Keberadaan sebuah kelompok orkestra simfoni membutuhkan beberapa faktor, selain sumber daya manusia yang bagus juga diperlukan strategi pemasaran yang tepat. Posisi pemasaran dalam hal ini bisa disebut sebagai perantara antara kelompok orkestra simfoni dengan penonton dalam melakukan transaksi untuk memuaskan kebutuhan dan keinginan penonton. Karena itu, setiap manajemen orkestra dituntut untuk berpikir kreatif dan strategis untuk menjaga keberlanjutan kelompoknya. Peneliti an ini bertujuan menganalisa pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh Jakarta Simfonia Orchestra dengan teknik SWOT dari faktor lingkungan internal dan eksternal yang dihadapi oleh pengelola JSO selama ini. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif melalui teknik wawancara mendalam terhadap 6 narasumber dan observasi serta didukung dengan data kuantitatif dari survei 100 penonton JSO yang diambil dalam dua pertunjukan. Secara spesifik sebagai studi awal analisis di dalam penelitian ini mendeskripsikan produk, tempat, harga, dan promosi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah rekomendasi untuk membuat pertunjukan terjadwal dalam satu tahun, pengelola an penonton yang berkelanjutan dengan membuat wadah keanggotaan penonton tetap, dan memberikan perhatian lebih kepada penonton dari anggota jemaat, serta membuat program yang menarik dengan sering mendatangkan musisi internasional. The existence of a symphony orchestra groups requires several factor. In addition to good human resources, appropriate marketing strategies are also required. Marketing position in this case can be called as an intermediary between symphony orchestra group and the audience in the transaction to satisfy the need and desires of the audience. Therefore, ev ery orchestra management is required to think creatively and strategically in maintaining the sustainability of its group. This study aims to analisys the marketing conducted by Jakarta Simfonia Orchestra with SWOT technique from internal and external environment factors faced by JSO manager so far. The method used is descriptive qualitative method trhough indepth interview technique to 6 resource person and observation. This study is also suported by quantitatif data from survey 100 JSO audiences taken from two perfomances. As an initial study, the analisys in this study specifically d escribes the product, place, price, and promotion. The results of this studsy shows that a schedule one-year performance, an ongoing permanent audience membership management, special attention given to the audience of the congregation members, and managing interisting program by involving internasional musicians are recommended as the marketing strategy of the Jakarta Simfonia Orchestra groups.

Abstract:
A solid solution of phosphate and vanadate lead apatites Pb 10( PO 4)6-x( VO 4)x( OH )2 (x = 0.5, 1.0, 2.0, 3.0, and 6.0) were reduced with hydrogen gas at temperature 300°C for one hour. All these compounds were investigated by XRD and ESR spectroscopy. Only one reduced oxidation state, V 4+, was detected. Two types of species-like isolated vanadium (+ 4) and clusters of V 4+ were observed. The EPR powder spectrum computer simulations were performed using the program Simfonia from Bruker. Spin Hamiltonian parameters were also calculated. As the concentrations of vanadium ions increase to 2.0, the intensity of the ESR lines increases, and x = 3.0 the intensity of the ESR line decreases sharply. After this concentration, i.e. x > 3.0, there is again an increase in the intensity. The variation of the line shape and intensity of the ESR spectra can be attributed to increases in the hopping rate of the charge carriers (polarons) in different apatite compositions.

Drugo simfonijo (1967) hrvaškega skladatelja Petra Bergama je potrebno analizirati v kontekstu zagrebškega Bienala, torej v kontekstu prevlade modernizma, ki ga je skladatelj razumel kot slepo ulico. Simfonija je zasnovana kot niz citatov in aluzij, ki lahko sprožajo široko polje asociacije, povezanih z logiko toka glasbene zgodovine. Takšni postopki so podobni postmodernističnim tehnikam, zato je mogoče skladbo Bergama razumeti kot proto-postmoderno delo.

Haydnova vključitev pantomime v finale »Simfonije slovesa« predstavlja radikalno kršitev splošnih pričakovanj, podobno kot Beethovnova uvedba zbora v IX. Simfonijo, pa vendar ni še nobeden analiziral te pantomime ali dekodiral njene pomene. Zgodovina recepcije te skladbe vsiljuje misel o paradoksalni mešanici stopnjevanja zgodovinskega spominjanja in nekakšne hotene amnezije.

AbstrakIndonesia memiliki kekayaan lagu rakyat yang beragam sesuai keberadaan suku-suku yang tersebar dari Sabang sampai Merauke. Warisan budaya yang tak ternilai ini tidak hanya perlu dilestarikan, tapi juga diberi langkah strategis agar dapat berkembang dan dikenal lebih jauh. Dalam konteks ini, O Ina Ni Keke, sebuah lagu rakyat dari Sulawesi Utara, telah menjadi repertoar standar orkestra yang mendunia. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui bagaimana komposisi struktur musikal yang diciptakan oleh Joko suprayitno untuk lagu sederhana khas lagu rakyat seperti O Ina Ni Keke mengubah lagu tersebut menjadi kelindan melodi, harmoni, tekstur, dan struktur elemen musikal lainnya dan pada akhirnya menjadi sebuah karya yang pernah dimainkan oleh Shanghai Philharmonic Orchestra. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan paparan deskriptif. Proses analisis menggunakan analisis teoretis musikologis atas bentukan struktur elemen musikal dalam aransemen lagu O Ina Ni Keke. Pendalaman proses analisis akan ditunjang oleh sumber-sumber tertulis seperti buku-buku komposisi musik dan juga notasi atau score hasil aransemen sebagai data pokok dalam proses analisis. Penelitian ini menemukan penggunaan variasi melodi kontrapungtal, penempatan melodi pokok di hampir semua instrumen musik yang memunculkan karakter bunyi yang berbeda-beda, dan penggunaan teknik pedal point.AbstractIndonesia has a wealth of folk songs that vary according to the existence of tribes that spread from Sabang to Merauke. This valueless cultural heritage should not only be preserved but also need strategic steps to strive for it to develop and be known further. From a folk song from North Sulawesi to a global standard orchestra repertoire. This study aims to find out how to composed the musical structure of simple songs typical of folk songs such as the song O Ina Ni Keke by Joko Suprayitno into a combination of melodies, harmonies, textures and other musical elements into a masterpiece that was once played by the Shanghai Philharmonic Orchestra during a concert at the Shanghai Philharmonic Orchestra. Simfonia Hall Jakarta in the framework of the Fundraising Concert for Palu & Donggala Tsunami Victims. This research uses qualitative research with descriptive exposure. The analysis process uses musicological theoretical analysis of the formation of musical elements in the arrangement of the song O Ina Ni Keke. The deepening of the analysis process will be supported by written sources such as music composition books and of course the notation or score of the arrangement as the main data in the analysis process. The results of the study found that the use of contrapuntal melody variations, the placement of the main melody in almost all instruments gave rise to different characters, and the use of the pedal point technique

Abstract:
En la década de los años ’20 se desarrolla un género documental de temática urbana que vendría a poner en evidencia la revelación de la metrópoli como el evento sobre el cual giraba el clima intelectual y artístico de la época. Estos filmes, que vendrían agrupados por la crítica posterior como sinfonías urbanas, ponen en evidencia la íntima relación que existe entre el cine y lo urbano, una íntima relación que además se había antojado natural e indisoluble desde los mismos orígenes del medio. El cine había nacido al servicio de la ciencia, es decir, al servicio de una aproximación hasta entonces inédita a ciertos aspectos de la actividad física y social humana. Se podría decir que el cine había nacido para captar aquello que se le escapaba a la mirada desnuda, y por lo tanto, con una motivación análoga a la de la etnografía. En la tercera década del siglo, las sinfonías urbanas se harán eco de esa perplejidad y fascinación del ojo mecánico ante la vida y el movimiento constante de las calles, y se dispondrán a acometer una radical renovación de una mirada cinematográfica que en estos momentos, además, había basculado pronunciadamente hacia la vertiente narrativa y comercial. Por ello, no dudamos en considerar estos filmes filmes etnográficos, precisamente porque vuelven a recuperar aquella vocación etnográfica del primer cine. Y aunque esta preocupación por lo que pasaba “ahí fuera”, por cómo mirar y abordar el fenómeno urbano en toda su dimensión había tenido sus precedentes en el XIX en figuras tan paradigmáticas como Baudelaire, Balzac o Dostoievski, es ahora, en las primeras décadas del nuevo lustro, cuando alcanza quizá su punto culminante. El medio físico urbano, en el que estaba aconteciendo la puesta en escena de una sociedad en franca ruptura con el pasado será, en definitiva, el foco inmediato de interés de una mirada que se expresará en todas direcciones. Y a la hora de abordar este clima intelectual que se desarrolla a la luz de la urbe moderna hemos optado por centrarnos en los planteamientos de tres teóricos fundamentales de la modernidad, como son, Georg Simmel, Walter Benjamin y Sigfried Kracauer, precedidos por la inexcusable figura de Charles Baudelaire. Y nos hemos centrado en los cuatro autores los cuatro tienen en común no sólo una profunda sensibilidad hacia el fenómeno urbano sino, sobre todo, una misma preocupación que gravita en sus pensamientos como un bajo continuo: la preocupación por la problemática de la mirada, por el cómo mirar la vida urbana, que no es sino la misma problemática a la que se enfrentó el cine en sus orígenes, y que las sinfonías urbanas de los años veinte se dedicaron a explorar de pleno, y que, en definitiva, no es sino la preocupación fundamental de la etnografía: la mirada humana sobre la realidad. El desarrollo de este trabajo lo que ha pretendido es arrojar luz sobre este vínculo entre el pensamiento y las sinfonías urbanas.
In the decade of the 20s, a series of urban-themed documentaries burst in the international cinema scene. These films, grouped by cinema historians and critics as city symphonies, would bring out the revelation of the metropolis as the event upon which the intellectual and artistic climate of the time was revolving around. These films highlight the intimate relationship between cinema and the urban, an intimate relationship that had revealed natural and solid from the very beginning, from the origins of the medium. Cinema was born for the scope of science, to capture what the naked eye couldn’t see, and therefore, with a motivation similar to that of ethnography. In the third decade of the century, urban symphonies will reflect this perplexity and fascination of the mechanical eye toward life on the streets, and will undertake a radical renewal of the cinematic gaze, a gaze that, at that time, had already tilted sharply to the fiction and commercial side. Therefore, we do not hesitate to consider these films ethnographic films, precisely because they turn back to the etnographic vocation of the first cinema. The urban physical environment will be the immediate focus of interest for a gaze that wil be expressed in all directions, from social sciences to literature and arts. And in order to deal with the intellectual climate that develops under the light of the modern city, we have focused our attention on four theoretical approaches fundamental to modernity: those of Charles Baudelaire, Georg Simmel, Walter Benjamin and Siegfried Kracauer. And we have focused on these four authors because they all have in common a profound sensitivity to the urban phenomenon and, above all, the same concern for the gaze. Eventually it is nothing but the same problem that faced the cinema in its origins and urban symphonies of the twenties were devoted to explore. The same concern that, ultimately, is the fundamental reason of ethnography: the human eye on reality. The development of this work, in short, has sought to shed light on the link between thought and urban symphonies.

Abstract:
In the Old Testament there are many references to musical instruments and each one performs its own specific function. Especially in the Psalms we come across quite a few musical instruments. What is very obvious is the vast amount of references to musical instruments in Psalm 150. In the entire Psalms the most references are made to musical instruments in Psalm 150. The question of this study is: What role did the musical instruments play in the composition of the Psalms? The many references to musical instruments in the Psalms are compared to the other references made to them in the rest of the Old Testament. The psalms in which the musical instruments are mentioned, are discussed and sheds light on how the musical instruments are dispersed in the Psalms’ composition. Recent studies on the composition of the Psalms are also discussed. Every musical instrument that occurs in the Psalms is discussed and with the help of iconographic illustrations it is shown how the musical instruments might have looked. A literary analysis of Psalm 150 helps to argue that this psalm is the final doxology and grand finalé of the Psalms. The studies about the musical instruments’ role in the Psalms shows that the musical instruments build up to a crescendo in the Psalms. The Psalms end with a tremendous grand finalé in Psalm 150. The Psalms is regarded in this study as a great musical composition (a symphony) and the entire symphony orchestra is spread throughout the whole of Psalms. At the end of Psalms the whole symphony orchestra plays together and every one and everything that is created by God is called upon to praise and worship the Lord.

Autor u radu analizira odredbe Dušanovog zakonodavstva, prvenstveno Dušanovog zakonika i Sintagme Matije Vlastara koje svedoče o crkveno-građanskom karakteru ovog zakonodavstva. Abstract:
Simfonijski odnos države i crkve, koji će obeležiti srednjovekovno pravo i državnost Srbije, svoj početni i najobuhvatniji odraz dobio je u Zakonopravilu Svetoga Save. Sastavlјač ovog pravnog spomenika, izborom građe, tumačenja, pa čak i svojim sitnim izmenama i dopunama, doprineo je da se sfere važenja svetovnog i kanonskog prava umnogome razgraniče. Istovremeno, na brojnim mestima gde je preplitanje ova dva pravna sistema celishodno, njihova saradnja, najčešće zbog prirode odnosa koje uređuju, normirana je sledeći najbolјu romejsku praksu. Posebna oblast prožimanja crkvenog i svetovnog prava jeste polјe crkvene imovine. Položaj Crkve i njenih članova kao subjekata prava, te raspolaganja u korist crkve, nalagali su ovakvo temelјno uređenje po već oprobanom obrascu. Cilј ovog rada je da, na osnovu razmatranja normi Zakonopravila o crkvenoj imovini, utvrdi kako se načelo simfonije normativno ispolјilo na pitanje položaja Crkve kao subjekta i crkvenih stvari kao objekata prava, te kakvo usmerenje njihov privilegovani položaj daje odnosima države i Crkve na načelnom nivou.
