Abstract:
Strategic Information Systems Planning (SISP) maturity model is conceptualized as a five-stage maturity model. To identify the maturity stage of SISP, a model for assessment of SISP is developed. The development of these models is based on the ‘Integral Engineering’ approach and a unique implementation of the Analytical Network Process theory (ANP). The SISP assessment model is structured as a multi-order system. High level constructs are presented in this paper. A new approach to SISP offers improving our understanding of the concept of SISP, and a means of structured evaluation and reformlation of SISP. The SISP assessment model can be used as an early warning diagnostic tool to draw attention to particular aspects of the SISP that need improvement or to justify the undertaking of SISP.

Abstract:
In this paper Strategic Information Systems Planning (SISP) maturity models are empirically validated in Australian environment. A research instrument used to determine the degree of SISP maturity in Australian organisations is described. While empirical testing of a five-stage SISP model has only confirmed the existence of three levels of SISP maturity, statistical methods confirmed the adequacy of the establishment of the SISP assessment model as a third-order system. The study also opens the way for SISP thinking beyond the conventional approaches by introducing the Analytic Network Process and the Analytic Hierarchy Process methods to reduce complexity of SISP measurement in a natural and structural way. By using these methods, it was possible to obtain a single overall measure of SISP maturity, thus overcoming a problem of result synthesis measured by different scales.

Abstract:
This article outlines a K-12 college learning partnership that has evolved over the past two years at the University at Albany, SUNY. Two faculty members with the School of Information Science & Policy (SISP) Joette Stefl-Mabry and Jennifer Goodall Powers, with administrative support of their Associate Dean, Carol Doll, have integrated problem-based learning (PBL) into graduate and undergraduate curricula to establish partnerships with local K-12 school districts. Dynamic PBL environments link K-12 schools, School Library Media (SLM) graduate students, and undergraduate students majoring in information science to develop content, delivery, and assessment methods for K-12 curricula while at the same time strengthening graduate and undergraduate curricula by incorporating real-world challenges into coursework. Through this partnership, K-12 schools benefit from research-based best practices in educational technology and information science graduate and undergraduate students experience real career situations within educational environments. Over the course of a semester, SLM graduate students wrestle with theory and practice in K-12 curriculum, as undergraduate students develop Web pages based on research theory summarized by their graduate student partners. Stefl-Mabry and Powers collaboratively create and/or adapt instructional methods to meet the educational requirements of graduate and undergraduate curriculum as it relates to the specific needs and abilities of their students and the learning needs of K-12 environments. PBL enhances learning and provides new instructional models for SLM graduate students to emulate as educators when they are employed in K-12 communities.

Abstract:
The standardised criteria for DSM-III personality disorders encouraged the development of numerous multidimensional instruments to make the diagnosis of such disorders more objective and reliable compared with clinical judgement. Yet, there is no published research on the concordance between these instruments when used with psychiatric inpatients. Two such measures, the Millon Clinical Multiaxial Inventory (MCMI) and the Structured Interview for DSM-III Personality (SIDP), were chosen for this study. The MCMI identified a significantly greater number of personality disorders than the SIDP for each subject. Despite overall high interrater reliability with the SIDP, low agreement was found between the two instruments for most of the 11 DSM-III Axis II (personality disorders) categories. Different normative populations on which the instruments were developed, method variance, and theoretical differences between Millon and DSM-Ill, were all likely to contribute to the low concordance. Systematic research of possible confounding factors is suggested.

Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) are high performance load-bearing panels, which are considered to be the next generation construction material. Based on the results of the previous studies on SIP building, combined with the theory of life-cycle assessment, this paper constructs a dual-index evaluation model of economical efficiency and carbon emission in life cycle. By adopting the data of previous research, comparisons were conducted between SIP building and traditional masonry-concrete house, which suggests significant advantages of SIP building. The results implicate that SIPs would have extensive popularization potential in the process of development of low-carbon buildings.

Abstract:
IntroductionDual control model of the sexual response (DCM) indicates, that there are two separate, but cooperating systems of sexual excitation and inhibition. Previous studies using DCM concept have shown, that MSM (men having sex with men) had higher excitation (SES) and one of the types of inhibition (SIS1) levels, in comparison to the exclusively heterosexual men. MSM also reported more frequent occurrence of sexual disorders (erectile disorders, premature ejaculation and decreased sexual desire).ObjectivesComparison of the MSM and heterosexual men groups in order to verify erenow observed differences in sexual excitation/inhibition propensity and prevalence of sexual problems.MethodsThe sample consisted of two groups: 47 heterosexual men and 60 MSM. The participants have anonymously filled up questionnaires (Polish version of the Sexual Inhibition/Sexual Excitation Scales SIS/SES and the author's survey) via internet. Then statistical analysis was executed.ResultsOur findings have shown, that both groups were similar in their propensities for sexual excitation (SES) and inhibition due to the risks of failure in sexual performance (SIS1), while MSM scored higher on the inhibition scale, related to the threat of negative consequences of sexual response (SIS2). Heterosexual men more frequently suffered from premature ejaculation and less commonly reported decreased desire. There were no differences in the erectile disorders report between MSM and heterosexual men.ConclusionsOur findings are mostly in conflict with previous DCM studies results. Several issues, just like method of sexual orientation assessment or cultural differences may had its impact on such results. More detailed studies on these issues are required.Disclosure of interestThe authors have not supplied their declaration of competing interest.

The development of historical science in exploring the causes of historical phenomena or causality with monocausal and multicausal approaches has progressed rapidly. However, it is inversely proportional to the study of history which still often explains historical causality with a single one (monocausality) or a centric logo without a scientific approach with a cognitive assessment only. Whereas the causes of history can be explained by the approach of a science (monocausality) and various (multi causality) with a multidimensional approach. The purpose of this study is to provide an alternative for teachers who teach history so that students can analyze various historical causality so that they are not only able to think critically but also be creative and adults so they can get used to the differences. Likewise, the assessment must be directed towards authentic assessment that can bring students to be creative and mature so that they are familiar with differences. The source of this study is through literature studies. The results of the writing are an alternative for history teachers so that students are accustomed to analyzing causality in seeing historical phenomena both mono under the demands of the 2013 curriculum.

Abstract. The current study evaluates the psychometric properties of both the Standardized Assessment of Personality – Abbreviated Scale (SAPAS) and the Structured Interview for DSM-IV Personality Disorders (SIDP-IV) screener. One hundred two participants were interviewed with the SIDP-IV and the SAPAS. The SIDP-IV was used as the standard to identify PD; the SAPAS and the SIDP-IV screener were compared to the SIDP-IV in terms of sensitivity, specificity, positive and negative predictive power, and overall efficiency. ROC analyses were used to identify ideal cut-off scores. The data showed that both the SAPAS and the SIDP-IV screener had moderate sensitivity and specificity. For the SAPAS, the best cut-off score was 4, yielding a sensitivity of 0.70 and a specificity of 0.63. After modifying the scoring procedures for the SIDP-IV screener, we found a sensitivity of 0.70 and a specificity of 0.75. The results show that the psychometric properties of the SAPAS in a population of treatment-seeking SUD patients are relatively poor compared to previous studies in psychiatric populations. Also, the SAPAS cannot be used to screen for cluster B personality disorders. The SIDP-IV screener shows better results regarding this purpose. Due to the low prevalence of PD in the current study the results should be interpreted with caution.

Abstract:
Currently, the use of wood plate materials (WPM) in various industries is steadily increasing due to a number of technological and economic advantages. Along with this, there is the improvement of methods of manufacturing and materials used for this purpose. One of the most commonly types of glue used for production of plywood as one of the types of WPM are urea-formaldehyde resins. In the manufacture of adhesive compositions based on them possible to use a wide range of sorbents that provide a variety of improved technological properties, such as adhesive, and the finished plywood. One of these properties is the level of free formaldehyde emissions from finished plywood, which directly affects to the possibility of its using in different rooms and characterizes the level of consumer risks in its operation. Scientifically it proved possible to reduce the level of emission of free formaldehyde from finished plywood with using of natural zeolite clinoptilolite treated in weak pulsed magnetic fields (SIMP) and ultra-high frequency electromagnetic fields (EMF microwave), as a sorbent of urea-formaldehyde resin filler in the manufacture of plywood for general using. This study evaluated the level of consumer risks in the operation of plywood manufactured with sorbent activated in SIMP and microwave EMF. In this paper describes the main influencing factors as well as the possibility of reducing calculation errors in consumer risk shows the feasibility of using a simplified calculation of constant values while respecting the basic influencing factors. Calculations of changes in con-sumer risk for saples of plywood manufactured with using sorbents, activated in SIMP and EMF microwave were made, established decrease by 25 and 33 % respectively.

Abstract:
Currently, the use of sensors and supporting technologies has become indispensable in the assessment of tribological behavioral patterns of composites. Furthermore, the current investigation focused on the assessment of the tribological behavior of the Al–SiCp composite for high-temperature applications. Moreover, the Al–SiCp composite was fabricated by adapting the liquid metallurgy route with varying weight percentages of SiCp (x = 3, 6, and 9). Density, hardness, and high-temperature wear tests were performed to evaluate the hardness and tribological characteristics and properties of modern-day advanced composites. Moreover, the inclusion of SiCp enhanced the advanced composite materials hardness from 60 HV to 110 HV due to a high degree of refinement of the α-phase. Subsequently, the fabricated samples’ wear behavior was assessed by varying the wear parameter viz. the applied load (20 N and 30 N) and sliding distance (250 m, 500 m, 750 m, and 1000 m) with the constant sliding velocity (0.45 m/s) for various temperatures (40 °C, 150 °C, and 250 °C). Moreover, the results revealed that the enhancement in the reinforcement percentage improves the wear resistance. Consequently, the wear rate decreased at 250 °C, possibly owing to the development of the oxide layers. Therefore, the occurrence of delamination and plastic deformation were evidenced in the wear-out surface, thereby depicting the prevalence of delamination and the abrasive wear-mechanism.

Abstract:
Purpose Optimal assessment methods and criteria for reporting hearing outcomes in children who receive treatment with cisplatin are uncertain. The objectives of our study were to compare different ototoxicity classification systems, to evaluate the feasibility of including otoacoustic emissions and extended high frequency audiometry, and to evaluate a central review mechanism for audiologic results for cisplatin-treated children in the cooperative group setting. Patients and Methods Eligible participants were 1 to 30 years, with planned cisplatin-containing treatment. Hearing evaluations were conducted at baseline, before each cisplatin cycle, and at the end of therapy. Audiologic results were assessed and graded by the testing audiologist and by two central review audiologists using the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association Ototoxicity Criteria (ASHA), Common Terminology Criteria for Adverse Events, version 3.0 (CTCAE), and Brock Ototoxicity Grades (Brock). One central reviewer also used the International Society of Pediatric Oncology Ototoxicity Scale (SIOP). Results At the end of treatment, the prevalence of any degree of ototoxicity ranged from 40% to 56%, and severe ototoxicity ranged from 7% to 22%. Compared with CTCAE, SIOP detected significantly more ototoxicity ( P = .004), whereas Brock criteria detected significantly fewer patients with any or severe ototoxicity ( P < .001 for both). SIOP detected ototoxicity earlier than did the other scales. Agreement between the central reviewers and the institutional audiologist was almost perfect for ASHA and Brock, whereas the poorest agreement occurred with CTCAE. Conclusion The SIOP scale may be superior to ASHA, Brock, and CTCAE scales for classifying ototoxicity in pediatric patients who were treated with cisplatin. Future studies should evaluate inter-rater reliability of the SIOP scale.

Abstract:
This study is a literature study that discusses authentic assessment in the learning of Islamic religious education. Assessment that has been used in the assessment process at school is a traditional assessment, which tends to assess cognitive aspects, and ignores the affective and psychomotor aspects. Assessment should be able to assess all aspects, namely attitudes, skills, and knowledge. The purpose of this paper is to describe authentic assessments in the learning of Islamic Religious Education. The results of this study are descriptions of authentic assessments as an evaluation process of learning outcomes and student performance in applying it in real life. This is considered important because students are challenged to apply their knowledge and skills in real situations. This is because through authentic assessment teachers can also find out the extent of students' understanding and ability. With authentic assessment, the teacher will know the development of students from the data collected. In the use of authentic assessment, teachers are recommended to be able to operate computers, because the assessment format uses rubrics, and the teacher must also be prepared by making assessment formats used to evaluate students.

Objective. Variation in the position of the liver between preablation and postablation CT images hampers assessment of treatment of colorectal liver metastasis (CRLM). The aim of this study was to test the hypothesis that discordant preablation and postablation imaging is associated with more ablation site recurrences (ASRs).Methods. Patients with CRLM were included. Index-tumor size, location, number, RFA approachs and ablative margins were obtained on CT scans. Preablation and postablation CT images were assigned a “Similarity of Positioning Score” (SiPS). A suitable cutoff was determined. Images were classified as identical (SiPS-id) or nonidentical (SiPS-diff). ASR was identified prospectively on follow-up imaging.Results. Forty-seven patients with 97 tumors underwent 64 RFA procedures (39 patients/63 tumors open RFA, 25 patients/34 tumours CT-targeted RFA, 12 patients underwent >1 RFA). Images of 52 (54%) ablation sites were classified as SiPS-id, 45 (46%) as SiPS-diff. Index-tumor size, tumor location and number, concomitant partial hepatectomy, and RFA approach did not influence the SiPS. ASR developed in 11/47 (23%) patients and 20/97 (21%) tumours. ASR occurred less frequently after open RFA than after CT targeted RFA (P<0.001). ASR was associated with larger index-tumour size (18.9 versus 12.8 mm,P=0.011). Cox proportional hazard model confirmed SiPS-diff, index-tumour size >20 mm and CT-targeted RFA as independent risk factors for ASR.Conclusion. Variation in anatomical concordance between preablation and postablation images, index-tumor size, and a CT-targeted approach are risk factors for ASR in CRLM.

Abstract:
Governments and institutions across the globe are conducting vulnerability assessments and developing adaptation plans to confront rapidly changing climatic conditions. Interrelated priorities, including the conservation of biodiversity, ecological restoration, sustainable development, and social justice often underlie these efforts. We collaborated with colleagues in an effort to help guide vulnerability assessment and adaptation (VAA) generally in Southeast Asia and specifically in the watershed of the Sirindhorn International Environmental Park (SIEP) in Phetchaburi Province, Thailand. Reflecting upon our experiences and a review of recent VAA literature, we examine a series of seven questions that help to frame the socio-ecological context for VAAs. We then propose a three-dimensional framework for understanding common orientations of VAAs and how they appear to be shifting and broadening over time, particularly in the USA. For example, key leaders in the SIEP project emphasized social development and community-based approaches over more ecology-centric approaches; this orientation was consistent with other examples from SE Asia. In contrast, many efforts for US national forests have evaluated vulnerability based on projected shifts in vegetation and have promoted adaptation options based upon ecological restoration. Illustrating a third, highly integrated approach, many VAAs prepared by indigenous tribes in the USA have emphasized restoring historical ecological conditions within a broader context of promoting cultural traditions, social justice, and adaptive capacity. We conclude with lessons learned and suggestions for advancing integrated approaches.

AbstractBackgroundThis study aim to derive and validate a simple and well-performing risk calculator (RC) for predicting psychosis in individual patients at clinical high risk (CHR).MethodsFrom the ongoing ShangHai-At-Risk-for-Psychosis (SHARP) program, 417 CHR cases were identified based on the Structured Interview for Prodromal Symptoms (SIPS), of whom 349 had at least 1-year follow-up assessment. Of these 349 cases, 83 converted to psychosis. Logistic regression was used to build a multivariate model to predict conversion. The area under the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve (AUC) was used to test the effectiveness of the SIPS-RC. Second, an independent sample of 100 CHR subjects was recruited based on an identical baseline and follow-up procedures to validate the performance of the SIPS-RC.ResultsFour predictors (each based on a subset of SIPS-based items) were used to construct the SIPS-RC: (1) functional decline; (2) positive symptoms (unusual thoughts, suspiciousness); (3) negative symptoms (social anhedonia, expression of emotion, ideational richness); and (4) general symptoms (dysphoric mood). The SIPS-RC showed moderate discrimination of subsequent transition to psychosis with an AUC of 0.744 (p < 0.001). A risk estimate of 25% or higher had around 75% accuracy for predicting psychosis. The personalized risk generated by the SIPS-RC provided a solid estimate of conversion outcomes in the independent validation sample, with an AUC of 0.804 [95% confidence interval (CI) 0.662–0.951].ConclusionThe SIPS-RC, which is simple and easy to use, can perform in the same manner as the NAPLS-2 RC in the Chinese clinical population. Such a tool may be used by clinicians to counsel appropriately their patients about clinical monitor v. potential treatment options.

Abstract:
Since 2010, the Queensland Government has required resource sector proponents to develop and submit a social impact management plan (SIMP) in addition to the social impact assessment component of environmental impact statements. This more closely regulated social impact management approach was introduced in response to the need to manage resource development-related growth across the state. The process of developing a SIMP presents a range of opportunities and challenges to both proponents and stakeholders. This extended abstract discusses these opportunities and challenges within the context of the development and early implementation of the SIMP for the Australia Pacific LNG Project. Often, the elements of a SIMP that present opportunity for improved community engagement and social program delivery also present the most pressing challenges. Stakeholder and community engagement is one such element. The onus is on proponents to establish partnerships with relevant stakeholders, often in an environment of community opposition and to a level that requires significant resources by proponents. There is also an onus on proponents to ensure key stakeholders play an active role in monitoring and reporting on implementing SIMP. This presents a substantial opportunity for ongoing stakeholder involvement, but proponents face a challenge in ensuring the competency and ongoing commitment of stakeholders. Requiring proponents to develop and implement a SIMP is a positive move toward improving social impact management approaches; however, as the first SIMPs in Queensland are rolled-out, proactive approaches will be required to capitalise on the opportunities and manage the challenges.

The alternative model for personality disorders in the fifth edition of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders ( DSM-5) is considered an important step toward a possibly better conceptualization of personality pathology in older adulthood, by the introduction of levels of personality functioning (Criterion A) and trait dimensions (Criterion B). Our main aim was to examine age-neutrality of the Short Form of the Severity Indices of Personality Problems (SIPP-SF; Criterion A) and Personality Inventory for DSM-5–Brief Form (PID-5-BF; Criterion B). Differential item functioning (DIF) analyses and more specifically the impact on scale level through differential test functioning (DTF) analyses made clear that the SIPP-SF was more age-neutral (6% DIF, only one of four domains showed DTF) than the PID-5-BF (25% DIF, all four tested domains had DTF) in a community sample of older and younger adults. Age differences in convergent validity also point in the direction of differences in underlying constructs. Concurrent and criterion validity in geriatric psychiatry inpatients suggest that both the SIPP-SF scales measuring levels of personality functioning (especially self-functioning) and the PID-5-BF might be useful screening measures in older adults despite age-neutrality not being confirmed.

Abstract:
Background: Current methods to identify people with psychosis risk involve administration of specialized tools such as the Structured Interview for Psychosis-Risk Syndromes (SIPS), but these methods have not been widely adopted. Validation of a more multipurpose assessment tool—such as the Kiddie Schedule for Affective Disorders and Schizophrenia (K-SADS)—may increase the scope of identification efforts. Methods: We assessed the correspondence between SIPS-determined clinical high risk/early psychosis (CHR/early psychosis) status and K-SADS psychosis screen (child and parent reports and their combination) in a sample of 147 help-seeking individuals aged 12–25. Detailed classification results are reported. Results: Both the child and parent interviews on the K-SADS psychosis screen were strongly predictive of CHR/early psychosis status, although parent reports contributed no significant additional information beyond child reports. Across informants, the presence of either subthreshold hallucinations or subthreshold delusions was highly suggestive of CHR/early psychosis status as determined by SIPS interview (78% (child) and 74% (parent) accuracy). Conclusions: Subthreshold scores on the two-item K-SADS psychosis screen may be good indicators of the presence or absence of early signs of psychosis. The option of using a non-specialized assessment such as the K-SADS as a staged approach to assess for CHR/early psychosis status could increase rates of early psychosis screening and treatment.

Abstract:
Introduction: Skinfold thickness is now considered to be an important indicator of body composition and nutritional status. Assessment of subcutaneous adiposity is becoming very important due to increasing trend of overweight and obesity. The objectives of the present study were to determine age-sex specific subcutaneous adiposity using skinfold thicknesses and its use in assessment of nutritional status among children of Eastern-India.Material and Methods: The investigation was carried out among 1262 children (619 boys; 643 girls) aged 5–12 years of Darjeeling district, West Bengal. Anthropometric measurements of skinfold thickness were recorded using standard procedures. Age-sex specific smooth percentile curves of skinfold thickness were derived using the L, M and S model. Results: Sexual dimorphism was observed in TSF, SSF, SISF, PBF, Σ2SKF and Σ4SKF measurements between sexes in children (p<0.05). Age-sex specific mean values of skinfold thicknesses of TSF, SSF, SISF and PBF of girls were observed to be significantly higher than boys (p<0.05). The age-sex specific mean values of BSF, TSF, SSF, SISF, Σ4SKF and PBF did not show any age-specific trend in children. Comparison with the NHANES-III data showed poor attainment of subcutaneous adiposity and nutritional status. Conclusion: Results of the present study showed the age-sex specific variations in subcutaneous adiposity pattern in children. The comparisons of skinfold thicknesses with references showed unsatisfactory nutritional status among children. These findings are important for future investigations in field, epidemiological and clinical settings.

EXAMINING DISCREPANCIES BETWEEN SELF-REPORT AND CLINICIAN-RATED ASSESSMENTS OF PSYCHOSIS RISK: DOES INTERNALIZED STIGMA MATTER?" Abstract:
Abstract Background Psychosis is one of the most highly stigmatized mental health conditions (Thornicroft et al., 2009). Compared to those with other mental health concerns, people diagnosed with schizophrenia spectrum disorders are more likely to be perceived by others as dangerous, violent, and unpredictable. As a result, they are often socially marginalized and discriminated against (Crisp et al., 2000; Martin et al., 2007). Individuals at clinical high risk (CHR) for psychosis may be at lower risk for experiencing public stigma, given that their symptoms are often less outwardly visible at this early stage of illness. However, evidence suggests that those at CHR experience high levels of self-stigma, as they may internalize negative stereotypes related to psychosis (Yang et al., 2010; Yang et al., 2015). Internalized stigma can negatively impact help-seeking behavior and has been associated with lower self-esteem and the underreporting of mental health symptoms (Corrigan, 2004; Corrigan, 2007; Saporito, Ryan, & Teachman, 2011; Rüsch, Angermeyer, & Corrigan, 2005). Despite these findings, no studies to-date have examined how internalized stigma may impact reporting of attenuated psychosis symptoms in the CHR population. The current study aims to examine whether discrepancies between self-report and clinician-rated measures of psychosis risk are associated with internalized stigma in a sample of help-seeking adolescents and young adults. We hypothesized that higher levels of self-stigma will predict inconsistencies between self-reported symptom severity and clinician-obtained diagnoses of psychosis risk. Methods Participants will include youth classified as either non-psychosis-related help-seeking controls or at clinical high risk (CHR) for psychosis, as determined by the Structured Interview for Psychosis-Risk Syndromes (SIPS; Miller et al., 2003). The SIPS is administered by trained raters and is currently considered the gold standard tool for diagnosing clinical high-risk syndromes (Thompson et al., 2018). In addition to SIPS diagnoses, psychosis risk will also be assessed using the Prime Screen – Revised (PS-R; Miller et al., 2004), a brief, 12-item self-report questionnaire designed to measure attenuated positive symptoms. Lastly, internalized stigma will be assessed using the Internalized Stigma of Mental Illness Inventory (ISMI; Ritsher, Otilingam, & Grajales, 2003), a 29-item self-report questionnaire designed to measure subjective experiences of stigma in adolescents (e.g., endorsement of negative stereotypes, social withdrawal and feelings of alienation due to mental health problems, etc.). Results Preliminary analyses demonstrate a significant interaction between Prime scores and internalized stigma in predicting SIPS diagnoses. Specifically, higher scores on the Prime were associated with increased odds of being diagnosed as CHR on the SIPS, but only for those participants who endorsed low and mean levels of stigma. For participants who endorsed high levels of stigma, there did not appear to be any relation between Prime scores and SIPS diagnoses. Discussion At the time of submission, participant recruitment is ongoing, and results and discussion will be presented on the final sample. Findings may inform efforts to improve detection and accurate diagnosis of psychosis risk syndromes in individuals at early stages of illness.

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE: To report a case and to discuss the use of psychodynamic psychotherapy (PD-P) to treat individuals at ultra-high risk (UHR) of psychosis. METHODS: An individual at UHR was followed up for 24 months. The baseline evaluation included a psychiatric interview, the Structured Interview for Prodromal Symptoms (SIPS), the Scale of Prodromal Symptoms (SOPS), and neuropsychological assessment. He underwent weekly sessions of PD-P for 12 months and was followed up for 12 months after the end of PD-P. The evaluations were at baseline, after 6-, 12-, and 24-month follow-up. No medication was prescribed during the 24-month follow-up. RESULTS: The prodromal symptoms remitted. The initial total score on the SIPS/SOPS was 37 points. After the first 12 months of PD-P, there was a reduction to 12 points on the SIPS/SOPS score, which stabilized in the 24-month follow-up. There was also a slight improvement in his performance on the neuropsychological evaluations. CONCLUSION: This case report suggests that PD-P can reduce prodromal symptoms; nevertheless, a better understanding of the specificity and efficacy of PD-P as an option of treatment for UHR individuals is needed.

Abstract:
Abstract Background Negative symptoms occur early in the clinical high risk (CHR) state and indicate increased risk of conversion to psychotic disorder and poor functional outcome. However, while the negative symptom domain has shown to be parsimoniously explained by a 2-factor construct in schizophrenia, there has yet to be an established factor structure of negative symptoms in CHR. Methods 214 individuals meeting the Structured Interview for Psychosis-Risk Syndromes (SIPS) criteria for CHR were recruited through 3 active research programs in the United States. Exploratory Factor Analysis was conducted on the 6 negative symptom items of the SIPS, and factors were evaluated with respect to functional outcome and depression. Results Factor analysis indicated a 2-factor hierarchical model with 2 negative symptom dimensions reflecting volition (Occupational Functioning and Avolition) and emotion (Expression of Emotion, Experience of Emotion and Social Anhedonia). Linear Regression showed that the emotion factor was associated with poor social function, and the volition factor was associated with poor role function and depression. Conclusions Similar to factor solutions identified in adults diagnosed with psychotic disorders, results indicated that the SIPS negative symptom subscale is not a unidimensional construct. Rather, the SIPS negative subscale has 2 distinct factors that have different associations with clinical outcome and should be interpreted independently. Results have significant relevance for informing the valid assessment and conceptual interpretation of early clinical phenomenology in the psychosis prodrome.

Abstract:
BACKGROUND: Nurse-led pelvic floor muscle exercise and lifestyle education programs are effective first-line interventions for women with stress incontinence (SI). PURPOSE: To develop an evidence-based stress incontinence care protocol (SICP) using the Stevens Star Model of Knowledge Transformation and evaluate its effect on the frequency and quantity of urinary incontinence, quality of life, pelvic muscle self-efficacy levels, and lifestyle variables of women with SI. METHODS: An SICP was developed on the basis of the Star model. The views of an expert were consulted for testing the content validity of the protocol. Using a pretest-posttest experimental design, 68 women with SI who visited an outpatient clinical at a hospital in Turkey were prospectively enrolled in the intervention (n = 34) and control (n = 34) groups. After obtaining baseline demographic and health history information, participants completed the King’s Health Questionnaire, the Broome Pelvic Muscle Exercise Self-Efficacy Scale, a 3-day voiding diary, and a 1-hour pad test. The intervention group received an 8-week program of care according to the Star model-derived SICP, and follow-up assessments were completed by both groups after 8 and 12 weeks. RESULTS: The content validity index for the SICP was 91.9%. The intervention group had a reduced quantity and frequency of urinary leakage, reduced King’s Health Questionnaire scores, and increased Broome Pelvic Muscle Exercise Self-Efficacy Scale scores (P < .05). CONCLUSION: Care provided according to the Star model-derived SICP reduced the quantity and frequency of SI and improved the perceived pelvic muscle exercise self-efficacy and quality of life of the participants.

Abstract:
There have been growing demands of high performance metal matrix composites in advanced engineering applications in virtue of their high specific strengths. This paper is to report an assessment of the mechanical properties of LC4/SiCp metal matrix composites using an innovative testing technique, small punch test. The composite materials of this study were produced by stir casting method with particulate reinforcements of 7wt.% and 14wt.% of SiC respectively. Small punch testing was performed on the LC4 base alloy and the two composites materials. The small punch test is a relatively new mechanical testing technique capable of utilizing small disk-shaped samples to determine the mechanical properties of the test materials. In this study, the equivalent fracture strain, εqf of the LC4/SiCp MMCs was characterised and compared with the base alloy. The fracture mechanism of the test samples was examined using scanning electron microscopy.

Abstract:
One of the efforts in bridge maintenance is by conducting a preliminary assessment with a visual assessment. Growth in the number of vehicles each time will result in a risk of decreasing the capacity of the bridge and its age. Post-construction and maintenance is also a major requirement in infrastructure. This is often ruled out causing the bridge's function and performance to decline and ultimately cause damage. Siliti Bridge is a concrete bridge located in North Bungku Morowali, Sulawesi Tengah. This bridge gets special attention due to quite severe conditions. The purpose of the inspection on the Siliti Bridge is to get its condition visually and determine the estimated age of the remaining bridge which will be capital for further inspection. Bridge Management System (BMS) is a system of assesment to know the existing condition of each element of the bridge. The condition value of the bridge is needed to calculate its remaining life. Based on evaluations conducted in 2017, the value of the Siliti Bridge using the BMS standard is 3 (Damaged). The remaining age of the Siliti Bridge is 8 years.

Abstract:
In 2005 a draft Social Impact Management Plan (SIMP) for the Blacktip Project was prepared by James Kernaghan on behalf of the Blacktip Joint Venture. The SIMP was prepared for the purpose of providing a basis for consultation with the communities that would be potentially affected by the project and the means through which social impacts could be managed. After Eni Australia became 100% owner and operator of the project in December 2005, the SIMP was revised to reflect the values and practices of Eni globally. This paper presents a case study of the early development of social impact management practice for the Blacktip Project in the southern Bonaparte Gulf, northern Australia, in the period from discovery to the middle of the construction phase (end 2001 to end 2007). The primary outcomes, so far, of the social impact management process for the Blacktip Project have largely been positive and work continues to ensure that this remains the case. From a management perspective, the key outcomes have been a Social Impact Assessment (SIA) report, a Social Impact Management Plan (SIMP) and the establishment of an Social Impact Advisory Committee incorporating representatives from the key external stakeholder groups. The paper starts with descriptions of the project and affected communities and the law and policy context in which the project sits. This is followed by a detailed account and discussion about the land acquisition process and the social impact assessment and management plan development, including the scope, methodology and analytical framework used in the SIMP. The paper then provides an account and discussion of the nexus between project development and social impact management. The conclusion gives some observations about the experiences had in the SIMP implementation to date, during the first two construction phases of the project. Often there are a very wide range of social and economic issues that get touched upon in the development of a social impact management plan for a resource project. The resolution of these broader issues is naturally beyond the scope and capability of any company or project and there are often misconceptions in communities about what can be done. The best that a company can do is to approach the management of social impact in a way that tries to build a practical foundation for community development, through consultation with stakeholders in an open and participatory process. The people and organisations that live and work in a region are responsible for the social and economic development of that region, as a part of that community. Some contributions can be made by resource developers, however it is up to the people themselves, the individuals and the families in any community to choose and then pursue their individual and collective destiny. Others cannot do it for them. The paper attempts to provide some insight into the cultural, political, social and commercial realities associated with the development of the project in the particular society involved. In doing so, it is hoped that a useful early case study in the field of social impact management will emerge that may be useful for oil and gas developments and developing communities elsewhere in Australia and the world.

Abstract:
The Indonesian National Standard (SNI) of batik has been developed in Indonesia. This is triggered by many fabric patterned batik that sold at a low price and the influx of imported batik products. Currently, adoption SNI of Batik is still very few and responded differently by the actors of this industry. Despite the presence of negative and positive responses on SNI adoption, important to note is the ability and the readiness of the actor in the industrial sector (in this case is the Small and Medium Enterprise/SMEs of batik). It is because the actors in that industry will become a party who will fulfill all the requirements. The aim of this study is to assess SME’s readiness for SNI Batik adoption. Readiness assessment is based on several factors, i.e. organizational readiness, industrial readiness, national readiness, and environmental pressure. This study used Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) for assigned importance weight of each factors and sub- factors in that framework and Likert Scale for measuring each critical sub factors. Readiness of SMEs is categorized based upon the total value of using e-LRS (e-Learning Readiness Assessment). A number of 24 SME’s Batik scattered in Solo, Yogyakarta and Pekalongan was assessed using readiness assessment framework that has been developed. The results of the weighting of each factors using AHP method are organizational readiness factor has mean weight of 0.233, 0.179 for industrial readiness, 0.391 for national readiness and 0.197 for environmental pressures. Assessment results showed that all SME’s in category is not ready and not so ready, 10 SMEs are not ready condition and require little change, while the other 14 SMEs in the category not so ready and needs a lot of changes</p>
