreased rapidly for the company.

To make sure that an incident like this never happens in a company the management ethics are important. A tragedy like this never will happen if the personnel know and follow the norms of the company. The strong and clear company culture will guide the employees to develop the organisation and avoid actions related to individual benefits.

This essay content what Skandia have done to make sure that the general public trust the company again after the scandal. It will discuss their rebuilding and how they handled the crises. Through this report we also want to point at the importance of customer relationship and a company’s brand value.

The submitted thesis deals within the sensitive fluorimetric determination of scandium with a new reagent 8-Hydroxyquinoline-5-sulphonic acid. All important factors such as time, pH, reagent concentration, buffers, surfactants and selected interferents have been studied with respect to the selectivity, sensitivity, precision and detection limit on the determination by using classic fluorescence spectra and their first derivation. This reagent was also used for the determination of scandium in real waters. The new reagent was shortly compared to morin and lumogallion when used for scandium.

Syftet med uppsatsen är att studera Skandias förtroendekris ur ett socialpsykologiskt perspektiv. Vi analyserar gruppdynamiken i ledningsgruppen utifrån teorier som behandlar gruppers sammanhållning, konformitet samt grupptänkande, för att föra en diskussion kring huruvida dessa grupprocesser kan ha varit bidragande till individernas handlande. Vi visar betydelsen av att uppmärksamma grupprocesserna inom företag, för att undvika grupptänkande. Våra slutsatser är att organisationer bör beakta hur grupper konstrueras för att skapa heterogenitet inom gruppen som främjar kritiskt tänkande, samt att organisationer bör observera hur arbetsgrupperna interagerar med andra grupper inom organisationen. Vi visar att homogenitet och sammanhållning inom en grupp kan skapa problem på intergruppnivå, samt att rivalitet mellan grupper inom företaget kan få allvarliga konsekvenser. Vi resonerar därför kring behovet av att komplettera Janis (1971) teori om groupthink.

Skandia är ett gammalt gediget företag som varit ledande inom sitt område under många år. Under år 2002 drabbades företaget av en skandal som gjorde att det raserades. Efter denna rasering har de lyckats återfå sitt anseende och förtroende genom ett omfattande arbete. Detta var möjligt tack vare att deras grund hölls intakt, det vill säga relationen mellan rådgivarna och kunderna.

Syftet med uppsatsen är att utvärdera hur Skandia arbetar med att återfå sitt anseende samt resultatet av detta arbete. Vi har studerat deras tillvägagångssätt för att återskapa värdet samt genomfört en undersökning bland allmänheten för att se hur denna har uppfattat Skandias arbete. Teoretiska utgångspunkter för undersökningen är dissonansteorin och Positive Accounting Theory.

Vi har granskat Skandias årsredovisningar för åren 2002, 2003 och 2004. För att komplettera informationen har kontakt tagits med Skandias lokalkontor i Kristianstad och en intervju genomförts med marknadsområdeschefen. Allmänhetens synpunkter har undersökts genom en enkät som ägde rum i Kristianstad.

Resultatet av undersökningen visar att Skandias arbete med att återfå sitt anseende har varit omfattande och metodiskt. De har arbetat med att nå ut till allmänheten genom reklam och de har erbjudit sina kunder personlig rådgivning. Undersökningen visar att allmänhetens förtroende för Skandia har ökat sen skandalen tack vare arbetet de lagt ner. Men om det enbart beror på deras återuppbyggnadsarbete kan vi inte fastställa, eftersom det även kan bero på andra faktorer.

Abstract:

Background: The company Skandia desired for its marketing function to be reorganised to become customer oriented, joint, co-ordinated and homogenous in order to gain market shares. These aspects are both structural and strategic. The question of whether the way that Skandia has chosen to reorganise the new and joint marketing function, in terms of choices of structure, is preferable in order to obtain a high overall business performance emerged.

Purpose: The purpose of this thesis is to, from a structural and manager perspective, explore and explain the structure of the marketing function in a customer oriented organisation.

Method: The thesis is a case study of Skandia. The empirical findings constitute of sex interviews with managers from various positions and functions along with e-mail interviews with twenty-three co-workers. The result from the empirical findings is a comprehensive image of the marketing function.

Result: The new marketing function in Skandia turned out to have structures of, for instance, increased centralisation, higher vertical formalisation and increased degree of specialisation, all in order to act customer oriented. The result shows that it seems preferable that the marketing function in a company as Skandia would configure the structure in this way. The explanation is that no matter whether structure follows strategy or the other way around, there are strong indications that it is the combined configuration of structure and strategic behaviour (in this case customer orientation) that forms a marketing function’s organisational archetype. This type in conjunction with the selected overall company business strategy implies an either high or low overall business performance. In the case of Skandia it is proved high.

Güç, statü ilişkilerini elinde tutanların/egemenlerin halktan sakladığı ancak kamuoyunun bilmesi gereken gerçekleri araştırmacı gazeteciler ortaya koymaktadır. Basının dördüncü güç olduğu paradigması; demokrasilerde halkın özgür olduğu ve kendilerini yönetecekleri seçme hakkı gereği, ekonomik ve siyasal güçlerin kamuoyundan gizleyerek bir menfaat çerçevesinde hareket ettiklerini ortaya koymak gerekliliğinden doğmaktadır. Toplumsal sorumluluk kuramı gereği; gerektiğinde ölüm, itibarsızlaştırma, işini kaybetme, hapis cezası gibi yaptırımlarla karşılaşan ancak kamuoyu menfaatine gerçeğin peşinde koşan skandal haberciliği de denilen bu habercilik türü; uzun soluklu, belgelere dayanan, kamuoyundan gizlenen ancak kamuoyu için önem teşkil eden haberlere ve daha çok “Neden” sorusuna odaklanır.Yeni teknolojilerin rolü özellikle araştırmacı gazetecilikte önem kazanmış; ilk kez Wikileaks, ardından Panama belgeleri ile farklı bir boyuta ulaşmıştır. Uluslararası gazetecilerden oluşan “Uluslararası Araştırmacı Gazeteciler Konsorsiyumu” ICIJ (International Consortium of Investigative Journalists) organizasyonuyla veri sızıntısı araştırılmış; iş adamlarının, liderlerin, bürokratların vergi kaçırma ve kara para aklama operasyonları; eş zamanlı, küresel ölçekte kamuoyuyla paylaşılmıştır. Bu minvalde gazeteciliğin en prestijli ödüllerinden Pulitzer 2017 yılında bu gazetecilere verilmiştir. 80’den fazla ülkede 100 medya organizasyonu ve 400 gazeteciden oluşan bu konsorsiyum gazetecilik faaliyetinin yerelden küresele bir forma büründüğünün önemli bir kanıtını oluşturmaktadır Bu çalışmada dijital çağda araştırmacı gazeteciliğin değişen yüzü ve gazetecilikte eklenen yeni roller araştırmacı gazetecilerle yapılan derinlemesine mülakatlar çerçevesinde ele alınmaktadır.
